The timing of the trip was a bit early.
The hamburger for lunch was very delicious.
It rained lightly in the afternoon, but overall it was enjoyable.

The weather wasn't great, but I was very satisfied. The scenery was beautiful, and the tour guide was excellent, which made for a smooth and enjoyable tour.

お天気はもう一つでしたが、十分満足できました。景色はもちろん添乗員さんも大変良く、おかげでスムーズで楽しいツアーになりました。

マングローブは素晴らしかったし、水牛の乗馬はユニークでした。竹富島を自転車で回るのも楽しかったし、最高のマンゴースムージーを飲みました！

Mangroves were cool, the water buffalo ride was unique, riding bikes around Taketomi was fun, and had the best mango smoothie ever!

It was really great.

The Hilton Chatan has a bus stop that is hard to find, so I would like a photo of the stop location on the website. I would be happy if I could pre-order lunch boxes at least three days in advance.

ヒルトン北谷はバスの場所が分かりにくいので
HPに停車している場所の写真が欲しいです。

About 20% of the participants were Japanese. After confirming the vouchers at the meeting point, we were guided to the bus. Inside the bus, the guide provided information about the places we would visit and the rules on the bus, offering some sightseeing explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. After that, it was mostly travel time, so most people were sleeping.

When we got off at the sightseeing spots, they were willing to take photos if we asked.

全体に対して日本人2割くらいの参加比率でした。
集合場所でバウチャーの確認の後、バスへと誘導してくれます。
車内ではガイドの方が巡る場所やバス内でのルール案内をしてくれ、日本語、英語、中国語で若干の観光説明をしてくれます。それ以降は基本は移動時間なので、ほとんどの方が寝ていました。

観光地に降りた際はお願いすれば写真撮影もしてくれました。

I have always wanted to visit Shirakawa-go while living in Kanagawa Prefecture. By chance, I had the opportunity to stay in Kanazawa for one night, so I decided to do some sightseeing in Kanazawa on the first day. I learned that there was a day trip tour to Shirakawa-go from Kanazawa Station, and I decided to join it on the second day. Thanks to the veteran tour guide's explanations and information, I was able to hit all the key points while still enjoying my free time. The duration of the stay was just right. I hadn't thought of a round trip from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go, but it was a great decision.

神奈川県在住でいつか白川郷に行ってみたいと思っていました。たまたま金沢に1泊する機会ができたので、１日目は金沢観光し、金沢駅から白川郷日帰りツアーがあると知り、２日にこちらに参加することに決めました。ベテラン添乗員さんの説明や情報のおかげでポイントを押さえてなおかつ自由に過ごせました。ちょうどよい滞在時間でした。
金沢発着で白川郷というのはあまり思いつきませんでしたが大正解でした。

It was a very enjoyable bus tour.
At Asahiyama Zoo, we were able to see the polar bear's feeding time. If we had a little more time, we could have seen the feeding times of various animals—what a shame!
The Blue Pond was really blue. (@_@)
Shirahige Falls was also beautiful.
Our tour guide, the charming Ayaki, was fun.

旭山動物園ではホッキョクグマのもぐもぐタイムを見れました。もう少し時間が有ればいろんな動物のもぐもぐタイムを見れたのに〜残念！

Since we were the only Japanese people, the conversations on the bus were in Chinese the whole time, which made me feel like I was in a foreign country. They provided us with information about the meeting time and place, but I felt uneasy on the bus. I wished they could at least provide a Japanese translation of what they were discussing. Previously, on a tour in Yokohama, a Japanese person guided us, so I was expecting something similar. This experience makes me reconsider participating in tours in the future.

日本人は私たちだけということでバスの中でのお話はずっと中国語だったので異国に来た気分でした 集合時間や場所などは私たちだけに案内をしてくれましたがバスの中は不安でした せめてどんなことを話しているのか日本語に訳した観光案内をいただけたらと思いました 以前 横浜の方でお世話にななったツアーでは日本人の方が案内してくれていたのでそのつもりでいたので今後はツアーの参加も少し考えてしまいます

It was great to be able to take a tour of the city in just one hour during a little free time. I used the guide's explanations from the morning as a reference and explored in the afternoon.

ちょっとした空き時間の1時間で市内を一回りできたのは、とても良かった。午前のガイドさんの説明を参考にして午後は散策しました。

I participated to conquer all the World Heritage Sites in Japan. They pick you up by bus, and take you around major tourist spots, making it very convenient. Among them, Okawa Falls is absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend seeing it for yourself. I also got to walk the Western Forest Road, and I was very satisfied with the delicious local specialty, flying fish tempura, for lunch. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and it was a lot of fun!

日本にある世界自然遺産を全制覇するために参加しました。
バスで迎えもきてくれるし、メジャーな観光スポットを巡ってくれるので非常にお手軽です。
中でも大川の滝は迫力満点！
ぜひその目で見ていただきたいです。
目的だった西部林道も歩かせてもらったし、お昼ご飯も名物のトビウオの唐揚げも食べれて大満足でした。
ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすく、楽しかったです！

I explored the highlights of Shodoshima in one day. The monkeys were adorable, and the scenery of Kankakei was beautiful and amazing! In the afternoon, I was very satisfied with my day as I visited the Olive Park and the movie village of Twenty-Four Eyes, which were must-see spots.

小豆島の見どころを1日で周りました。お猿さん達は可愛いし、寒霞渓の景色は綺麗で最高！午後は二十四の瞳の映画村にオリーブ公園と行きたかった名所が目白押しで大満足の1日でした。

Thank you for the easy-to-understand and polite guidance. The course included all the places I wanted to visit, which was great. My goal was to collect goshuin (temple seals). I believe I can continue to stay healthy with the sacred water from Otowa Waterfall.

I was worried about the tour being in English, especially if it was fast-paced and native. What if we were the only Japanese travelers? I was anxious about that. I heard that Japanese was spoken, but what if foreigners spoke broken Japanese?

Language was my biggest concern, but on the day of the tour, I was relieved to find a Japanese guide. There were also a few other Japanese travelers besides us, which really put my mind at ease! The tour involved quite a bit of walking, so I was tired, but it was a great trip. Thank you! 😊

英語でのツアーということで、ネイティブで早口な英語だったらどうしようか？　旅行者も日本人が自分達だけだったら？？不安でした。日本語は通じるようですが、外国の方でカタコトの日本語だったらどうしようか？
言葉が一番心配でしたが、当日日本人の方でホッと安心しました。旅行者側にも我々以外にも日本人の方が何組かいらしてひとまず、本当に安心しました！！内容は結構歩きましたから、疲れはしたものの良い旅ができました。ありがとうございます😊

The highlight of this tour is definitely the "water buffalo cart." It's fascinating to see the water buffalo, which you can't encounter on the mainland, and the explanations about their characteristics were both interesting and informative. The descriptions were detailed and delivered in a humorous way, so I never got bored. The sanshin music and folk songs, as well as the island songs, were also great here.

このツアーの目玉はなんといっても、「水牛車」でしょう。本土ではお目にかかれない水牛、水牛の特徴などの説明が面白くタメになるし、説明もコミカルに詳細説明されていたのであきなかった。
ここでも三線と民謡、島唄がよかったです。

The explanation by the bus guide was great, and the folk songs and sanshin performances were also wonderful. Since they were in the local dialect, it was a valuable experience. However, unfortunately, I needed an interpreter, so I couldn't fully understand the lyrics.

バスガイドさんによる説明もさることながら、民謡、三線演奏とか良かったです。
現地ならではの方言によるものなので貴重です。しかし残念ながら通訳が必要なので歌詞の内容は100%の理解はできなかったですが。

I was taken to sightseeing spots that would take time by rental car and public transportation. The weather was also favorable, which was great. The tour guide, who spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese fluently, was cheerful, and everyone was on time for the meeting, making for a pleasant trip.

I thought the stay time at each location was a bit short, but it was good that we could visit efficiently.

レンタカーや、公共交通機関では、時間がかかる観光名所に、連れて行ってもらえました。
天気にも、恵まれ良かったです。
英語、日本語、中国語を流暢に、話す添乗員さんは、明るく、また皆さん集合時間に遅れる事なく、気持ち良い旅でした。

各所の滞在時間が、少し短いかなと思いましたが、効率よく回れて良かったです。

It was great to have a guided tour with time allocated for different places since we couldn't cover the same route in one day with a rental car.

レンタカーで回ると、同じルートを1日で回れないので、時間を区切って案内していだき、いろんな場所に行けてよかったです。

I participated in a tour on the weekend after Golden Week. Since I went to the Expo, I decided to join a tour of Shiga, a place I don't often have the opportunity to visit. Although it was the weekend, there were only about 10 people in total.

We joined as a pair, but everyone else was Chinese... The driver mentioned that he couldn't provide guidance in Japanese, so we were given a printed sheet with explanations of the tourist spots.

【Disappointing Points】
- Not at the meeting time
→ The meeting place was used for various tours, and I asked around but couldn't find anyone. Since time had passed, I finally managed to connect by calling on my mobile. It would be helpful to have something like a card to make it clearer.

- If it's for foreigners, I wish that was clearly stated
→ The driver was fluent in Japanese, but he said he was called in at the last minute because there were Japanese participants. Since all the sightseeing spots were free to explore, it wasn't a problem, but it was a bit intimidating.

- All entrance fees were out of pocket
→ It's often included in the tour price, so that was disappointing.

【Positive Points】
- The places we visited were ones I couldn't easily reach on my own, so it was great to be able to see them efficiently.

- All the tourist spots were wonderful. I enjoyed the art, the scenery, and the food. There were also many photogenic locations.

- The tour ended an hour earlier than planned, which gave us some extra time afterward.

As long as it operates safely, that's what matters, but I feel like there's a big variance in the quality of tours, so I think I'll be more careful when applying in the future.

GW明けの週末に参加。万博に行ったので、ついでにあまり行く機会のない滋賀のツアーにしました。週末でしたが、10名くらいの少人数でした。
2名で参加しましたが、私たち以外は全員中国人でした…運転手さんも日本人向けの案内は出来ないとのことで、観光場所の説明が書かれた紙を印刷して渡されました。
【残念な点】
・集合時間にいない
→色んなツアーの集合場所になっていて、片っ端から声かけましたが見つからず。時間すぎたので、携帯に電話してやっと合流できました。カードを持つとか、分かりやすくしてほしい。

・外国人用なら、その旨明記してほしい
→運転手さんは日本語堪能でしたが、日本人がいるので急遽呼ばれたと言っていました。
観光場所は全て自由行動だったので問題はありませんでしたが、気後れしました。。

・入場料が全て実費
→ツアー代に含まれている事が多いので残念でした。

【良かった点】
・なかなか自力で行けない場所ばかりだったので、効率よく回れて良かった。

・観光した場所は、全て良かった。美術品に景色やごはん等満喫した。フォトジェニックな場所も多い。

・予定より1時間早く終了したので、そのあとの時間に余裕ができた。

安全に催行されればそれでいいのですが、ツアーによって当たり外れが大きい気がしているので、今後は申し込む際に注意しようと思います。。

Accessing Takachiho from Hakata is quite difficult on your own or for a day trip, but thanks to this bus tour, I was able to visit smoothly. The tour was conducted in Chinese, but the guide was very kind and considerate, allowing me to enjoy the experience without feeling any language barrier.

Additionally, the participants were well-mannered, and the bus interior was very comfortable. I was able to enjoy beautiful scenery and a wonderful experience, making it a highly satisfying tour.

博多から高千穂へのアクセスは自力や日帰りではなかなか難しいですが、今回のバスツアーのおかげでスムーズに訪れることができました。ツアーは中国語での案内でしたが、ガイドさんがとても親切で丁寧に配慮してくださり、言葉の壁を感じることなく楽しめました。

また、参加者の皆さんのマナーが良く、バスの車内もとても快適に過ごせました。美しい景色と素晴らしい体験ができ、満足度の高いツアーでした。

I went on a free plan to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. The weather was nice, and the scenery was beautiful; it was the best. On Taketomi Island, I rode a water buffalo for 30 minutes, and then I had a plan with a rental bicycle, but I wished I had more time. I couldn't visit all the places I wanted to. I want to go again next time.

西表島、由布島、竹富島フリープランで行きました。お天気も良くて景色も綺麗で最高でした。竹富島では水牛に30分乗ってあとはレンタルサイクルでのプランでしたが、もっと時間が欲しかったです。行きたいところ全ては回れませんでした。
次の機会に行きたいです。

It was great to efficiently visit the main tourist spots from Asahiyama Zoo to Furano and Biei. The guide who accompanied us (Chinese, I couldn't catch their name) provided a clear and easy-to-understand explanation in polite Japanese, and we also enjoyed the experience of having a simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese, which made us feel like we were abroad. On the way back, we even encountered a red fox by chance. I plan to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

旭山動物園から富良野～美瑛方面主要観光スポットを効率よく回れてとても良かったです。添乗してくれた方（中国人、名前聞き取れなかった（涙））のガイドも丁寧な日本語で分かりやすく、またひとり同時通訳で英語、中国語と３か国語のガイドで海外の気分も味わえました。帰りの道では、偶然キタキツネにも遭遇しました。機会がありましたらまた利用しようと思います。

Due to the rain, there was a lack of openness and a sense of specialness, making it feel like I was just riding a city loop bus. I wished I could have heard more fun stories and episodes.

The guide's talk and the song played on the shamisen were wonderful. I'm also grateful to Ushisan for doing his best to guide us!

We really enjoyed the tour, went smoothly and very organised. Pick up from hotel was convenient. As a half Japanese individual I was able to understand the tour guide but given the popularity with foreigners, I think it would be helpful to get a paper guide in English of the locations and also a written explanation of the guide’s speeches. Also foreigners don’t buy “omiyage” but might want some rest to get food and drinks so stopping at a place with more food options would be very much appreciated by foreigners.

It was the last day of my trip, so I opted for a two-island tour, and it was a thoroughly satisfying journey. The mangrove cruise was interesting thanks to the guide's explanations, and the timing was just right. The water buffalo cart ride was also a lot of fun. I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but it turned out to be delicious. Next, I would like to visit Taketomi Island as well.

旅行最終日だったので、２島ツアーにしましたが充分に満足出来る旅でした。
マングローブ遊覧はガイドさんの説明も興味深く時間的にもちょうどいい感じでした。水牛車もとても楽しかったです。
お昼ご飯もあまり期待はしていなかったのですが美味しかったです。
次は竹富島にも行ってみたいです。

It was great to be able to sightsee efficiently. I was right to sign up for this tour. I think it would have been difficult to travel around on my own. Since it was a tour with lunch included, I didn't have to worry about meals, and the content was fulfilling. Our guide, Hal, was very kind and provided guidance in both Japanese and English. I was able to efficiently tour the remote islands. I'm glad I could explore without wasting time on my first visit. I signed up for the glass boat plan, but it was disappointing that there was a 30-minute gap between the boat's arrival and departure. Other than that, it was fantastic. (The glass boat itself was also amazing.)

離島を効率よく巡れました。
初めて訪れる際に無駄なく巡れてよかったです。
グラスボートプランを申し込みましたが、この時間だけ間が船到着から出港まで30分空いてしまったのが残念です。
それ以外は最高でした。（グラスボート自体も最高でした。)

Even though it's May, on that hot summer day, as I descended a bit from Sakaguchi in the sweltering parking lot, the entrance to the Cave Café suddenly appeared. It is a slightly larger cave with stalactites hanging down. Beyond that, we embarked on a mystical journey of 1 kilometer while listening to the guide's explanations. The Great Banyan Tree is overwhelming. A cool breeze flows in from somewhere, accompanied by the sounds of water, birds, and trees. It was a wonderful time.

五月だとゆうのに真夏日のその日熱々の駐車場から坂町を少し降りると洞窟の入り口であるケイブカフェがいきなり現れました。
そこは鍾乳石が垂れ下がった少し大きめの洞窟です。その先はガイドさんの方の説明を聞きながら1キロの神秘的な旅です。
大主ガジュマルは圧倒されます。どこからか涼しげな風が流れ込んできて水の音や鳥の声、木々の音。素敵な時間でした。
