We gathered and received a polite briefing and schedule confirmation before boarding the ferry to depart. In Iriomote Island, we rode a boat along the mangroves and received detailed explanations about the plants and animals. The water buffalo barn on Yubu Island felt like being in a movie, which was truly moving. After getting off the ferry in Taketomi Island, I was able to find a rental bicycle for the day and enjoyed cycling around the island, soaking in the local atmosphere. It was a fantastic tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the remote islands of Okinawa, and I was extremely satisfied. I want to go again!

集合してすぐに丁寧な案内、スケジュール確認がありフェリーに乗って出発。
西表島ではマングローブの側をボートで走り、植物や動物などの詳しい説明をたくさんしてもらった。
由布島へ向かう水牛舎はまるで映画の世界にいるようで感動した。
竹富島ではフェリーを降りてから当日レンタルサイクルを見つけることができて自転車で島内を廻ってローカルな気分を味わえた。the沖縄の離島を満喫できるツアーで大大大大大満足でした。また行きたいなぁ。

For those unfamiliar with the area or wondering where to go, I highly recommend this. If you feel lost, you can always return to the bus stop to ensure you can move around. You can smoothly board the bus while others are waiting in long lines for the local bus, and the view from the upper deck is exceptional, giving you a slight sense of superiority. I definitely want to use this again next time.

土地勘のない方、どこを回るかと考えている方、絶対のお勧めです。迷いそうになったらバス停に戻れば確実に移動出来ますし路線バスに長蛇の列で並んでるのを尻目にスムーズに乗れ二階席からの景色は格別で若干の優越感を感じます。次回も利用したいと思います。

I chose to use this service because there were many reviews, and the Panta Cafe and Churaumi Aquarium looked appealing. The experience was as good as others have described. It happened to be the day when the dolphin show at the Okichan Theater resumed.

However, despite the 8:20 AM meeting time, there was no staff in front of Nippon Rent-A-Car, and I had to confirm with the inbound tour staff nearby several times. In the end, there was staff near the bus, and everyone was confused. As a Japanese person, I would prefer the staff to be at the designated location for check-in.

口コミが多く、パンタカフェや美ら海水族館が魅力的だったので利用しました。内容は他の方が書いている通り良かったです。ちょうどオキちゃん劇場のイルカショー再開の日でした。
朝、8:20集合なのに、ニッポンレンタカー前にスタッフはおらず、近くにいたインバウンドツアーのスタッフに数回確認しました。結局、バスの近くにスタッフがいて、皆さん戸惑っていました。日本人としては、記載された場所にいて受付して欲しいです。

There was a shuttle service from the hotel, and we had free time with nice weather, allowing us to fully enjoy nature. However, there was no explanation about the boarding location on Taketomi Island, and the disembarkation point was different from the boarding point, which led to a mad dash before departure. I would appreciate clear guidance when the disembarkation and boarding locations change.

The mangrove tour allows you to feel the power and vitality of nature. Crossing to Yubu Island by water buffalo is a relaxing and wonderful experience. The water buffalo are hard workers. Taketomi Island gave me a sense of old Okinawa. It was the best tour.

マングローブ遊覧は大自然の力強さと生命力を感じられる。由布島へ水牛で渡るのはゆったりとゆっくりと最高の気分でです。水牛は働き者ですね。竹富島は昔の沖縄が感じられた。最高のツアーでした。

Crossing the sea on a water buffalo was a rare experience. Additionally, seeing the precious mangroves up close was fantastic. Above all, I was captivated by the bus driver's chatter during the journey, making it a very enjoyable tour.

I decided to go to Nagoya with my mother, and since it was a special occasion, I wanted to create memories by visiting places I had never been before, so I signed up for a tour.

At first, I felt anxious because most of the other passengers and the guide were foreigners (we might have been the only Japanese). However, the guide from China was very friendly and explained everything in Japanese, which eased my worries. It was also reassuring that the bus driver was Japanese!

On the bus, we stopped at the destination and had about two hours of free time. In Hida Takayama, we were able to visit the morning market, and I was very satisfied to buy some delicious miso. The meat sushi was also tasty, and there was a Snoopy store. Since both my mother and I love Snoopy, I was happy to buy matching Snoopy sarubobo dolls with her.

In Shirakawa-go, although there wasn't much snow, I was glad to see the snowy scenery. We entered Nagase-ya and Wada-ya, and the interiors were filled with historical artifacts, allowing us to feel the past. It was fascinating to think that there are still people living in this village today.

The tour took us to two sightseeing spots at once, so we were able to spend a very meaningful time. Thank you very much.

母と一緒に名古屋に行くことが決まり、せっかくなので行ったことがない場所へ行き思い出を作りたいと、ツアーを申し込みさせて頂きました。

最初は案内の方も、他の乗客の方もほとんどが外国の方(日本人は私達だけだったかもしれません)だったので不安になりましたが、案内の中国の方が一生懸命愛想よく日本語で説明してくれたので、不安は拭えました。またバスの運転手の方が日本人だったので心強かったです！

バスでは現地に寄り、それぞれ約2時間ほど自由時間がありました。
飛騨高山では朝市にも行くことができ、美味しいお味噌を買えたのが大変満足でした。肉寿司も美味しく、またスヌーピーのお店があり2人ともスヌーピーが好きなので、母とお揃いでスヌーピーのさるぼぼを買えたのが嬉しかったです。
白川郷は、少なかったですが雪が積もっていたので雪景色が見れて嬉しかったです。
長瀬屋と和田屋の中に入りましたが、お家の中は歴史を感じるものばかりで当時を感じながら見ることができました。今もこの集落で普通に生活をしている方達がいるのが不思議になりました。

2つの観光名所に1度に連れて行ってくれるので、とても有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

It was unfortunately rainy. Although the forecast predicted light rain, it was quite heavy at Kabira Bay, and the glass-bottom boat service was suspended. Nevertheless, the tour around the island by bus was enjoyable. I can only imagine how wonderful the scenery must be in better weather. Thank you for sharing various insights about the island.

あいにくの雨でした。小雨予報でしたが川平湾では、結構降っていてグラスボートも運休でした。それでも、観光バスでの島内一周は、楽しかったです。きっと季節が良ければ、すばらしーーーい風景なのだろうと想像もできました。

There were many foreign visitors, but the guide was fluent in Japanese and kindly taught us various things, which made it very enjoyable! I want to go again!

Okinawa World was a place where I could experience much more than I had imagined. The lunch was also very good. I made a lot of memories.

The bus driver, who also served as a guide, was fantastic. He shared various interesting explanations about Iriomote Island and made us laugh multiple times. Although the weather wasn't great, we still had a wonderful time thanks to him.

I was surprised to learn that there were only three Japanese participants among a large number of attendees, but both our guide, Mr. Yamazaki, and the driver were very hospitable, making the day enjoyable and pleasant.

大勢の参加者の中で日本人は3名との事で驚きましたが、ガイドの山崎さんもドライバーさんもホスピタリティにあふれる方で、一日気持ちよく楽しく過ごせました。

It was a very grateful tour that allowed us to visit various islands in just one day. Since the time for each stay was limited, it was difficult to fully experience everything, but I was able to feel the atmosphere. Next time I come, I hope to stay on each island and enjoy them at a leisurely pace. This tour connected me to those future aspirations.

I was concerned about the long travel time before going, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable tour where I could relax. The guide's stories were fun, and the driver was safe. The Miyazaki beef for lunch was also very delicious. Takachiho is a wonderful place with untouched nature, and I experienced things that photos can't convey. Next time, I will join with my husband. 行くまでは移動時間ぎ長いのが気になってましたが、逆にゆったりとできてとても楽しいツアーでした。ガイドさんのお話も楽しく、運転手さんも安全運転でした。お昼の宮崎牛もとても美味しいかったです。高千穂はとても素晴らしいところで、手付かずの自然が素晴らしく、写真では伝わらないものを体験しました。次は夫と参加します。メイさんありがとう😊

The driver was very kind, and there was just the right amount of sightseeing and free time to buy souvenirs, which made me very satisfied. It was more of a hidden gem than I expected, so I'm glad I participated in the tour.

●Issue 1
Twelve days before the scheduled date, I received an email stating that there was a change in plans due to guidance from the Ministry of Transport. I was surprised that instead of going to a hot spring, we were going to a souvenir shop. Since it was difficult to make other reservations at the last minute, I decided to participate, but I regret not canceling.

●Issue 2
Out of 30 participants, I was the only Japanese person. The rest were of Chinese descent. The guide was also of Chinese descent, so the explanations of the highlights were long and detailed in Chinese, while in Japanese, it was only about the meeting place and time. It was painful to be subjected to an incomprehensible language for an extended period, and I felt a sense of alienation throughout, as if I had become invisible.

●問題点1
催行日の12日前に、運輸省指導により予定変更とのメールが届きました。
温泉にいく予定が、土産物屋にかわって驚きましたが、直前で他の予約は難しいため、参加することにしましたが、キャンセルしなかったことを後悔。

●問題点2
参加者30人中で日本人は自分一人でした。残りは中国系の参加者。ガイドも中国系なので、中国語での見どころ説明だけは長く丁寧、それに対して日本語は集合場所・時間のみ。意味不明な言語を延々と聞かされる苦痛、加えて終始、疎外感があって透明人間になった気分でした。

At this price, I was able to efficiently visit various places with the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium as the main attraction, and I was very satisfied with the content. The guide was knowledgeable, had a great singing voice, and provided thoughtful attention to the participants, making it a fun tour.

この値段で、美ら海水族館をメインに各所効率的に回れて、内容的にとても満足です。ガイドさんは知識豊富、歌もお上手で、参加者にきめ細やかな配慮対応されていて、楽しいツアーでした。

I felt a bit out of place as a Japanese person among a tour of Chinese tourists. The tour guide spoke at great length in Chinese, and while I couldn't understand it and felt a bit lonely, they also provided highlights and recommendations in Japanese, which made the experience very comfortable. I was able to exchange snacks in English with the Chinese guests next to me, and it was great to participate without any troubles and have fun.

中国人ツアーに紛れ込んだ日本人。というくらい、日本人には肩身の狭い日本国内観光でした。ツアコンの方が中国語で凄く長いお話をされており、拍手があがり・・・理解できず寂しい部分はありましたが、日本語でもきちんと見どころ、おすすめ行動をしてくれたのでとても快適でした。隣の中国人客の方と英語でお菓子の取り替えができたり、トラブルもなく楽しく参加できて良かったです。

The penguin walk at Asahiyama Zoo was very good. I had planned my schedule to match this time. I wish I had a little more time.

I only saw the street trees on Midosuji... Once I got on the highway, it was too fast to see anything. I thought I could see the Nakano Island art, but I couldn't. I also couldn't hear the microphone clearly, so I didn't understand anything. It wasn't worth the 2000 yen.

御堂筋街路樹見ただけ…高速乗ったら速すぎて見れないし｡中之島アートとか見られる思ったのに。マイクの声も聞きにくくてわからんし。2000円の価値なしでした。

Although there were mostly foreign visitors, the explanations were sufficient and I enjoyed it. The progress was smooth, and the lunch at Kiyomizu Temple was a calm dining spot typical of Kyoto, unlike the noisy places in group tours, which exceeded my expectations.

ほぼ外国の方でしたが説明も充分で楽しめました。進行もスムーズでしたし混み合う清水寺でのランチは京都らしい落ち着いたお食事処。団体旅行でのうるさい場所と違い期待以上でした

The meeting point for VIP LINER is located at 〒453-0015 Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya City, Nakamura Ward, Tsubaki-cho 20, next to the Orix Parking Tower, with Lawson convenience store across the street. Make sure you don’t get lost!

Our tour guide is Alberto, who is a very nice and warm person. He provided a briefing before we arrived and gave us a map marking the meeting points. He also left his contact information in case you really get lost in these beautiful places. The beef lunch at Koshiyama (a restaurant near Shirakawago) is delicious. What made us a bit sad is that we only had 1.5 to 2 hours in Takayama and Shirakawago; we don’t think that’s enough time to enjoy these lovely places. However, we still had a good day and would love to visit again.

Our tour guide is Alberto, who is very nice and warm person. He gave a brief before arriving and a map marking meeting points. Moving smoothly through Kyoto's attractions was easy, even for an elderly couple, and I can recommend Kyoto sightseeing to anyone.

What impressed me was that after the tour, "Bunko," who had been working with us, accompanied us to Osaka's Dotonbori, saying that it was on her way home. She guided us on the train and subway, making what would have been a long journey very smooth. I am truly grateful for that. Beyond the beauty of Kyoto, I was really happy to meet such a kind person. It became my best memory. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

京都の見所をスムーズに移動、老夫婦でも問題なく、京都見物を誰にでも話せます。
感動したのは、ガ勤めて勤めていた「文子」さんがツアー解散後、大阪道頓堀に移動する私たちを帰り方向が近いと言うことで、一緒に電車や地下鉄に乗ってくれて案内してくれました。私たちだけでしたら長時間かかる移動がとてもスムーズで、心から感謝してます。京都の美しさもさることながら、親切な方に出会えて、本当に嬉しかったです。一番の思い出となりました。また伺います。ありがとうございました。

Since it was a free seating arrangement, there were people who participated as pairs but weren't able to sit next to each other. They communicated with the guide to switch seats, but I was worried that shy individuals might not be able to tell the guide.

There were people who were 10 minutes late, 20 minutes late, and 5 minutes late, which was quite bothersome. Even when I said I would call the person, it was difficult to find them in the list because of the free seating. If it had been assigned seating from the start, I could have called them instantly since I would have their names and phone numbers.

I was aware that there would be many Chinese participants and that the guide spoke mostly Chinese with little Japanese, as I confirmed this through reviews before joining.

On that day, there were two buses: the first one was entirely Chinese, and the second one was half Chinese and half Japanese.

The atmosphere on the bus was quiet!

Overall, it was a fun experience.

自由席なので、ペアで参加したのに隣同士座れてなかった人がいた。途中でガイドにつたえて交代してもらってたけど、内気な人だとガイドさんに言えないんじゃないかとヒヤヒヤした。

集合時間に10分遅れた人20分遅れた人、5分遅れた人といて迷惑でした。
で、本人に電話します！と言っても自由席だから、名簿の中から探すのに一苦労はわらっちゃいます。最初から指定席にしてたら、名前も電話番号もわかるから一瞬でかけられることができるのにと思いました。

It was so much fun in the quiet forest, surrounded by nature with a mystical atmosphere! The guide's explanations at the Gangala Valley were clear and thorough, which was great! I discovered the charm of Okinawa beyond just the sea.

It was a snowy sightseeing experience typical of Sapporo. There was an explanation at the start that the return time might be delayed due to poor road conditions. However, we progressed smoothly and returned on time, so I thought it was very kind of them to inform us in advance.

札幌らしく雪の観光でした。出発時に路面状況が悪い為、終了時間が遅れるかもとの説明がありました。順調に進み、結果遅れずに戻ってきましたが、先に言って頂けたのはかなり親切だと思いました。

On the last day of my business trip, I adjusted my flight schedule to participate. I gathered at Kenmin Plaza and got off at Naha Airport. Everything went according to plan.

A seating chart for each group was posted on the shared bus, and I boarded. The seating arrangement was very spacious, and although I was traveling alone, the seat next to me was empty.

Since it was my first time participating, I wasn't sure about the time allocation and ended up rushing through the visit to Sefa Utaki, so I’ll note that for reference. There was no guide (available for an additional fee if arranged locally), and since the visit didn't take long, you can take your time to shop at the product hall or enjoy taking photos at the photo spot behind the product hall.

On the way to the next destination, Gyokusendo Cave, there is Miibaru Beach, where those who chose to leave the group can do so. The final destinations, Gyokusendo Cave and Okinawa World, are located across from each other with a parking lot in between, so even if the group splits up, as long as you return by the meeting time, you can take the same bus back.

At Gyokusendo Cave, after listening to the orientation in the café space, you receive a bottle of sanpin tea and head out with the guide for the tour. I felt like it was a jungle cruise on land. There is time during the tour for the guide to take photos with their smartphone, so even if you're traveling alone, you can bring home some great pictures (it's not a system where photos are sold at the exit).

After the tour, we disbanded near the parking lot, but there were no shops or cafes, just a vending machine and a few benches. Even though it was early afternoon and I was hungry, I could only buy drinks there, so I regretted not buying freshly fried andagi at the product hall at Sefa Utaki.

Lastly, the tour guide only checked the number of participants and didn't share any folk songs or stories about Okinawa. If you don't have overly high expectations, I think it's a convenient tour for a quick sightseeing experience.

出張最終日に飛行機の時刻を調節して参加しました。
県民広場集合、那覇空港下車。予定通りの行程でした。

乗り合いバスにグループ毎の座席表が張り出されて乗車します。とてもゆったりした配置で1人参加でしたが隣は空席でした。

初めての参加だったので時間配分が分からず斎場御獄を駆け足で見学してしまったので参考まで記載します。
ガイドなし（別途料金で現地手配可）、時間がかからず見学できるのでゆっくり回っても物産館で買い物したり、物産館裏のフォトスポットで写真撮影したりとゆっくり過ごせます。

次に向かうガンガラーの谷に行く途中にみーばるビーチがあるので選択した方がここで離団します。
最終目的地のガンガラーの谷とおきなわワールドは駐車場をはさんで所在しているので、同じグループで行き先が別れても集合時刻に戻れば同じバスで帰路につくことになります。

ガンガラーの谷はカフェスペースの舞台でオリエンテーションを聞いた後、さんぴん茶のボトルを受け取ってガイドとツアーに出かけます。陸路のジャングルクルーズのような印象を持ちました。
途中、ガイドさんが手持ちのスマホ等で写真撮影をしてくださる時間があるので1人参加でも見映えする写真を持ち帰ることができます（出口で販売、のシステムではありません）。

ツアー終了後、駐車場の傍で解散になりますが、売店やカフェは無く、販売機とベンチ程度のスペースがあるだけです。
お昼過ぎでお腹が空いていてもここではドリンクしか買えないので斎場御獄の物産館で揚げたてアンダギーを買わなかったことを悔やみました。

最後に、添乗員さんは人数確認程度しか行わず、民謡とか、沖縄のお話の類は一切ありませんでした。
過度に期待しなければサクッと観光するのに便利なツアーだと思います。

When searching for tours, I wrote this as a reference for those who might be concerned, as I saw in past experiences that there were no restroom breaks for three hours on the way back. I was worried about that when choosing a tour. I'm glad to hear that the experiences shared in the past have been communicated to the tour company!

The tour was quite hectic but very enjoyable. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium involves quite a bit of walking, so it might be tough for those who are not used to exercising. I think everyone has covered the details of the tour, so I'll skip that. For those going during the season starting in December, the maximum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius and minimum of 15 degrees feels quite cold. Especially at the places visited during the tour, the sea breeze is strong and it can be very chilly, so winter clothing is definitely appropriate. On International Street, everyone was dressed for winter; there were no people in short-sleeved T-shirts or light clothing like long-sleeved T-shirts with hoodies.

ツアー探しの時に、過去の体験談で帰りの３時間トイレ休憩がなかったとあったので迷われる方がいれば参考にと思い書きました。
ツアー選びの時に私はそこが大丈夫か！？っと気になったので。
過去の書いてくださった体験談がツアーの主催会社に伝わったようでなによりです！！

ツアーは、バタバタしてますがとても楽しめました。美ら海水族館はけっこう歩くので運動不足の人はしんどいかも。
ツアーの内容については皆さん書かれていると思うので省くとして、１２月からの季節に行く方の参考に・・・・、沖縄の最高気温１７度、最低15度は体感では寒いです。特にツアーでまわるところは海風が強くすごく寒く真冬の服装で問題ないです。国際通りなども、皆冬の服装で半袖TシャツやロンTにパーカーなどといった薄着の人はいませんでした。
