The content of the tour was good, as many have mentioned. I was really looking forward to receiving the photos taken during the tour (I exchanged LINE contacts with the guide after the tour). However, more than a week passed with no news at all. When I reached out in concern, I was told, "The photo data is deleted after a week, so we no longer have it." Is it really the case that I wouldn't receive anything unless I contacted them? Moreover, they mentioned, "If you don't hear from us two days after the tour, please contact us," but no one I participated with remembers hearing that. Isn't that phrasing usually based on the assumption that they would send the photos first? I gave up since there's no changing the fact that the photo data is gone, but I can't accept this situation at all. There are reviews stating that some guides provided the photo data immediately, so there might be inconsistencies. I urge those who will participate in the future to be very careful.

ツアー自体の内容は多くの方が書かれている通りでよかった。その分ツアー中に撮影してもらった写真をもらえるのをとても楽しみにしていた（ツアー終了後にガイドとLINE交換する）。しかし１週間以上経っても全く音沙汰なし。不安になって連絡してみると，「写真データは１週間経てば消去するためもう手元にない」と。こちらから連絡しないともらえないことなどあるのか？しかも「ツアー終了後２日経っても連絡がない場合は，お客様から連絡してくださいとツアー中にお伝えしています」と。一緒に参加した人に聞いてもそのようなことは聞いた覚えがないと言っているし，そもそもその文言は通常なら向こうから写真を送ってくる前提では？これ以上言及しても写真データがないことに変わりはないから諦めたが，到底納得できるものでない。ガイドによってはすぐに写真データをくれたという口コミもあるため，当たり外れがあるのかもしれない。これから参加される方はくれぐれも気をつけてください。

I participated alone. There were more participants than I expected, and the boat was fully booked. I have a license, but I was anxious due to a 10-year gap, so I opted for an introductory dive instead of a fun dive. I was glad I made this choice because I was able to enjoy both snorkeling and diving. I also got to take a lot of photos.

一人で参加しました。思ったより参加者が多くて船は満席でした。
ライセンスは持っているのですが、10年以上のブランクがあって不安だったので、ファンダイビングではなく体験ダイビングにしておきました。

I was contacted the day before and told that the sea was rough and the boat couldn't go out, so instead, we ended up at the shallow area from the beach. I received a refund of 500 yen for the bento, but since I had signed up to ride the boat, it felt a bit overpriced. The sea was beautiful, and I was able to see a lot of fish, which was great, but I was really concerned that the staff at the meeting point and during the drive were not wearing masks.

前日に連絡あり、海が荒れてて船が出せないと言われ、代わりにビーチからの浅瀬で、と言う事になりました。
弁当代500円の返金はありましたが、船に乗りたくて参加申し込みをした部分があるので、少し割高に感じました。
海は綺麗で、魚も沢山見られて良かったのですが、集合場所や運転中のスタッフの方々が基本マスクをしていないのが凄く気になりました。

The northern beach we introduced is a very popular spot for diving and snorkeling, but I believe it may have felt quite different from the boat snorkeling experience on the remote islands. I apologize for not meeting your expectations.

On the day of the event, I was worried because the weather wasn't great, but I received a message early in the morning confirming that it would go ahead as planned, which made me feel very relieved as I headed to the meeting point. The staff were kind and taught us patiently. I got to see many sea turtles, including a young and energetic one, a large one with a lot of presence, and a handsome one. I had a lot of fun swimming with them and taking plenty of photos and videos. I would love to do this again when I travel to Amami Oshima.

当日は、お天気がよくなかったので、出来るのかなーと不安でしたが、朝イチ、予定通り開催のご連絡をいただき、とても安心して集合場所まで行けました。優しく丁寧に教えていただき、海ガメさんも、若そうな元気な子、貫禄たっぷりの大きな子、イケメンの子、たくさん見れて、一緒に泳げて、写真も動画もたくさん撮っていただいて、とても楽しかったです。

We participated as a couple. During our stay in Ishigaki Island, there were predictions of rough seas due to a tropical depression, so after arriving in Ishigaki, we kept an eye on the weather forecast and booked the activity two days in advance for the only day that seemed to have decent weather.

There was a detailed explanation on how to wear the equipment, how to get up after entering the seawater, and the correct and incorrect methods (including what happens if you do it the wrong way), which made it easy for beginners to enjoy snorkeling with confidence.

After the general safety briefing, they kindly asked experienced participants to go ahead and enter the water, while inviting beginners who wanted to ask about the equipment to stay behind—this consideration for different skill levels was great.

This was our third time snorkeling, but since it had been three years due to the pandemic, we listened to the explanations alongside beginners. In the end, that was a good decision! There were points we had forgotten or had been doing by imitation, and last time in Miyako Island, I had a tough time swallowing seawater, but this time it was zero! (Even though the waves were a bit high!)

We snorkeled for about an hour and it ended so quickly and joyfully. I would love to experience it again. Thank you very much!

夫婦2人で参加。石垣島滞在期間中は熱帯低気圧の関係で海が荒れる予想が出ていたため、石垣島到着してから天気予報とにらめっこして唯一天気がマシそうな日を狙ってアクティビティ2日前に申し込みました。
器具の装着方法、海水に入った後の起き上がり方、正解方法とダメな方法(ダメな方法やると結果どうなるかまで)など詳細な説明があり初心者でも安心してシュノーケリングが楽しめます。
説明も全員向けの注意の後、経験者はどうぞ海へ入ってください、初心者で装着方法聞きたい人残って下さい～とそれぞれのレベルに配慮があるのも良かったです。
私たちはシュノーケリング3回目ですがコロナ禍で3年ぶりのこともあり初心者に混じって説明聞きました。結果それも良かった！今まで見よう見真似でやっていたり、忘れていたポイントもありで、前回宮古島で海水飲んで苦しい時間があったりしたのが今回はゼロ！(波が高めにもかかわらず！)
1時間半ほどシュノーケリングして、あっという間に楽しく終了。
また体験したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

It was a satisfying tour where I got to meet three sea turtles. They also took photos for us.

Since we were the only participants in the canoe, they took a lot of photos while staying with us, and we also got to experience stand-up paddleboarding. It was my first time doing SUP, and I was able to do it without falling even once! The instructor kindly taught me how to use the paddle and where to position myself, and even though it was windy, I was able to paddle through it. Kei, the instructor, took a lot of photos and sent me some wonderful pictures on the same day, so I was able to reminisce about the fun memories while chatting at night! Thank you very much! ♪ I was lucky to encounter a sea turtle, which I had always wanted to see! ☺️

I was disappointed that snorkeling was canceled, but I created memories that make me want to go again!

They took us to dive points based on the sea conditions of the day. We visited two locations by boat, and it was great to see different scenery! Please note that there were no showers or changing areas available.

Due to the timing of the tides, we experienced 16 types of marine sports in the morning and an afternoon snorkeling tour at Ishinai Reef. There were many young couples, and they really enjoyed trying out activities like the banana boat and other marine sports. The snorkeling in the afternoon was well-organized; after returning to the port for lunch, we split into groups to head to either Ishinai Reef or the Blue Cave. I thought this system was convenient and effective. The snorkeling at Ishinai Reef was accessible from the boat and I believe both beginners and intermediate participants can enjoy it fully. The coral reefs and variety of fish were abundant and very beautiful!

I went to Kerama for the first time. I thought it might be a bit tiring with a large group, but they were considerate, and we could snorkel as much as we wanted during the waiting time. It was a lot of fun, but later I saw the photos taken for us online and realized that other people had quite a few pictures taken on the boat, which I didn't know at the time. Unfortunately, we didn't have a single photo taken, so that was disappointing. It would have been better if everyone had equal opportunities for photos.

My first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) was a wonderful experience thanks to my guide, Moepi! I learned not only how to ride the SUP but also interesting facts about the types of mangroves, corals, and various spots. The time was filled with various activities, including yoga on the SUP, making it very fulfilling! Moepi really energized the group, and I was able to connect with other participants, making it the best experience ever! I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki and do this again!

I was disappointed to hear the day before that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the wind, as we were supposed to do stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling there at Kabira Bay. However, we had an amazing experience at the snorkeling spot we went to instead, where we saw four sea turtles! It turned out to be the best tour without any issues. Our kind guide, Saito, took a lot of pictures for us, and the hamburger and spam rice balls he recommended were incredibly delicious! Thank you so much! I received a lot of information and now I want to visit Ishigaki Island again, and I would love to join a tour with a specific request! I really appreciate everything. It was an incredibly fun time! ✌️

I used this tour to visit the Kerama Islands for the first time! I had been to Okinawa twice before and always thought the sea was beautiful, but participating in this Kerama Islands tour really raised my expectations! The weather was clear that day, and the water clarity was incredible! The instructor mentioned, "Today the visibility is high," and they were absolutely right; I was very impressed. The highlight for me was snorkeling with the turtles, which happened towards the end of the snorkeling session, and I was so happy about it. Just when I thought I might not see any, two turtles appeared, and I was thrilled! I was so focused on my friend turtle that I didn't even notice when they called me (laughs). Additionally, the curry rice for lunch was even more delicious than I expected, and while there were extra charges for the sea activities, they were fulfilling and fun. The time flew by, and I wanted to stay longer, so I definitely want to participate again!

このツアーを利用して初めて慶良間諸島に諸島に行きました！沖縄には過去2回来たことがあり、いつも海が綺麗だな〜と思っていたのですが、今回の慶良間諸島ツアーに参加してみて、その綺麗レベルが上書きされました！当日晴れていたこともあって、海の透明度が凄かったです！インストラクターの方が「今日は透明度が高いです。」と仰っていましたが、本当にその通りで、とても感動しました。そして1番の目玉にしていた、カメさんとのシュノーケリングも、シュノーケル終盤に実現され、とても嬉しかったです。見れないかなと諦めていた時になんと2匹のカメが現れてくれてテンションが上がりました！友人カメさんに集中しすぎて、私の呼びかけに気づかないほど（笑）また、それ以外にも昼食のカレーライスも想像以上に美味しかったですし、海のアクティビティも別途料金はかかりますが充実していて楽しかったです。あっという間の滞在時間でまだまだ居たいと思ったので、また参加したいと思います！

I signed up for this plan because it allows me to visit both Tokashiku Beach and Awa Island Beach.

At Tokashiku Beach, we participated in a snorkeling tour. The instructor provided flotation devices, which made it easy for those who are not confident swimmers to join in. I appreciated the explanations about the fish we saw. We were able to see a variety of colorful fish and sea turtles in the beautiful ocean.

At Awa Island Beach, we had free time. Following recommendations, we took a banana boat to a deserted island. We were able to rent the snorkeling gear we used at Tokashiku Beach, so we enjoyed snorkeling on the deserted island as well. Here, we also saw many corals and fish, which was a lot of fun.

Overall, it was a very satisfying tour. If I were to mention an area for improvement, it would be that it was difficult to get to Miejyo Port without a rental car. It took about 20 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop, so I think having a shuttle service would have been helpful.

とかしくビーチではシュノーケリングツアーを行いました。インストラクターの方が持つ浮きに掴まることもできるので、泳ぎが苦手な人も安心して参加できると思います。見えた魚の説明があったこともありがたかったです。きれいな海で色とりどりな魚やウミガメを見ることができました。

阿波連ビーチでは自由行動でした。オススメされたということもありバナナボートで無人島まで向かいました。とかしくビーチで使用したシュノーケリングセット一式はそのままレンタルすることができたので、無人島でもシュノーケリングを楽しむことができました。こちらでも多くのサンゴや魚を見ることができ、とても楽しかったです。

総合的に見てとても満足いくツアーでした。改善点をあげるとしたらレンタカーがないと三重城港に行くのが大変だったことです。最寄りのバス停からも徒歩で約20分かかるため、送迎があれば良かったと思いました。

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff's response was the best part. They were polite, courteous, and had a great demeanor. During the boat ride, they stood at the front and back on both the first and second floors to ensure safety.

After the marine sports, when I was putting on my fins for snorkeling, a staff member came up from behind and said, "Alright, please follow me," and jumped into the sea. I was surprised and thought, "Wow, they really pay attention!" The person at the reception was always smiling and friendly, very charming! I chose this place because I was attracted to the full-face mask, and it was very comfortable to breathe with it.

I was a bit nervous since it had been a while since my last snorkeling experience, but this mask and the beautiful, clear blue sea were so soothing that I felt no fear at all and just wanted to keep diving. The boat had two showers, two toilets, and a changing area, so I was able to freshen up and enjoy a comfortable ride back without feeling sticky. Last time, my daughter got seasick, so I gave her some medicine, but on this large two-story boat, we didn't feel any rocking, and she comfortably slept with her mouth open, enjoying the gentle sea breeze.

Moreover, the service after disembarking was outstanding! Since I wasn't staying in Naha this time, I wasn't eligible for pick-up, and I had to carry my suitcase from the airport, which was a bit of a hassle. However, right after we got off the boat, a staff member noticed us and asked, "Where are you going? By bus? I'll stop at the best spot, so please ride with us." It was really helpful since the port didn't seem like a place where you could easily call a taxi. They even checked for the nearest bus and dropped us off at the bus terminal. マリンスポーツ後にシュノーケリングをしようとフィンをつけていたら、「さあ、ついて来てください」と後ろからスタッフの方がきてジャンプして海へ入られた時には「わあーよく視てくださっているな」と驚きました。受付された方はいつも笑顔で気さくに話しかけてくださり男前！今回はフルフェイスマスクに惹かれてこちらに決めたのですが、呼吸も楽でとても良かったです。ひさしぶりのシュノーケリングで最初緊張しましたが、このマスクと透き通ったブルーの美しい海に癒され全く恐怖を感じることなく、ずっと潜っていたい気持ちになりました。船にはシャワーやトイレ２箇所、着替えコーナーも備えておられベトベトの肌もさっぱりして帰りの船の中では快適に過ごすことができました。前回、娘が船酔いしたので薬を飲ませたのですが、大きな２階建ての船で揺れも感じず、彼女は復路では心地良い海風とゆったり揺れる波が心地良く口を空けて寝ていました笑。
さらに下船後の対応も素晴らしかったのです！今回は那覇泊でないので送迎対象ではないのと空港からスーツケースを持って移動して来て足がありませんでした。下船後すぐにスタッフさんが気がついて、「どちらまでいきますか？バスですか？一番良い場所で停めますので一緒に乗ってください」と声をかけてくださったのです。港がタクシーを呼べるような感じではなかったのですごく助かりました。最寄りのバスも調べていただきバスターミナルで下ろしてくださりました。本当に感謝の気持ちで一杯です。全ての点において大満足です。これだけ綺麗なブルーの海を観れて満喫できたので次回も是非参加したいと思います。スタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！

I felt like a child again and had a wonderful time. I think observing and admiring the turtles for such a long time was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It was hard to resist the urge to touch the turtles as they came so close. This was the perfect plan for a solo trip! The content and service were outstanding, and the website was easy to understand. When I quickly sent images to my family, my daughter immediately replied, asking how I took them. (This service is something that definitely can't be done on a solo trip, which makes it even more special.)

I couldn't see the sea turtles at Kouri Ohashi, but I was so moved to see them while snorkeling from the beach! The staff guided us, so I was able to enjoy it at my own pace without rushing.

After lunch, we had free time at Aware Beach. My husband and I continued snorkeling. This beach felt like an "aquarium you can swim in," with clownfish (Nemo) and a variety of colorful fish swimming gracefully right in front of us. It was hard to find the right moment to get out of the water!

I signed up for this plan because I heard that Kerama Blue is famous, and it allows for snorkeling and swimming at places like Aharen Beach. The private cruise was a bit bumpy, but it wasn't enough to make me seasick. If you're prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication just in case.

While snorkeling, there wasn't much explanation about the fish, but personally, I really enjoyed taking my time to appreciate the beauty of the sea. I was lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, but since I didn't bring a waterproof case for my smartphone, I recommend that anyone who wants to take photos or videos definitely brings a waterproof case.

At Aharen Beach, I was able to see plenty of fish and coral, which was a lot of fun. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy activities like banana boat rides, which I think would be a great option. There are paid lockers at the beach where you can store valuables.

Both beaches were incredibly clear, making it feel like I was swimming in an aquarium, and I was very impressed by the abundance of fish and coral. It's definitely a beach I want to visit again. I was also very satisfied with the length of the tour and the friendly demeanor of the instructor.

慶良間ブルーが有名という事で、阿波連ビーチ等でシュノーケルも遊泳も出来るこのプランを申込みました。
専用クルーズは少し揺れますが、船酔いする程ではありませんでした。乗り物に弱い方は一応酔い止めを飲まれた方が安心かもしれません。
シュノーケリングしてる時は魚の説明等はあまりありませんが、私的にはゆっくりと海の綺麗さを堪能する事が出来てとても良かったです。
ウミガメにも運良く遭遇する事が出来ましたが、スマホの防水ケースを持ってきていなかったので、写真や動画を撮りたい方は防水ケースを必ず持って行った方が良いと思います。
阿波連ビーチでも沢山の魚や珊瑚を見る事が出来てとても楽しかったです。追加料金を払うとバナナボート等のアクティビティも出来るので、それで遊ぶのもアリだと思いました。
ビーチには有料のロッカーがあるので貴重品などはそこに預ける事が出来ます。
どちらのビーチもとても透き通っていて、まるで水族館の中を泳いでいる様に綺麗で魚や珊瑚の多さにもとても感動しました。また行きたいなと思える様なビーチです。
又ツアー内容の時間の長さやインストラクターの方の人柄も非常に良く大変満足しました。

Since we rented a car, we went to the meeting place ourselves, but we got lost trying to find Mie Castle Port with the navigation. It would be safer to use the hotel’s shuttle service.

We had chosen snorkeling and marine activities, but there was a confirmation on the boat about additional options, and we added a plan to explore a bit further in hopes of seeing sea turtles.

From the moment we arrived at the spot, the sea was beautiful, and they said it was a day with high visibility, so it was fantastic! For those who wish, you can also rent a wetsuit for snorkeling.

It was my first time using a full-face mask, and I thought, "What is this?" until I got used to it, but once I did, it was really comfortable! I got to see sea turtles, enjoyed the activities until I was sore, and it was the best! I definitely want to go again next year.

レンタカーをしていたので自分たちで集合場所に行きましたが、ナビで三重城港ではつかず迷いました。ホテルへの送迎サービスがあるので利用させてもらったほうが無難です。

シュノーケル、マリンアクティビティを選択していましたが、船の上で追加の有無の確認があり、少し遠くまで探索してウミガメが見れるかも？のプランを追加しました。

ポイントに着いた瞬間から綺麗な海で、体験した日は透明度も高い日だと言っていたので最高でした！
希望する方はシュノーケルでもウェットスーツも借りれます。

フルフェイスマスクは初めてだったので慣れるまでなんだこれ？と思いましたが慣れたしまえばとっても楽でした！
海亀も見れたし筋肉痛になるまでアクティビティ楽しめたし最高でした！
