I experienced this on the day of the typhoon, but fortunately, we were able to avoid the heavy rain, so after moving to the store, I was able to participate without any issues. The instructor's sister taught us with great care. I was grateful for the precise guidance on how to carve patterns that I find difficult and on areas for improvement. I could practice while preparing for the main event, and I was also taught difficult and stylish designs.

The instructor praised us very well, which kept my motivation high and allowed me to focus. Unfortunately, I carved too much and made a hole in my glass, but they suggested trying again. (I had to give up due to time constraints.) My wife, who participated with me, finished her piece properly, so I believe that with a little caution, anyone can create something well.

Although I made a hole, I still completed it, so I plan to use it as a cactus pot. However, I feel frustrated, so I want to try again. I think anyone who enjoys crafting will have a great time.

台風直撃日に体験しましたが、幸い土砂降りのタイミングから外れていた為、お店に移動後、問題なく体験できました。先生のお姉さんに丁寧に教えて頂けます。自分の苦手な模様の削り方や、改善ポイントなども的確に指導して頂けるが有難かったです。練習しながら本番に挑めますし、難しい図案や格好良い図案なども教えて頂けます。
とても上手に褒めてくださるので、モチベーションも下がらず、集中して挑めます。残念ながら私は削りすぎてグラスに穴を開けてしまいましたが、もう一つやってみますかとご提案して下さいました。（時間の都合で諦めました）一緒に体験した妻はキチンと仕上げていましたので、無茶しなければ上手に作ることが出来ると思います。
穴は空きましたが、完成はしたので、サボテン鉢にでも活用しようと思います。が、悔しいのでリベンジしようと思います。ものづくりが好きな方はとても楽しめると思います。

The activity was fun itself but I feel that it would have been better if we had more practice before the real thing!

Nonetheless, we enjoyed the activity.

I missed it! This time, there was a guest appearance by Sento-kun from Nara. It was a children's event, haha. The food in the lounge and all the performances were aimed at kids, so it felt a bit lacking for me and my mother. The Noh theater inside the hotel was very beautiful, with great facilities and stage. The restrooms were clean and easy to find. It was the middle of summer in Shibuya, but it was very cool, and we were able to spend our time comfortably.

I invited my best friend to experience Kyogen for the first time. I actually wanted to wear a kimono, but it was too hot, so I gave up. I was amazed to find such a pure Japan experience so close to Shibuya Station! The moment I stepped into the Noh theater, I exclaimed, "Wow!"

Since it was a kids' session, there were many explanations for children, but adults also had plenty to learn and laugh about. From the pre-show talk to the main performance and the subsequent quiz and photo session, I enjoyed it all to the fullest. I definitely want to participate again.

初めての狂言体験を…と親友を誘って行きました。
本当は着物を着て行きたかったけど、暑くて断念。渋谷の駅近にこれほど純ジャパン！な場所があるなんて…能楽堂に一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間「わぁー！」と感嘆してしまいました。
forキッズの回だったからか、子供用の解説も多かったのですが、大人も充分学びあり笑いありで、前説から始まり、本編とその後のクイズや撮影会まで、フルに楽しめました。
ぜひまた参加したいです。

Such a fun activity with my 16 year old daughter. We went to the studio and were pleasantly surprised to find out if was a personal lesson for just the two of us! Our teacher was so lovely and you could tell how passionate she was about her craft. She explained the whole process thoroughly and helped us if we needed it on each step. The packaging so we could transport our projects back home was also amazing. I did not expect to have that done for us either! Highly recommend if you're into arts and crafts!!

This was my second time using the service, following last summer. A week after my trip, my eldest son, who missed last summer's trip, will be turning twenty, so I wanted to arrange a surprise for him. I tried to make a reservation, but it happened to be a day off. Since it was the day before, I emailed to inquire if a surprise could still be arranged, explaining the situation. I received a response indicating it would be difficult. However, the next day, I received an email saying they would check with the operating company, and as a result, they were able to switch the day off to the day of the event and the day of the event to a day off. This was truly a surprise. I quickly made a reservation for four people. On the day, we enjoyed a delicious Wagyu steak course while being celebrated by a Hawaiian singer who resembled Susan (sorry) through a surprise performance, making it the best birthday celebration a week in advance. I don't remember the name of the singer (let's call her Susan), but she went around greeting each table while playing the ukulele and even saw us off on the deck when we left, providing wonderful hospitality and performance throughout. It was a two-hour experience that made me want to come back next year. Thank you very much.

昨夏に続いて2度目の利用。渡航の1週間後に昨夏不参加だった長男が二十歳を迎える事からサプライズ演出をお願いしたく予約を入れようとしたところ、丁度運休日。前日だと8日前の為、サプライズ演出は可能かを事情も入れメールにて問い合わせ。難しい旨の連絡を頂く。しかし翌日、催行会社に問い合わせてみる旨のメールが届き、結果、運休日だった当日を催行日に、催行日だった前日を運休日とし、入れ替えて頂ける事になったとの連絡を頂く。これぞサプライズ。早速4名で予約を入れた。当日は和牛ステーキコースを美味しく頂きながら、スーザン小雪似の（すいません）ハワイアンシンガーの方にサプライズ演出にて祝って頂き、最高の誕生日1週間前となりました。名前は覚えていないスーザン（仮）さん、各テーブルをウクレレを弾きながら挨拶して回られていたり、帰りもデッキで見送って頂き、終始素晴らしい振る舞い、パフォーマンスだった。また来年もお世話になりたいと思える２時間だった。有難う御座いました。

Since it was my first experience, I was worried, but I was able to work with peace of mind because I was kindly taught various things. While I was working, I was able to have someone check on me, which helped a lot.

After I finished, I was able to take photos, which became a nice memory!

初めての体験ということで、心配していたのですが、親切に色々と教えてもらえたので安心して作業に取り組めました。
取り組んでいる時にも見て回ってもらえたので確認してもらいながら作業できました。

できた後には、写真ん撮ることもでき思い出になりました！

I got lost coming from the station, but I received a phone call and was given directions. The experience was very thorough, and my 6th-grade daughter, despite being a bit clumsy, was able to finish and said she wants to do it again. I was satisfied with the results. Now that I remember the location, I want to do it again! (≧∇≦)b

During my short stay in Kyoto, I looked for experiences that would allow me to savor Japan. International guests prefer tours that are not solely for overseas visitors; they enjoy tours that Japanese customers can also appreciate.

The riverside setting wasn't cool, but it was a very lovely location where I could enjoy watching the maiko, making it a truly valuable experience. It became a wonderful memory for my family.

川床は涼しくはなかったですが、とても素敵なロケーションで
舞妓さんの鑑賞もでき、とても価値のある体験ができ嬉しかったです。

We had a really wonderful time creating a very unique keepsake that will always remind us of our time in Japan. Our instructor, Hiro, was excellent in explaining everything in English and he helped my sons each learn techniques to create the glass cuts they wanted for each of their designs. After we were done, we were able to photograph our completed glasses in a way that made them look so professional. We highly recommend this activity - especially for those in high school and above.

We had a lovely time with the staff. They were patient, helpful and very kind.

The quality of the product was very good.

Since I arrived early to the appointment, the instructor started the lesson earlier with little preparation needed which was very much appreciated.

The lesson itself was great. Even though English was harder for her, she still communicated well how to play the instrument by demonstrating and giving verbal explanation, which helped me learn quickly. Since I had learned the song she had prepared for the lesson, she was flexible and had two other songs that I could play and I had a great time learning and playing the instrument.

She also gave me small sweets and took the time to talk to me after the lesson. She took the time to accommodate beyond what I had expected from the lesson, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn.

The luxury of the cuisine and the service exceeded my expectations by 200%. The detailed explanations from the female staff and their impeccable service were wonderful. The freshly fried tempura was also exquisite. I would like to use this service again.

The detailed explanations from the bus guide were great during the intense heat. There were no students on the school trip, so it was quite empty, making it recommended for those who can handle the heat.

In February of this year, I used a walking tour in Vancouver through Veltra and had such a great experience that I decided to rely on them for my trip to Nara as well.

This trip to Nara, which I had longed for, also served as a pilgrimage to the sacred sites of the manga "Hidari no Tenko," which I was obsessed with in my youth. It had been over 30 years since my last visit during a school trip.

The guide from Nara Kotsu was fantastic, with a smooth and engaging storytelling style. I was captivated and was able to explore this dream destination filled with emotion and excitement. Despite the scorching heat, I appreciated the thoughtful services like the loan of parasols and cold towels.

The sliced narazuke I bought as a souvenir at the lunch spot, Benkei, was incredibly delicious, and I regret not buying more. (To be honest, the lunch itself was a bit disappointing...)

The stories from the head priest at Jiko-in were interesting, and my husband and I found ourselves excitedly discussing them on the way home.

Traveling with a guide was more efficient than going solo, and I gained deeper knowledge from the guide's stories, making me love Nara even more.

今年２月にバンクーバー街歩きツアーをベルトラさん経由で利用してとても良かったので、この奈良旅もお世話になることにしました。

若い頃ハマった漫画「日出処の天子」聖地巡りも兼ねて念願の奈良旅へ。修学旅行以来30余年振りでした。

奈良交通のガイドさんのよどみのない話ぶりが素晴らしく、聴き惚れながら、感動と興奮に包まれて憧れの地をめぐることができました。
猛暑日でしたが、日傘の貸し出しや冷たいおしぼりをご用意いただいたりと細やかなサービスがありがたかったです。

昼食処の弁慶さんでお土産に買った刻みなら漬がとても美味しく、もっと買ってくればよかったと後悔中。（昼食自体は正直イマイチ…でした）

慈光院のご住職のお話が面白く、帰路で主人と何度もその話で盛り上がりました。

個人でまわるよりも効率良く、ガイドさんのお話から知識が深まりより楽しめ、奈良がますます好きになりました。

I boarded with customers from overseas. The food was diverse, and the service was good. After finishing the meal, we could relax and enjoy the beautiful night views from the second-floor observation area at various scenic points. The timing was well managed, allowing us to visit the night view spots without wasting time, which was great. I was somewhat worried about seasickness, but there was hardly any rocking, so it wasn't a problem.

海外からのお客様と乗船。食事も多様で、サービスも良かったです。食事を終えたら、ポイントポイントで夜景の綺麗なところで2階の観覧エリアでゆっくり景色も見れます。
時間配分もよく夜景スポットに寄れるので無駄なく楽しめて良かったです。
船酔いを多少心配しましたが、殆ど揺れず問題なかったです。

It was a very hot day, but the visiting time was well balanced, allowing us to efficiently explore. I was very satisfied to enjoy the coolness of the trees at Jiko-in, which I had not known about before, while listening to the priest's talk and having matcha.

とても暑い日でしたが、見学時間もちょうど良い配分で、効率よく回れて、今まで存じ上げなかった慈光院で木々の涼しさに癒されながら住職のお話を伺ってお抹茶をいただいたり大変満足でした。

I had wanted to experience glass cutting for a long time, so I participated in this workshop. The instructor was very kind, and since there were few participants, they were accommodating with my design requests, resulting in a very satisfying finish! I would love to go back and create more. Thank you very much! 😊

Everything was perfect. The beautiful, elegant ambiance, the service, the food and the Geiko performance. We spent a marvelous time. Thank you all.

I just made my own bowl of ramen this weekend and I was helped by one of the workers, Ryou. He was so sweet!! He was able to communicate effectively in English, showed me every step with patience, rooted me on, and even offered to take photos/videos of me throughout the process. After I was finished making my bowl, it took only about 5 minutes for it to dry and I was ready to go!

They also have an area where they sell fake food goodies, and I bought myself some gyoza earrings. It was an easy, quick walk from the station. If you’re into fake food, definitely recommend!!

Our family really enjoyed this fun activity. They even wrap up your creations so you can transport them home! We definitely recommend this.

A fun experience, good instruction and the location was easy to find. Nice to have something unique to take home afterwards! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an activity that allows you to be a bit creative.

We signed up to make sample tarts. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They spoke English very well and helped us every step of the way. Would definitely recommend who wants a fun experience making food samples.

It had been over 20 years since I last visited Hōryū-ji, Yakushi-ji, and Tōshōdai-ji. It was the school trip season, but perhaps due to the timing, I was able to visit all of them comfortably and was very satisfied.

20余年ぶりの法隆寺、薬師寺、唐招提寺でした。修学旅行シ-ズンでしたが時間帯が良かったのかいずれもゆったりと見学する事ができ大満足でした。

A really memorable and amazing experience with this Maiko Dance and dinner tour. We were escorted to a beautiful and spacious dining hall at Shozan Resort Kyoto. It is an incredibly lovely resort with a beautiful Japanese garden. A traditional and a delicious Japanese dinner was served. (Menu: Saki dzuke “appetizer”, Ha sun “ha-sun assortment”, Otsukuri “sliced raw fish”, Ipoin “a dish”, Konami “small saucepan”, Agemono “fried food”, Gohan “rice”, Kounomono “pickle” , Mizumono “dessert”, While we were enjoying our dinner, a stunningly beautiful Maiko (her name is Kimisora, the meaning of her name is dream) came out onto the stage and performed a brief dance. Kimosora san talked about some geisha history and her own stories of how and why she becomes a Maiko. Kimosora san was fascinated about geisha and their stories when she was a kid and determined to become a geisha one day. She is a friendly and sweet and elegant lady. Her English is excellent. She also showed us her extraordinary beautiful kimono and her special makeup and hairdo. Surprisingly we were given an extra long Q and A time (at least 30 mins or so) with her and we could ask any questions. She answered every question attentively and precisely. At the end we could all take several photos with her. (A reminder to myself : never touch the geisha hands or their clothes and this is an absolute respect to a geisha). During the whole meeting I could also take many photos freely. Kimisora san gave us her name card at the end of the dinner. It was a really really wonderful and memorable evening. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who would like to meet a maiko in an extremely relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. If I ever visit Tokyo in the future I would join this tour again. A great and joyful life experience. My best wishes to Kimisora san and thank you Veltra for making my dream come true.

This was my first experience on a yakatabune (houseboat), and I made a reservation for two with my daughter. The food, especially the freshly fried tempura, was all very delicious. We enjoyed various flavors with the dipping sauce and salt (there was also matcha available)! The dessert was something I had never tried before, and it was delightful. The clam rice was tasty, and the warm miso soup was delicious as well.

Additionally, all the staff members were very kind and friendly, engaging in conversation and even taking photos for us. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much! If I have the chance again, I would love to come back. Everyone, please take care of yourselves and keep up the good work!

I thought two and a half hours might be long, but we stopped twice along the way, which gave us time to take photos on the deck, making it just the right amount of time. I liked that the freshly fried tempura was served one piece at a time. The final rice dish was also delicious. The female staff were friendly, and I had a great time.

2時間半長いかなと思ったけど、途中２回停泊してくれてデッキで写真とる時間あったりでちょうどいい時間だった　揚げたての天ぷらが一品ずつ出てくるのがよかった　最後のご飯も美味しかった　スタッフの女性がフレンドリーで楽しい時間を過ごせました
