I bought it here because it was the cheapest I found. When I went to the reception desk on the day, the staff seemed to be operating the terminal with a vibe of "I wonder if there are seats available?" So, it might be more reliable to make a seat reservation in advance. I'll do that next time if there is one.

探したなかで1番安かったのでこちらで購入。
当日受付窓口に行ったところ、席あるかな？という雰囲気で端末操作されてたので、もしかすると事前に座席予約したほうが確実かも。
次回があればそうします。

I used the service for two days, and both days we had the same driver.

On the first day, we started from a hotel on Kokusai Street and visited the Churaumi Aquarium, had Okinawa soba for lunch, went to Kouri Island, and then to Pineapple Park, which was an 8-hour course. The driver fulfilled all our requests for places we wanted to visit.

On the second day, we requested a 4-hour course with Amebire and Ender. The driver was very kind and made us feel at ease, making it much easier than renting a car ourselves in an unfamiliar place.

They guided us to the entrance, lent us an umbrella, and took many family photos at each spot. My kids ended up loving the driver, and at the end, we even took a commemorative photo together, which made them very happy!

We wanted to visit Umikaji Terrace on the second day, but we ran out of time, so I definitely want to go back to Okinawa!

2日間利用しましたが２日共、同じドライバーさんでした。
１日目は国際通りのホテルから出発して美ら海水族館、お昼ご飯は沖縄そば、古宇利島、パイナップルパークと８時間コースでしたが行きたい場所の要望を全て叶えて頂けました。
2日目はアメビレとエンダーで4時間コースでお願いしました。
とても親切で安心感があり慣れない土地で自分たちでレンタカーを借りるよりかなり楽に感じました。
入口まで案内して頂いたり日傘を貸して頂いたり、各スポットで家族写真もたくさん撮って下さり子供もドライバーさんが大好きになり最後にドライバーさんと一緒に記念写真まで撮ってもらい大喜びでした！
2日目はウミカジテラスも行きたかったですが時間が足りなかったのでまた沖縄行きたいです！
大変お世話になりました。

I mostly used public transportation, so it was very helpful and a great deal. I will use it again for my trips, which are usually 3 to 4 nights every 2 to 3 months.

In January 2026, we arrived on the cruise ship, and it was a great help that the driver came to the parking lot right in front of us. It was my first time in Ishigaki Island, and thanks to the veteran driver’s guidance, we were able to have an efficient and meaningful sightseeing experience. We were blessed with good weather, enjoyed beautiful scenery, and were able to take memorable photos, which made us very satisfied. I was particularly moved by Kabira Bay. During the drive, the driver shared stories about the culture and customs, and took us to recommended places (popular power spots), which was a lot of fun. I appreciate the flexible response to our requests for specific destinations. Before going, I was unsure and anxious about whether to rent a car, but chartering a taxi through Veltra allowed us to focus on sightseeing, which was great. Thank you so much to the driver who took care of us at that time.

2026年1月　当日クルーズ船での到着でしたが、目の前の駐車場に来てくれ本当に助かりました。初めての石垣島でしたがベテラン運転手さんのガイドで効率よく有意義な観光ができました。お天気にも恵まれ綺麗な景色、記念撮影も叶い大満足です。特に川平湾には感動しました。移動中も文化や習慣をお話ししてくれたり、おすすめの場所(人気のパワースポット)にも案内してくださったり楽しかったです。こちらの希望地の要望にも応えながらも、柔軟な対応に感謝いたします。行く前はレンタカーにしようか迷い不安もありましたが、ベルトラでタクシーをチャーターしたことで観光に専念できて良かったです。あの時の運転手さん、お世話になり本当にありがとうございました。

It was really great! The scenery was beautiful, and of course, there were moments where the fast-flowing water splashed on us, which added excitement to the experience! Also, while we were drifting down the river, the boatman provided commentary, and they were all veterans, making the stories entertaining. I was impressed that many of them had been studying English, as there seemed to be a lot of foreign visitors lately, and they were able to make us laugh in English.

The river ride lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours, and I never got bored at all. It was so much fun! I want to come back during the autumn foliage season or cherry blossom season!

景色が良いのはもちろん、流れが早いところは水がかかってくる場面もあり、緩急があって楽しかったです！
また、川をくだりながら船頭さんが解説をしてくださいますが、ベテランの方ばかりで話が面白かったです。最近は外国の方が多いからか、英語を勉強されていて、英語で笑いを取っていて尊敬しました。
1.5時間〜2時間ほどで川下りをしますが、全く飽きることなく過ごせました。楽しかったです！また紅葉の季節や、桜の季節に来たいです！

I found the high-speed ferry to be very convenient. I comfortably arrived at my destination port in 30 minutes. Although it was a short time, I was able to enjoy the wonderful scenery.

高速船はやはり便利だと思いました。
30分で目的の港に快適に着きました。

There are limited bus services, but for someone like me who can't drive, it's very helpful! I will continue to use it!

I stayed in the northern part and didn't have a car, so this was really helpful! The driver was kind and even asked where I wanted to get off, which was very appreciated since I'm not familiar with Ishigaki Island.

The driver is experienced, so they can take you to your desired destinations and nearby recommended sightseeing spots. If you have specific food preferences, they will also introduce you to recommended restaurants, making this tour a great option.

ドライバーさんもベテランなので行きたい場所そして近くのおすすめ観光スポットも連れてもらえるし食べたいものがあればおすすめの飲食店も紹介して下さるのでこのツアーありだと思います。

There was information that the ropeway might be crowded during the Golden Week, so I thought it would be a good idea to get tickets in advance, especially since they were a bit cheaper.

In conclusion, it might not have been necessary… It seems the timing was the issue; since I aimed for lunchtime, the ropeway was actually quite empty.

I showed my ticket to the staff for exchange, so I went to the ticket counter instead of the vending machine, but it took quite a while because they were dealing with a group of foreign tourists, so I had to wait a bit… There was no line at the vending machine, so that would have been faster.

The view was amazing, so I highly recommend Kankakei! You should definitely ride the ropeway too! This time, I’m satisfied with the peace of mind and the slight savings.

GWでロープーウェイが混雑しているかも。という情報があり事前にチケットを入手しておこうと思い、少しお得だったのもあって購入。
結論、そこまでしなくてもよかったかもです…行く時間が問題のようで、昼時を狙ったのでロープーウェイは空いてました。。

チケットを係員に見せて引き換えなので、券売機ではなく窓口に行きましたが、団体の外国人観光客の対応に時間がかかっていて割と待ちました…券売機は並んで無かったので、そっちのほうが早かったです、、
景色は最高でしたので、寒霞渓はおすすめです！ロープーウェイも乗ったほうがいいです！！
今回は、安心と少しだけお得だったということで納得してます。。

When I showed the reservation email from Veltra, they quickly issued the ferry tickets for me. I was able to board the ferry smoothly and at a better price than usual.

ベルトラの予約メールを見せたら、すぐにフェリーの発券をしていただけました。通常よりお得にスムーズにフェリー乗船できました。

I purchased tickets in advance at a discount using points at Okinawa Airport. After arriving at Ishigaki Airport, I went to the bus stop for the Higashi Bus. There was already a route bus waiting for departure, and I boarded it. I showed the driver my smartphone screen, and he issued my ticket without any issues right away. There were also announcements posted inside the bus. Coincidentally, the same young driver was on both the outbound and return trips. I would like to purchase tickets here again next time since I can earn points.

そこには既に出発前の路線バスが止まっており乗車して
運転手にスマホの画面を見せチケットを発行して頂きました。
何も問題なくすぐに対応して頂きました。
車内にも案内が貼ってましたね。
偶然にも行と帰りは同じ若い運転手でした。
次回もポイントが付くのでこちらで購入したいと思います。

I didn't have time in the morning, but I was able to quickly receive my ticket and board the boat just by showing my smartphone at the counter. I would like to use this service again if I have the chance.

You can ride the train as much as you want, and there are places to visit that you can enter for free! I was able to go to five places!! It's an incredible deal!!! I love Osaka even more now!!

I went to Goto Island to cycle around on a day trip. The price is a bit high, especially since it’s more than double the price of the slower ferry. However, it felt very fast and saved a lot of time, allowing me to spend most of the day on the island. It was nice to only spend 1.5 hours getting back to Nagasaki because I was really tired by then. I think seats are randomly assigned. I was lucky to get a window seat and was able to enjoy the view.

I bought this ticket to visit the area near the island terminal since I will be staying a little away from the city in Maesari. It can take you not only to the city but also to the airport, Kabira Bay, and Hirakubo Cape, making bus sightseeing possible.

市街地から少し離れた真栄里へ滞在するので離島ターミナル付近を訪れるためにこのチケットを買っています。街中へはもちろんですが、空港や川平湾、平久保崎まで行けるのでバス観光が可能です。

I always use this bus ticket when visiting Ishigaki Island. It's very convenient since there's no need for payment each time. Thanks to this ticket, I can always go out with ease.

石垣島を訪問する際はこのバスチケットを必ず利用しています。

The heavy rain was so severe that flights were canceled, and the sea was somewhat rough, but the boat didn't sway much, and I was able to spend the time comfortably without getting seasick. I'm truly glad I chose the high-speed ferry!

飛行機が欠航になるほどの大雨で、海は荒れ気味でしたが、さほど船は揺れず、船酔いすることも無く快適に過ごせました。
高速船にして良かった！と心底思いました。

It's easy to exchange when boarding the bus, and just going back and forth between the airport and the island terminal makes it worth it, so it's cost-effective.

バス乗車時に難なく引き換えでき、空港と離島ターミナルを往復するだけでも元が取れるため、コスパがいい。

I used the ferry to travel from Fukue Port to Nagasaki Port. When I showed my voucher at the counter, I was able to get my boarding pass smoothly. The second-class seats on the ferry are in a large room with carpeted floors, and you need to take off your shoes to enter. It might be a bit tough for those with back issues. There was some division of the large room by boarding port, but it wasn't too crowded on weekdays.

福江港から長崎港への移動にフェリーを利用しました。
カウンターでバウチャーを見せると乗船券を発券して貰えて、スムーズに乗船できました。
フェリーの２等席はカーペットの敷かれた大部屋に靴を脱いで入ります。
腰の悪い方には少し辛いかもしれません。
一部乗船港ごとに大部屋の区分けを行なっていましたが、平日はそこまで混雑することはなかったです。

I was glad that I could smoothly issue my boarding pass, thanks to the advance reservation. This time, I boarded the ferry, but I found it very convenient that it can also be exchanged for a jet foil.

今回は、フェリーで乗船しましたが、ジェットフォイルにも交換可能との事、とても利用しやすいと思いました。

I decided to take a solo trip to Miyako Island, but I only booked a hotel. Since it's a nice hotel, I thought maybe I wouldn't need to go out, but I really wanted to see the Snow Salt Factory and Irabu Bridge! So, I made a reservation for a three-hour tour.

Not only did we visit those two places, but the guide also took us to other bridges as time allowed, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

宮古島に一人旅することにしたは良いけど、ホテルしか予約していませんでした。良いホテルなので外に行かなくてもいいかな？とも思ったのですがやはり雪塩ファクトリーと伊良部大橋はやっぱ見ておきたい！と思い三時間コースで予約しました。
その2つはもちろんの事、時間の許す限り他の橋も連れて行ってくださり大満足でした。

Although it was a short three hours, I was able to think about various things and enjoy the food I wanted to eat, which was great. I also fully enjoyed the beautiful blue sea of Miyako Island. Above all, it was fun to hear various stories about Miyako Island, and the time flew by. Thank you very much. I would like to request your services again when I visit Miyako Island next time.

3時間と短い時間でしたが色々考えて回ってくださり、食べたかった物も食べれて良かったです。
宮古島のブルーの海も満喫できました。

We requested transportation for a total of five people, including my in-laws and our family, for both the outbound and return trips. Since we were traveling with a 0-year-old baby, we also requested a child seat. The child seat was the Smart Angel brand, which is an original brand from Nishimatsuya.

I wasn't quite sure how to adjust the seatbelt, but when I asked the driver, he was able to help me with the adjustments. The reclining feature isn't very effective, and the support cushion isn't very sturdy, so it might not be suitable for babies who can't sit up yet. If you're traveling with a baby who hasn't developed good head and back control, you should be cautious.

I brought a belt cover because I was concerned that the shoulder strap might be uncomfortable for the baby. The child seat was installed in the third row, but since it was an Alphard, there was plenty of space in the third row, which was great.

義両親と自分たち家族の計5人の旅行で、行き帰り両方お願いしました。
0歳の赤ちゃん連れだったので、チャイルドシートもつけていただきました。
チャイルドシートは西松屋オリジナルブランドのSmart Angelのものです。
ベルトの調整の仕方がいまいちわからなかったので、運転手さんに聞いたら調整していただけました(^^)
リクライニングはあまりできないのと、サポートクッションがそこまでがっしりしていないので、腰が座っていない赤ちゃんには向いていないものかもしれません。腰座り前の赤ちゃん連れの場合は要注意です。
肩ベルトは舐めそうだったので、ベルトカバーを持参して着けさせていただきました。
チャイルドシートは3列目に設置してあるのですが、アルファードなので3列目もしっかり余裕があって良かったです。

The location used for Ayu's music video shoot! It's a bit of a distance from the airport, but there are few people around, and it's a wonderful place that leads from a limestone cave to the sea. It's mystical and moving! (^_−)−☆

For nearly 10 years, I have been taking this ferry when going to and returning from Kamigoto. The ferry itself has become a bit smaller compared to before, but the second-class reserved cabin is not a shared sleeping area, so it's quite comfortable.

かれこれ10年近く上五島へ行くとき、上五島から帰る時に乗っています。
船自体は以前に比べて少し小さくなったけど、2等指定船室は雑魚寝じゃないので快適ですね

I used a private taxi for 8 hours during a trip with a female friend.

Our driver was a Russian woman, and she was incredibly kind and polite in her Japanese service. I felt completely at ease from start to finish, with no worries at all. The conversations in the car were also a lot of fun!

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning, but she had researched "recommended spots for rainy days" in advance, which really touched my heart. At the Kouri Island Bridge, she drove slowly while assessing the congestion, allowing us to take beautiful commemorative photos and videos, always matching our pace.

When we arrived at Heart Rock, she held an umbrella for us, was considerate of our footing, and even took photos for us. It was truly exceptional service.

Additionally, when I suddenly needed to use the restroom on the highway, she didn't show any annoyance and went out of her way to exit the highway and stop at a nearby convenience store, which was a real lifesaver. The taxi we rode in had Hello Kitty printed on the door, and since my friend loves Hello Kitty, she noticed and even took a commemorative photo with us, which made my friend very happy.

Thanks to our driver, despite the rainy weather, we created the best memories of our trip to Okinawa. I'm really glad we chose Okinawa Koto Transportation. When I come back to Okinawa, I would definitely like to request the same driver again. Thank you so much!

友人との女性2人旅で、8時間の貸切タクシーを利用させていただきました。

​担当してくださったのはロシア人の女性ドライバーさんでしたが、日本語での接客も非常に親切・丁寧で、最初から最後まで何の不安もなく安心して過ごせました。車内での会話もとても楽しかったです！

​当日の午前中はあいにくの大雨だったのですが、なんと事前に「雨の日におすすめのスポット」を調べておいてくださり、そのお心遣いに感動しました。古宇利島大橋では混雑状況を見極めながら、記念写真や動画が綺麗に撮れるようにゆっくり走行してくださるなど、終始こちらのペースに寄り添ってくださいました。

ハートロックに到着した際も、日傘を差してくれたり、足元を気遣ってくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりと本当に至れり尽くせりでした。

​また、移動中の高速道路で私が急にトイレに行きたくなってしまった際も、嫌な顔ひとつせず、わざわざ高速を降りて近くのコンビニに寄ってくださり、本当に救われました。
乗車した車両のドアにキティちゃんがプリントされていたのですが、たまたま友人がキティちゃん大好きだったため、それを察して一緒に記念写真まで撮っていただき、友人も大喜びでした。

​ドライバーさんのおかげで、雨の日だったにもかかわらず、最高の沖縄旅行の思い出ができました。沖東交通さんにお願いして本当に良かったです。また沖縄に来る際は、ぜひ同じドライバーさんにお願いしたいです。本当にありがとうございました！

From the airport, you can easily and affordably travel to the island terminal with frequent services. It's even better if your accommodation is close to that route. Taxis were also easy to catch. If you use a hotel that is on the route, your destination, and a plan that includes transportation, the travel costs are quite reasonable.

空港から、離島ターミナルまでは、本数があり格安で移動できます。宿泊先が、その路線近くだと尚いいです。おタクシーもつかまりやすかったです。路線から、滞在するホテル、行き先、また、送迎付きプランを使えば、交通費は、かなり手頃です。

I found it very convenient during my last use, so this is my second time using it. I plan to stay in Ishigaki for another two months, and I intend to use it about twice a month from now on.

前回使用してかなり便利だったので、2回目の利用です。
石垣にはあと2ヶ月滞在予定ですが、これからも月に2回くらいは使う予定でいます。
