Japan
Bus drivers very helpful, staff generally very kind and helpful. The two routes we took encompassed quite a great deal of the city. We preferred the route that took in the Rainbow bridge. We had a job finding the office to collect our ticket after getting our online voucher, but a kindly bus driver took us to the office and dropped us off. Once there we were able to get our tickets and were off. The bus is hop on hop off but limited in time, so we were only able to do the two routes in one day as there was a gap over lunch time, which is why we found a little restaurant near the office to while away the time until the afternoon bus. They are not as frequent as we have found in other cities, but on the whole worthwhile for the money.
Thanks the people that picked us up very friendly, shuttle bus clean, very relaxed way to transfer, loved Japan great place to get around.
Thank you for your sweet comments.
we are looking forward to serve you again.
Thank you.

This has really improved my experience in Japan. It was delivered to my address here in Japan. And I take everywhere since I cannot unlock my US iPhone. It's made a huge difference.
The bus ride is fine for a speedy trip through parts of Tokyo. We had good weather, but I would not do this in the rain. The guide was a bit out of sync at some points and cut the commentary short when you went past locations at higher speeds. It was a good intro to Tokyo, but I am not sure I would recommend it for the price.
Unfortunately, rain was pouring down this day. We got all wet on the bus. Can only visit Asakusa Temple. Not a memorable day to speak off.
THE DRIVER WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND POLITE. GREAT WAY TO GET PLACES INSTEAD OF ON BUSES.
Thank you for using our shuttle service.
Thank you for your sweet comments.
we are looking forward to service you again in future.
Thank you.

Good signal throughout Tokyo except when you are in subway stations. Mailed to hotel and ready for use right after checked in. Save you lot of times finding direction if you are not fluent in Japanese. My party had 2 iphones signed into the mobile wifi. The power lasted around 6-8 hrs depending on usage. Easy return, just drop off at Haneda International Terminal on the 2nd Floor. Will definitely rent again if going to Japan in the near future.
While going to the Kansai region, I set the SIM card up after the plane took off. The first part is described in Japanese and has one extra step than the SIM cards from Taiwan. But I still managed to get it to work. (phew)
The SIM card worked smoothly, except underground on the subway. I saw Japanese people can use the internet while my friends and the SIM card could not be used. As for apps, photos on instagram load significantly slower than the SIM cards from Taiwan that my friends were using. Maybe because Kansai uses LTE more than 3G or 4G, but I am not sure. Google map and LINE work fine, but did not open facebook since I was unsure of the speed.
I had a lot of data left after using google maps along with Pokemon Go when I had time. It is enough to use just to surf websites and is a good option to use during low traffic.
Overall, using this SIM card was a good experience. Writing a review and getting a rebate is great!

Booked Veltra for transportation to our Shinjuku hotel after our Japan cruise and couldn't be more pleased with the service! Mr. Uchida was courteous and very professional; we shared the beautiful new van with a family of three and we were at our hotel's doorstep in about 40 minutes. Will look to book through Veltra on our next trip to Japan!
Thank you for using our shared shuttle service. We are very happy to hearing that your family had enjoy our service.
We are looking forward to hearing from you the next time you come to Japan and hope to book with us.
Portable wifi was great to have! Helped us negotiate thru Japan...we connected several devices...good to carry a portable battery if you use wifi as much as we did...
Device was ready for us when we checked into our hotel and we kept it right up until we were
Leaving Japan, with easy drop off at the airport. Would definetly use Ventura again and again!
The delivery of the router........outstanding!
The function of the router........outstanding!
The return of the router......very easy
We would use Veltra again
This was a great way to get from the Yokohama cruise terminal to Tokyo city. Very efficient and saves the hassle of getting luggage on and off trains. From port direct to hotel.
Thank you for using us. We are happy to hear that. We will keep our effort to provide quality service. If you have next chance in the future, please use our service.
Very cost effective way to get from Yokohama Pier to downtown Tokyo. We had a shared ride van with 3 other couples. We were greeted by signs as soon as we exited the customs area. After we were all assembled we loaded the van and were on our way. So much easier than dragging our suitcase, etc through crowded train stations and trains. Driver spoke no English but had info sheets for each drop off. He was most courteous. For us it was money well spent. Thank You!

Highly recommended. The pocket WiFi was delivered to our hotel in Shinjuku the day we arrived. It works great, very fast. Helps us go on Google map to navigate through all the streets of Tokyo and use Yelp to pick restaurants. It does drain the phone battery though, but we used it for 4 hours straight. Over all this is an extremely helpful device to have, especially for tourists. Very affordable. We got it for 7 days
Enjoyed our time on the hop on, hop off bus. The first loop we did was Asakusa course and got off and on the busses at different stops. We were able to see some major sights and the time in between the bus returns was reasonable with about an hour time frame. We then did the Odaiba Course and only got off at a one stop since the time frame was over an hour for the next bus and it was getting late. We enjoyed having the transportation around Tokyo since it was our first time there and it helped us determine what sites we would like to return to the next few days using the subways. I would highly recommend this tour for first time guests in Tokyo.
Hop on Hop off is the best way to Tour Tokyo when on a limited time. It gives you enough information of the sites as you go around the city. They also have 3 selections for Tour routes which you can access. Also allows you to go around without having to use the subways.
IT WOULD HAVE HELPED IF YOU PROVIDED A LARGE SIGN SAYING 'GREEN TOMATO' AS WE WALKED RIGHT PAST IT AND STARTED TO SEARCH EVERYWHERE FOR THE PICK-UP POINT!.
ONCE WE RE-TRACED OUR STEPS - WE FOUND THE PERSON HOLDING A BOARD WITH OUR NAMES IN VERY SMALL PRINT!
ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAD......
FROM THEN ON A CHARMING LADY DIRECTED US TO THE MINIVAN AND WOULD NOT EVEN LET MY HUSBAND LOAD THE LUGGAGE.
SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL - GREAT DRIVER - ARRIVED OUTSIDE OUR HOTEL OVER 1 HOUR LATER POINTING OUT THE HIGHLIGHTS OF TOKYO ON THE WAY!!.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

we enjoyed our sightseeing, cllimate was just right as we cross the rainbow bridge. we discovered so many things about Japan's diff locations, very informative and helpful to in selecting places we want to explore on our limited time in Tokyo. we were glad that we book hop on hop off.
The unit was available for us at our first hotel. Instructions are very clear. I am of the opinion that it has saved us having to get cell service here. We were able to check train schedules and use google maps when we were unsure of our location. The wifi was dependable in all areas of Japan. I would highly recommend your company and will use it again when we return. Thanks.
When coming in to any new place to visit, we look for bus tours such as this. The tour was informative and gave us an idea of places we would want to return to and explore fully. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was worried about using a service such as Veltra but I had no problems whatsoever. We plan on doing the bus tour again when friends visit and using Veltra. Highly recommend!
I could log my sister and my phones but then the battery would drain if we used it all day so I would have to shut it off and on or else the router would get super hot. I have to say though, this has been a lifesaver for our trip because addresses are very hard to find in Tokyo!.
It was good and on time. Although it rained in the morning when we rode the open air bus.
Worked well for the entire time I had it. Was waiting at my hotel at check in.
It had reasonable prices but be prepared to wait since it is a shared shuttle so you may have to wait a little while before leaving if they have more pick ups for the day. Had to wait 45-1hr for the next party to come in
Dear Shawn,
We are highly appreciated with you & your feedback.
Which is gives us more encouragement to improve our service more punctual, reliable and convenient.
Please contact or email us whenever if you have any inquiries for any place in Japan.
We are waiting for your next booking.

Best service and 100% reliable!! We used out pocket wifi all over Japan with 0 problems!!! A+++
The time between the buses is too long, 70 min. You can't make even two full routes in one day. If the time was 30 min, then it'll be possible.
I took the Tokyo Sky Bus during my first day in Tokyo and it was worth it! It gave me an overview of Tokyo and that's when I decided where I wanted to go for the rest of my stay.
My trip was scheduled at the very last minute for my business, and I requested this device right away. But it took a few days for them to process my request, and I had to go without it for the first 2.5 days. It finally arrived on my 3rd day of this trip in the afternoon.
The device worked well, but it dies so quickly. After it was fully charged, it can work about 4, 5 hours depending on how much you use it. I felt like that was too short. I own a pocket WiFi (hot spot) in the U.S., and that lasts all day. So I was really disappointed about it.
The return process at the airport was very simple and easy. I appreciate that because I had a lot stuff to carry with me.
I would say this plan was good overall because of the price. I paid about $60 for 10 days, and it was cheaper than other options I had.
What a great way to tour and navigate around the tourist spots of Tokyo. The open top makes for good views of the city and landscape. We took full advantage of the 1 day pass, hopping off at different points in the city. We started Friday afternoon until Saturday afternoon. Our favorite stop was Asakusa Kanakawado the closest stop to the Senso-ji Temple. We ended up there both days to see even more sites. The wait time between buses was enough to explore and hop back on. Three routes cover a vast area and you probably need more than a day pass. This is a great way to maximize your time in Toyko, you don’t have to figure out a complicated metro map or wonder when you get out of the metro station which direction your destination is in. The audio guide was informative and staff member was available to answer your questions. For those who like the double-decker bus experience, you won't be disappointed.
The ticket we bought was valid for 24 hours so we used it for 2 days. We started at 4 in the afternoon and continued on until the next day. The service was very efficient. I missed the bus in just a matter of 30 seconds as it drove right past me. I was not prepared to run after it. It was no big deal as I caught the next one since I was in no rush. I had a schedule with me so I was able to get a nice cup of coffee and shopped for a bit and made sure I was there at least 10 minutes before schedule! You need to plan your route and sight seeing carefully.
I went on 2 routes. The Tokyo Sky Tree and the Odaiba route. Both had their own charms. Would recommend the Odaiba route after sunset and the Sky tree route during the day. The Odaiba route was very scenic at night because of the rainbow bridge , Tokyo Tower and the skyline was just breath taking. Hopped off at the Tokyo Sky Tree the next day. Went up the tower for the amazing view. I was there pretty early I suppose hence the queue was not bad at all. The stop was pretty close by and if you could not find your way back to the bus stop, just ask people around you. Everyone was extremely helpful. Japanese would go out of their way to show you where the bus stop is. They would physically bring you there. You just tell them it’s the sky hop on hop off bus and they will bring you there.
If you are tight for time, and want to see as much of Tokyo as you can in that short period of time, this would be your best shot. I had a great time. My time in Tokyo was limited so I was glad I got on this tour bus.
