My mother had been saying she wanted to go to Kyushu, so we decided to take a luxurious trip. Since my mother is starting to show some signs of forgetfulness, I thought this might be our last chance... It was a relief that there were no limousine buses due to COVID! Before we got into the taxi, they asked if we needed to use the restroom, which made me feel at ease as we headed to Yufuin! They welcomed us at Oita Airport, and since it was an early morning, I was in a deep sleep... It was comfortable! I'm glad I made the request! Thank you very much!!

母が九州に行きたいと話していたので、思いきって贅沢の旅になりました。
母は、少しボケてきているので、これが最後かなとか思いつつ、、、、、、、、、、、。
コロナでリムジンバスがないなか、助かりました！
タクシーにのるまえに、お手洗いは大丈夫ですか？と声をかけて下さり、安心して湯布院へ迎えることが出来ました！
大分空港に出迎えてくださって、朝が早かったので、爆睡状態、、、、、、、、、、、。

Due to the changes in bus transfers during the pandemic, I wasn't sure about the routes, so I decided to use this taxi service this time. As a result, the fare to the hotel in Yufuin didn't change, and I was able to arrive early and enjoy plenty of sightseeing.

コロナ化でバスが色々乗り継ぎになったので、よくわからずだったので、今回こちらのタクシーを利用しました。結果、湯布院のホテルまで送っていただいても料金は変わらないので、早くに到着できて、観光を充分にすることが出来ました。

I had planned to take the airport limousine to Yufuin, but due to COVID, I couldn't use it and opted for this service instead. Although there was a delay due to strong winds, they were waiting for me with a name card. The driver was courteous, and I felt safe during the ride.

空港リムジンで由布院への予定でしたが、コロナのせいで使えずこちらを利用しました。
強風で到着が遅れましたが、名前のカードをもって待っていてくださいました。丁寧な運転で安心して向かえました。

I thought the person in the back seat was chatting a bit too much, but since it was a special trip, I hesitated to say anything. If it weren't for the COVID period, it wouldn't have bothered me at all.

後ろの席の方が少しおしゃべりしすぎかなぁとは思いましたがせっかくの旅行ですから注意するのも遠慮してしまいました。
コロナの時期でなければ気にならない程度なんですけどね。

The staff's response was average, and the bus equipment was standard. It would have been nice to have a little more consideration, such as etiquette bags and alcohol wipes. The driver's driving was careful.

スタッフの対応も普通であり、バスの装備も並である。
エチケット袋やアルコールタオルなど少し心遣いがあれば良い。ドライバーの運転は丁寧だ。

It was more expensive compared to other buses, but I used it because it stopped at my hotel. The bus also had USB power outlets.

他のバスと比較すると高かったのですが、宿泊ホテルに立ち寄るので利用しました。バスにはUSB電源もついていていました。

I was worried because my flight was delayed, but they waited for me and parked the car right in front of the exit, which was a big help. Along the way, they provided information about the scenery and it was fun to have a little sightseeing. I arrived at my destination sooner than I expected, and I'm glad I used their service.

当日飛行機が遅れて心配しましたが、ちゃんと待っていてくれて、車も出口の目の前につけてくれて助かりました。途中、景色の案内もしてくれたりちょっとした観光で楽しかったです。思ったよりも早く目的地に着く事も出来て、利用して良かったです。

I used this service for my ski trip from New Chitose Airport to Tomamu. Since I’m not used to driving in the snow, I decided to use this option, and it was very comfortable as it takes you directly from the airport to the hotel entrance!

After arriving at the airport, I checked the meeting point while checking in. As indicated on the map, there was an orange sign in the arrival lobby on the first floor, which made it easy to find. There was also a Lawson nearby, and the departure lobby one floor up was just a quick escalator ride away, so I went shopping until it was time to gather. When the meeting time came, there were lines for Furano and Tomamu near the benches. A staff member in a silver jumper was there to guide us, which was reassuring.

On the bus, eating was allowed only quietly. (This may change depending on the infection situation…) We sanitized our hands before getting on the bus, and everyone was very quiet inside.

At Tomamu The Tower, there is an orange desk right at the entrance (around the lounge entrance), so it should be easy to spot. Before the meeting time, staff members were there to confirm the bus's arrival. It was nice to be able to wait in the warm area inside during that time. I opted for an earlier bus to have some extra time, and I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal and souvenir shopping at the airport, which was great!

It might depend on the time of use, but even before the peak winter holiday season, the bus was almost full on the way there, so I was glad I made an early reservation.

トマムでのスキー旅行の際に、新千歳空港⇄トマム間で利用しました。雪の中での運転は慣れないので、こちらを利用することにしましたが、空港からホテルのエントランスまで行けるので、とても快適でした！

空港到着後、集合場所を確認しがてら、チェックイン。地図にある通り、1階の到着ロビーにオレンジ色の看板があるので、わかりやすかったです。近くにローソンもあり、1階上の出発ロビーもエスカレーター上がればすぐなので、時間まで買い出しへ。集合時間になったら、近くにあるベンチ付近に富良野行きと、トマム行きの列が出来ていました。シルバーのジャンパーを着たスタッフの方が、案内してくれるので、安心でした。

バスの中は、飲食は黙食でということでした。(感染状況によっては変わるかもしれませんが…)バスに乗る際消毒をし、車内でも皆さんとても静かでした。

トマム・ザ・タワーでは、エントランス入ってすぐ(ラウンジ入り口前あたり)に、オレンジ色のデスクがあるので、すぐわかると思います。集合時間前には、スタッフの方がいてバスの到着を確認してくれていました。その間は中の暖かいところで待っていられるのもよかったです。余裕を持って、早めの便にしましたが、空港でゆっくり食事やお土産選びも出来たので、満喫出来ました！

利用時間にもよるのかもしれませんが、まだ本格的な冬休み前にも関わらず、行きはほぼ満席だったので、早めに予約しておいてよかったと思いました。

I was planning to take a bus from Oita Airport to Yufuin, but I found out a few days ago that the bus service was suspended due to COVID-19, so I hurriedly made a reservation here.

While it is possible to go by bus, it requires several transfers, which takes both time and effort. By using this service, I was able to smoothly travel to Yufuin after arriving at the airport, allowing me more time for sightseeing.

Even amidst the ongoing impact of COVID-19, I recommend this as a means to travel comfortably. The driver was also very calm and pleasant.

大分空港から湯布院までバスで移動するつもりでしたが、数日前にコロナの影響でバスが運休になっていることを知り、慌ててこちらを予約しました。
バスで行くことも可能ですが、いくつか乗継をしなくてはいけなくて時間も手間もかかります。
こちらを利用したら空港到着後スムーズに湯布院に移動でき、その分観光に時間を取ることができました。

まだまだコロナの影響が及ぶ中、少しでも快適に旅行をするための手段としておすすめです。運転手さんもとても穏やかな方でした。

Everything was provided perfectly and as what was mentioned on the website!
It's super convenient as well that they offer a sim card with unlimited data as an additional option,I personally think this is much better than renting a WiFi coz you don't have to worry about the battery and less thing to carry in your bag. I'll definitely consider them again for airport transfer whenever I'm in Japan.

A must book transfer from the hotel to the Airport!

Driver was very helpful with my luggage and was very kind. He even assisted me getting a cart for my suitcase at the airport as I had a heavy one. He was a bit early than the said pick-up time BUT not a big deal as it won't make you anxious if your transfer will arrive. Vehicle used was extremely clean and spacious. They also had a free WiFi inside the vehicle so it's a plus! I'll definitely consider them again as my airport transfer provider when in Japan!

Your Hotel to Airport shuttle service was so convenient and at a reasonable price. It gave us peace of mind knowing we can get to the airport on time. It felt like we had a personal driver driving us at our own convenience. Thank you.

Driver came exactly on time. Helped with our luggage, drove carefully and dropped us off at the correct place. Great service.

Beyond my expectations, excellent customer service, professional and I am so happy for their service. I made mistake on the reservation and the customer service tracked me down while I was already at the airport boarding has no access to the computer to correct my mistake. She went above and beyond to help.

Upon arrival easily spotted the agent have already waited for me, driver had white gloves, excellent clean neatly uniform and excellent driving skills.

I will forever be asking for their help and services for all my future trips.

Being met off the plane was excellent. There was a clear sign showing my name and we did not have to wait long for the mini-bus to depart. We went to one other hotel before ours.

For going home, we were picked up at 4.45 and there was no-one else in the mini-bus. All went well except that we arrived at the airport about an hour before the check-in opened and all the shops were still shut. It would have been better to have been collected a bit later.

Excellent. There at the time agreed with a very clear sign. Just what was needed for my wife, who has mobility problems.

Driver was on time, actually a few minutes early. Van was clean, driver was courteous and helpful. Booking was easy and problem free and everything went as expected. Will definitely use this service again when we are in Tokyo.

The pick up was prompt and fast but the driver left us around the corner, not in front of a hotel but it was the wrong hotel. We had to drag our luggage to the next block to the correct hotel.

When leaving Tokyo from our hotel to the Narita airport we decided to contract for a shared shuttle with Veltra. Your instructions say to be at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. We arrived at exactly that time and our driver was driving in at that moment. After loading our luggage and getting us in the van and showing where the heat controls were and what the wifi password was we started for the airport. I asked him if he had to stop for others and he said that we were the only ones on the trip. As I looked around the van I was amazed at how clean everything was, Not a single piece of trash or even lint on the carpet. The ride took a little over a hour and he answered questions along the way about things we were curious about. At the airport he unloaded our luggage and thanked us for using his company and was very appreciative when we told him that we definitely would.

Our flight to Tokyo was delayed four hours, but someone was waiting for us at the baggage claim exit. The vehicle was very clean, and the driver dropped us off right at the hotel door. Very happy with the overall experience, and will definitely use again.

Got both the airport pickup and return to and from Shinjuku and everything was incredibly smooth.
From the airport a lady was stood with my name on a board in the arrivals Hall and I was taken straight to the shared shuttle.
From the hotel to the airport we were given a pick up time (just over 4 hours ahead of our flight time), the driver came into our hotel lobby, loaded our bags into the shuttle and off we went back to the airport. Easy as!

NRT airport is very busy but we found the transfer person. She told us she had a few other passengers and told us where to wait. It didn't take that long and we were on our way. Even though the driver didn't speak English, he got us to our hotel in the Ginza area of Tokyo.

Agent meet me to locate the shuttle. Very fast and convenient.

Confirmation the day we arrived at our motel in Japan. Pick up was on time and easy ride to airport. Very reliable and would recommend them for any transfer either from a cruise ship port or to airport. Tours are well ran also .

Picked up from our hotel. Luggage taken cared of. Driver very nice and a safe driver.

The car arrived on time. The driver was courteous and the car was clean and comfortable. The Hotel Staff Fare welled us, politely.
After picking up one more client, in the centre of Tokyo, we went straight to the airport. Fast, efficient and friendly service, all the way.
