There have been times when the weather forecast was pleasantly wrong, and I appreciate the attentiveness of our guide, Mr. Kuroda, and the safe driving of Mr. Yoshida. The recommended photography spots and the gassho-zukuri buildings were fantastic.

I was so excited to see the whale shark up close! Its white polka dots and round eyes were adorable! They brought us so close that it felt like we could be sucked into its big mouth, and I had a great time seeing all the fish swimming alongside it!

The instructors were very cheerful, chatting with each other and with us, allowing us to experience the lively atmosphere of Okinawa.

They observed how we used the tanks and our swimming in the water, allowing us to swim freely and have fun! For those who were nervous, they guided us by holding our hands until the end, so I think even those who are not good at swimming can feel at ease!

I definitely want everyone to see a big whale shark at least once! Thank you for the amazing experience! ♪

間近でジンベエザメを見ることができて、大興奮でした！白の水玉模様とつぶらな瞳がかわいかったです！
大きな口に吸い込まれそうになるくらい近くに連れてきてくれて、一緒に泳ぐ魚たちもたくさん見れてとても楽しかったです！
インストラクターのお兄さんたちがとっても陽気でスタッフ同士や私たちともおしゃべりしてくれて沖縄の陽気な雰囲気を味わうことができました。

ボンベの使い方や、水中での泳ぎ具合を見て、臨機応変に自由に泳がせてくれて楽しかったです！
緊張している方には、最後まで手をとって誘導していたので泳ぐのが苦手な方も安心だと思います！

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and being with my elderly mother, I hesitated to participate several times. However, after checking the COVID-19 safety measures on the website, I decided it would be safe to join. I personally wasn't originally interested in Shirakawa-go, but since my mother wanted to go, I planned this trip. In the end, the guide, Mr. Kuroda, shared interesting stories, and we were able to take a leisurely stroll, which made for a very pleasant time. Although the rainy weather was quite disappointing, I appreciated the comment that "this kind of scenery is rarely seen," and I realized that it was indeed a unique landscape. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

コロナ禍もあり、高齢の母と一緒でもあったので、何度も参加することを迷ったのですが、サイトでコロナ対策方針を確認し、きっとこれなら大丈夫と参加を決めました。私自身、元々白川郷に興味はなく、母が行きたいと言うので今回旅行を組んだのですが、結果、ガイドの黒田さんのお話しも面白く、ゆっくり散策もできて、とてもよい時間を過ごすことができました。雨降りの天気がとても残念でしたが、「こんな風景はあまり見たことがない」とのお話しもあり、これもまた味わいのある風景なんだなと思いました。

I was worried about the typhoon, but we narrowly escaped it and had a very enjoyable day. I was torn between taking a regular shuttle bus, but since it was my first visit and I was with children, and it seemed like there would be many mountain roads, I decided on the tour.

The bus guide's fun and educational stories were easy for the kids to understand, and we had a very fulfilling time during the journey. Both the driver and the guide were very friendly and easy to talk to.

In Shirakawa-go, they even shared some hidden recommended photo spots, allowing us to capture a truly memorable shot. During the sightseeing, we could leave our bags on the bus and explore hands-free, and they even lent us umbrellas during sudden rain, which was very thoughtful.

It really became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

心配していた台風もぎりぎり免れ、とても楽しい1日を過ごすことができました。普通の連絡バスと迷いましたが、初めての訪問且つ、子連れで、山道も多そうだったのでツアーに決めました。
バスガイドさんの楽しく、へーっと勉強になるお話は子どもたちにもわかりやすく、道中もとても充実した時間を過ごせました。
運選手さん、ガイドさん共にとても気さくな方で、話しやすかったです。
白川郷では知る人ぞ知るおすすめシャッタースポットなども教えていただけ、とても思い出に残る１枚が撮影できました。
観光中は荷物もバスに置いて手ぶらで観光できたり、急な雨にも傘を貸していただけるなど至れり尽くせりでした。

I printed the voucher at home and brought it with me on the day of the reservation. I arrived by car around 11:30 for my 12:00 reservation. Parking is free.

I submitted the voucher at the reception on the second floor and filled out a separate sheet with my address and name. At that time, I received a reception number and sat on a bench in the back. When my number was called, I boarded the boat in order.

In August, the sunlight was strong, but I appreciated that the boat had a green roof. (This might reduce the feeling of openness a bit.)

The boatmen's talks were entertaining, and the river ride itself was enjoyable. Since it was summer, I think it would have been even better if we could have gotten a bit wetter or had more thrills.

On the way back, I walked around Arashiyama and took the train home. (Since trains are infrequent, it might be good to check the schedule in advance.) Overall, it became a great memory!

予約時のバウチャーを自宅で印刷し、当日持参しました。12時予約で11時半ごろ車で到着です。駐車場は無料です。

改めてバウチャーを2階受付で提出し、別紙に住所や氏名等を記載しました。その際受付番号をもらい奥のベンチに座っていると、受付番号が呼ばれてその順に舟に乗る…という感じです。

8月で日差しが強かったですが、舟には緑色の屋根を付けて下さり助かりました。（その分解放感は薄れるかもしれません）

船頭さんたちのトークは面白く、川下り自体も楽しかったです。夏だったのでもう少し水に濡れたり、スリルがあると一層良かったと思います。

帰りは嵐山を歩き、電車で帰りました。
（電車の本数が少ないので時間を調べておくといいかも）
トータルいい思い出になりました！

Traveling to the hidden gem of Shirakawa-go can be quite challenging, so I decided to join this tour. I was a bit anxious about how to explore Shirakawa-go, but the tour guide was very knowledgeable, and unlike many sightseeing buses, we weren't rushed for time, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely stroll. The bus was a bit small, so the seats were somewhat cramped, but since the journey was only about an hour, it wasn't a big issue. Lunch was all-you-can-eat, but it was light, so I wish I had tried some snacks like dango or gohei mochi while exploring. The schedule was just right, departing Kanazawa at 9:20 AM and arriving at 3:30 PM, which gave us time to shop and have fun after arriving in Kanazawa. It was quite hot due to the typhoon's influence, so I wish I had brought a parasol. Both the tour guide and the driver were very pleasant, and they introduced us to Kanazawa souvenirs and great photo spots, making it a fun trip. Thank you!

秘境白川郷へ行くのは大変なので、この機会にと思い参加しました。白川郷？どうやって観光する？と少々不安に思っていましたが、そこはさすがに観光バスだけあり添乗員さんの案内がとても的確で観光バスにありがちな時間に追われるということもなく、のんびり散策を楽しむことができました。バスは小さめなので座席も狭目ですが、1時間程度の移動なのでさほど問題ありませんでした。昼食はおかわり自由ですが内容的には軽めなのでお腹の心配せず散策中にお団子や五平餅なども食べればよかった〜。朝9時20分発、金沢着15時半の程よいプランだったので、金沢に着いてからも買い物したり遊べました。台風の影響でかなり暑かったので日傘を持って行けばよかったです。添乗員さんも運転手さんもとても感じが良くて金沢のお土産の紹介や撮影スポットを教えていただき楽しい旅になりました。ありがとうございました

I participated in late August. It was cloudy, so walking was just right. Due to COVID, there were hardly any foreigners, so it wasn't as crowded as I expected, but there were a good number of tourists. The tour guide provided information on how to get around and hidden gems, which allowed us to sightsee efficiently, and it was very good. Since lunch was included, there was no waiting time, and we could use our time effectively. The recommended souvenirs from Kanazawa were also helpful. My first visit to Shirakawa-go was very satisfying. I definitely want to go on a tour to Shirakawa-go in winter next time.

Due to increased water levels, the activity was suspended until the day before, but after it resumed, the river rafting was more intense than I expected, and I enjoyed it several times more! The guide was easy to understand, and I definitely want to include this in my itinerary the next time I travel to Kyoto.

I arrived about 30 minutes before my reservation and checked in, and I was able to depart right away with a group. If you need time to go to the restroom or buy drinks, I think it's better to do that before checking in so you don't feel rushed.

It was enjoyable to listen to the explanations while watching the boatman row diligently and steer with the pole. I'm glad I could safely connect with nature while going down the river.

予約時刻の約30分前に到着し受付したところ、団体客と一緒になりすぐ出発することができました。トイレに行く時間や飲み物を買う時間が必要な場合はそれをしてから受付をした方が気が急かなくていいと思います。
船頭さんが一生懸命漕ぐ姿、竿で方向を決めていく様子を見ながら説明を聞いて楽しく川下りをしました。安全に自然と親しめてよかったです。

My first visit to Shirakawa-go. It was easily accessible from Kanazawa and offered great value for money.
The explanations during the drive made the scenery much more enjoyable and were very educational.
In Shirakawa-go, the prior explanations allowed for a comprehensive understanding, making it easy to explore without wasting time.
The breathtaking photo spots and highlights were wonderful experiences that you can't have on a personal trip.
This tour, which includes lunch and a rice cracker baking experience at a reasonable price, comes highly recommended.
The lush summer scenery of Shirakawa-go was also very nice. I would love to participate again in a different season.

I went out with my elementary school daughter and our family of three.
It was my daughter's first time rafting, and we were blessed with good weather, enjoying the 100-minute journey.
The scenery and the large rocks were impressive, and we were captivated by the beauty of the clear river.
As we approached Arashiyama, we got excited in the final stretch while snacking on mitarashi dango and grilled squid from a vendor boat we were sailing alongside.

I had a feeling that going to Shirakawa-go would be quite challenging, but I learned that there are bus tours from Kanazawa Station that make it easy to visit, so I decided to join immediately.
On the bus ride there, I received a local map and various pieces of information, which I think helped me to tour efficiently.
The time spent at the site, including lunch, is about two and a half hours, but if you take your time to explore, it might not be enough. I heard there was a campaign at a certain café offering a 50 yen discount on all drinks, but I don't think there will be time to relax and enjoy tea.
I participated in the summer this time, but I thought it must be incredibly beautiful to visit in the winter when the snow is piled up.

白川郷へ行くのは結構大変なんだろうなとなんとなく思っていたのですが、金沢駅から気軽に行けるバスツアーがあると知り即参加を決めました。
行きのバスの中で現地の地図もいただき、色々と事前情報をいただけたので効率よく観光できたと思います。
現地滞在時間は昼食時間も含めて2時間半ぐらいあるのですが、じっくり見て回っていたら足りないぐらいです。某カフェでドリンク全品50円引きのキャンペーンをやっていたようですがゆっくりお茶している時間はないと思います。
今回は夏の参加でしたが、雪の積もった冬に来るとさぞかし美しいのだろうなと思いました。

I participated with my children. I was worried whether my elementary school and preschool kids would enjoy it, but in the end, it was incredibly fun. Since only authorized vehicles can enter, getting on and off is easy, making walking around comfortable. I was also informed about the highlights for free exploration. We were healed by the peaceful nature, enjoyed delicious snacks, and the kids had a great time. The guide was kind and the stories were interesting. Thank you very much.

It was great to see Tokyo Tower from various angles and to tour famous places like the Imperial Palace and Ginza by bus. I was with my child, and we had a lot of fun. It was refreshing since it was cloudy in late August. I would like to use a different route next time.

屋根がないバスでかぜが強い日で、高速道路を走ってるときは最高に気持ちよかった。

I was worried about the weather, and it poured rain during the river descent and after we got off, but it was fun in its own way. As a summer vacation memory, I invited a female acquaintance and her children to experience the Hozu River boat ride in Kyoto. It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, and it was even more wonderful than I expected. Moreover, I initially had no interest in Gokayama, but after learning from the guide that the Emperor had stayed there and that it has three Michelin stars, I realized it truly offers a different world compared to Shirakawa-go. It felt like I had entered a different dimension, making it an incredibly enjoyable trip. The guide also provided helpful information about souvenirs, which was greatly appreciated. I definitely want to visit again.

I wanted to visit Shirakawa-go and Takayama, so I included them in my trip to Kanazawa. I had a great time efficiently touring Shirakawa-go and Gokayama in just one day. Our guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided very clear explanations, and his simultaneous interpretation for participants from abroad was also easy to understand and very skilled. In Shirakawa-go, we had plenty of time to explore and enjoy at a leisurely pace. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

一日を使って効率的に白川郷、五箇山を周遊できてとても楽しかったです。ガイドの黒田さんの説明も大変わかりやすく、外国から参加された方への同時通訳もわかりやすくとても手慣れていらっしゃいました。白川郷では時間もしっかりとあり、ゆっくり見て楽しめます。とても楽しいひと時でした。
