I participated alone, but I enjoyed it without any anxiety at all. The captain's warm personality was felt in both the guiding and steering, making it a delightful time. Next time, I want to join with my family. For those who will be boarding in the future, please note that boarding is done in the order of registration (seats fill up from the popular deck), make sure to prepare for the cold, and while bringing food and drinks is allowed, you might not have time to eat because you'll be busy taking photos and moving to the bow, so it might be better not to bring anything.

一人での参加でしたが、全く不安なく楽しめました。船長の温かいお人柄がガイドにも操舵にも感じられ楽しいひと時でした。今度は家族と参加したいです。今後乗船される方は受付順での乗船（席は人気のあるデッキから埋まる）であること、防寒対策をしっかりとすること、飲食持ち込み可でしたが、飲食する暇ないくらい写真撮影、船首への移動で持参しなくてもいいかもしれないと位がアドバイスです。

On the day of the event, I was able to confirm from the hotel window that there were some waves. About an hour before the scheduled time, the organizers contacted us to inform that the visibility level in the water was at level 1 due to the sea conditions. When I asked if other participants had canceled, they mentioned that a group was still participating, so I also expressed my desire to join. Although the sky was slightly overcast, the shaking was not as severe as I had expected, and I was able to see some fish shadows. There's nothing we can do about the weather, but the response from the organizers was impeccable.

思っていたよりもひどい揺れはなく
なんとなく魚影も確認できました。
天候ばかりはどうしようもありません
対応に関しては申し分ありませんでした。

We took a ride on a yakatabune for my daughter's job celebration and my birthday. The food was very delicious. The freshly fried tempura was the best. The staff were truly wonderful. We had a memorable time.

娘の就職祝いと私の誕生日のお祝いを兼ね、初めて屋形船に乗りました。
お料理がとても美味しかったです。揚げたての天ぷらは最高です。スタッフの方々が本当に素晴らしい。思い出に残るひとときを過ごさせていただきました。

Everyone wore life jackets and boarded the boat. Although it was a weekday, there were nearly 30 participants. Even though it was October, the boat moves swiftly through the wind, so I think it's a good idea to prepare for wind and cold. (There were indoor seats, but since the windows caused reflections in the photos, I think the seats at the back without a roof offer a better view.) There was plenty of time to stop and take photos, so I really enjoyed it! The captain's extensive knowledge was also very helpful.

全員ライフジャケットを着用し乗り込み。平日でしたが、30人弱ほど参加者がいらっしゃいました。10月の参加でしたが風を切って船が進みますので、防風防寒対策すると良いと思います。(室内の席もありましたが、窓ガラスがあり写真が反射してしまうので後方の屋根無し席の方が景色がよく見えると思います)見所は停泊して写真タイムも十分ですので、楽しめました！船長さんの豊富な知識もとても為になりました。

It was a day with strong winds and very poor visibility, so I received a kind phone call in advance to confirm whether I would participate. I was told there would be no cancellation fee, and since my child wanted to go, we decided to participate. The weather turned out to be very nice, and my child enjoyed the first boat ride very much. The fish, which were said to be almost invisible, were more visible than expected, and my child was very interested. We had a great time, the staff were kind, and the duration was just right. I'm glad we participated.

風が強く、視界はかなり悪い日だったので、親切に参加するかどうか事前に確認の電話をいただきました。キャンセル料はかかりませんとのことでしたが、子供が行きたいと言ったので参加することに。天気はとても良く、初めての乗船をとても楽しんでくれました。ほぼ見えないと言われていた魚たちも予想以上に見えて、子供は興味津々。
とても楽しめましたし、係の方も親切で、所要時間もちょうど良く、参加して良かったと思います。

I wanted to give my friends who came to visit from Tokyo a unique experience in Yokohama, so I made a reservation. Despite the not-so-great weather, we had a wonderful time and they were very happy! Next time, I plan to join with my family!!

東京から遊びに来てくれた友人達に、何か横浜だけの体験をプレゼントしたく、予約させて頂きました。

I had a great time on the amphibious bus for the first time. Even adults can enjoy it a lot. I was able to see neighborhoods like Kameido that I usually wouldn't visit as a tourist, and above all, the guide was bright and fun. Thank you!♪

We participated as a family of four adults.

The boatman's explanations and the scenery captivated us, making the 90 minutes fly by. We stopped at beautiful scenic points and were able to take many photos. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you!

I finally got to ride on the traditional houseboat that I had dreamed of. It could accommodate 65 people, and the interior was spacious and very beautiful. It was a shared tour, and half of the guests were foreigners, some of whom mentioned they were on their honeymoon. I was worried about the restrooms since it was an all-you-can-drink event, but there were multiple flush toilets, so I had no concerns at all. I didn't feel the boat swaying at all.

More than anything, the captain's hosting was very elegant, and he spoke fluent English, which made it enjoyable for us. The surprise birthday celebration for my friend was perfect. The food, especially the freshly fried tempura, was incredibly delicious. The night view of the Tokyo Tower and Skytree from Odaiba was amazing.

It was a continuous series of emotional moments on the houseboat. I definitely want to participate again. Thank you very much.

夢に見ていたお座敷の屋形船。
やっと乗ることができました。65人も乗れて中は広くとてもきれいでした。
相乗ツアーでしたが、半分の方が外国人のお客様でハネムーンだと言う方もいらっしゃいました。飲み放題と言うことでトイレが心配でしたが、水洗トイレが何個も付いていて全く心配ありませんでした。
船の揺れも全く気になりませんでした。
それより何より船頭さんの司会進行がとっても優雅で英語も流暢で私たちを楽しませてくれました。友達のバースデーサプライズも完璧でした。
お料理も揚げたての天ぷらが出て最高においしかったです。
お台場から見るスカイツリー東京タワーの夜景は最高でした。
感動の連続の屋形船でした。
またぜひ参加させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。。

At the end of September, I went on a cruise on a day with not much whitecaps. Early on, we encountered many dolphins swimming, and during the approximately two-hour cruise, we saw three sperm whales. One of them was quite close to us. We also spotted a beaked whale swimming in the distance. I had a 0-year-old baby with me, but we participated using a baby carrier, and the baby slept the entire time during the cruise. There were two guides and one driver, making a total of three staff members, which made us feel safe while on board.

9月末、あまり白波も少ない天気の日に乗りました。
序盤よりたくさんのイシイルカ達が泳いでいるところに遭遇し、その後約2時間程度のクルーズで3頭のマッコウクジラを見れました。そのうち一頭はかなり至近距離で見ることができました。
また、遠くにツチクジラが泳いでいるのも見えました。
0歳の子連れでしたが、抱っこ紐で参加し、クルーズ中はずっと寝ていました。
ガイドさんが2名、運転士さんが1名で計3名のスタッフがいることにより安心して乗船できました。

This time, I took my eight grandchildren to Okinawa! Since many of them are still quite young, we participated in a cruise activity that is suitable for ages 0 and up. From the moment we boarded the ship, the grandchildren were excited to see the fish, and as soon as we reached the watching point, a lot of fish appeared one after another right in front of us, which really boosted their excitement! "Wow, amazing! There’s a pink fish!" they exclaimed, wondering if they would see Nemo. I'm really glad we created another wonderful memory in Okinawa.

船に乗る時から孫達はお魚に会えると喜んでいましたが
実際ウォッチングポイントに到達したとたん
目の前にたくさんの魚が次から次へと現れ
孫達のテンションも爆上がり！！
うわーすごい！ピンクのお魚がいる！
ニモいるかな〜？とそれぞれに喜びの声をあげていました。
沖縄での良い思い出が一つ増えて本当に良かったです。

This was my first time as well, and I went with my parents in their 70s and my sister and her husband in their 50s. My parents in their 70s were really happy. It was so much fun that I want to go again with my husband next time. The only downside is that the ride was a bit short.

自分も初めてですが、70代の両親と50代の姉夫婦を連れて一緒に乗りました。

楽しかったので、次回は主人と一緒に行きたいと思います。

I was looking for something to experience in a short amount of time and discovered an amphibious bus. I was excited to see what it would be like to go from land to water. The moment we all counted down and entered the sea was the best! Occasionally, splashes of water hit my face and clothes, but that was quite nice too. The guide's explanations were very clear, and it was a fun time. I want to recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

短い時間で何か体験したいなと探していたら、水陸両用バスがあることを発見。陸から水へ、どんな感じなんだろうとワクワクでした。みんなでカウントダウンをして海へ入ったあの瞬間は最高でしたー。時々水しぶきが顔や服にかかりましたが、これもなかなか良かったです。ガイドさんの説明もとてもわかりやすく、楽しい時間でした。みんなにもすすめたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

It was a cloudy sky, but I was able to see a very beautiful crystal blue. The captain was also in high spirits, and it was a lot of fun.

Seeing the factory from the seaside, which is usually not accessible, was amazing! The captain's commentary was full of entertainment, and the hour and a half flew by.

普段見れない海側から見る工場は最高でした！船長の解説がエンタメ性溢れていて、1時間半の時間はあっという間。

My mother, who is in her 60s and not very familiar with smartphones, participated. She started contacting us 20 minutes before the meeting time because she couldn't find the meeting place. We tried searching on Google and guiding her, but she still couldn't make it. However, thanks to the staff member I called in advance, she was able to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes late and was able to switch to the next bus.

お台場とスマホに不慣れな母60代が参加しました。
集合場所がわからないと、集合時間20分前から連絡がきていて、グーグルで探したり案内しましたがたどり着けず…
でも係の方に電話をしておいたおかげで、10分遅れで集合場所に着くことができ、次の便に振り替えていただけました。
こちらの落ち度であるにもかかわらず、丁寧に対応頂きありがとうございました。

ツアー自体はとても楽しかったそうです。お世話になりました。

I had previously been on a glass-bottom boat, but since I was with children, I was worried about seasickness. So, I found this tour where you sit and look out the window and decided to sign up, and it was truly amazing!

I couldn't imagine what it would be like until I got on, but once I did, I was really excited!!

I definitely want to recommend it to my acquaintances!!

今まで、船底を覗くタイプのグラスボートには乗ったことがありましたが、子供連れでの参加だったので、船酔いが心配で、座って窓の外を覗くこちらのツアーを見つけて申し込んでみましたが、本当に最高でした！

The captain was very good at storytelling, and I had a great time. Since it was Sunday, there were fewer lights from the factory, but he shared interesting trivia, and the night view of Yokohama was beautiful. I'm glad I participated.

日曜日なので工場の光は少なかったのですが、
豆知識を話してくれたり、横浜の夜景は綺麗で、参加して良かったです。

We used Sky Duck for our first family sightseeing trip in Tokyo. My 5-year-old daughter was initially afraid to get on the bus, but once she did, she was super excited! The tour guide provided detailed information about Tokyo (Odaiba), and both adults and children were very satisfied with the experience!

家族との初めての東京観光でスカイダックさんを利用いたしました。5歳になる娘は、当初バスに乗るのを恐がっていましたが、実際乗ってみると大興奮！ツアーガイドさんも細やかに東京（お台場）の観光案内をいただき、大人も子供も大満足の内容でした‼︎

The factory night view was more beautiful than I had imagined. It's different from the cityscape at night, and I could also feel the unique smells of the industrial area and the heat from the natural gas.

Since it was a small boat, it moved at quite a good speed, so I think a light jacket would be nice as autumn approaches. The captain was a pleasant gentleman, which made the experience enjoyable. However, one point to note is that since I was sitting outside rather than inside the boat, the sound of the waves and the engine made it a bit difficult to hear the captain's explanations. I felt that it would be nice if the speaker volume could be turned up a little. I understand that for customers who enjoy chatting, a louder volume might be bothersome, so I realize it's a bit tricky.

初めての工場夜景は、想像以上に綺麗すぎました。街並みの夜景とはまた違って、独特の工場地帯の匂いや天然ガスの熱も感じられました。
小型船なので、結構いいスピードで船を走らせてくれるので、秋めいてくると薄手の上着があってもいいかと思います。
船長さんがいい雰囲気のおじさまで心地良かったです。ただ1点だけ、船内ではなく外に乗ったため、波やエンジンの音でせっかくの船長さんの説明がやや聞こえづらかったので、もう少しスピーカーの音量を大きくしてもらってもいいかなとは感じました。お喋りしながら楽しむお客様には音量が大きいとうるさいと感じるんだろうし、難しいとは思いますが。

On the night of the supermoon, I participated in my long-awaited factory night view cruise. The captain's stories were enjoyable, and the flexible course allowed us to move slowly and stop at great photo spots, so I was able to take fantastic pictures. It was a very worthwhile cruise. The night view of Minato Mirai from the boat was also amazing. I would love to participate again in a different season.

スーパームーンの夜、念願の工場夜景クルーズに参加しました。
船長さんのお話も楽しく臨機応変のコースどりと撮影スポットはゆっくり動いたり停まってくれたりするので写真もバッチリ撮れます。とても見応えのあるクルーズでした。船から観るみなとみらいの夜景も最高でした。
また違う季節に参加したいです。

I made a reservation for the 10 o'clock ferry. There are five of us in the family (ages 9, 7, and 3). The weather was great, and the sunlight was streaming into the water, allowing us to see many fish—it was the best! The kids were amazed by how the boat worked! We created wonderful memories! I would like to use this service again when we visit Okinawa. The waiting time flew by as we watched sea turtles swimming in the pond! There are other activities as well, and I would like to try those too!

10時の便に予約しました。家族5人（9歳・7歳・3歳）　天気も良く水中には光が差し込み魚もたくさん見れて最高でした！船の仕組みに子供たちはビックリしていました！最高の思い出ができました！また沖縄に行った際は利用したいです。待ち時間などウミガメが池で泳いでいるのを見れたりあっという間の時間でした！他のアクティビティもありそちらもやってみたいです！

This isn't to say that the tour was bad, but during my stay in Okinawa, it was only during this glass-bottom boat tour that it rained heavily, making it difficult to see the fish clearly. I was really disappointed thinking that if the weather had been nice, I would have been able to see the beautiful sea fish. I also wanted to experience feeding the dolphins, but since I had small children with me, I gave up on that. It was really unfortunate that the weather was nice in the morning on the day of the experience. I believe it would be a fantastic time if the weather is good.

これはこのツアーが悪い訳ではないのですが、沖縄滞在中、このグラスボートのツアーの時だけピンポイントで土砂降りであまり綺麗に魚が見えませんでした。
天気さえ良ければ最高に綺麗な海の魚が見えたんだろうなと思うと残念でした。
いるかのえさやり等も体験したかったのですが、小さい子もいるので諦めました。
体験の日も午前はお天気だったので、本当に残念過ぎました。
お天気だと最高に楽しめると思います。

The submarine starts at 10:00. I received an email stating that it would take 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork, so we were told to gather at 9:30. Since our hotel was near Kokusai Street and considering the traffic to Motobu Genki Village, we decided to leave two hours early. At this point, we left at 7:30, and with small children, the morning was quite hectic.

On the way, we bought discount tickets for the Churaumi Aquarium at the roadside station Kyoda and arrived by 9:30. When I went to the reception to fill out the paperwork, I was told, "You have already completed your payment, so please gather over there 10 minutes before." There was no paperwork, just a name confirmation. I wish they had said to gather at 9:45 instead, especially since it was early in the morning.

We waited in the heat, and it felt like a waste of precious morning time. Once on the boat, there was only one guide speaking in a normal voice. With the sound of the waves and being behind the guide, I couldn't hear what was being said. The boat started moving suddenly without any signal to depart. I had various thoughts about this, but considering the low price, I thought it was just how it was.

By the way, you will see fish near the coral around Sesoko Island. If you have done snorkeling at Sesoko Island, I think that would be better. The guide did provide explanations about the fish and coral, which was a positive aspect.

10時開始の潜水艦。
事前にメールで、書類など書くのに30分かかるので9:30集合とあった。
国際通り付近のホテルだったので、もとぶ元気村まで道が混んだことも考え2時間前には出発。この時点で7:30発と、小さな子供もいたので朝はバタバタした。
途中、道の駅許田で美ら海水族館の割引券を買ったりで9:30までには到着。受付に書類書く気で行ったら、「〇〇様は事前に支払いも終わっているので、10分前になったらあちらへ集合してください。」と。書類なんか無く、名前確認のみ。え、なら9:45集合と言って欲しかった。朝早いのに。
暑い中待たされ、朝の貴重な時間がムダになった感じだった。
船に乗ってからは1人のガイドさん？が地声で話すのみ。波の音もあって、ガイドさんの後ろ側にいたので何を言っているのか聞こえず。出航の合図もなくいきなり動き出す船。ちょっと色々と思う事はありましたが、料金は安いしこんな感じかなと。
ちなみに、瀬底島のサンゴ付近で魚を見ることになります。瀬底島でシュノーケリングをしたのであれば、そちらの方が良いと思います。
魚やサンゴの説明をガイドさんがしてくれるので、そこは良かったです。

I traveled from Abashiri, but on the Rausu side, it was foggy and rainy, and even though it was summer, it was very cold on the boat. It was quite difficult to encounter whales. I could see splashes in the distance. I would have been happy if I could have seen them a bit closer. For a beginner photographer, capturing whales and dolphins was challenging. The crew members were very polite!

網走から向かいましたが、羅臼側は霧と雨で夏なのに、船上ではとっても寒かったです。
なかなかクジラに出逢うのも難しかったですね。遠くの方で飛沫を上げてるのが見えました。もう少し近くで見えたら嬉しかったなぁ。
カメラ初心者にはクジラ、イルカの撮影は難しかったです。
船員の皆さんはとても丁寧でした！

The guidance was smooth, and it was great to see everything on time. The weather was nice, and I was happy to see the fish. I would like to use this service again when I come back next time.

I live in Yokohama, and this was my first factory night view cruise. Perhaps due to the aftermath of COVID or energy-saving measures, the night view was a bit lacking, but the captain's guidance was wonderful and absolutely fantastic. He provided explanations for almost all the buildings, so instead of just enjoying the cruise and thinking "it's beautiful," I gained knowledge about those buildings as well. The night view of Minato Mirai, which I always see, looked different this time. Thank you for the precious time.

横浜に住んでいますが、初めての工場夜景クルーズ。
コロナ後のせいか、節電のせいか、夜景は少なかったけれど、船長さんのガイドが素晴らしくサイコーでした。
ほとんどの建物に解説してくれてただクルーズすると「キレイ。」で終わるはずがその建物の知識も加わりました。
いつも見慣れたみなとみらいの夜景も違った景色になりました。
貴重な時間をありがとうございました。

The waves were high when we went out to sea, and I got seasick... It’s a good idea to take medicine beforehand; I managed to hold on somehow, haha.

The Blue Cave was mystical and beautiful. It was a sight that’s hard to see, and I’m glad I got to experience it.

I got my shoes and clothes a bit dirty from someone on the same tour, and my hat was thrown away... I was really disappointed. Since we were both traveling with family, I didn’t say anything to avoid creating a bad atmosphere, but even though it was a natural occurrence, I wished they had been a bit more considerate as a person.

Because of this, it turned out to be a rather awkward tour.

やはり海に出ると波が高く、酔いました…。
事前に薬を飲んでいくと良いですね、私はなんとか持ちこたえました　笑

青の洞窟は神秘的で良かったです。なかなかみられない光景で、見れて良かったと思います。

同じツアーの方に靴と服を少しですが汚され、帽子は、捨ててもらいました…、げんなりです。
旅行中で、お互い家族連れでもあり、空気が悪くなると嫌なのでこちらからは何もいいませんでしたが、自然現象とは言え、人としてもう少し気遣いをして欲しかったです。

こんなこともあり、微妙なツアーとなりました。

On a cloudy day in June, I participated for my car-loving nephew, but in reality, the adults enjoyed it even more than the kids! My nephew, who is three years old, sat on my lap, and it turned out to be a great way to see the scenery better, so I’m glad I followed the advice from the staff at the reception.

The bus seats are high, so while driving on land, we could see the traffic lights up close and enjoy Yokohama sightseeing from a different perspective than usual. When we were in the sea, we could overlook all of Yokohama, which made me feel like I got a great deal with these two different viewpoints! The guide's stories were fun and just right, and the driver, who also acted as the captain, drove safely the whole time, allowing us to relax and have a good time.

When we entered the sea, it was more thrilling than I imagined, and it really was a splash! We might get a little wet, but that was also part of the fun. In the end, my nephew added a whale-shaped Choro-Q to his car collection, creating wonderful memories from our enjoyable trip!

6月の曇りの日、車好きの甥っ子のために参加しましたが、実際は大人が子ども以上に大満喫！甥っ子は3歳で大人の膝の上にしましたが、その方が景色をよくみれたので、受付の方のアドバイス通りにして良かったです。
バス座席が高いので陸を走行中は信号機が近く普段とは違う目線で横浜観光ができ、海にいるときは横浜全体を見渡せるという、2つの違った視点から横浜観光ができてお得な気持ちになりました♪ガイドさんのお話も楽しく丁度よく、運転手兼キャプテンも終始安全運転で、安心して楽しく過ごすことがでしました⭐︎
海に入るときは想像以上に迫力があって、ほんとにスプラッシュです！ちょっぴり濡れるかもですが、それもまた楽しかったです。
最後は甥っ子の車コレクションにくじら号チョロQが仲間入りし、楽しい旅の思い出をつくれました♪
