I was picked up on time at Kagoshima Airport and we headed to the desired Kirishima Shrine while discussing my preferences. The guide and driver maintained a wonderful balance of being very polite without being pushy. Of course, the driving was very safe as well.

Kirishima Shrine is difficult to visit without a car, especially as an individual, but I was able to enjoy a full three hours of sightseeing and was delivered to Kagoshima Airport on time, allowing me to head to Kagoshima City as planned.

I had a meaningful first day of my trip. Thank you very much.

時間通りに鹿児島空港までお迎えに来ていただき、希望を聞いていただきながら目的の霧島神宮に向かいました。
とても丁寧なですが、押し付けがましくなくちょうどよい距離感を保っていらしゃるガイド兼ドライバーさんがとてもすばらしかったです。もちろん運転もとても安全運転。
個人でしかも車なしだと訪れにくい霧島神宮ですが、たっぷりと３時間観光して、鹿児島空港に時間通りに届けてもらったので、予定通りその後鹿児島市内に向えました。
旅の初日を有意義に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

It was a half-day tour, but I had a very comfortable time thanks to the guide's accurate explanations, fluent speech, and ease of understanding. Thank you very much.

I am grateful for the bus service provided for just four participants, especially considering the bad weather. (Other travel companies would have likely canceled.) The guide's explanations were very enjoyable and easy to understand, and I’m really glad I joined the tour instead of visiting on my own.

The driver was also very gentlemanly, holding an umbrella and waiting for us during boarding and alighting in the rain, which was impressive.

I would like to participate again on a different course next time. Thank you very much.

In the first half, we walked quite a bit. The first visit to Hōryū-ji and Chūgū-ji involves continuous walking, so we were on our feet for about two hours. Those who are not confident in their legs and back might want to reconsider.

Instead of going back to the bus right away, we had lunch, and after filling our stomachs, we enjoyed matcha hospitality at Jikō-in. I wish it had been a little later.

Since we packed in a lot of national treasures and important cultural properties, it was disappointing that there were many places we couldn't visit within the time limit. Overall, it was great to efficiently see the important sites.

前半はかなり歩きました。ひとつ目の法隆寺と中宮寺は連続して歩きでの見学なので、2時間くらい歩きっぱなしです。足腰に自信のない方はやめた方が良いかもしれません。
そのままバスに戻らず、ランチを済ませ、お腹いっぱいのまま、慈光院で抹茶のおもてなしがあります。もう少しあとでしたら良かったと思います。
国宝や重要文化財をかなり詰め込んで見学なので、時間内に回らないところが多々あったのが残念でした。
全体的には重要なところを効率よく見られたので良かったです。

The purpose of this trip was the "Ishibutai Tumulus." It was great that we could efficiently visit several places that are not easily accessible. The lunch, which included persimmon leaf sushi, was delicious, and I was lucky to also get the "persimmon dorayaki," which wasn't on the menu. However, since it was a tour, I felt there wasn't enough time. I think if we had at least another 10 minutes at each location, we could have explored everything without feeling rushed. Overall, I felt that having an additional hour would have been perfect.

今回の旅の目的は「石舞台古墳」でした。アクセスの悪い何箇所かを効率よく回れるので、とても良かったです。
ランチの柿の葉寿司も美味しく、またメニューに載っていなかった「柿どら焼き」もついてラッキーでした。
ただツアーなので、時間が足りない感じはありました。どの場所も最低、あと 10分ほどあれば焦らず隅まで見学できたと思います。
全体であと 1時間あったら最高だったと感じました。

I was picked up and dropped off at the station by taxi. Yokohama is vast, so walking can be tough, but it was very convenient to have the taxi take us around the city. We were able to see a lot of sights within two hours. Since we received various explanations, it was much easier and more enjoyable than walking on our own, especially since walking up the hill can be challenging. We got out at the Diplomat's House and thoroughly enjoyed the Western-style mansion.

タクシーで駅までお迎え、お見送りしてもらいました。
横浜は広いので、歩くと大変ですが、タクシーで隈なく横浜を回ってもらえましたので、とても便利です。２時間内で沢山観光することが出来ました。色々と説明してもらえるので、自分たちで歩くより、体力的にも楽でとても楽しかったです。丘の上まで歩くのは大変なので。外交官の家では下車して、洋館を堪能しました。

I participated with my daughter during the three-day weekend. In the morning, we visited Hōryū-ji, and in the afternoon, we went to Jikō-in, Yakushi-ji, and Tōshōdaiji. Hōryū-ji had many highlights. The lunch was also very generous. Jikō-in had a calm and serene atmosphere, and the matcha and wagashi were very delicious. Yakushi-ji and Tōshōdaiji were also wonderful. The weather was perfect, and thanks to the guide's thorough explanations and the driver's safe driving, it became a lovely memory. Considering the admission fees and lunch costs, this tour was a great value, so I definitely want to participate in the tour to Kitora Tomb as well!

　三連休に娘と参加しました。午前中は法隆寺，午後は慈光院，薬師寺，唐招提寺という行程でした。法隆寺は見どころがたくさん。昼食もボリュームたっぷり。慈光院はしっとりと落ちついた雰囲気で，お抹茶と落雁がとても美味しかったです。薬師寺や唐招提寺も素晴らしかったです。天気が最高だったことはもちろん，ガイドさんの丁寧な説明と運転手さんの安全運転で，素敵な思い出になりました。今回のツアーは拝観料や昼食代を考えるとコスパが良かったので，キトラ古墳に行くツアーにも是非参加したいです！

While it's possible to explore on your own, taking a sightseeing bus allows for a more efficient experience. Additionally, with a guide's explanations, you can view the buildings and statues from a different perspective. It was an enjoyable tour, filled with fun insider stories from a bright and knowledgeable guide. However, the pace was quite rushed. I would recommend departing at least two hours earlier, or at least one hour earlier, to have more time to appreciate each location.

個人でも回ることは可能ですが、観光バスでは効率よく回ることができます。
また、ガイドさんの説明付きなので建物や仏像をこれまでとは違った観点で見られます。明るく知識豊富なガイドさんから裏話的なことも聞けて楽しい観光でした。
ただ、かなり駆け足状態です。出発をできれば2時間、少なくとも１時間早めて各地をもっとじっくり拝観できればと思います。

The driver was very kind. We were able to visit famous places listed in the guidebook, and I also enjoyed being taken to places I didn't know about and that are hard to get to, like the Karumatsu Kannon and Japan's oldest stone torii gate. They were flexible with the drop-off location on the day as well.

親切な運転手さんでした。ガイドブックに載っている有名な場所にも行けるし、唐松観音や日本最古の石の鳥居など、自分では知らなかった場所＆行きにくい場所にも連れて行ってもらえて、楽しかったです。解散場所なども、当日柔軟に対応してもらえました。

I was able to efficiently visit tourist attractions a little away from Nara Station. It was very good. Lunch was also included, which was a great deal.

I chose this because I wanted to hear an explanation, and it wasn't too troublesome. It was great to visit many places, even some temples I didn't know about. What was disappointing was lunch; I was looking forward to the kamameshi restaurant, but it was different.

説明が聞きたくて、また面倒じゃないので選びました。たくさんまわれ、知らないお寺まで行け良かったです。がっかりしたのは、昼食、釜めし屋さんなので、楽しみにいていたら、違う。

I traveled to Nara alone for the first time in ○○ years since my school trip. I joined a morning tour of Hōryū-ji and Chūgū-ji, and it was great because the group was small, with just over twenty participants, making it easy to stay together. The guide was also experienced, and I was able to enjoy the tour. I had the remaining half day to explore at my own pace, so joining the half-day tour was the right choice. Thank you very much.

学生時代の修学旅行以来、○○年振りの奈良を一人旅しました。
法隆寺、中宮寺午前中ツアーに参加してみましたが…参加者二十数名のこじんまりした団体で、纏まり易くて良かったです。 またガイドさんもベテランで、楽しく観て廻ることが出来ました。残り半日は自分のペースで観光できて、半日ツアー参加で正解でした。

Both the guide and the driver were kind. The tea at Jiko-in was excellent. My father was very happy to visit a place we wouldn't have encountered on a personal trip.

I took a sightseeing taxi to places I couldn't visit on the sightseeing bus the day before. I got to see the mystical Five Hundred Arhats and Hayachine Shrine, and the driver took me there after I got out of the taxi. I heard that there are bears around the Five Hundred Arhats. As we climbed up with the driver leading the way, I spotted something black up ahead... It turned out to be a young woman coming down alone. I was surprised to see someone there by herself. I'm glad it wasn't a bear. On the way back, I listened to the driver's intriguing stories and arrived at Tono Station. After that, he took me to a recommended restaurant for lunch, which was a lovely place serving delicious Japanese cuisine.

前日の観光バスでは行かれなかった場所に観光タクシーで行きました。幻想的な五百羅漢様、早池峰神社等タクシーを降りて、運転手さんに連れて行っていただきました。特に五百羅漢では熊が出るとの事。運転手さんを先頭に登っていったら、上の方に黒いモノが…。若い女性が一人で降りてきました。一人で来るなんて驚きました。熊でなくて良かったです。帰りは運転手さんの遭遇した不思議な話を聞きながら、遠野駅着きました。その後昼食のおすすめのお店まで連れて行ってもらいました。日本料理のとても素敵な美味しいお店でした。

There was no time for the guide's explanations to pause while we were on the bus; Nara is filled with ruins and famous sites, and I learned a lot of things I wouldn't have noticed on a personal trip. At Omiwa Shrine and Ishibutai Tumulus, the guide walked with us and provided a thorough explanation, which made me feel at ease. I decided against cycling due to concerns about the heat and rain, and spent time at the souvenir shop and farm restaurant at the Ishibutai bus stop until the bus arrived. It seemed like a pleasant place for cycling during good weather.

バスに乗ってる間ガイドさんの説明が途切れる暇がない、遺跡と名所だらけの奈良、個人旅行では気付かない所をたくさん教えてもらえました。
大神神社、石舞台古墳とも、ガイドさんが一緒に歩いて丁寧に案内してくださり安心でした。
暑さと雨の心配から自転車はやめて、バスの時間まで石舞台のバス停にあるお土産屋さん＆農家レストランで過ごしました。
天候のよい時期だったらサイクリング気持ちよさそうな、のどかなところでした。

I remember feeling relieved after finally completing my reservation with Belta, struggling a bit and asking the convenience store clerk for help with the payment.

During my 4-day, 3-night trip to Kagoshima, I enjoyed sightseeing in the city, visiting Ibusuki, Sakurajima, and on the final day, taking a taxi tour of Kirishima! The explanations started right from the car, and they provided detailed information about the sightseeing spots! We took many family photos, creating lots of wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

I had a great time being driven around while listening to the taxi driver's slightly accented stories. It was a hot day, and there were many places I definitely wouldn't have visited if I hadn't signed up for this tour. Even the simple landscapes, which aren't tourist attractions, are very interesting and meaningful because of their connection to the Tales of Tono. It became a wonderful memory.

タクシーの運転手さんの少し訛りのあるお話を聞きながら、車であちこち連れて行ってもらってとても楽しかったです。暑い日でしたので、このツアーに申し込んでいなかったら絶対行かなかったところがたくさんありました。
観光地化されていないただの風景でも、遠野物語の背景があることで、とても趣深くおもしろいです。
良い思い出になりました。

Thanks to the small group size, we were able to enjoy sightseeing smoothly at each location. Initially, we only planned to visit the Kitora Tomb museum, but it coincided with a rare public viewing period. Since we had some extra time, our guide kindly inquired about any available slots for the reservation-only viewing, and fortunately, we were able to see the actual "Suzaku."

The guide also recommended a video being shown in the museum and adjusted our meeting time to match its ending. They provided detailed explanations at other sightseeing spots as well, adapting flexibly to our needs, which made for a very fulfilling experience and left us extremely satisfied.

Additionally, during the bus ride back, we were informed about good viewing spots near Nara Station and that the five-story pagoda of Kofuku-ji would not be visible for a while. Since we had returned to Nara early, we decided to make a quick stop at Kofuku-ji. Such valuable information is something we wouldn't have known if we were exploring on our own, and it was very helpful. I would love to participate in another tour with a different course.

たまたま少人数だったおかげもあり、各場所でスムーズに観光が出来ました。
当初、キトラ古墳は資料館のみの見学予定でしたが、貴重な一般公開の時期と重なりました。
時間に余裕があったことから、ガイドさんが予約制の見学枠に空きがないかを聞いてくれて、幸運なことに「朱雀」の実物を見ることが出来ました。
また資料館内で公開されている映像もオススメしてくれて、その終映時間に合わせた集合時間に変更していただいたり、他の見学地でも詳しい説明をしていただいたりと、臨機応変に対応していただき、とても充実した内容で大満足でした。
また、奈良駅付近の見ると良い場所や興福寺の五重塔がしばらく見られなくなるという情報を帰りのバスの中で教えていただき、早く奈良に戻ってきたこともあり、急遽興福寺に寄ることにしました。
そういう有益な情報などは個人で回っていただけではわからないこともあり、とても為になりました。
また別コースのツアーにも参加してみたいです。

The tour guide strictly adhered to the rules of wearing masks and keeping the front row of the bus empty, making it a safe tour to participate in. I am truly grateful to the guide for providing assistance in the heat. Additionally, there was consideration for participants by lending umbrellas, which made the experience comfortable.

Even though it was difficult to read all the brochures received at each destination, I was able to understand everything very well by listening to the guide's explanations and looking at the photos.

ツアーガイドはマスク着用、バス内の一列目は空けるという決まりをしっかり守り、安心して参加できるツアーです。ガイドさんは暑いなかご案内を頂き感謝しかありません。また、参加者には日傘を貸していただくという配慮もあり快適に参加できました。
各行き先でパンフレットを貰っても全てを読み込むのは難しく、ガイドさんの写真と説明を聞いて大変よく理解できました。

It was hot, but it was not crowded, so we could take our time to look around. The time management was also good. The guide's accurate recommendations and explanations allowed us to move efficiently.

It was a view that I could gaze at for hours, showcasing the workings of the Earth and the power of nature. Also, thank you very much to the kind driver.

Since this is also the place where Kūkai attained enlightenment, I have always wanted to visit at least once. Naturally, I was delighted that my wish came true, but even more than that, I was deeply moved by the scenery around the cape. Additionally, the stories shared by the taxi driver from T Taxi, who took on the role of tour conductor, were truly wonderful, and I feel like I had a great trip after a long time.

空海が悟りを開いた地でもあることから、一度は訪ねてみたいとずっと思っていました。思いが叶えられたのが嬉しかったのは当然ですが、それ以上に岬界隈の景観に胸を打たれました。また、ツアーコンダクターの役割を引き受けていただいたTタクシー・ドライバーの方のお話もとても素晴らしく、久しぶりに良い旅をさせていただいたと思っています。

Since it was a regular sightseeing bus guided by Nara Kotsu, I felt very safe using it.

I was able to take my time exploring the tourist spots, which was great. If you're going individually, I think joining this tour is a good option.

The day before, we participated as a group of six across three generations. The younger child wasn't feeling well, and when they became unwell during the trip, we were able to stop at a store to buy what we needed, and we took breaks multiple times, even visiting some unexpected places. I felt sorry for the driver, as we ended up finishing without having lunch, which must have been hard work for them. We were able to visit all the places we wanted, including Kumano Taisha, which the older child had hoped to see, as well as Nachi Falls and the Kumano Kodo, which the elderly wanted to visit, so I am satisfied. This was my first time using a taxi tour, and it was really helpful to have assistance with elderly and children, so I’m glad I signed up.

前日に続き、三世代６人で参加しました。
下の子供の体調が優れず、途中具合が悪くなった際も、必要なものも購入する店に寄って頂いたり、何度も休憩を入れてもらったり、予定外の場所にも行って頂きました。
昼食を取らずに終了になってしまい、運転手さんには重労働させてしまい申し訳なかったです。
上の子供が希望していた熊野大社や、高齢者が希望してしていた那智の滝や熊野古道など、行きたかった場所は一通り周ることが出来たので、満足してます。
初めてタクシーツアーを利用しましたが、高齢者や子供がいる場合は色々助かるので、申し込んで良かったです。

In the scorching heat exceeding 35℃, the efficient course and detailed guide were excellent. I don't think I could have covered everything without the tour.

I was able to efficiently tour Hōryū-ji, Yakushi-ji, and Tōshōdai-ji while listening to the explanations. Without the explanations, I think I would have just felt indifferent and thought, "Oh, this is it." I'm glad I participated.

Although it was a short time, they listened to my requests as much as possible, and I was able to visit the places I wanted to go. The story about the driver Abe's family home was very interesting, and I learned more about Tono. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet the kappa, but it was truly enjoyable. I will definitely come again. The guide talked about the era around the Taika Reform the whole time, making the journey enjoyable. The Ishibutai Tumulus was impressive to see in person, especially the lower room that you can enter. The lunch set with persimmon sushi was delicious. The persimmon yokan for dessert was so good that I bought some as a souvenir. I was glad to have enough time to see the Asuka Daibutsu, which I wanted to see the most. It's definitely not something you can explore on your own, so I recommend the regular sightseeing bus.

ガイドさんがずっと大化の改新あたりの時代の話をしてくれて、移動中も楽しかった。
石舞台古墳は、実際に見たら、下の部屋があり、入れることに感動。
昼食も柿寿司のセットで美味しかった。デザートの柿羊羹が美味しかったので、お土産に買いました。
一番見たかった飛鳥大仏はしっかり見る時間があったので良かった。
とても個人では回れないので、定期観光バスはオススメです。

The driver was a nice person, and I had a lot of fun. In unfamiliar places, having a good sense of the area and a wonderful driver is essential. I want to go again.
