A couple in their late 50s visiting Miyako Island for the first time. The tour we participated in included stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the morning, where we were able to ride comfortably on gentle waves. The crystal-clear sea showcased sparkling coral reefs, and we could see tropical fish up close, just like in videos or aquariums.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling. At first, I was a bit confused about breathing through my mouth, but I quickly got used to it. Again, we saw the sparkling coral reefs, various colorful fish, and even encountered a sea turtle.

Even though it was February, the sun was strong when it was clear, so we got sunburned. Don't forget to take precautions. I hope to visit again someday and participate in more activities.

50代後半になった夫婦での初めての宮古島
参加したツアーは午前中にSUP、穏やかな波で気持ち良く乗ることができました。透き通る海は珊瑚礁がきらきら輝いて、映像や水槽で見るような熱帯魚が間近に見ることができました。
午後からシュノーケリング、最初は口呼吸に戸惑ったけど、すぐに慣れました。こちらもきらきら輝く珊瑚礁、いろんな色の魚たち、そしてウミガメにも会えました。
2月といえど、晴れると日差しが強く日焼けします。対策を忘れずに。
いつの日か、また訪れて参加したいな。

The weather on the day I had my reservation in Miyako Island was rainy and windy, so unfortunately, it was canceled... but I made a comeback the next day. The weather was better than yesterday, so we started snorkeling!

Wearing a wetsuit, I entered the sea, and the sun peeked out a bit, creating a nice atmosphere (^o^). Even in February, the coldest time of the year, I could swim comfortably in a wetsuit. I wonder if the seawater is warmer?

The instructor led us to a coral reef where there were lots of fish. I got to see colorful tropical fish, especially the cute clownfish, and just as the tour title promised, we also encountered a sea turtle. Unfortunately, the Pumpkin Cave was canceled due to strong winds. But I was satisfied with just the snorkeling.

Normally, would both activities be canceled in this situation? (It would be less hassle for the company, right?) I honestly thought it was impressive how they adapted flexibly, considering the customers.

During this pandemic, when it's hard to travel abroad, I was able to forget my daily life and feel rejuvenated! It was moving!!

I received great support from the tour company both the day before and on the day of the tour. The staff were kind and very attentive in answering my questions, which doubled the enjoyment of my trip! Also, the quality of the photos they took was high, and I continue to feel relaxed looking at them after returning home. I'm really glad I participated! Thank you very much!! If I have the chance to go again, I would choose this tour company and want to make a comeback to the Pumpkin Cave that I missed.

予約した日の宮古島のお天気は雨で風も強く、あいにく中止になり、、、翌日にリベンジ。
翌日は昨日よりはマシだったので、シュノーケル開始！
ウェットスーツを着て、海に入ると太陽もチラッと顔を出してくれていい感じに(^o^)
ウェットスーツを着てるとこの2月の一番寒い時期でも泳げます。
海水温の方が高いのかな？
イントラさんが、先頭に立ってお魚さんがたくさんいる珊瑚礁に案内してくれます。
色とりどりの熱帯魚、特に可愛いカクレクマノミのニモちゃんにも会えて、ツアーのタイトル通りの海ガメさんにも会えました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞の方は風が強くて残念ながら中止に。
でもシュノーケルだけでも満足でした。
普通はこの状態だったら、両方とも中止になるのか？(会社としたらその方が面倒くさくないですもんね？)
少しでもお客さんの事を考えて臨機応変に対応されてるのはすごいなぁ〜と、正直思いました。

このコロナ禍でなかなか海外にも行けない中、日常を忘れて癒されましたよ！！感動！！

こちらのツアー会社の方には前日も当日も大変、お世話になりました。
スタッフの皆さんは優しく分からない事にも、とても親身になって教えてくださり、旅の楽しさも倍増しました！
それと、撮っていただいた写真のレベルも高く、帰って来てからもその写真を見ながら癒されております。
本当に参加して良かったです！

次回も行く事があれば、こちらのツアー会社を選んで行けなかったパンプキン鍾乳洞リベンジしたいと思います。

During my stay in Miyako Island, unfortunately, the weather was consistently bad, and it was cloudy on the day of the SUP.

The sea had high waves, so we started SUP in the calm waters of a cove! The guide gave me some tips on how to ride, but it turned out to be surprisingly difficult. It was quite thrilling and a lot of fun.

I could only see a little bit of the sunset, but the sea was so clear that I could see the fish, and just being on the SUP felt wonderful. I want to try again on a beautiful day when I can see the sunset.

By the way, in mid-February, I participated wearing a wetsuit, a light hoodie, and shorts, and I thought the weather was just right.

宮古島滞在中はあいにくの天気が続き、SUP当日も曇りでした。

海は波が高かったので、入江の中の穏やかな水面でSUP開始！
ガイドのお姉さんに軽く乗り方のコツを教えてもらっての実践でしたが、案外難しいのですね、、なかなかスリル満点で楽しかったです。


夕陽は、ほんの少ししか見れませんでしたが、海は魚が見えるほど綺麗で、その上でSUPに乗るだけでとても気持ちよかったです。また夕陽の見える綺麗な日にリベンジしたいと思います


ちなみに2月中旬、ウェットスーツに薄いパーカー・半ズボンを着用して参加しましたが、気候はちょうどよかったと思います。

Due to bad weather, I was advised to switch from SUP to canoeing, or to do SUP on a river surrounded by mangroves. I expressed my strong desire to do SUP in Kabira Bay, even if I couldn't stand, and they kindly agreed. Thank you very much.

They came to pick me up at my accommodation, which made transportation convenient. We started in light rain, but the wind wasn't too strong, and I was able to paddle while standing. The rain stopped along the way, and we landed on an uninhabited island where we took photos while exploring a bit. I also learned about the plant that inspired the Devil Fruit, which was really fun.

For a brief moment, the sun peeked through, and I was able to see breathtakingly beautiful scenery. I was able to fulfill my long-held wish of doing SUP in Kabira Bay, and I took many photos, so I am very satisfied. Thank you very much, Hanada-san, for all your help.

悪天候の為、SUPからカヌーへの変更、もしくはマングローブに囲まれた川でのSUPをお勧めされました。
立てなくてもよいので、どうしても川平湾でのSUPが希望だとお伝えして快諾いただきました。ありがとうございます。

小雨の中、スタートしましたが、それほど風は強く感じられず、立って漕ぐこともできました。途中で雨も止み、無人島へ上陸してプチ探検しながら写真を撮ったり、悪魔の実のモデルとなった植物も教えていただき、本当に楽しかったです。
一瞬でしたが、晴れ間も差し、息をのむような美しい光景も見ることができました。
念願だった川平湾でのSUPも実現でき、写真もたくさん撮っていただきまして、大満足です。ハナダさん、大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

I participated with my mother. Since we were attending during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were worried about infection control measures, but even though masks were not required, social distancing was properly maintained, so we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind! Canoeing and climbing in the cave required physical strength, but the guide provided solid support, so I think people of all ages can participate. Personally, I found the moment when I jumped from the cave to be thrilling and the most fun! There were many other mysterious places, so it felt like if you go there, your wishes might come true!

母と二人で参加しました。コロナ禍での参加ということで感染対策を心配していましたが、マスクの着用は無かったもののソーシャルディスタンスがしっかり取れていたので、安心して楽しめました！カヌーを漕いだり、鍾乳洞に登ったりと体力は要りましたが、ガイドさんがしっかりサポートしてくれたので、どの年代の人も参加できると思います。自分的には鍾乳洞から飛び降りた場面がスリリングで一番面白かったです！その他にも神秘的な場所がたくさんあったので、行けば願い事が叶いそうな雰囲気でした！

The tour was changed from the planned Kabira Bay to a river surrounded by mangroves due to the weather conditions on the day, but it was a very fulfilling experience that allowed us to feel more connected to nature. I appreciate the flexibility in adapting to the situation.

Thanks to the thorough pre-lecture on paddling techniques, I didn't feel too confused, but I struggled with my balance and ended up capsizing a few times. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to try it again.

It was a bit chilly, but we were able to use warm showers afterward, so there were no issues at all.

当日の気象状況から予定の川平湾からマングローブに囲まれた川へ変更してのツアーでしたが自然をより感じられ大変充実した内容でした。こうした臨機応変な対応も評価できます。
パドルさばきについては丁寧な事前レクチャーのおかげでさほど戸惑いはありませんでしたが、重心の取り方がうまく行かず何度か水没してしまいました。今度もし機会があれば 再チャレンジしてみたいと思います。
やや肌寒い日でしたが終了後温水シャワーを使用でき全く問題ありません。

I participated in the pumpkin tour that I had wanted to join for a long time on my first visit to Miyako Island! The guide was a really nice person who explained things and took photos for us.

We traveled to the limestone cave by kayak, which took about 15 minutes one way. Once we arrived at the cave, we climbed a small cliff. However, it wasn't too steep, so even women and those without much strength could easily climb it. After that, we spent about 20 minutes inside the cave, listening to the guide's explanations and taking photos. It was a very mystical place, and I was truly moved.

At the end, we jumped off from the top of the pumpkin. You can choose to jump from a high spot (about 4 meters) or a low spot (about 2 meters), and only those who want to can jump. It's said that if you make a wish while jumping, it will come true.

The photos taken by the guide will be sent to us via LINE after the tour. I brought my GoPro along, but please note that there are some places where photography is not allowed.

I'm really glad I participated in this tour. It has become one of my wonderful memories from Miyako Island.

初めての宮古島で、前から行きたかったパンプキンツアーに参加しましたー！！ガイドさんもとても良い人で説明や写真を撮ってくださりながらいきます。
鍾乳洞までは、カヤックで移動します。片道は約15分ほどで到着します。鍾乳洞に到着してからは少しだけ崖をのぼります。ただ、そこまで急ではないので女性や力がない人でもすぐに登れます。その後、ガイドさんから説明を受けたり写真をとったりして約20分ほど鍾乳洞の中で過ごしました。とても神秘的な場所で感動しました。最後は、パンプキンの上から飛び込みます。
高いところ（約4m）と低いところ（約2m）を選んで希望者のみ飛び込みます。
願い事をしながら飛び込むと叶うと言われているそうです。
撮ってくださった写真はガイドさんからツアー後にLINEでいただけます。今回はGoProを持参していきました。一部写真不可の場所はありますのでご注意下さい。
本当にこのツアーに参加して良かったです。宮古島での良い思い出の一つになりました。

Although the weather was bad, I was able to enjoy myself without any issues. Swimming with sea turtles and being able to take pictures with clownfish was very precious, and the Pumpkin Cave offered a fantastical world that can only be seen here.

悪天候ではありましたが、無事楽しむことができました。ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐことや、カクレクマノミと写真を撮れることもとても貴重でしたし、パンプキン鍾乳洞はここでしか見られない幻想的な世界が広がっていました。

I finally fulfilled my long-held dream of swimming with Nemo and the sea turtles. It felt like I jumped into a tank filled with a variety of fish. Although the weather wasn't great, an amazing world unfolded underwater.

The Pumpkin Cave was even more wonderful and mystical than I had imagined, and I’m very happy to have had such a valuable experience. The canoe ride to and from the cave was also a fun first experience.

Jun, our guide, was very friendly, kind, and provided thorough explanations with plenty of information.

Since the weather didn't seem great, I quickly booked a cave tour that wouldn't be affected by the weather the day before! To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be incredibly fun. We canoed from the beach to the cave and trekked inside while illuminating the cave with lights. It felt like an adventure the whole time, and the cave was mystical and truly moving! I was satisfied with the tour content, but I enjoyed it even more thanks to the wonderful guides. Thank you for the fun tour!

If you're visiting Miyako Island, this is a must-experience tour that I highly recommend!

天気が良くなさそうだったため、天気に左右されなさそうな鍾乳洞ツアーを前日に急遽予約！
正直あまり期待していなかったのですが、結果めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。
ビーチからカヌーで洞窟まで行き、洞窟内をライトで照らしながらトレッキング。
冒険しているようで終始ワクワク、鍾乳洞は神秘的で本当に感動しました！！
ツアー内容はもちろん満足ですが、ステキなガイドのみなさまのおかげで倍楽しませてもらいました。

宮古島に訪れるなら体験しないと勿体ないくらいオススメツアーです！

We had a reservation starting at 11:00, but it started raining 30 minutes before, and we were worried about whether the event could take place. However, the staff said, "It looks like the rain will stop soon, so let's wait," and we were able to safely go kayaking.

They were very kind in helping us with cold weather preparations, and the support was attentive, so even as beginners, we felt secure while kayaking.

They also took many photos for us, and it was my first time experiencing drone photography, which was impressive. They even made a short video for us.

Everyone was very kind, and it became a wonderful memory.

It was cloudy at first, but even so, the sea was stunningly beautiful, and we were able to see many fish.

I would love to experience this again when I visit Miyako Island.

I booked the Iriomote Island Mangrove Kayak & Barasu Island Snorkeling one-day course. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, it was changed to a tour of water buffaloes on Yubu Island. We went kayaking through the mangrove forest and walked underwater to see the waterfall. Both the mangroves and the waterfall were wonderful, but it was very cold, and it would have been nice to have been provided with wetsuits. It would have been even better if we could have gone deeper into the mangrove forest with the kayak.

The water buffalo tour on Yubu Island was surprisingly enjoyable, as the buffalo were cuter than I imagined. The guide was kind and gentle, and took many beautiful photos for us. Along the way, we unexpectedly encountered a very rare mantis shrimp, and it was impressive to see the guide more excited than the tour guests. Overall, it was a satisfying tour, aside from the weather!

西表島マングローブカヤック&バラス島シュノーケリング1日コースを申し込みました。
残念ながら荒天のため、バラス島から由布島水牛観光に変更になりました。
マングローブ原生林をカヤックと水中を歩いて滝を見に行きました。マングローブも滝もすばらしかったですが、とても気温が低く、ウエットスーツを貸していただけるとよかったです。カヤックも原生林の奥深くまで行けるともっとよかったです。
由布島の水牛観光は、想像以上に牛が可愛く行けてよかったです。ガイドさんも親切で優しく、綺麗な写真をたくさん撮っていただきました。道中、大変珍しいシャコと偶然遭遇し、ガイドさんがツアー客以上に興奮していたのが印象的でした。天気以外は満足のツアー！

First, I received a confirmation call the day before, asking for my shoe size and the mode of transportation for the mangrove tour (SUP or kayak). Later, I was informed that the meeting time would differ depending on whether the ferry to Uehara Port was canceled or running, and that it would be updated at 7 AM, so I should check it.

We arrived on Iriomote Island the day before the tour, but since the ferry was canceled that day, we were trying to prepare with a bit of extra time. However, shortly before the meeting time, I received a call saying that since we were the only participants, it would be fine to come earlier, and they accommodated us accordingly. It seems that participation on the day of the tour is also possible, so it's understandable that the exact time might not be known right away. However, if you arrive the day before, it might be good to prepare for the possibility of an earlier meeting time!

The flow of the day was as follows: we gathered in front of the hotel at 9:20 AM and went on the mangrove tour. Around 11:30 AM, we were introduced to a place for lunch, and we regrouped at Uehara Port around 1:30 PM. After that, we participated in canyoning, and around 3:00 PM, we stopped by the office to change and take a shower, concluding around 3:30 PM! Since this experience lasts longer than the details provided by Veltra, those who will participate in the future should pay attention to their plans afterward!

Now, for my impressions of the tour. Our guide was Teru. He shared interesting stories about Iriomote Island during the ride, making it enjoyable. We chose SUP for the mangrove tour, and he provided instructions on how to paddle and even encouraged us to try some challenging moves, like doing a handstand on the SUP, making him a fun guide!

I was worried about the bugs during the mangrove tour, but there weren't too many buzzing around, and the main focus was on the trees, which was reassuring.

I had no idea what to expect from canyoning, but we jumped into the water flowing from the waterfall multiple times. They provided wetsuits, so even in this season, I didn't feel cold at all. The natural water bath was very refreshing!

I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience that I can't have in my everyday life! Thank you very much.

まず、前日に確認のお電話があり、靴のサイズと、マングローブツアーの移動手段(SUP or カヤック)を聞かれます。後に、集合時間の確認で上原港行きのフェリーが欠航の場合と運行の場合で異なり、朝の７時に更新されるのでチェックしておくようにとのことでした。

私たちは、ツアー前日に西表島についていましたが当日は欠航のためすこしゆとりを持って準備をしようとしていましたが、船が運行の場合の集合時刻の少し前に、参加者が私たちしかいないので、早い時間でも大丈夫だという旨の電話があり、そのようにしていただきました。ツアーの当日参加も可能なようなので、時間がすぐにわからないのは仕方ないですが、もし前日入りで参加される場合は一応早まる可能性があるかもしれない！と思って準備しておくといいと思います◎！

その後の流れは、9:20にホテル前に集合してマングローブツアーに行き、11:30頃、お昼ご飯のお店を紹介していただき、13:30頃再度上原港に再集合、その後はキャニオニングに参加し、15:00頃一度事務所に立ち寄らせていただいて着替え，シャワーを浴びて15:30ごろの解散でした！ベルトラのツアー詳細よりも、長い時間の体験になるのでこれから参加される方は、その後の予定に注意してください！


ここからは、ツアーの感想です。
私たちのガイドさんは、⚫︎てる⚫︎さんが担当してくださいました。送迎の，車中から西表島にまつわるお話を展開してくださり楽しく過ごすことができました。マングローブツアーではSUPを選択しましたが、漕ぎ方もレクチャーしてくださったり、無茶振りのSUP上倒立も挑戦してくださり、ノリの良いお兄さんでした笑

マングローブツアーで虫がたくさんいることを心配していましたが、そんなにぶんぶんしていることはなく、メインは木で安心しました。

キャニオニングは、どんなことをするのか想像がついていなかったのですが、滝から溢れている水の部分に何回も飛び込みます。ウエットスーツの貸し出しがありこの季節でも、寒さを感じることなく終えることができました。自然の水風呂はとても気持ちよかったです！


普段住んでいる場所では、体験できない非日常を楽しく味わうことができました！ありがとうございました。

The plan to visit Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day is originally quite hard and carries weather risks, but I received careful follow-up communication before departure, and they even considered splitting it into two days based on the situation, which showed great consideration. In reality, we faced harsh conditions with hail and snow, but they adjusted according to our circumstances and kept our spirits up with quizzes and various conversations along the way, allowing us to successfully complete the 12-hour hike. They also took on the role of a wonderful photographer and director, sending us many great photos and videos that night.

It was truly the best day ever. I definitely want to ask Tsugimura-san again!

縄文杉から白谷雲水峡までを1日でまわるという、本来、天候リスクもあり、かなりハードなプランなのですが、出発前から丁寧なフォローの連絡を頂き状況に応じて二日間に分けてくださろうとしたり、とても配慮あるご対応でした。実際、霰や雪が降る厳しい状況でしたが、我々訪問者の状況に応じて進んでくださり、その道すがら心が折れないようクイズや色んな話で盛り上がりながら12時間の登山を無事終えることが出来ました。写真や動画も、素敵なカメラマン兼ディレクターの役割までしてくださって当日の夜に沢山いいものを送ってくださいました。
本来に最高の一日でした。
是非また津曲さんにお願いしたいです！！

It seems that there are many tours with large groups, but this one was held with a smaller number of participants, allowing the guide to pay attention to each individual. 大人数でされているツアーが多いようですが、少人数で開催いただきガイドさんが一人ひとりに気を配ってくださったので、他のツアーより沖寄りに歩いて行けました。

I participated in February! The sea was cold, but since they lent us wetsuits and life jackets, it wasn't unbearable! We went kayaking near the limestone caves, and since the swimming area was about 3 meters deep, snorkeling wasn't necessary. There were a total of 6 people on the tour, so wearing masks was left up to each individual, and I didn't have any particular concerns about COVID. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the sea, so the return trip was a bit challenging as it was uphill, but the scenery was beautiful, so I enjoyed the climb. The limestone caves were a mystical space, and I think visiting them when you come to Miyako Island will create great memories. They also took photos for us and sent them via LINE right away! I thought it would have been even more enjoyable if they had shared a bit more knowledge about pumpkins and Miyako Island during the tour! I'm glad I participated! Thank you!

2月に参加しました！海は冷たかったですが、ウエットスーツとライフジャケットを貸していただいたので寒くでどうしようもない！ということはなかったです。
カヤックで鍾乳洞の近くまだ行って、泳ぐのは3mくらいだったのでシュノーケルは必要なかったです。
ツアーの人数は計6名だったので、マスクの着用は個々に任せるとのことでしたコロナの心配は特にありませんでした。駐車場から海まで10〜15分くらい歩くため、帰りは坂道を上りで少し大変でしたが景色が綺麗だったので楽しみながら登ってこれました◎
鍾乳洞は神秘的な空間で楽しめました！宮古島に来た時は一度は行くと良い思い出になると思います。

■ Sea Turtle Snorkeling Tour
The weather was unfortunately gloomy, but our guide found the best spots for us, and we were able to encounter four sea turtles even in the rain! We also saw not only sea turtles but also sea snakes and various tropical fish, including clownfish, which made for a very satisfying experience.

■ Pumpkin Cave Tour
We paddled from the sandy beach to the entrance of the cave. The entrance was incredibly narrow and seemed to be a sacred place for the locals, making it a very mystical location. Inside the cave, it was pitch dark, so we progressed with lights. There were plenty of activities like climbing with ropes and jumping in.

I was very satisfied with the many photos taken!

On the day I participated, it was a rainy day in February and a bit cold, but after the tour, they provided warm water to pour over our bodies, which showed great consideration!

I would love to participate again when I come back to Miyako Island! It became the best memory of my trip!

■海亀シュノーケリングツアー
生憎の天気でどんよりしていましたが、
ガイドのお兄さんがベストポジションを探して連れてってくれたので、雨の中でも海亀4匹に遭遇することが出来ました！
他にも海亀だけでなく、海蛇やカクレクマノミを始めとする熱帯魚を見ることができ、大満足でした。

■パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアー
砂浜からカヌーで漕いで、鍾乳洞の入り口まで向かいます。鍾乳洞入口がものすごく狭く、島の方々にとっても神聖な場所なようで、とても神秘化的な場所でした。
鍾乳洞の中では、真っ暗なのでライトで照らしながら進みます。ロープで登ったり、飛び込んだりアクティビティが盛り沢山でした。

写真もたくさん撮影していただいて満足です！！

参加した日は、2月の雨の日で少し寒かったのですが、ツアー終了後に、体にかけるあったかいお湯などもご準備していただいていたり、配慮がとてもよかったです！

また宮古島に来た時は参加したいです！
旅行の中での一番の思い出になりました〜！

Despite the rain and strong winds the day before, we had absolutely perfect weather on the day of the tour! According to our guide, it was "one of the best days in a long time." We met up with our guide at the meeting point, and she was a stunning beauty with a figure reminiscent of Moeko from "The Bachelorette," who was friendly and made the experience enjoyable throughout! We changed into wetsuits and walked to the beach, where we got into canoes and paddled to the entrance of the pumpkin cave. The guide carefully taught us how to paddle, and we were able to do so without any struggle. The pumpkin cave was beautiful, and we learned a lot about how caves are formed and the significance of this sacred place throughout the tour. We also had great timing for taking lots of photos, making it a wonderful memory for our honeymoon! Thank you very much!!

前日は雨が降り風が強かったにも関わらず、当日はこれ以上ない良い天気！ガイドのお姉さん曰く「最近ではめったにないくらい良い天気」とのこと。集合場所でガイドさんと合流しましたが、ガイドのお姉さんがバチェロレッテの萌子さん似のスタイル抜群美女で、気さくかつフレンドリーな方で終始楽しかったです！ウェットスーツに着替え歩いて海辺まで移動し、そこからカヌーに乗って鍾乳洞入口まで行きました。カヌーの漕ぎ方も丁寧に教えていただき、苦戦することなく漕ぐことができました。パンプキン鍾乳洞が綺麗なのはもちろん、鍾乳洞がどのようにして形成されるのか、神聖な場所である由来など、ツアーの随所で分かりやすく教えていただきとても勉強になりました！ナイスなタイミングで写真もたくさん撮ってもらい、素敵な新婚旅行の思い出になりました！ありがとうございました！！

In February, my family of four participated in a day trip from our accommodation in Ishigaki Island. It rained all day, but we enjoyed ourselves without feeling cold.

In the morning, we used kayaks for the mangrove cruise, which I had experienced once before. Since the lower part of your body gets wet, I recommend wearing quick-drying synthetic fibers. The tour involved kayaking and walking to a waterfall, making it a must-do experience on Iriomote Island, where you can immerse yourself in the subtropical rainforest jungle. Even without bringing a phone or camera, the tour guide takes photos and sends them to you via LINE later. The tour guide was kind, attentive, and a handsome guy who made the experience enjoyable.

In the afternoon, we took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island for sightseeing. The cheerful man on the cart introduced us to the water buffalo and Yubu Island while we leisurely made our way to the island. He played the sanshin and sang, allowing us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Okinawa. On Yubu Island, we had free time to explore the island, which is about 2 km in circumference, for about an hour.

It was an experience beyond my expectations, and I had a wonderful time, leaving me very satisfied.

2月に家族4人で宿泊地の石垣島から日帰りで参加、終日雨でしたが寒さを感じず楽しめました。

午前中のマングローブクルーズには一度経験のあるカヤックを利用しました。お尻から下が濡れるので速乾性がある化成繊維がおすすめかと思います。
内容はカヤック、徒歩で滝を目指すというもので亜熱帯雨林のジャングルを体験できる西表島必須のツアーです。
携帯やカメラを持たずともツアーガイドが写真を撮ってくれ後日LINEで送ってくれます。ツアーガイドの方は親切で気配り上手かつ楽しませてくれるイケメンでした。

午後からは水牛車で由布島に渡り観光。
水牛車では陽気なおじさんが水牛のことや由布島のことを紹介しながら、のんびり島へ向かいます。三線を弾いて歌を歌ってくれ沖縄の情緒感をたっぷり味わえます。由布島ではフリータイムとなり周囲約2㎞の島を1時間ほど散策出来ます。

想像以上の体験、楽しい時間を過ごすことができ大満足です。

My sister and I participated in a snorkeling tour. It was a wonderful time at the Kerama Islands for the first time. My sister got seasick and was resting, but the staff were very kind and took care of her. The instructor was also a wonderful person. Thank you very much. The sea was beautiful, and it was a great memory. I will definitely participate again!

妹が船酔いをしてしまい寝込んでいたところ、スタッフの皆さんが優しく対応してくれました。

I participated in a two-day tour and was guided by two different guides. Both guides had their own unique hospitality, and I was very satisfied.

For example, it was great that the guide helped those who were not good at trekking by advising them on where to step and what to hold onto. Also, when I had the guide who loved photography, I was grateful for the props they lent me and for taking beautiful photos.

2日間ツアーに参加し、2名のガイドさんに案内してもらいました。どちらのガイドさんもそれぞれのホスピタリティーがあり、満足です。

例えば、レッキング苦手な人に列の前に、どこを踏んだ方がいいとか、どこを掴まった方がいいとか、コツを教えてくれて良かったです。
また、写真好きのガイドさんの時は、撮影の小道具を貸してくれたり、写真をきれいに撮ってくれて感謝の気持ちで一杯です。

I participated in the February holiday, and the day before, I received a confirmation call right after making the reservation. The event was held at Imugya Marine Garden, which is close to the hotel where I stayed.

On the day of the event, it unfortunately rained, but the wind direction seemed favorable, resulting in calm waters with no waves, and we were guided out to sea. Even the drone, which usually struggles with wind and rain, was able to fly. The staff took many photos for us, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and the clear waters beneath our clear kayak.

Not only could we see vibrant fish beneath us, but it was also lucky that the water remained clear despite the rain. On our way back, we received a lot of photos and footage from the drone.

I learned that the location is chosen based on the sea conditions at the time, so I would like to try kayaking at a different spot next time.

２月連休に参加しました、
前日に、予約してすぐに確認の電話も頂き、泊まりのホテルから近いイムギャーマリンガーデンでの開催。
当日は、あいにくの雨、それでも風の向きが良かったようで、波もなく穏やかな海面、沖に向かって案内もしてもらえました。風と雨が苦手なドローンもとばしてもらえました。スタッフさんが、たくさん写真を撮ってくれていたので、私達は、景色と、クリアカヤックの足元の海の中を堪能できました。
足元だけでなく、海面からも鮮やかなお魚を見れるのは、雨が降っていても海の中は濁りがなかったのはラッキーでした。
帰りには、たくさんの写真とドローンからの映像も頂きました。
開催場所は、その時の海の状況で選んでいるという事なので、次回は違う場所でカヤックを漕いでみたいです。

I was told that it was tough for beginners. I have some hiking experience, but this was my husband's third time hiking. The students we happened to go with were beginners, and their smiles disappeared around the mossy forest in the second half. We managed to walk through it with our physical and mental strength, but it was incredibly exhausting.

There were photo spots here and there, and the guide took great pictures for us. Considering our stay in Yakushima, it was wonderful to be able to visit Ariake in just one day. It became a great memory of the trip.

In the morning, it was drizzling, but by the time we reached Wilson's stump, the sun was shining and the sky was blue. When we got to Jomon Sugi, fog rolled in, creating a mystical landscape. At Taiko Rock, we were told that fog would cover the clouds, but luckily we could see the entire view and light shone through. Around the mossy forest, the fog returned, revealing the beautiful appearance of the forest.

The sense of accomplishment was incredible, but I truly believe that you need to have a strong mindset to tackle it.

初心者にはつらいと言われました。わたしは何度か登山経験があるのですが、夫は登山3回目で。たまたま一緒に行った学生の男の子たちは初心者で、後半の苔むす森あたりから笑顔が消えてました。体力と気力でなんとか歩き切ることができましたがものすごくしんどかったです。
所々写真スポットがあり、ガイドさんがしっかり写真を撮ってくれました。屋久島での滞在期間を考えると1日で有明所を行けるのはありがたかったです。旅のいい思い出になりました。
朝は小雨だったのですがウィルソン株までは日が差して青空でした。縄文杉に行くと霧がかかり幻想的な風景ができました。太鼓岩で霧で雲もかかると言われましたが運良く全貌が見渡せて光が差しました。苔むす森あたりはまた霧がかかりきれいな森の姿が見えました。
達成感はすごかったですが、強い気持ちを持たないと本当にきびしいと思います。

I was able to fully enjoy the first snowfall while taking infection prevention measures. I would like to return to Hokkaido in winter again.

I had the opportunity to experience a mangrove jungle tour by SUP and canyoning. Thanks to the well-organized start, I enjoyed a private tour that allowed me to quietly savor nature. Our guide, Tacky, provided a bright and detailed introduction to the tour on Iriomote Island, which I was visiting for the first time. All of his stories were interesting. Thank you!

I was guided to a secret spot that was different from the usual due to the impact of COVID-19! The guide said, "I'm sorry it's far from the station," but I really appreciated the special feeling of going somewhere I wouldn't normally visit.

We started at 2 PM and it was minus 8 degrees; it was extremely cold for someone from a tropical country like me. I heard the morning session was minus 17 degrees... It would be impossible without a tent.

As for the crucial whitebait fishing, we were catching them non-stop that day, and everyone from kids to adults was easily reeling them in one after another! It was adorable when a child around elementary school age seriously said, "This is a hole where you can catch them infinitely..." The guide also interacted with us a lot, and I couldn't help but laugh at his excellent comments every time.

The tempura was crispy and delicious, and the warm soup was great too. While you can go to the fishing spot individually and borrow equipment, this tour, which provides everything you need, is overwhelmingly cost-effective.

You should definitely go whitebait fishing on a tour. I highly recommend it! Thank you, guide Umebayashi, for your help!

コロナの影響で普段とは違う秘密のスポットに案内して貰えました！
ガイドさんは「駅から遠くなって申し訳ない」と仰っていましたが、普段はなかなか行けない特別感が良かったです。
14時スタートでマイナス8度、
南国出身の私にはめちゃくちゃ寒かったですが
朝の部はマイナス17度だったそうで…
テント無しにはムリです…。
肝心のワカサギですが
この日は入れ食い状態で、子供から大人まで皆んな次から次へと簡単に釣れました！
小学生くらいの子が「無限に釣れる穴だ…」と真剣に言っていたのが可愛かった(笑)。
ガイドさんも色々と声をかけてくださるのですが、秀逸なコメントに毎回笑ってしまいました(笑)。
天ぷらもサクサクに揚げてくださり、暖かいスープまで美味しかったです。
個人で釣り場に行って道具を借りてやる事も出来ますが、ここまで至れり尽くせりしてもらえるツアーの方が費用対効果で考えても圧倒的に安いです。
ワカサギ釣りはツアーで行くべき。
本当にオススメです！

The long journey to Jomon Sugi took 10 hours, but I was able to walk without getting bored for even a moment! I truly appreciate the guide's wealth of knowledge, the enjoyment of their stories, and the opportunity to see so many Yakusugi trees. I'm really grateful for the wonderful memories created. The miso soup we had in the cold was the most delicious I've ever tasted in my life.

縄文杉まで10時間という長い道のり、一瞬たりとも飽きることなく歩くことができました！ガイドさんの豊富な豆知識、お話の楽しさ、たくさん屋久杉を見ることができたこと。素敵な思い出にしていただけたこと、本当に感謝感謝です。寒い中、いただいたお味噌汁、人生で一番美味しかったです。

I visited Iriomote Island, where I got my scuba diving license during my student days, for the first time in 30 years, this time with my child.

We traveled from Kohama Island, and although the weather can be unstable in winter with the possibility of ferry cancellations, we received thorough guidance about access from the remote island in advance, which made us feel secure about participating.

Upon arrival at Uehara Port, we were welcomed and on the way to the shop for preparations, we saw the Higan Cherry Blossoms blooming, marking our first cherry blossom viewing of the year. From the moment we got in the car, the guide shared fascinating insights about the nature and history of Iriomote Island, and we quickly found ourselves immersed in an extraordinary world.

As we leisurely paddled through the mangrove forest in a canoe, I could feel my mind relaxing more and more. With this relaxation, my senses, which had been dulled by the busyness of everyday life, gradually opened up, and I became highly sensitive to everything around me—the natural sounds, the scents wafting from the mangrove forest and various plants, absorbing everything and feeling rejuvenated.

While trekking towards the waterfall after getting off the canoe, we encountered a heavy rain shower reminiscent of a tropical downpour, but it was a beautiful rain that didn’t feel uncomfortable. It truly felt like the charm and essence of nature. Remarkably, when we reached the waterfall, the rain stopped, and we enjoyed a warm meal prepared by our guide. We experienced the almost private atmosphere of Pinaisara, soaking in the vigorous, silk-like spray of water enriched with negative ions, which had increased due to the rain, from 55 meters upstream!

What made me very happy was that the guide took many great photos with a camera and generously gifted us the data for free.

学生の頃にスキューバのライセンスを取りに訪れた西表島に、30年ぶりに、今度は親子でお邪魔しました。
小浜島からの移動でしたが、冬場は天候が不安定で船の欠航の可能性もありましたが、事前に離島からのアクセスについても丁寧にご案内をいただき、安心して参加出来ました。
上原港でお迎えしてもらい、準備のためにショップに向かう道中でヒガンザクラが咲いていて、今年の最速お花見。車に乗った瞬間からガイドさんからの西表島の自然や歴史にちなんだ数々のインプットがとても興味深く、面白くて、あっいう間に非日常の世界に飛び込みました。
マングローブの林の中を、ゆったりとカヌーで進んでいると、自分の心もどんどんゆったりしてくるのがわかりました。ゆったりしてくると、ふだんの忙しい日常の中で塞がっていた五感も、ゆっくりと開放されて来て、目に触れるもの、耳に響いてくる自然の息吹、マングローブの林や様々な植物から漂う香りにすごく敏感になって、色々なものを吸収して癒されていきました。
カヌーを降りてトレッキングで滝壺を目指す間、南国のスコールのような豪雨になりましたが、キレイな雨で不快感もなく、また、これぞ自然の魅力・醍醐味という感じでした。なんと滝壺に到着すると雨も上がり、ガイドさんが準備してくれた温かい食事をいただき、ほぼ貸し切りピナイサーラ状態で、55メートル上流から繰り出される、スコールで水量を増した威勢の良い、マイナスイオンたっぷりの絹のような水しぶきを親子で全身に浴びて参りました！
とても嬉しかったのは、ガイドさんがカメラでスゴク良い写真をたくさん撮ってくださって、それをデータで無料でプレゼントしてくれたことです

I have visited Miyako Island several times before, and I had been curious about the Pumpkin Cave. So, after four years, I searched for a tour for this visit. I also wanted to see sea turtles even in the off-season, so I signed up for this tour. We started with snorkeling at Shinjo Beach to meet the sea turtles. After a thorough snorkeling lesson, we set off. After swimming a bit, we quickly spotted a sea turtle! The sea turtle didn't seem to care about us humans and was enjoying its meal, occasionally taking breaks to breathe. Although the snorkeling lasted less than an hour, we were able to see a total of five sea turtles, clownfish, and many other tropical fish, including a fish known as "ojisan." After that, we moved to another location and arrived at the cave by canoe in about ten minutes. As soon as we entered, we encountered the Pumpkin. Our guide took pictures for us, and the exploration began. Inside the cave, it was surprisingly warm and spacious, creating a mystical atmosphere. Listening to the guide's explanations was truly moving. Since there were only the two of us participating, we were able to take many pictures and had a very enjoyable time.

今までも何回かお邪魔していた宮古島。以前からパンプキン鍾乳洞は気になっていたので、4年ぶりに来島した今回、ツアーを検索。合わせてシーズンオフでもやっぱりウミガメが見たい！と思い、こちらのツアーに申し込みました。最初にウミガメに会いに新城海岸でシュノーケリングです。丁寧なシュノーケリング講習を受けた後、出発。少し泳いで、早速ウミガメ発見！ウミガメは人間のことなんて気にせず、時々息継ぎタイムを挟みながら食事を楽しんでいました。1時間足らずのシュノーケリングでしたが、合計5匹のウミガメとクマノミなどの熱帯魚、「おじさん」と呼ばれている魚などたくさん見ることができました。その後、場所を移動してカヌーで鍾乳洞へ、10分程度で到着。入って直ぐにパンプキンとご対面できました。ガイドさんに写真を撮ってもらい探検が始まります。鍾乳洞の中は意外に？暖かくて広く神秘的な空間が広がっていました。ガイドさんの説明を聞き感動もひとしおでした。参加者は私達2人だけだったので、写真も沢山撮っていただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
