I participated in this tour with my family of four, including two elementary school children. First, I was told that my husband's life jacket had a broken safety belt and was too small for his size, and that was the only option available. I also realized that my daughter's snorkel had a broken mouthpiece after we got into the water, but they said it was okay since she could still hold it.

I felt very anxious because there was nothing safe available, and as beginners, we were quite worried.

On the way from the parking lot to the sea, the guide only happily talked to the mother participating with her child, while two kids around 2-3 years old desperately chased after her. I felt uncomfortable as we followed behind them, hearing her say, "I wonder if it's because my mom is cute."

It's impossible for a 2-3 year old to breathe through their mouth (based on my child's experience), and they panicked and cried in the water while we had to wait for a long time. I think the guide should have increased the number of staff or allowed the mother to take some responsibility since it was clear that snorkeling was difficult for that age group. It was frustrating that the guide was focused solely on them while neglecting the other participants.

In the water, we were told to follow the guide and the mother with her son, who was in a float. After swimming out for a while, we noticed the three of them had stopped, and when we caught up and looked into the water, I exclaimed, "There’s a turtle!" I hurriedly informed my family, but I wondered why the guide hadn’t told us about the turtle. I thought the boy was crying in panic because they had forced him to see the turtle, which made me feel really bad that we weren’t informed.

After that, we were told to wait while the mother and child took photos first, and we waited for about 15 minutes. Our family’s photo time was only about 3 minutes. The guide said, "Okay, it's done. Please wait, and I'll call you later." We waited for 30-40 minutes without being called, and we were left behind while the guide focused on the mother and child for photos. I was beyond disappointed and felt exasperated by the terrible treatment.

When we were finally called, we waited silently for the guide to take pictures of just the turtle, and we talked about the turtle and fish for just one minute before it ended.

On the way back to the beach, the guide found a large piece of coral or a shell and showed it to the boy, who was crying even more. We followed behind, but the guide didn’t show anything to my kids and didn’t say a word to us throughout the tour, which was disappointing.

They had mentioned that we would receive 20-30 photo data, but the photos sent later included 9 pictures of just the turtle and 12 pictures of our family in black life jackets that looked terrible, totaling 21 photos. I was really disappointed since I had signed up expecting good photos.

We paid for four people but were neglected the entire time. We were told not to go far in the water and just float while watching the turtle for many minutes. At the end, we were asked, "Did you pay in advance? Please return the rental items," and after returning them, there was no greeting. I asked my husband, "Is this how we leave without any acknowledgment?" He returned the life jacket and said, "Thank you." The guide replied, "Oh, thanks. I’m going to collect the money from the mother and child," and ran off. We were left behind and had no choice but to leave.

On the day of the tour, it started to rain, and it got heavier, with the temperature and water temperature dropping, making it so cold that even adults were shivering, and the kids' lips turned purple from the cold. Was the mention of showers and changing rooms a lie? We were sent away without any guidance. Due to the heavy rain and extreme cold, we had to get into the car soaking wet and turned the heater up to maximum while shivering on the way home.

まず、主人のライフジャケットの安全ベルトが壊れているし、体格に合わない小さなサイズなのにそれしかないと言われました。
娘のシュノーケルもくわえる部分が切れて無いこわれたものに海にでてから気づきましたが、一応くわえられるからと言われました。
安全性の欠けるものしかなく、初心者なのでとても不安に感じました。

そして駐車場から海へ向かう間、ガイドさんは母子参加の母親にだけ楽しそうに話しかけ、2～3才？の子供が2人の後を必死で追いかけながら、「うちのママ可愛いいからかなと」ぼやいていて、私達はその後ろをついていきながら、嫌な気分になりました。

2～3才の子が口呼吸できるわけもなく(うちの子の体験談)海でパニック、大泣きで私達はずっと待たされる(年齢的にシュノーケルが難しいのはわかると思うので、ガイドの増員や、母親に少しは任せる等、ガイドがつきっきりで、他の参加者は放置では困ると思いました。)

海でも、浮き輪にした男の子をガイドさんがひっぱりながらその母親と3人で行く後ろを私達家族がついていくよう言われました。しばらく沖へ泳ぐと、前の三人が止まっているので追いついて海を覗くと、「亀がいる！！」私は急いで家族に知らせて喜びましたが、(なぜ私達家族に亀がいるとガイドさんは教えてもくれないのか？) 追いついた時に更に男の子がパニックに泣いていたのは、亀を見せようと、無理じいしたからかな。。。と思い、私達家族には教えてくれないのが本当に嫌な気分でした。
その後、写真撮影を母子から先にするので待っているよういわれ、15分ぐらい？待っていました。そして私達家族の撮影時間は約3分程。「はい、撮れました。では、また後で呼ぶので待っていて下さい。」と言われて30～40分待ち続けましたが呼ばれることなく、最後まで放置され母子につきっきりでガイドと写真撮影をされていて、あまりにひどい扱いにガッカリを通り越し呆れました。
最後に呼ばれるとガイドさんが無言で亀のみの写真をとっているのを待ち、亀と魚の話しを1分して終了。

ビーチへ戻る間もガイドさんが途中大きな珊瑚のかけらか貝殻を見つけたようで、男の子に見せて更に大泣きしてるのが見えながら、後からついていきましたが、うちの子達には見せてくれるどころか、ツアー中一言も声をかけることもない態度にガッカリでした。

フォトデータ20～30枚撮ってもらえると紹介ありましたが、後日送られた写真は、亀のみの真が9枚、３分程でとった黒いライフジャケットを着た映えない真っ黒な４人家族と亀の写真が12枚。の21枚。写真を期待して申し込みましたが、ガッカリですぎました。
私達は4人分も料金を払って終始放置。ガイドもなく、海でも遠くに行かないで待つよう言われ、何十分も亀を見ながら浮かんでいるのみ。
最後も、「お金は先に払ってもらってました？レンタル品を返して下さい」と言われ、返しましたが何の挨拶もなく、私が思わず主人に「挨拶もないけど、これで帰るってこと？」と聞くと、主人がライフジャケットを返しながら「ありがとうございました。」と言ってみる。。。「あ、どうも。じゃ、僕は母子の車にお金もらいに行くので。」と言って走り去られ。取り残された私達はしかたなく帰りました。
当日はツアー中雨が降り出し、だんだん激しくなり、気温も水温も下がり、寒くて大人でも震える程で子供達も口びるが紫になって震えていました。シャワーと更衣室の用意があるとの記載は嘘でしょうか？ 何の案内もなく帰されました。ひどい雨であまりの寒さにびしょ濡れのまましかたなく車に乗り、車の暖房を最大にして震えながら帰りました。
家族で2万円以上も支払っているのに、記載内容のツアーもしてもらえず、写真も適当でほぼ詐欺です。
こんなにひどいツアーは初めてでした。

I was unsure whether to go alone, but I'm glad I signed up for the tour! I thought the pace might be too fast, but in the end, it was perfect! I don't think we could have done this on our own...

It seems we happened to choose a week with bad weather, and it rained heavily, but on the contrary, I think we saw some views that we wouldn't normally see.

Our guide, Taiyo, was a really nice person! It was amazing how he seemed to know when it was going to rain; he opened his umbrella just before the rain started. Incredible.

At the photo spots, he made sure to take beautiful pictures for us! I had trekking poles prepared, but I didn't end up using them. I didn't have an umbrella, but I was told to bring one during a phone call the day before, so I bought one at the supermarket. I'm glad I did.

Yakushima is a place I've always wanted to visit at least once in my life. I can say that I want to go back again, not just once.

ペース配分も早い？と思いましたが結果すごくベストだったと思います！自分たちだけではこうは行かなかったと…
たまたま天気が良くない週だったらしく、雨も凄かったですが、逆に普段見られないような景色だったと思います。
ガイドさん(たいようさん)とてもいい人でした！
雨が降るのがわかっているのか、降る直前に傘をさしてさした瞬間雨が降ってくる。すごすぎ。
写真スポットではしっかり綺麗に写真撮ってくれました！
トレッキングポールは用意してましたが使いませんでした。
傘は用意してなかったですが、前日の電話で用意してくださいと言われたのでスーパーで購入。あってよかったです。
人生に1度は行きたいと思っていた屋久島。
1度とは言わずまた行きたいと思えるところです。

This was my second time using Seasa. I was disappointed that the parasailing was canceled due to strong winds, but I am grateful for the beautiful memories of the sea on the last day of my trip. My son is 10 years old, and I look forward to him debuting in diving soon. Thank you, Aoi, our lovely leader.

シーサーさんの利用は2度目でした。
強風によるパラセイリング中止は残念でしたが、旅行最終日に綺麗な海の思い出が出来て感謝しています。

I booked a tour for the first day. When I arrived, I was worried about whether we could go ahead due to the strong rain and wind from the typhoon. However, once the tour started, I was so engrossed that I didn't even notice when the rain stopped! They lent me a large raincoat that covered my legs and rubber boots, so I was completely fine in the rain.

During the tour, I was able to see many creatures up close, which was a very valuable experience. Just walking through the jungle-like forest was incredibly fun. It was a highly satisfying tour!

During the transportation, our guide, Ryu, worked hard to find creatures, asked us quizzes about Ishigaki Island, and recommended nearby places and restaurants. He even suggested safe beaches for families with children, providing us with a wonderful time. Ryu's enthusiasm kept the kids entertained throughout. Not only during the tour but also during our stay afterward, we were able to visit recommended places and enjoy Ishigaki Island.

１日目にツアーを予約していきました。
着いた時は台風の影響もあって、雨風が強く今日できるのか心配でした。ツアーが始まると、いつ雨が止んでいたのかも気づかないくらい夢中になっていました！ツアー前に足まで隠れる大きめのカッパと長靴を貸していただき、雨の中でも全然大丈夫でした。

ツアー中には、たくさんの生き物を間近で見ることができ、とても貴重な体験でした。ジャングルのような森の中を歩くだけでもすごく楽しかったです。大満足のツアーでした！

送迎中も、ガイドのリュウさんが一生懸命生き物を探してくれたり、石垣島のクイズを出してくれたり、宿泊施設に近いオススメの場所やレストラン、子供がいたらこのビーチが安全でいいよ〜など、とても素敵な時間を提供してくれました。リュウさんが盛り上げてくれるので、子供たちも終始楽しそうでした。ツアー中はもちろん、その後の滞在でもオススメの場所に行き石垣島を楽しむことが出来ました。

I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time at Lake Shikotsu. Fortunately, it didn't rain, and although the sky was cloudy, the underwater view from the transparent SUP was blue, with beautiful aquatic plants in the river. I felt refreshed both physically and mentally! Next time, I want to paddleboard during a prettier season. I also enjoyed having lovely photos taken.

どうにか雨が降らず曇り空でしたが、透明なsupからの水中は青く、川には綺麗な水草も。

The fish caught were of various colors, completely different from the fish in the city. Although we didn't have a continuous catch, that's just how it is when dealing with nature, haha.

We participated in a clear kayak tour as a couple for the first time. Although it was drizzling and the wind was strong, it turned out to be a fun and very good tour. The instructions on how to operate the kayak were thorough, and by the middle of the tour, we were able to maneuver it well. Additionally, we were able to do drone filming, which we had almost given up on, and the edited video we received was really well done! Although the weather wasn't very favorable, the tour itself became a wonderful memory!

初めてのクリアカヤックを夫婦で参加しました。
小雨が降り、風の強いコンディションですが、楽しくとても良いツアーとなりました。
操作方法の指導も丁寧にしていただき、中盤からは上手く操ることができるようになりました。また、諦めていたドローン撮影も行っていただき、いただいた動画もとても良い感じで編集いただきとても良かったです！
天気にはあまり恵まれませんでしたが、ツアー自体は楽しい思い出となりました！

There were concerns about the typhoon, but we had a great time from morning until noon.

During the turtle snorkeling, we saw three turtles and a remora swimming closely with them! The guide was cute and friendly, and took lots of photos for us. We were able to see not only the turtles but also plenty of coral and small fish.

After the turtles, we headed to the Pumpkin Cave. The walk to the entrance of the cave was a bit challenging, but when we arrived, I was filled with excitement. Inside the cave, we could explore various areas, and at the end, we dove into the sea. The cave tour also included many photo opportunities.

We walked through rough waves and swam while snorkeling, which made us tired, but it was a priceless experience. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it!

台風の心配もありましたが、朝から昼までたっぷり楽しめました。

亀さんシュノーケルでは3匹の亀、その亀に張り付いて泳ぐ小判鮫も見れました！
ガイドさんは、可愛くて親切で、沢山写真も撮ってくれます。亀さんとはもちろん、珊瑚と小さな魚達も沢山見る事ができました。

亀さんの後は、パンプキン鍾乳洞です。
鍾乳洞入口までは、少し大変でしたが、鍾乳洞の入口に着いた時はワクワクしました。
鍾乳洞の中もいろいろ探索できて、最後には海の中へダイブです。鍾乳洞ツアーでも、沢山写真を撮ってくれました。

荒波を歩いたり、シュノーケルで泳いだりと沢山動いて疲れましたが、プライスレスな体験ができました。ありがとうございました。

I had no experience with trekking or kayaking, but with the support of an amazing guide, I created wonderful memories. It was a tour that made me want to come back again! 🎵

トレッキングにカヤックどちらも未経験でしたが最高のガイドさんにサポートいただいて良い思い出ができました。またきたいと思わせてくれるツアーでした♫

My first time in Miyako Island. My husband and I came from Saitama Prefecture. My husband is from Bangladesh and was amazed by the beautiful sea of Miyako Island! While snorkeling at the beach is great, we wanted to try something we had never done before, so we signed up for this clear kayak experience.

The location seems to change daily, but on the day we participated, it was at "Ingyamarine Garden." I was lucky because it was a place I wanted to visit! When we arrived, the clear kayaks we would be using were already set up, and they looked very cute against the blue sea. The clear kayak can accommodate up to 300 kg, so even with the two of us being larger, we felt secure.

First, we received a lecture from the instructor about how the kayak works, how to paddle, and the areas we could go. The instructor explained, "Unlike regular kayaks, clear kayaks are not about racing; they are meant to be enjoyed slowly while taking in the sea and scenery," and then we set off! There was hardly any wind, so we made good progress without having to paddle hard. As we went a little further, we saw many colorful fish swimming around the coral reef, which was clearly visible even from the kayak. They had a different charm compared to seeing them up close underwater. Following the instructor further in, we were thrilled to see clownfish for the first time! So cute!!! So happy!

Moreover, they filmed photos and videos of our activity with a drone. They edited it into a cool video like a YouTuber's VLOG and gifted it to us at the end. When I sent it to my husband's family and friends back in his country, they flooded me with questions like, "Is this sea color photoshopped?" and "Is it really this beautiful?" The drone footage captured from above was something I could never have filmed myself, and it helped create wonderful memories of what we did and where we went.

During this trip, I was pregnant and couldn't go into the sea much, but I had a great time seeing various fish without getting in! While it’s not a very physically demanding activity, the sun is quite strong, so I recommend that elderly people and children bring bottled drinks and stay hydrated frequently.

人生初の宮古島。私たち夫婦は埼玉県から伺いました。主人はバングラデシュ人で宮古島の海の綺麗にびっくり仰天！さて、ビーチでシュノーケリング三昧もいいけど何かやった事のない事をやってみたい！という思いでこのクリアカヤックに申し込みました。
開催場所は日々違うようですが私達の参加日は「インギャーマリンガーデン」でした。行ってみたい場所だったのでラッキーでした★現地に着くと
さっそく今日乗るであろうクリアカヤックが置いてあり、青い海に映える見た目でとても可愛らしい見た目でした。クリアカヤックは300kgまで対応しているようで身体のデカい私達2名でも安心です。
最初にカヤックの仕組み、漕ぎ方、行って良い範囲などについてインストラクターの先生のレクチャーを受けます。先生には「クリアカヤックは普通のカヤックと違いで速さを競うというより海や景色を見ながらゆっくり楽しむものですよ」という説明を受けいざ出発！風がほとんどなかったのでガツガツ漕がなくてもしっかり進みました。ちょっと奥に行くとさっそく珊瑚礁で泳ぐ青くカラフルなお魚がたくさんいて、カヤックの上からでもバッチリ見えました。水中に潜って直で見るのとはまた違った愛らしさがあります。インスタラクターの先生についてさらに奥の方に行くとなんとクマノミが！！！初めて見たので感動！かわいい！！！嬉しい！
しかもなんとアクテビティ中の写真や動画をドローンで撮影してくれました。You tuberのVLOGのようなかっこいい動画に編集して最後にプレゼントしてくれました。主人の国の家族や友達に送ったら「この海はフォトショップした色なのか？」「本当にこんな綺麗なのか？」と問い合わせが殺到。ドローンで上空から撮ってくれた動画も絶対に自分では撮れないしどんな所でどんな事をしたのか思い出を作る事ができました。
今回の旅、私は妊娠中で海になかなか入れなかったので海に入らずとも色んなお魚を見れてとても楽しかったです★運動量は多いアクテビティではないけど日差しがかなり強いのでお年寄りや子供は必ずペットボトルのドリンクを携帯してこまめに水分補給する事をオススメします。

It was our first time paddleboarding as a couple. Due to the typhoon, we had to paddle in a safe location, and we couldn't see the sunset, but the instructor was very clear, thorough, and made it fun, which made it really enjoyable.

At first, we were a bit wobbly, but after a while, we got used to it and were able to stand and paddle. It was our first experience together, and it became a wonderful memory.

Also, it was fun to hear various local stories and tales about the island.

夫婦で初めてのサップでした。台風の影響で急遽安全な場所でのサップとなり、夕日は見えませんでしたが、とっても分かりやすく丁寧に楽しく教えてくださり本当に楽しかったです。

はじめはフラフラしてましたが、しばらくすると慣れてきて立って漕げるようにもなり、夫婦共に初めての体験でしたが、とても良い思い出になりました。

また、いろんな地元のお話や、島の話もしてくださったのも楽しかったです。

My 6-year-old daughter loves nature, so our family of three participated in this tour. It takes about 30 minutes to get from the city to the adventure site. Along the way, you can experience the coastline from sunset to night, and if you're lucky, you might spot small animals by the roadside. During the tour, the guide provides boots and flashlights, making it safe for children. This time, we saw many rare creatures, including giant coconut crabs, land hermit crabs the size of coconuts, and many strange insects, as well as firefly larvae (which also glow, so my daughter got to see them). Finally, we arrived at the beach at night and eagerly looked up at the starry sky.

6歳の娘は自然が大好きなので、3人家族がこのツアーに参加しました。
街からアドベンチャーサイトまで約30分。途中、夕焼けから夜までの海岸線を感じることができ、運が良ければ道端に小動物が見られます。
ツアー中、ガイドがブーツと懐中電灯を提供するので、子供でも安心できます。
今回はめったに見られない生き物をたくさん見ました。 巨大なココナッツカニ、ヤシの大きさの陸生ヤドカリ、そして多くの奇妙な昆虫、そしてホタルの幼虫でさえ（幼虫も光るので、娘に見られました）
とうとう夜に浜辺に来て、期待して星空を見ました。

Since it was my first time in Yakushima, I decided to go with the classic choice and joined the Shiratani Unsuikyo tour. When I arrived in Yakushima via Toppy, the staff was waiting for me, and after fitting my shoe size, I received my backpack and rain gear rental. On the day of the tour, it seemed that they could pick you up from your accommodation if you were around the Miyanoura area, but since I was staying a bit farther away, we arranged to meet at the Furusato Market. I wore light long pants and a short-sleeve T-shirt, and brought 500ml each of Aquarius and water. We headed to the entrance of Shiratani Unsuikyo in the guide's car from the meeting point, took care of restroom needs, and then set off. The temperature was quite warm, not much different from Miyanoura. The trekking course was lively, and we greeted people passing by. In narrow spots, those going downhill would yield to those going uphill. At beautiful viewpoints along the way, the guide took photos and shared various information about Yakushima's forests and the island's formation. I never got bored during the hike. Yakushima is mainly composed of granite, which has a rough texture, making the rocks less slippery. When we reached the moss-covered forest, we set down our backpacks and enjoyed the scenery and took deep breaths to savor Yakushima's nature. It was a bit chilly in the moss-covered forest with just a short-sleeve shirt, but since I was breathing heavily from hiking, it felt just right. The return path felt shorter than the ascent, but there were still some slippery spots, so caution was necessary. Although we took the same route both ways, the guide shared completely different stories on the way there and back, so I never felt bored. I was also quite lucky to see two Yakushima deer on the way back. The guide drove us back to the morning meeting point, where we returned the rental items, marking the end of the tour. I don’t usually hike, but the distance was just right, and I appreciated the guide's engaging talk, which was backed by rich knowledge. I was very satisfied.

- Thick socks (thin ones may cause blisters)

- Plastic bag (for items you don’t want to get wet)

Other notes:
- This is all based on a sunny day in early August. It can get cold enough in winter for snow to accumulate, so be careful with your clothing.
- If you plan to return rental items at the end of the tour, make sure to keep your shoes in the rental car, or you’ll end up going back barefoot. Bringing a bag is also handy for carrying back personal items you had in your backpack.

初めての屋久島だったので、とりあえず王道を行こうと思い白谷雲水峡ツアーに参加しました。トッピーで屋久島に到着した時にスタッフの方が待っててくださり、シューズのサイズを合わせてからリュックや雨具のレンタルを受け取りました。当日は、宮之浦周辺であれば宿まで(?)迎えに来ていただけるみたいですが、少し遠くに宿泊していたため、ふるさと市場での待ち合わせになりました。服装は薄めの長ズボンに半袖Tシャツで臨み、飲み物はアクエリと水を500mlずつ持っていきました。集合場所から白谷雲水峡の入口までガイドさんの車で向かい、トイレを済ませて出発しました。気温は宮之浦などとさほど変わらないくらいで暑かったです。トレッキングコースはなかなか賑わっており、すれ違う人と挨拶をします。道が狭いところでは下りの人が上りの人に道を譲ります。途中途中の景観が綺麗なところでガイドさんが写真を撮ってくださり、また屋久島の森のことや島の成り立ちなど様々なことを教えてくださります。途中で飽きることはありませんでした。屋久島は全体が主に花崗岩でできており、目が粗いため滑りにくい岩が多いそうです。苔むす森に着くとリュックを下ろし、景色を楽しんだり深呼吸をしたりして屋久島の自然を堪能しました。さすがに苔むす森の辺りは半袖では少し肌寒かったですが、ハイキングで息も上がっていたためちょうど良くもありました。帰り道は上りよりも短く感じましたが、ところどころ滑るような場所もあり、油断は禁物です。行きも帰りも同じ道ですが、ガイドさんは行きと帰りとで全く違うお話をしてくださり、やはり飽きることはありませんでした。また、かなりラッキーだと思いますが、帰り道に屋久シカを2匹も見ることができました。登山口からはまたガイドさんが朝の集合場所まで送ってくださり、その場でレンタル用品を返却してツアー終了となりました。普段あまり登山はしませんが、ちょうど良い距離でしたし、ガイドさんの尺埋めトークも豊富な知識あってこそのものだと思いました。大満足です。

・ツアー終了時にその場でレンタル用品を返却する方は、レンタカーの中に靴を入れておかないと、裸足で帰ることになります。袋も持っていっておくと、リュックに入れていた私物を持ち帰るときに便利です。

We participated as a family of three in late July. After enjoying marine sports, we had a great time at the Phantom Island and snorkeling. The marine sports were so abundant that we hardly had any time to rest, and we played so much in the morning that we exhausted our energy. We could specify which marine sports we wanted to do, and they adjusted the speed, making it enjoyable even for our child (in early elementary school). Many of the staff were very friendly, and they were kind during snorkeling as well, which made us very satisfied. Our child was delighted to see fish like Nemo.

The only disappointing point was that the pickup car had no air conditioning, and the back seat windows were also closed, making the approximately 15-minute ride very hot, which caused our child to feel unwell. I think I should have spoken up, but I endured it because I didn't know the time or distance until we arrived. The return car had air conditioning, so I wish the pickup car had been air-conditioned as well.

７月下旬に家族３人で参加しました。
マリンスポーツを満喫したあと、幻の島とシュノーケリングを楽しみました。
マリンスポーツはほとんど休む時間がないほど乗り放題で、午前中で体力を使い果たしてしまうくらいたくさん遊べました。
こちらから乗りたいマリンスポーツを指定することもでき、スピードも調節してもらえるので、子供（小学生低学年）でも十分に堪能できます。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーな方が多く、シュノーケリングでも親切に対応していただけてとても満足しています。ニモなどを見ることができて子供も喜んでいました。
１点だけ残念だったのは、迎えの車に冷房がかかっておらず、後部座席は窓も開いていなかったため、到着するまでの約15分間がとても暑く、子供の具合が悪くなってしまったことです。。こちらからも声をかければよかったのだとは思うのですが、到着するまでの時間や距離感がわからずずっと我慢してしまいました。帰りの車は冷房がかかっていたので、迎えの車も冷房をかけた状態にしていただければよかったなと思いました。

I was really looking forward to the Shiretoko Five Lakes tour, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of enjoyment. During the walk, we received detailed explanations about the nature and wildlife of Shiretoko, and thanks to the breathtaking scenery, the three-hour hike flew by without a dull moment! I was also very satisfied to see a brown bear along the way. Above all, our guide, Ayano, was wonderful, and I would love to join another tour with her when I visit Shiretoko again.

憧れの知床五湖のツアーで、参加前からとても楽しみにしていましたが期待以上の楽しさでした。
知床の自然や動物のことを散策中に詳しくご説明いただいたり、大自然の景色のおかげで飽きることなくあっという間の3時間の散策でした！
途中ヒグマを見ることもでき大満足でした。
なんと言ってもガイドの綾野さんが素敵な方で、また知床に行った際には綾野さんのガイドのもと、ツアーに参加したいです。

Due to the cancellation of flights caused by the typhoon, we were delayed by about half a day, so we couldn't go on the Jomon Sugi trekking tour. However, they proposed an alternative plan, and we switched to the Shiratani Unsuikyo guided tour. They even picked us up from the airport and were very flexible with our schedule. I am truly grateful. The Shiratani Unsuikyo tour was incredibly fun as well. Although it rained occasionally due to the typhoon, the rain made the trees and moss sparkle, creating a very magical atmosphere as we made our way to Taiko Rock! The view of the mountains of Yakushima from Taiko Rock was breathtaking. It was a very satisfying tour. Thank you so much!

台風による飛行機欠航により、到着予定より半日ほど遅れたため、縄文杉トレッキングツアーはできませんでした。。。しかし、代替案を提案して下さり、白谷雲水峡ガイドツアーへの変更となり、ホテルまでのお迎えも空港でお迎えしてくれたり、こちらの都合に柔軟に対応して下さりました。。。ホントに感謝しかありません。。白谷雲水峡ツアーも、めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。台風の影響もあり雨が時々降っていたのですが、その雨で木や苔がキラキラ光ってとても幻想的なコンディションで太鼓岩まで行くことができました！そして、太鼓岩からの屋久島の山々の眺めは圧感でした笑笑大満足のツアーでした。ホントにありがとうございました。

I participated with my two children. There were moments when I felt like giving up, but thanks to our experienced guide who kept a steady pace without slowing down in a good way, I was able to motivate myself to keep going! I am grateful that the guide responded immediately when my shoe broke. I finally got to see Jomon Sugi, which was a long-held dream!

子供2人と参加しました。途中で気持ちが萎えそうになりましたが、ガイドさんがベテランで最後まで歩けるように良い意味でペースを落とさずに進んでくれたおかげで頑張らなくちゃ！と、自分を鼓舞して進めました。途中、靴が壊れた時にガイドさんがすぐに対応して下さり感謝しています。縄文杉が見れて念願叶いました！

Due to the impact of the typhoon the previous day, it was uncertain whether the tour would take place until the morning of the event. However, thanks to our guide, Mr. Tawak, who was very considerate and knowledgeable about the river's flow at different times, we were able to find a spot where we could kayak safely and enjoy the experience.

I heard that when the weather is good, the river turns an emerald green and you can go further upstream, but as promised before departure, we had plenty of fun "going as far as we could!" We also enjoyed freshly brewed coffee at a stop along the way, jumped off rocks into the river, and swam under the clear blue sky and green mountains after the typhoon. Thanks to Mr. Tawak's warm hospitality, we had a truly satisfying kayaking and river play experience.

前日の台風の影響で、当日朝までツアーが催行されるか分からない状況でしたが、ガイドの田脇さんが色々ご配慮下さり、時間ごとの川の流れを熟知されていたお陰で、私達でも漕げる場所を探してくださり、無事カヤック体験をすることができました。
天候の良い時なら川の色もエメラルドグリーンで、もっと上流まで行けたと伺いましたが、出発前の約束どおり「行けるところまで！」で充分楽しめましたし、途中上陸した場所での淹れたてコーヒーや、岩からジャンプして川に飛び込んで泳いだりと、台風一過の青空と緑の山々、田脇さんのホスピタリティ溢れるお人柄のお陰で大満足のカヤック&川遊びが体験できました。
とっても楽しかったです。ありがとうございました！

I wanted to enjoy the nature of Shiretoko, but I was scared of the brown bears, so I signed up for a walking tour. This was a great decision. Our guide, Mr. Umebayashi, is a veteran with 17 years of experience on this trail. He taught us about the signs of brown bears feeding, the traces of their hibernation nests, and various information about the animals and plants of Shiretoko that you would never notice just by walking normally. It was very refreshing and interesting to see how the scenery changes when you gain knowledge.

I saw Ezo deer up close twice, as well as a peregrine falcon and a white-tailed eagle. The day flew by in no time.

It was my first time in Shiretoko, and I really liked it. I want to visit again in a different season. It seems like it would be fun to see the scenery during the drift ice season.

知床の自然を堪能したいけど、やはりヒグマが怖いのでウォーキングツアーに申し込みました。
これが大正解
ガイドの梅林さんはこの道17年のベテラン。
普通に歩くだけじゃ絶対に分からないヒグマが餌を食べた跡、冬眠の巣の跡、知床の動物や植物の事、色々教えてもらいました。
知識を得ると歩いたときの見える景色が変わるのがとても新鮮で面白かったです。
動物は、間近でエゾシカを2回見たのを始め、ハヤブサ、ホオジロワシも生で見えました。
ほんとあっという間に1日が終わりました。

初めての知床でしたが、とても気に入りました。
次は違う季節にまた行きたいです。
流氷のシーズンとかまた別の景色が見れて楽しそう

Due to the typhoon, the SUP at Kabira Bay was canceled, but we were able to go to the Blue Cave in the afternoon. The guide came to pick us up at the hotel and shared recommendations for spots on Ishigaki Island during the drive. Before the activity, there was a thorough explanation of how to swim, and throughout the activity, the guide frequently checked on us, which made us feel at ease. The explanations about the marine life were unique and interesting, and we enjoyed the entire experience. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn't great, but we were still able to appreciate the beauty of the ocean, which was moving. Additionally, instead of dropping us back at the hotel, they kindly took us to the next sightseeing spot we wanted to visit, which was very helpful. The pre-activity phone support and the guide were both very pleasant, and I highly recommend this tour!

台風の影響で川平湾でのSUPは中止になってしまいましたが、午後から青の洞窟に行くことができました。ガイドの方がホテルまで迎えに来てくださって、道中石垣島のオススメスポットなどを教えてくださいました。アクティビティの前に丁寧に泳ぎ方の説明があり、アクティビティの最中もこまめにこちらの様子を伺ってくださったので、安心できました。また、生き物の説明もユニークで面白く、終始楽しく参加できました。天気が良くなかったのが残念でしたが、十分に海の綺麗さが感じられ、感動しました。また、帰りはホテルではなく、次に行きたい観光地まで送ってくださり、大変助かりました。事前の電話対応も、ガイドの方もとても感じが良く、ぜひおすすめしたいツアーです！

About a 30-minute drive north of Ishigaki Island. After parking the car by the roadside, we walk for about 10 minutes through the night jungle towards the coast. At the beach, you can encounter the beautiful starry sky of Ishigaki Island and crabs and hermit crabs wandering along the sandy shore.

The walking time isn't long, so I think it's fine even for those who aren't very confident in their physical fitness.

I recommend this for those who want to enjoy a beautiful starry sky and a little nighttime adventure. Since the stargazing time isn't long, if you're looking for a more serious stargazing experience, I think a specialized tour would be better.

車で30分ほどかけて、石垣島の北へ。道路脇に車を止めて10分ほど夜のジャングルを歩いて海岸へ向かいます。海岸では、石垣島の綺麗な星空と砂浜を歩き回るカニやヤドカリに出会えます。

歩く時間は長く無いので体力に自信の無い方でも問題ないと思います。

綺麗な星空と夜のちょっとした冒険を楽しみたい方にオススメです。天体観測の時間は長くないので、本格的な天体観測がしたい方は専門のツアーが良いと思います。

We participated as a couple.
We have been to Ishigaki Island several times, and while looking for activities other than the beach, we found this.
It had been raining until just before, but after getting into the car at the port, it took about 30 minutes to head west, and we arrived in no time.
It was pitch dark outside as we headed into the forest, but they provided us with flashlights, rubber boots, and insect repellent. If you're concerned about touching insects or the trees in the forest, it's a good idea to bring a jacket and socks.
Once we made it through the forest and reached the sea, we were greeted by a sky full of stars, and we quickly spotted a coconut crab. It seems that sometimes you can't find them, so we were lucky.
We also encountered other creatures.
The guide was fun and attentive, helping us find creatures and teaching us about constellations, so we were very satisfied.
I heard that you can see fireflies in early spring, and I would love to participate again.

夫婦で参加しました。
石垣島には何度か来ており、海以外のアクティビティを探したところこれを見つけました。
直前まで雨でしたが、港から車へ乗り、西へ30分程度の移動でしたが、あっという間に到着しました。
外は真っ暗、林へ行くのですが、懐中電灯、長靴、虫除けを貸してくれます。虫や林の木々に触れること、また長靴の直履きが気になる方は上着と靴下を持参すると良いです。
林を抜けて海へ出ると満点の星空、さらにヤシガニがすぐに見つかりました。ヤシガニは見つからないこともあるようで…ラッキーだったみたい。
その他の生き物にも出会いました。
生き物探したり、星座教えてくれたり、とにかくガイドさんが楽しく気を使ってくれますので、満足できますよ。
春先はホタルも見られるとの事、また参加したいたと思います。

I ended up participating alone at the last minute, but I finally got to experience canoeing. It wasn't a single-person kayak, but I was able to paddle on my own. Since it was an afternoon tour, I had heard that the chances of encountering animals were low, but surprisingly, I got to see an Ezo deer, a white-tailed eagle, and a red-crowned crane. I thought I was pressing the shutter on my camera, but I accidentally recorded a video, capturing the flying crane as a bonus. The guide shared various stories, and it was a very fulfilling experience to connect with nature.

　急遽一人参加になってしまいましたが、念願のカヌー体験をしました。一人乗りのカヤックではなかったですが、自分でも漕ぐことが出来ました。午後からのツアーだったので、動物に出会えるチャンスは少ないとお聞きしていましたが、なんと、エゾシカ、オジロワシ、タンチョウ鶴と出会えることが出来ました。カメラのシャッターを切ったつもりが、ビデオを押してしまい飛んでいる鶴を撮影出来たというおまけ付きでした。ガイドさんが色々お話してくださり、大自然と触れ合うことが出来てとても充実した体験でした。

The guide for the night tour was the friendly and kind Ryu. Throughout the ride, he kept the atmosphere lively with discussions about Ishigaki Island, various creatures, recommended sightseeing spots, and delicious restaurant information. During the jungle exploration, we were able to find four coconut crabs, and the last one was a rare coconut crab carrying eggs! We also saw various creatures like the Taiwanese spider crab and the Ryukyu scops owl. Although I thought the weather was not great and that we wouldn't see the starry sky, once we emerged from the jungle to the coast, a beautiful sky full of stars spread out before us. We even got to see shooting stars, making it a very satisfying night tour. Thank you, Ryu, for the wonderful time!

ナイトツアーのガイドをしてくれたのは、気さくで優しいリュウさんでした。車内では石垣島のこと、生物のこと、おすすめの観光スポット、おいしいお店情報などの話で終始楽しく盛り上げてくれました。ジャングル探索では、ヤシガニを4匹見つけることができ、最後の1匹はなんと卵を持ったレアなヤシガニ！他にもタイワンサソリモドキ、リュウキュウミミズクなど様々な生物を見ることができました。天候がイマイチで星空は見れないと思っていたのに、ジャングルを抜けて海岸に出ると空一面にとても綺麗な星が広がっていました。流れ星まで見ることができ大満足のナイトツアーでした。リュウさん楽しい時間をありがとうございました！

The guide's explanations were very enjoyable and informative. There were many things I wouldn't have understood without their guidance, and I became even more interested in learning about the nature of Shiretoko.

I found this activity while planning to enjoy the sea in Ishigaki Island. It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but I had no problems and had a great time. The snorkeling was also amazing, with the sea being incredibly clear and lots of fish swimming around, making it a valuable experience. Although it rained partway through, I was glad to spend the day enjoying the beautiful sea of Ishigaki Island. The guides were also great, sharing recommendations for restaurants during our travels. Since we got caught in the rain, I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

石垣島で海を満喫しようと思いこのアクティビティを見つけました。
ＳＵＰは始めてでしたが、問題なく楽しめました。シュノーケリングも海がすごいきれいで、魚もたくさん泳いでおり貴重な体験でした。
途中雨が降ってしまいましたが、石垣島の綺麗な海を1日満喫でき、参加して良かったと思います。
またガイドの皆さん、移動中にはお勧めの飲食店を教えてもらえて良かったです。
途中雨に降られてしまったので、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

I waded into the sea up to my thighs and walked for about 10 minutes before finally reaching the entrance of the cave. Once inside, I climbed a large pumpkin with the help of a staff member who supported me on a rope ladder, while water flowed vigorously around us. After that, we applied mud packs all over our faces, and for those who wanted, we jumped from the pumpkin into the sea, making for a fulfilling experience on the tour.

Each group of three had one staff member assigned to them, which made me feel safe both in the sea and inside the cave. Additionally, the staff took photos multiple times during the tour, and I was very pleased to receive the photo data afterward. Since individuals cannot enter the pumpkin hall alone, it was such a wonderful experience that I would love to participate again when I revisit Miyako Island.

One thing to note is that walking in the sea requires a certain level of physical fitness. Also, the original meeting time was 9:30, but I received a call the day before informing me that the meeting time was changed to 7:00 to align with low tide.

海中を太腿くらいまで浸かり、10分位歩いてやっと鍾乳洞の入口に辿り着きました。中に入ると、スタッフの方が支えてくれる縄ばしごをつたって、水が勢いよく流れてくる、大きなパンプキンをよじ登ります。そのあと顔中に泥パックを塗ったり、最後は（希望者だけ）パンプキンからジャンプして海に飛び込むなど、充実した体験ができるツアーでした。
参加グループ３組毎に、スタッフ１名が付いてくれたので、海の中も鍾乳洞の中も、安心できました。また、ツアー中にスタッフの方が何回も写真撮影してくれ、あとから写真データを送信いただけるサービスは、大変嬉しいですね。個人ではパンプキンホールに入れないので、次回宮古島に再訪した際にも再度参加したいと思うほど素晴らしい経験でした。
なお、留意点は、海中を歩くのでそれなりに体力が必要ということ、それから当初の集合時間は9：30でしたが、前日に電話いただき、干潮に合わせるので集合時間が7：00になったことです。

I was anxious about hiking alone and wanted to learn more about nature, so I decided to join this tour. The guide was born and raised in Yakushima, and you could really feel their love for the island as they passionately shared stories about its history, nature, and way of life.

It wasn't just about seeing Jomon Sugi; the entire day was filled with enjoyable stories from the guide, making it a tour packed with the charm of Yakushima. We were lucky with the weather and even got to see deer and monkeys.

I appreciated that they took photos for us and shared stories beyond just Yakushima, making it feel like a private tour. If you're going to Yakushima, I highly recommend Yakushima Guide Tours!

個人での登山が不安だったのと、いろいろ自然について学びたかったので、こちらのツアーを利用させていただきました。
ガイドさんは屋久島生まれ屋久島育ち、本当に屋久島を愛されていて、島の歴史、自然、生活のことを情熱的に教えていただきました。

縄文杉を見るだけではなく、丸一日、ガイドさんのお話が楽しく、屋久島の魅力がぎゅっと詰まったツアーでした。
天気にもめぐまれ、シカとサルも見れて、とてもラッキーでした。
