The guide was cheerful, and we had a great time throughout. A fellow tour member found a coconut crab, which excited the kids. It was nice to see the starry sky when the clouds cleared a bit.

明るいガイドさんで、終始楽しかったです。同じツアーの方が、ヤシガニを見つけてくださり、子どもが興奮していました。
雲が少しきれたタイミングで星空も見られてよかったです。

I appreciated the notification about the change of location due to strong winds a day in advance. It was also enjoyable that the school for small children provided gentle support.

In the early morning, during the time when the heat has yet to ease, I arrived at the location. I learned how to use the oars and initially thought, "I will paddle on my own without relying on my partner," and got into the kayak with determination. However, that enthusiasm turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

Just lightly dipping the oars into the water allowed the kayak to glide remarkably smoothly. When I stopped paddling, it felt as if time had stopped, and I could simply float on the river's surface. The instructor kindly taught us, saying, "The kingfisher is calling," and "The mangrove is a type of tree called 'Mehirugi'," paying attention to each participant, which made it easy to enjoy the experience.

The river's flow was so gentle that I hardly noticed it, and when I looked up, I saw the bright blue sky and pure white clouds typical of Okinawa. I heard that families participated, and even a 93-year-old had joined, making me feel that this tour was enjoyable even for someone in their 70s like me.

This tour created many memories. It was a wonderful experience that allowed me to rediscover the charm of Okinawa, and I now want to challenge myself to kayak on another river next time.

「早朝、まだ暑さが和らぐ時間帯に現地へ。オールを教わり、最初は『パートナーに頼らず、自分の力で漕ぎ切ろう』と気合を入れてカヤックに乗り込みました。しかし、その意気込みは嬉しい誤算でした。
オールを軽く水に入れるだけで、カヤックは驚くほど滑らかに進みます。漕ぐのをやめると、まるで時間が止まったかのように川面にただようことができました。インストラクターの方が『カワセミが鳴いています』『マングローブはメヒルギという木です』と丁寧に教えてくださり、参加者一人ひとりに気を配ってくれたので、安心して楽しめました。
川の流れは気づかないほど穏やかで、上を見上げると、沖縄らしい真っ青な空と真っ白な雲が広がっていました。ご家族連れはもちろん、最高齢93歳の方も参加されたことがあると聞き、70代の私でも心から楽しめるツアーだと感じました。
たくさんの思い出ができたこのツアー。沖縄の魅力を再発見し、今度は別の川でもカヤックに挑戦したいと思える素晴らしい体験でした。」

I was able to go to Barasu Island, which I had wanted to visit for a long time, and I was deeply moved! Initially, the plan was to land by boat, but I received a call the day before saying that due to the tides, we couldn't land by boat and had to choose between snorkeling to get there or giving up on Barasu Island and going to Yufu Island instead (there was originally a note about the possibility of changing the tour).

Since I have children and had never been to a place where I couldn't touch the bottom, I was anxious about snorkeling, but our guide, Toshi, kindly explained everything over the phone, which I really appreciated. In the end, I was glad I chose snorkeling. I got to see a lot of fish in the beautiful sea, and I was able to go to Barasu Island as well.

The mangrove canoeing was also fun, as we could all ride together as a family of five, and it felt like an adventure. I would like to join Toshi's tour again next time!

ずっと行きたかったバラス島に行くことができ、感動しました！
当初は船で上陸するプランでしたが、前日に電話があり潮の関係で船では上陸できず途中からシュノーケリングで向かうか、バラス島は諦めて由布島に行くか選んでくださいとのことでした（ツアー変更の可能性については元々記載がありました）
子供もおり、足がつかない所に行ったことがなかった為シュノーケリングに不安がありましたがガイドのトッシーが電話で丁寧に説明してくださりありがたかったです。結果、シュノーケリングを選んで良かったです。綺麗な海で魚をたくさん見られたし、バラス島にも行くことができました。
マングローブカヌーも、夫婦と子供３人乗りができ、冒険のようで楽しかったです。
次また行く際にもトッシーのツアーで参加したいと思います！

I previously went snorkeling in Onna Village and didn't enjoy it much, but this time there were plenty of fish, and I was able to snorkel freely and have fun! There were so many fish that I felt a bit of ocean phobia, but I think I overcame it! For those who are unsure about swimming, you can hold onto the float that the guide has, so I think you'll be able to enjoy it! You can also take a lot of photos while doing SUP, so I believe you'll be satisfied! With the free time, you can go quite far and relax, so I highly recommend it!

以前恩納村でシュノーケリングしてあまりハマらなかったのですが、今回は魚がいっぱいいて比較的自由に楽しくシュノーケリングさせて頂きました！魚がたくさんいて楽しかったので若干海洋恐怖症でしたが克服できた気がします！泳ぎが不安な方はガイドの方が持ってる浮き輪に掴まって泳げるので楽しめると思います！SUPも写真をたくさん撮って貰えるので満足できると思います！自由な時間で結構遠くまで行けたりのんびりできるのでオススメです！

I participated in snorkeling with my sixth-grade son and mother.

Our guide, Tomo-chan, explained about the fish and taught us how to dive. It was our first time snorkeling from a boat, and it was really fulfilling.

Next time, I want to try diving!

The guide was very kind and gentle with the children, and we were able to see sea turtles.

The public parking lot is full by 8:30 AM, so it's better to arrive early.

ガイドさんがとても親切で子供に優しくて、海亀にも会えました。

公共駐車場が0830には満席なので、早いほうがいいです。

I never expected to see flying flying squirrels four times! I participated hoping to see at least once, and the result exceeded my expectations.

On the round trip from the cable car station to the flying squirrel observation point, I encountered various insects, including the light green giant silk moth, stag beetles, stick insects, and horse cicadas. I even came across the rare thorn stick insect.

On the way back, I also heard the calls of the flying squirrels. It was a tour filled with very enjoyable nature experiences. The night view from Yakoin was beautiful as well.

After the experience, they also sent me photos and videos taken with a night vision scope. There were cute stickers and a can badge as gifts, making for great memories.

ムササビが飛ぶところを4回も見ることが出来るとは、思ってませんでした。1回でも見ることが出来ればと思って参加。結果は、期待以上の回数を見ることが出来ました。
ケーブルカーの下車駅からムササビ観察ポイントの往復の道すがらでは、さまざまな昆虫にも出会いました。薄いミドリのオオミズアオ、コクワガタ、ナナフシ、ウマオイ、などなど。珍しいトゲナナフシにも出会いました。
帰り道では、ムササビの鳴き声も聞きました。
とても楽しい自然体験が満載ツアーでした。
薬王院から見た夜景もキレイでした。

体験後、暗視スコープで撮影した写真と動画も送ってくださいました。
かわいいステッカーと缶バッジのプレゼントもあり、いい思い出になりました。

We went to see sea turtles and clownfish. Even if you're not a strong swimmer, you can enjoy it while receiving guidance from the instructor. I was almost out of energy here... haha.

Pumpkin Cave with Naoki from 3:00 PM:
It was a tour full of adventure, allowing us to experience the extraordinary as we kayaked to the cave.

Thanks to Naoki's humorous explanations, we were able to enjoy the cave experience.

カヤックで洞窟に向かう非日常を味あえるアドベンチャー感たっぷりのツアーでした。

ユーモアのある、なおきさんの説明のおかげで楽しみながら洞窟体験できます。

My first parasailing experience was scary at first, but once I tried it, it was amazing. I definitely want everyone to see that view. The staff were also kind and made me feel safe. Thank you very much. I would like to book again if I have the opportunity next time.

初めてのパラセイリング、最初は怖かったんですが実際体験してみたら最高でした。是非あの景色を皆さんにも見て頂きたいです。スタッフさん達も親切で安心ですよ。ほんとうにありがとうございました。次回もまた機会があれば予約したいと思っています。

It was a lot of fun to have the experience of entering the pool with the dolphins, being able to touch them, and swimming while holding onto them. I wish we could have spent a little more time swimming with the dolphins.

イルカと同じプールに入って、触らしてもらえたり、イルカにつかまって泳げたり、なかなかできない経験ができて楽しかったです♡もう少しイルカと一緒に泳ぐ時間が長いといいなと思いました。

The sea is beautiful! The cave was crowded with tourists, but I learned a lot of things I didn't know about Okinawa and the caves, and I had fun taking many photos! Feeding the fish was exciting because they came close! The guide was also reassuring for those with children.

とにかく海がきれい！洞窟内は観光客で混み合っていましたが、沖縄や洞窟についての知らない事が知れ、写真も沢山撮ってもらって楽しかったです！餌やりも魚が近くて興奮しました！

I participated in a morning mangrove canoe activity. We were transported by bus from the port to the mangroves, and the explanations were thorough and easy to understand, allowing us to fully enjoy the activity! There were multiple groups participating, but three instructors were present, ensuring we had plenty of fun. Instructor Rui taught us a lot about canoeing, the mangroves, and Iriomote Island itself, making it easy for beginners to enjoy the natural beauty of Iriomote without feeling nervous. I would love to come back! Thank you very much!

午前中のみのマングローブカヌーアクティビティに参加しました。港からマングローブまではバスで送っていただき、説明も丁寧でわかりやすくアクティビティの時間を満喫できました！複数グループ参加者がいましたが3名のインストラクターさんがついてくださり、十分に楽しめます。インストラクターのるいさんがカヌーの漕ぎ方からマングローブ、西表島自体のことをたくさん教えてくださり初心者でも緊張することなく西表の自然を味わえるのでまた来たいと思いました！ありがとうございました！

The round trip takes about three and a half hours (with a 15-minute break at the parking area), and you can decide whether to get off at Taisho Pond or the Kamikochi Bus Terminal. The stay in Kamikochi is three and a half hours. The restaurants around Kappa Bridge can get crowded, so if you're walking from Taisho Pond, it's better to arrive early to enjoy the area. The wait for places like soft serve ice cream shops was about 20 minutes. The turnover rate at the souvenir shop's register is quick. The accompanying guide was from China but could also communicate in Japanese. Some people were late to the meeting time, but the guide contacted us and was about 10 minutes late as well. The tour schedule was 8:20 AM departure from Nagoya Station, arriving at Kamikochi at 11:45 AM, then departing Kamikochi at 3:25 PM and arriving back at Nagoya Station at 6:50 PM, which I think allows for a good amount of enjoyment within the tour time. Depending on traffic, this was the schedule at the end of August. It was a very cool place with beautiful scenery, and the water was cold and incredibly clear. I had a great time even on a day trip. However, going back and forth to Myojin Pond might be a bit tight.

行き帰り共に道のりは3時間半（パーキングで15分休憩あり）ほどで、大正池か上高地バスターミナルで降りるところを決められます。上高地の滞在時間は3時間半です。河童橋周辺の飲食店は混みますので大正池から歩く場合、早めに到着するようにした方が散策できると思います。ソフトクリーム等の飲食店は20分待ちくらいでした。お土産屋さんのレジの回転率は早いです。付き添いのガイドさんは中国の方でしたが、日本語でも対応可能でした。集合時間に遅れてくる方もいらっしゃいましたが、ガイドさんも連絡して10分ほど遅れましたが、8:20名古屋駅発11:45上高地着、15:25上高地発18:50名古屋駅着でツアーの時間内で楽しめると思います。交通量にもよりますが、8月末でこのスケジュールでした。とても涼しいところで、景色も綺麗です、水も冷たく透明度がすごかったです。日帰りでも充分楽しめました。明神池を往復するのはぎりぎりすぎるかもです。

The weather was great, the points were all good, and I even got to see sea turtles; it was the best. Thank you very much. However, when I applied for this tour, I had to submit documents regarding health management, but I was asked to fill out the same documents again on-site. I received a confirmation email with the same attachments, but I was told that I didn't receive anything from Veltra, so I'm wondering what's going on...

天気にも恵まれ、ポイントもどこも良く、またウミガメも見れ、最高でした。

本件申し込みの際、体調管理等の書類を作成提出の上のツアーでしたが、現場にて同じ書類を書かされました。同じものを添付の上確認のメールをもらいましたが、ベルトラさんからはもらっていないとの事でどうなっているのかなぁと・・・？

I had a veteran guide who showed me points that I definitely wouldn't have noticed if I were exploring on my own, such as bear claw marks, traces of ptarmigan eggs, and holes left by bears after eating hornet nests. The guide was also very knowledgeable about plants and the history of the land, making the three hours feel very short! I definitely want to come back to Shiretoko.

ベテランのガイドさんに担当していただき、個人で回っていたら絶対に気づかないようなポイント(クマの爪痕やライチョウの卵の痕跡、スズメバチの巣を熊が食べた後の穴など)を見せてもらったり、植物の知識や土地の歴史も豊富で3時間がとても短く感じました！また知床に来たいと思いました。

The stories about Yakushima and Yakusugi that I heard from the guide were very interesting, and I asked a lot of questions. The trekking to Jomon Sugi was hard, but it was fun.

ガイドさんから聞く屋久島や屋久杉のお話が非常に興味深く、たくさん質問させていただきました。縄文杉までのトレッキングはハードでしたが、楽しかったです。

On the day, there were a few clouds, which made it take some time to see the sunrise, but it rained a little, and we got to see a big rainbow, creating the perfect situation. The guide took many great photos, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it just right for the sunrise in Iriomote Island. I would love to request the same guide when I go again.

当日は雲が少しかかり、サンライズ観るまでに時間がかかりましたが、その分少し雨が降って大きな虹が観れて最高のシチュエーションとなりました。
ガイドの方もたくさんいい写真を撮ってくださり、雰囲気もゆったりとしていて、西表島のサンライズにピッタリでした。
次に行く時も同じガイドさんにお願いしたいくらいです。

It felt like a university club atmosphere (they were trying to liven things up), but I would have preferred to enjoy nature in a more relaxed setting. Being quiet might increase the chances of encountering the Iriomote cat. I could have enjoyed the sounds of owls and other wild birds more as well. It might depend on the guide.

大学のサークルみたいなノリで(盛り上げようとしてくれたのでしょうが)、もっと落ち着いた雰囲気の中で自然鑑賞したかったです。静かにしている方が、イリオモテヤマネコなどに遭遇できる可能性もあがるのでは。フクロウなど野鳥の声ももっと楽しめたはず。ガイドの方によるのかもしれません。

I saw rare subtropical creatures like coconut crabs. That night, I also had the very precious experience of witnessing a sea turtle laying eggs. The sight of the mother turtle powerfully digging into the sand was moving.

ヤシガニなど亜熱帯の珍しい生物をみました。この夜はウミガメの産卵に立ち会うという、とても貴重な体験もしました。力強く砂をかき出す母ガメの姿は感動的でした。

We participated in a family experience diving trip in Iriomote Island. We went out to sea by boat and dove in the clear waters. The instructors were kind, and we had a great time.

西表島の体験ダイビングに親子で参加しました。ボートで沖合に出て、透明度の高い海のダイビング。インストラクターの方々も親切で、楽しい時間を過ごしました。

I have been to Ishigaki Island several times, but this was my first visit to the Phantom Island. Since it was my dream to go snorkeling with my child, I requested a half-day course. When my 5-year-old was scared of snorkeling and waiting on the boat, a staff member named Kaori came over and talked with my daughter, which helped her get into the water. Thank you very much. All the staff members were cheerful and energetic, and we had a great time.

石垣島には何度かきたことあるのですが、初めて幻の島にいきました。
子供とシュノーケリングするのが夢だったので半日のコースをお願いしました。
5歳の子どもがシュノーケリングを怖がって船で待機していると、スタッフのかおりさんがきてくれて娘と話してくださり海へ入ることができました。ありがとうございます。

It was my first time snorkeling, but I felt at ease participating in the tour thanks to the attentive service. The guide had extensive knowledge about the fish we could see in the ocean, allowing me to enjoy searching for them while swimming. The caves were also mystical and wonderful. The guide took plenty of photos and videos, so I was able to look back and enjoy them later. If I have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to participate!

初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、丁寧な対応で安心してツアーに参加できました。
海でみえる魚の知識も豊富で、自分で泳ぎながら探して楽しむことができました。
もちろん洞窟も神秘的でよかったです。
写真や動画もガイドさんが沢山撮ってくださるので、あとで見返して楽しむこともできました。

I was able to see views that I can't see in Tokyo, and luckily, we had a great catch while fishing, making it a very satisfying experience. My child is saying they want to go again, so I would like to take care of this again. Thank you very much.

We participated as a couple in our forties with our daughters, who are in sixth and second grade. By chance, we were the only participants, so it turned into a private tour.

Due to last year's typhoon, we had to take a detour route, which included quite a steep ascent. Although it's labeled as an easy course, it can be quite challenging for beginners.

The guide adjusted the pace while keeping an eye on the children, and we were able to complete the round trip in four hours with regular breaks.

The deep greens, the way the light fell, the size of the trees, new life, the coldness of the stream water, and the sounds of the birds were all beyond what could be captured in photos.

It was truly a valuable experience. Thank you very much.

アラフォー夫婦と小6・小２の娘で参加しました。偶然にも参加者が私たちだけで、貸切ツアーになりました。
去年の台風で迂回路コースになり、けっこう急な登りが続きます。初級コースになっていますが、初心者にとっては、なかなかハードです。
ガイドさんが子どもの様子を見ながらペース調整してくれて、こまめに休憩をはさみながら、往復４時かけて歩き切ることができました。
深い緑の色や光の当たり方、木々の大きさや新しい生命、沢の水の冷たさ、鳥の鳴き声など、写真にはおさまりきれません。
本当に貴重な体験ができました。ありがとうございました。

It was just a walk in the forest, but the guide explained various things, which made it enjoyable without getting bored. If I had to say something, it would have been nice to have the chance to see some animals like bears (of course, from a distance). That's just a matter of luck, so I'll save that for next time.

森の中を歩くだけではありますがガイドさんが色々なことを説明してくれたこともあり飽きずに楽しめました。強いて言えばクマなど何かしらの動物を見られる機会があったら良かったですが(もちろん遠くからながめるぐらいの距離感で、です)そこは運なので次の機会に取っておきたいと思います。

It was my first experience with SAP, but thanks to the guide's lecture, I was able to get on right away!
I also had a chance to snorkel in the crystal-clear sea and see various fish up close, which was an extraordinary experience!
It took quite a bit of physical effort, but I had so much fun during the tour that I forgot all about my fatigue!
