The Jomon Sugi was said to be very challenging, but surprisingly, I didn't get tired at all and had a great time. The guide who assisted us was the same age as me, and we were able to talk a lot about Yakushima's nature as well as share fun stories that only classmates could relate to. On the way back, we took some detours while walking, and I really enjoyed it! Having one guide per group is definitely a great idea!

担当してくださったガイドの方と同い年で、屋久島の自然に関することはもちろん、同級生ならではの楽しいお話もいっぱい出来、帰り道は寄り道もしながら歩き、とっても満喫できました！1グループに１人のガイドさん、やっぱり良いてすね！

We enjoy our blue cave snorkeling tour very much. The staff were very nice and they picked us up at hotel on time. The shop also provided us with shampoo, hair dryer and body lotion in addition to the basic bathing facilities. We highly recommend this tour to all of you !!!!

I participated with my middle school son. We enjoyed similar snorkeling in Hanauma Bay, Hawaii during spring break, but the clarity of the water and the abundance of fish might be better here.

Snorkeling guided by a wonderful young man was reassuring and fun, and we had the best time. My son seems captivated by the ocean and wants to experience diving next time. Thank you very much for your support.

中学生の息子と二人で参加してまいりました。春休みにハワイのハナウマ湾でも同様のシュノーケリングを楽しみましたが、海のきれいさやお魚の多さはこちらのほうが上かも？
素敵なお兄さんに導かれてのシュノーケリングは、頼もしく楽しく最高の時間を過ごすことができました。息子は今度はダイビングを体験したいと、海の魅力に取りつかれたようでした。大変お世話になりました。

We participated as a family of three. Since it was during Golden Week, there were a total of 10 groups on the tour. Our first-grade son was able to ride along with the guide, allowing my husband and me to have our own kayak, which made for a more fulfilling experience (laughs).

After getting ready, we received a brief lecture on how to use the oars and how to get in and out of the kayak on land, and then it was all about getting accustomed to it through practice. Everyone on the tour quickly got the hang of it.

On our way upstream from the starting point, there was one spot where the water was stagnant, and it was disappointing to see what looked like oil from wastewater floating on the surface. However, in contrast to that pollution, I think it was a good experience for my son to realize the importance and beauty of the natural environment.

As we descended the river to match the sunset, we reached the sea, where the waves changed the way the kayak rocked, and the scent of the tide and the wind became stronger. Although clouds were gradually increasing, drifting on the sea while watching the orange sun sink beyond the horizon was a special experience.

The guide not only provided information throughout the tour but also took care of our son, which was a great help. Thanks to that, we created wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

親子３人で参加。GW中だったので全体で10組のツアーだった。小学１年の息子はガイドさんと同乗させてもらい、私たちは夫婦だけで１艇となり、子供を任せられたお陰で(笑)、余計に充実した時間が過ごせた。
身支度を整えたあと、陸上でオールの使い方やカヤック乗降の仕方を簡単にレクチャーしてもらい、あとは実践で慣れていく感じだが、ツアーに参加していた皆さんあっという間に慣れて乗りこなしている感じだった。
スタート地点から川の上流に向かう途中、１か所流れが澱んでいて生活排水？の油が浮いていたのが非常に残念だったが、その汚れとの対比で自然環境の大切さ・美しさを実感するという点から見れば、息子にとってもよい経験になったと思う。日没の時刻に合わせて川を下り、海に出ると、波でカヤックの揺れ方も変わり、潮の香りや風が強くなった。徐々に雲が増えてきていたものの、オレンジ色の太陽が海の向こうに沈んでいく様子を海上に漂いながら眺めるのは、特別な体験になった。
ガイドさんには、ツアー全体の案内だけでなく、息子の面倒まで見てもらい大変なお手数をおかけしましたが、お陰で楽しい思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

I participated with my wife and two daughters, making it a group of four. The guide was an American woman who spoke fluent Japanese, and we had a fun trekking experience filled with humor. Thanks to the guide, we were able to conquer the challenging course and all four of us were very impressed.

夫婦と娘二人を連れて、4人で参加いたしました。アメリカ人の女性でしたが、流暢な日本語で、ユーモアを交えて楽しくトレッキングできました。ガイドの人のおかげで、難コースを楽しく制覇でき、4人とも大感激でした。

Both my spouse and I have a hobby of photography, so we were able to relax and take photos while being guided.

I think it can be challenging to take photos freely and match the walking pace when on a guided tour with other groups, but since this was a private tour, we could enjoy it at our own pace without worrying about others, which was really great.

Even during the busy Golden Week season, we had a guide who helped us avoid the crowds, allowing us to fully appreciate nature! I was particularly surprised to see the congestion at Wilson's stump on the way back, thinking, "Wow, it gets this crowded!" When we were there, it was like having the place to ourselves.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Yakushima, plants, and wildlife, which was enjoyable.

I was also very satisfied with the delicious mountain meals and warm coffee that we could enjoy in the mountains, which are specialties of Yakushima!

There were no issues with the guiding company; in fact, they provided hospitality beyond our expectations, allowing us to fully enjoy Yakushima.

The only thing that concerned me was that on the VELTRA website, it stated in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section that the guide would provide headlamps, but we actually had to bring our own.

The rental package included a sleeping bag, mat, backpack, and backpack cover, but it seemed that the headlamp was not included in this rental set.

We had our own backpacks and wanted to rent trekking poles and rain gear, so we had borrowed them from elsewhere, which we discovered during the final confirmation the day before. The guide was able to provide a headlamp at the last minute, so it all worked out...

However, I was concerned about the insufficient communication between the website and the guide, especially since others had mentioned similar experiences, and the information had not yet been updated.

Other than that, I was truly very satisfied!

夫婦揃ってカメラが趣味なので、のんびりと撮影しながらガイドして頂きました。

他のグループと一緒のガイドツアーだと他者を気にして思うように写真が撮れなかったり歩くペースも合わせたりと大変だと思うけど、プライベートツアーなのでそこは気にせずのんびりとマイペースに過ごせたのは本当に良かったです。

ＧＷ中というハイシーズンでも混雑に巻き込まれないガイドをして頂いたので自然をいっぱい感じられました！
特に復路でウィルソン株の混雑を見た時は、こんなに混むんだ！！と、びっくり。
自分達の時は貸切状態でした。

知識豊富なガイドさんだったので屋久島の事、植物の事、生き物の事、たくさん学べて楽しかったです。

山の中でも屋久島名物を味わえた美味しい山メシや温かいコーヒーも大満足でした！！


ガイド会社には何ひとつ問題なく、むしろ予想以上のおもてなしをして頂き屋久島を満喫出来ました。

唯一、気になったのはVELTRAのサイトで『よくある質問』の所などでヘッドライトはガイドが用意します。となっていたのに、ヘッドライトは自分達で用意しなければいけなかったという事。

レンタル内容がシュラフ、マット、ザック、ザックカバーのセットだったのに、実際はヘッドライトがこのレンタルセットに含まれている？？らしい。

私達はザックなどを持っていて、ストックやレインウエアなどをレンタルしたかったので他で借りていたために、前日の最終確認で発覚しました。
ガイドさんが急遽用意してくれたので事なきを得ましたが…

サイト側とガイド側との連絡が不十分というか、他の方が体験談でも言われていたのにも関わらず未だに内容の変更がされていないところだけが気になりました。

それ以外は本当に大満足です！！

This was my fifth trip to Okinawa, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. This time, I wanted to change things up a bit and have an experience, so we decided to try kayaking! I’m 58 years old, and I felt a bit anxious on the day of the activity. At the meeting point, we were greeted by our guide, Nishi, who seemed very kind, which put me at ease. It was just my husband and me participating in the experience. After the briefing, we got into the water. At first, it was a little shaky, but I quickly got used to it and smoothly paddled along in the kayak. Nishi provided detailed explanations about everything, and I was moved by the beautiful scenery. Is this what true relaxation feels like? Time flew by, and before we knew it, we were back on land. It was a wonderful time. Thank you, Nishi!

沖縄旅行も5回目、結婚30周年、今回は少し内容を変えて、体験をしたいと、ボート乗ってみたいで、何とカヤックに決定! 私は58才 、当日少し不安も、、、集合場所へ、待っていたのはガイド西さん、優しそうな感じに一安心、体験者は私達夫婦だけ、講習終了後いざ入水、最初少し揺れたが、直ぐに慣れスイスイ進むカヤック、一つ一つ詳しい説明、見る風景に感動、これが本当の癒しの空間？、時間もあっという間に 過ぎ上陸、楽しい時間でした、西さん有難う。

I have always wanted to go to Shiretoko, and was blown away by the beauty of the area and nature.
I was able to see deer as well, which I was looking forward to.
Despite forgetting bug spray, the guide was kind enough to lend me some (thank you!)
I would love to go back again.

I was looking for some interesting sightseeing in Kumamoto, when I found dolphin watching. I joined a similar tour in Hawaii before and I had heard that dolphins can be seen in Japan as well, at Amakusa. Of course I rushed to it! Also it was my first experience joining this type of 'free' bus trip from Kumamoto. I exchanged the voucher at the ticket center in Kumamoto station in the morning, I took the bus by myself, and get off alone and boarded the cruise boat. This is definitely self guided travel.
As it is winter I was worried if I'd be able to see dolphins, but I heard dolphins can be found regardless of the season. Then after about 40 minutes on board the cruiser (with heating), I finally saw the herd of dolphins! So impressive... The captain said it was a group of about 100 dolphins. I could see them up-close for about 20 minutes. I'm very satisfied.
Those booking the tour should be careful to check they are getting on and off at the right bus stop and make sure they know all the bus times.

I went in mid-February. It was a bit snowy, but it was warm inside the tent, allowing me to focus on fishing.

It was my first experience on the ice, and I was really excited. The smelt I caught was made into tempura for free at the dining area, and I had lunch there; it was a reasonably priced and delicious set meal.

Right near the fishing spot, there are clean restrooms and wash areas in a beautiful commercial facility, and you can buy souvenirs and food, so there's no need for women to worry.

I highly recommend trying it out, especially since it's a limited-time experience!

２月中旬に行ってきました。ちょっと吹雪いていましたが、テントの中は暖かく釣りに集中できました。
まずは氷に穴を開けて、イスを設置し、教えてもらったとおりに底の方で誘いをかけると釣れます！微妙な当たりが超楽しいです。
氷の上での初めて体験でテンションあがりました。
釣ったワカサギはお食事処で無料で天ぷらにしてくれました、昼食はそちらでいただきましたが、リーズナブルで美味な定食でした。

釣り場のすぐ近くには綺麗な商業施設のお手洗いと洗面所があり、お土産や食べ物も買えますので女性のかたも心配ありません。
ぜひ、この時期限定なので楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。

I participated on November 20th. Since it was a private group, we were able to join comfortably as just two people. The facilities at Adventure Island were very clean, and even though there were two women, the waiting time was quite pleasant. They provided shampoo and conditioner in the showers. There was also a makeup area with plenty of amenities like hair dryers, cotton, and cotton swabs. After putting on our swimsuits, we wore wetsuits, but a bikini was sufficient; we didn't wander around the facility in our swimsuits, so I found shorts unnecessary. After returning from the sea, we went straight to the shower room to take off our suits.

The tour started around 2:30 PM, but as expected, the sea was cold as we approached late November. Especially inside the cave, it got chilly very quickly. Also, the waves were quite high, which could be tough for those prone to seasickness. I usually don’t get seasick, but I was surprised to hear that the waves were considered normal; to me, they looked high, but apparently, that’s just how it is in Okinawa (laughs). If you’re prone to seasickness, it’s definitely advisable to take motion sickness medication.

The cave was amazing. Thanks to the season and time of day, I was lucky to enjoy the cave in a luxurious setting with just my friend and the instructor. The water was reportedly clearer than usual, and I was thrilled by the glowing blue sea. We got to swim with many unique fish, and I was particularly excited about the swallowtail fish. Inside the cave, the instructor explained various things about the fish and the cave, and he made sure we could see the best blue, which made it a very enjoyable experience.

If I had one request, it would be to have the boat be private as well. I understand it might be difficult, but I started feeling seasick and got back on the boat early, only to have to wait for another diving group, which was really uncomfortable due to the cold and the rough waves. That waiting time was truly painful. I wish they could at least provide bath towels… or I would have appreciated advice to bring towels, even though I was told not to bring anything beforehand. It wouldn’t be necessary in summer, though.

In summary, the only issue was the wave height; the facilities, staff, and cave were all excellent. They took many photos, and they turned out beautifully. After this experience, we stopped by Manzamo on our way back (about a 15-minute drive). Unfortunately, it was cloudy, so we couldn’t see the sunset, but it was more spacious and open than I expected, and it was a beautiful place, so if you have time, I recommend checking it out. 　11月20日に参加しました。1組貸切制なので、二人で気兼ねなく参加できました。
冒険島の施設はとても清潔感があり、女性2人でしたが待ち時間も過ごしやすかったです。シャワーにはシャンプーリンスもおいていてくれました。化粧台もあり、ドライヤーやコットン、綿棒など、備品も充実していました。水着を着たあとにウェットスーツを着るのですが、ビキニだけで十分でした、水着姿で施設をうろうろすることはありませんので、ショーパンなどは私は不要でした。海から帰ってもすぐにシャワー室に行ってそこでスーツを脱ぐので。
　ツアーは14時半頃からでしたが、さすがに11月下旬に差し掛かると海は寒かったです。特に、洞窟の中は冷えます…一瞬で寒くなりました。あと、波がとても高く、船酔いしやすい人は厳しいですね。私はあまり船酔いしない人ですが、これでも波は普通だというので驚きでした、海経験の多い私にとってどうみても波は高かったですが、これが普通って…沖縄の海恐るべし（笑）酔いやすい方は必ず酔い止めを飲んだほうがいいです。波酔いもしかねません。
　洞窟は最高でした。季節や時間帯のおかげもあり、運よく私と友人、インストラクターのお兄さんだけという贅沢な環境で洞窟を楽しめました。水もいつもより透き通っていたらしく、青色に光り輝く海には大興奮でした。変わった魚ともたくさん泳げたし、特にツバメ魚に興奮☆洞窟の中ではお兄さんが魚や洞窟について色々と説明してくれたり、最高の青を見せるために配慮していただき、とても楽しむことができました。
　
　ひとつ注文をつけるなら、船も１組貸切にしてほしいなということでした。難しいかとは思いますが、波酔いしそうになったので早めに船に上がったのはいいものの、もう1組のダイビング体験のグループを待たなければならず、寒いわ船は大揺れで気持ち悪いわで、あの待ち時間が本当に苦痛でした。できればせめてバスタオルを用意していてほしかった…もしくは、事前に何も持っていかないほうがいいと言われていたのですが、タオルくらいは持参したほうがいいよとアドバイスしてほしかったです。夏なら必要ないですけどね。
　
まとめると、波の高さだけが問題で、施設、スタッフ、洞窟は最高という感じですね。写真もたくさん撮ってくれていましたし、写りもきれいでした。
　私たちはこの体験のあとに、帰り道がてら万座毛（車で15分ほど）に行き、あいにく曇っていて夕日は見れませんでしたが、思っていたより広く解放感があり、美しい場所でとても満足だったので、時間のある方は寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか？以上、ご参考までに。

We participated as a family of four adults. It's easy to get directly to the entrance of the cave by boat. It was everyone's first experience. We entered the water from the boat and held onto a rope attached to a float, which pulled us to the cave. My daughter and I were very nervous before entering the sea since it was our first time. However, the instructor (Ryo) provided thorough guidance, and even after we entered the water, he paid attention to various details like adjusting our goggles and tightening our life vests, which gave us a sense of security and allowed us to quickly get used to it and enjoy ourselves. Despite the unpredictable weather during the changing seasons, we were fortunate with the weather and were impressed by the beautiful blue color inside the cave and the many fish.

I recommend going early in the morning when it's less crowded, and the wind and waves are calm. We were excited to see the CD images we received at the hotel right away. We were all moved to see how many photos were taken. Next time, I definitely want to try diving.

大人四人家族で参加しました。ボートで直接洞窟入口の前まで行けるので楽チンです。全員が初体験。ボートから入水して四人が一つの浮き輪のロープにつかまって洞窟まで引っ張ってもらいました。初めての体験で、私と娘は海に入る前はとても緊張しました。でも、インストラクターさん(
リョウさん)が、丁寧に指導してくださり、入水してからも、ゴーグルのずれとか、ライフガードをもう少し締めましょうとか、皆んなの色々な細かいところに目を配ってくださって、安心感もありすぐに慣れて楽しむことができました。季節の変わり目は天候不順でクローズが多い中、天候にも恵まれ洞窟内の綺麗な青色と、たくさんの魚たちに感動しました。
朝一が空いていて、風も波も穏やかでおすすめです。
ホテルで早速いただいたCD画像を見てまた盛り上がりました。こんなに沢山撮ってくれてたんだねって皆んなで感激しました。
次回は是非ダイビングに挑戦したいです。

I understand that the weather is unpredictable, but is it normal not to know if the afternoon tour will take place until right before it?

Although I postponed my reservation by a day, the waves were still high, and we couldn't go to the Blue Cave. However, we were taken by boat to a coral farm, which was fun because there were many types of fish. Since it was a private tour, the guide took a lot of pictures and helped us find fish that were hard to spot, making it a very enjoyable tour. I think we saw about 20 different types of fish? I was especially happy to see a sea snake.

体験自体は大満足でした。

台風がきた２日後に予約をしていたのですが、波の影響で船が出せなさそうということで、予約を変更しました。その際の電話対応があまり良くなかったです。当日の１時間前にならないと開催するか分からない、とりあえずショップに来てくれ等・・・。天候が読めないのは仕方ないと思うのですが、午後のツアーなのに直前にならないと開催可否が分からないなんて事があるのでしょうか？

予約を１日遅らせたものの、結局波が高く、青の洞窟は行けませんでした。しかし、船で珊瑚の養殖場に連れて行ってもらえて、そこは魚の種類がたくさんで楽しかったです。貸切制なので、ガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくれたり、姿を発見しにくい魚の場所を教えてくれたりと、とっても楽しいツアーでした。魚は20種類くらい見れたかも？特に、ウミヘビを見ることが出来たのがうれしかったです。

I wanted to visit both Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo, and my friend and I debated whether to do day trips or stay overnight. I'm glad we chose the overnight tour. On the day I went to Jomon Sugi, there were reportedly 500 day-trippers, but since we stayed overnight, we had the place almost to ourselves. It was also great that they answered all my questions and provided advice beforehand.

However, since we had heavier luggage (like sleeping bags) compared to a day trip, it might be physically challenging either way. One of my concerns was the mountain hut, but it turned out to be new and clean, which was nice.

When I inquired about what to bring, some items they said were necessary turned out to be unnecessary, and vice versa, so I hope the guide can coordinate and provide clearer answers. A headlamp is essential for going to the toilet at the mountain hut!

The meals prepared by the guide were very delicious, and I was satisfied. Thank you!

縄文杉と白谷雲水峡両方に行きたくて、それぞれ日帰りにするか、1泊にするか、友人ととても悩みましたが、1泊のツアーにして良かったと思います。
私が縄文杉に行った日には、日帰り客が500人いたそうですが、泊りだと時間がずれるので、私たちだけの貸切状態でした。
事前に色々質問し、相談に乗って頂けたのも良かったです。
ただ、日帰りより重たい荷物（寝袋等）になるので、体力的にはどちらもつらいかもしれません。
心配事項のひとつだった山小屋は新しく綺麗だったので良かったです。

持ち物を問い合わせた時に、必要だと言われたものがいらなかったり、不要と言われたものが必要だったりしたので、ガイドさんと連携をとって回答して頂きたいと思います。
ヘッドランプは山小屋のトイレに行く際に必須です！

ガイドさんに作って頂いたご飯がとても美味しく、満足でした。

The early morning tour was not crowded, but I heard that during the afternoon tours, there can be one-way restrictions inside the cave. It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide was friendly and had interesting stories, even diving down to take pictures for us, so I had no worries with the excellent service. I was also glad to see the clownfish. It was my first time feeding fish underwater, and I was surprised by the huge number of fish that gathered. The experience and the beauty of the scenery were perfect, but while drifting in the waves outside the cave during snorkeling, those who are sensitive might experience seasickness, so I think it's better to take motion sickness medication. As a bonus, the Okinawa soba restaurant recommended by the staff was delicious and satisfying.

波が高いと天気が良くても行けないと聞き、心配していましたが、３日ぶりに催行されて運が良かったです。朝一番のツアーが空いていて、昼頃のツアーになると、洞窟の中で一方通行に制限されたりすることもあるそうです。シュノーケリングは初めてでしたが、引率の方も気さくで話も面白く、わざわざ潜って写真を撮ってくれたりして、サービス満点で不安はありませんでした。カクレクマノミも見れて良かったです。水中で魚にエサをやるのは初めてでしたが、物凄い数の魚が集まってきて、驚きました。体験内容と景色の美しさは満点でしたが、シュノーケリングをしながら洞窟の外で波に漂っていると、弱い方は船酔い症状になるので、酔い止めを服用して行った方が良いと思います。番外ですが、店の方に教えてもらったソーキそば屋さんも美味しくて満足でした。

We were both nervous for our first snorkeling experience, but all the staff were kind and talked to us a lot, making it a fun experience!

Our foreign guide, Lulu, accompanied us and he was a gentle, handsome guy! He helped us by adjusting our goggles and providing support, which was a great help. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the waves and wind, we enjoyed spotting fish that we had seen at the aquarium.

We realized that we are prone to seasickness and were silent on the way back... (laughs) After returning, we could take our time with showers and drying our hair without feeling rushed at all.

二人とも初のシュノーケリングで緊張しましたが、スタッフの方皆さん親切でたくさん話しかけてくださり、楽しい体験でした★

外人ガイドさんの、ルルさんが付き添ってくださいましたが優しいイケメンお兄さんです！
ゴーグルを直してくれたりサポートしてくれて（ ; ; ）かなり助けて頂きました。
波と風の都合で青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、水族館で見たお魚を発見して楽しめました♡

船酔い＆波酔いに弱いとこの日わかった私たちは帰りの船は無言…笑
帰った後はのんびりシャワーしててもドライヤーしててもせかされたりは一切なかったです(・ω・)♡

ルルさんと3人で写真を撮れば良かったと後悔しました！日本を楽しんでくださいね！！皆様お世話になりました。

On that day, it was my partner's birthday, and I had mentioned in advance via email that I would appreciate it if they could say "Happy Birthday" to me. I was wondering when they would say it, and I was very happy when they said it at the timing of taking photos at the Blue Cave! When I got back and looked at the CD-ROM they gave me, the images were beautiful, and they were taken very well! Since it's difficult for amateurs to take clear underwater photos, I thought they did an amazing job. Next, I’m thinking of asking for a diving experience.

当日は相方の誕生日で先にメールで覚えていたらおめでとう〜と声をかけてほしいと伝えてました。いつ言ってくれるのかな〜と思っていたら青の洞窟で写真をとるタイミングで言っていただいてとても嬉しかったです！帰ってきていただいたCDROMを見たら画像がきれいで、すごく上手に撮れてました！素人だと水中はぶれてしまってうまく撮れなかったりするのでさすがだな〜と思いました。次はダイビングをお願いしようかなと思います。

I participated in the Blue Cave tour.

The shop was clean and comfortable. There were hot showers, skincare products, and hair dryers. It was reassuring to be able to store valuables in lockers for free. The wetsuits and snorkels were also clean and easy to use. I was happy to receive a photo and a CD-ROM as a gift. The staff were bright and friendly.

The Blue Cave had exceptional clarity of blue. Since it was during the Obon season, there were a lot of people. However, there were more types of fish than I expected, and I enjoyed it.

Each group has a guide assigned to them. They provide something like a float, so when you get tired, you can hold on and take a break.

Our guide was Lulu, who came from Belgium. I wondered if she would be okay with Japanese, but she was totally fine! She was very kind and took a lot of photos for us.

お店は、清潔で快適。
温水シャワーに化粧水にドライヤー。
貴重品もロッカーに無料で預けられるので、安心。
ウェットスーツやシュノーケルもきれいで使いやすかった。
写真撮影とCD－ROMのプレゼントも嬉しい。
明るくて親切なスタッフ。

青の洞窟は、透明度抜群の青。
お盆シーズンだったので、人はたくさん。
でも、思った以上にたくさんの種類の魚がいて、楽しめた。

ほんとに1グループに１人のガイドさんが付いてくれる。
浮き輪のようなものを持っていてくれるので、疲れた時も
つかまって休憩できる。

私たちの担当ガイドは、ベルギーから来たルルさん。
日本語大丈夫なのかな？と思ったけど、全然大丈夫！
とっても親切で、写真もたくさん撮ってくれた。

I participated in snorkeling for the first time. I traveled with my mother and two children, and while I was feeling nervous, the staff were really kind and made me feel at home, which was very comforting! Each group had one staff member assigned to them, which made me feel secure! My timid 6-year-old daughter seemed to have a lot of fun as well.

They guided us efficiently, and the time flew by… During the experience diving, my son was paired with a staff member who wasn't fluent in Japanese, but they were really kind and made it one of the best memories of our trip to Okinawa. It was heartwarming to see their efforts to engage and entertain us.

There are various places to experience activities, but I'm glad we chose Adventure Island! We plan to come back next year! My daughter is eager to dive again with the same staff member.

The photos were really beautiful. I think having pictures with the staff will be a great memory. I hope we can do it together next year… Thank you very much.

初めてシュノーケルに参加させて頂きました。母1人、子供2人連れての旅行で、ドキドキしていると、スタッフの人達がホントに優しく声をかけてくださり、アットホームな空間で心地良かったです♪
1グループに1人のスタッフがついてくださり、安心できました!!怖がりな6歳の娘もとっても楽しかったようです。
手際よく案内もしてくださり、時間もあっという間に過ぎてしまいました………
体験ダイビングでは、息子1人の体験&日本語がペラベラではないスタッフ【Redo】とペアでしたが、ホントに優しく対応して下さり、沖縄の旅行の中で一番の思い出になったようです。一生懸命話しかけようと、楽しませようと努力してくれた事が本当にうれしかったようです。
色々体験できる所もありますが、冒険島を選んで良かったです!!
また来年も行きますね！来年も是非Redoとペアでダイビングをやりたいそうです。

写真、とってもキレイでした。スタッフの方々と一緒の写真もあると思い出に残っていいと思います。来年はぜひ一緒に………

I made a reservation because the price was low.
I was able to enjoy the refreshing and silent scenery of Okinawa from above, which was a different experience.
The banana boat ride was great; I could request not to be thrown off, so we had a blast splashing around and letting loose!

The shower is outdoors,
the changing room is basic,
and there are no lockers, so you leave your valuables in the car and just hand over the car key.

バナナボートは落とされない感じでリクエストできたので水しぶきバンバンでキャーキャーしながいろいろ発散！！

We participated as a couple with our high school daughter. We had one instructor for our family of three. The boat was shared with several other groups. I was prepared for it to be extremely crowded during the Obon holiday, but as soon as we got off the boat, we started swimming and quickly arrived at the cave, allowing us to take photos with hardly any wait. While we were taking pictures, a long line formed, so it was definitely a good decision to arrive early. The cave looked just like the photos, and the fantastical scenery was truly wonderful; I'm glad we went. I believe this is an essential activity among the attractions in Okinawa. Additionally, we had many photos taken and received them on a CD at the end. I plan to use a family photo with the blue scenery of the cave as our New Year's card photo next year. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

夫婦と高校生の娘と参加しました。私たち3人家族に1人のインストラクターさんがついていただけます。船は何組かのグループとご一緒でした。お盆の最中で、激混みを覚悟しましたが、船をおりてからすぐに泳ぎだし、早々に洞窟に到着したため、ほとんど待つことなく写真を撮ることができました。写真を撮っている間に長い待ち列ができていたので、急いで到着して大正解でした。洞窟は写真どおりで、幻想的な風景がとてもすばらしく、行ってよかったです。沖縄の観光の中では、欠かせないアクティビティだと思います。また、写真をたくさん撮っていただいて、最後にCDで頂きました。洞窟の青い景色を背景に、家族そろった写真は、来年の年賀状の写真に使用しようと思います。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

I received a cancellation notice just at the last minute on the day of the event. Although it is something that can be affected by the weather, I couldn't help but think that they could have notified us a bit earlier. However, the instructor was very kind to us.

当日ギリギリになってから中止の連絡が来ました。。天候に左右されるものとはいえ、もう少し早く連絡できないものかと思ってしまいました。。ただ、インストラクターの方には親切にしていただきました。

There may be some variation depending on the day, but it is truly blue, and there are plenty of fish!! It's a snorkeling experience that is definitely worth it! The equipment is also quite sturdy, so I think even those who are not good at swimming can participate with peace of mind.

日によって差があるとの事ですが、本当に青く、お魚もいっぱい！！かなり楽しめる価値のあるシュノーケルです！かなり装備もしっかりしているので泳ぎが苦手な方でも安心して参加できると思います

There were more fish than I expected, and I was able to see the beautiful scenery underwater. On the other hand, as expected—or perhaps even more than expected—the crowds were astonishingly overwhelming. I got kicked by other people while using my fins, and those participating in diving were often right below the snorkelers, creating bubbles all at once, which made visibility filled with bubbles. It was surprising to have bubbles coming from below unexpectedly, and it felt a bit unpleasant. I wish the timing for divers and snorkelers could be staggered.

It might be unavoidable because it's the season, but it was so crowded that it felt like a sardine can. If you have children with you, they might get lost.

予想以上に魚がたくさん居て綺麗な海の中の景色が見れました。反面、予想通りと言うか、これも予想以上なのか、びっくりするくらい人混みが凄くて、フィンで他の人に蹴られたり、ダイビングで参加の人は、海底でシュノーケルの人の下に居たりして、一斉にバブルを発生させるので、視界が泡ぶくだらけになり、望みもしない下からの泡に驚くのと、何か嫌な感じがするので、ダイバーとシュノーケルのとタイミングをずらして欲しいです。
シーズンだから仕方ないかもですが、芋洗いとはこの事かもというくらい人だらけでした。親子連れとかだと、迷子になるかもしれません。

Basically, I usually enjoy mountain climbing without hiring a guide. This time, I hesitated about getting a guide, but I was drawn in by the sound of "nature guide" and decided to sign up. While walking, we talked a lot about plants, mountains, and Yakushima, and I was honestly surprised by the wealth of knowledge. It was truly a meaningful 22 km. I was also happy to receive the climbing certificate and enjoy coffee at lunch. The next day, I personally hiked Mount Miyanoura, reviewing what I learned and enjoying a different kind of mountain experience. I would like to request a guide again when I go to Yakushima. Thank you, Yuki!

基本的に山岳ガイドは頼まず山行を楽しんでいます。
今回もガイドは迷ったのですが、ネイチャーガイドという響きに引かれて申し込んでみました。
植物の話、山の話、屋久島の話を歩きながら沢山していただき、正直豊富な知識に驚きました。
本当に有意義な22ｋｍでした。
登山証明書もお昼の珈琲も嬉しかったです。
翌日個人的に行った宮之浦岳では復習しながら歩き、いつもとは異なる山行を楽しむことができました。
また屋久島に行くときもお願いしたいと思います。
