About two-thirds of the guests were foreigners, so the guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese repeatedly. There were some parts that were a bit difficult to understand, but the guide was sincere, which made it acceptable.

The tour had an appropriate time allocation, allowing for efficient sightseeing, and I was satisfied with that. However, at the lunch area in Lake Toya Onsen, most of the shops were closed? Unfortunately, this meant lunch ended up being a convenience store bento, which was disappointing.

Overall, it was excellent.

外国人のお客さんが2/3位占めてたので、ガイドさんが日本語、英語、中国語で繰り返しガイドされて、少し分かり辛い所もありましたが誠実な方でしたのて許容範囲でした。

Please consider this review with the premise of participating with preschool children.

The bus… there was trash left by the previous passengers. The audio guide content was good, but the connection with the headphones was poor. The number of participants on the tour was about half of the bus seats filled, but during the hot summer, everyone was crammed in the front seats, and there was someone nearby with a strong body odor, which was tough. Given the current COVID situation, I thought it would be better to space out the seating instead of packing everyone together. There was no restroom on the bus, so I had to be mindful of my child's bathroom timing, and I was constantly worried about restrooms during our stay at each facility. It would have been better if there were restrooms available.

Kouri Island, Okashi Goten, Manzamo… the stay time was about 30 minutes, and we were always in a hurry. I was anxious thinking that if my child threw a tantrum, there wouldn’t be time for shopping. The drop-off location on the way back was flexible (changes can only be made within the designated drop-off points).

Pineapple Park… I wished we could have stayed a little longer. There was no time to enjoy tastings. It felt like we were just pulling the kids towards the exit.

Churaumi Aquarium… they set the stay time to accommodate two dolphin shows, allowing us to choose which one to see, which was great. The aquarium isn’t that large, so if you’re just doing the dolphin show and the aquarium, the time seemed about right. Lunch was on our own, but there wasn’t time to eat leisurely. The large bus parking lot was extremely far from the aquarium. There was a paid trolley-like vehicle running inside the park, but due to the admission ticket situation, everyone had to walk to the entrance. If the tour guide had prepared and handed out the tickets on the bus beforehand, we wouldn’t have had to walk so much… but maybe that wasn’t possible due to scheduling?

I’ve mentioned mostly negative points above, but overall, I am satisfied. Above all, it’s inexpensive; the service isn’t bad for the low price, and although it’s busy, you can visit many famous spots in one day. I would even like to try a different course when I come to Okinawa next time.

バス…前の人のゴミが残っていた。音声ガイドの内容は良いがイヤホンとの接続が悪い。ツアーの参加人数はバスの座席半分程度が埋まったくらいだったが、夏の暑い時に全員前に座席を固められ、近くに体臭がきつい方がおられてしんどかった。コロナの時期でもあるし、前に固めずに間隔をあけて座らせたらいいのに…と思う。バスにはトイレがないので、子どものトイレのタイミングに気を遣い、各施設滞在中もトイレのことばかり気にしていた、トイレ付きならもっと良いのに…
古宇利島、おかし御殿、万座毛…滞在時間が30分程度と始終小走り。子供がわがままを言ったら買い物なんてしてる時間ないなぁと思ってヒヤヒヤしていた。帰りに降ろしてもらう場所は融通を聞いてもらえる(設定された降車地点の中でのみ変更可)
パイナップルパーク…もう少し長くてもと思った。試飲試食を楽しむ間はない。子どもを引っ張ってとにかく出口へという感じ。
美ら海…イルカショー2回分の時間帯に滞在時間を設定してくれていて、どちらか好きな方を選んで見ることが出来てよかった。水族館内はそんなに広くないので、イルカショーと水族館のみならば時間としてはこんなもんかな？という感じ。昼食は各自だがゆっくりたべる時間はない。大型バス駐車場から水族館までものすごく遠い。園内有料でトロリー的な乗り物が走っていたが、入館券の都合で全員歩いて入り口まで連れて行かれる。ツアーの方が予め準備しておいて乗ってきたバスの中で渡してくれたらこんなに歩かずに済んだのに…日付の都合で無理なのかな？

マイナスなことばかり上には挙げていますが、総合としては満足しています。
何より安い、安い割にサービスが悪いわけではない、忙しないけれど名所を1日で一気に回れる。
次回沖縄に来ても、別のコースを頼んでみたいと思うほどです。

Although it was cloudy in Ishigaki Island at the departure point, it was raining when we arrived at Iriomote Island by boat. While there was no impact when riding the sightseeing bus or the water buffalo cart, I had to buy a raincoat for 300 yen during the walking tour on Yubu Island. The rain diminished the charm of the sightseeing experience.

I also rode the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, but I felt that it wasn't necessary to ride it twice. 2,800 yen was quite expensive.

On Taketomi Island, there was no rain, and I wandered around the houses, but considering the residents, I felt it might have been a nuisance to them, which made me feel embarrassed.

Since I’m not good with the heat in early July, I requested a bus tour, glass boat, and water buffalo cart. I participated with my one-year-old, and it was definitely the right choice to go on a bus tour in the scorching summer heat. Renting a car is expensive, and with lunch included, I didn't have to drive. The bus was always cool, so I didn't have to return to a sweltering vehicle after sightseeing. The bus guide was experienced and provided great commentary, and at the end, they even sang a song with a sanshin, which was fun! I wish it could have been a bit longer. However, I was a little disappointed with the lunch! The scenery was beautiful, though!

This was my first time using the service.

I was disappointed that I didn't receive any communication until the last minute before the reservation, so I wasn't sure if it would go ahead. Given the forecast for heavy rain, it might have been unavoidable, but I had to make plans in case it was canceled, so I wish I had known a bit earlier...

This was not the bus tour I had expected; it was merely a shuttle service in a small vehicle. The last tour I participated in at least had a guide. Moreover, due to other customers not updating their cancellation information, we had to wait at the airport for a long time. Additionally, our free time was reduced because of a delayed arrival. We were supposed to have only 60 minutes at Akama Shrine and Karato Market for meals, but in the end, we only had 50 minutes. It was a very rushed tour.

Furthermore, the route was blocked, and there were no alternative plans, so we went directly back. This was my first time encountering such a situation, and I was not informed about it in advance. In other words, I paid 8,900 yen to go to Karato Market, but there was no apology or compensation afterward, which left me astonished.

At the very least, please inform us in advance about the possibility of cancellations. I believe having a Plan B is common sense for tours. From this perspective, I think the organizers are completely inexperienced.

せめて事前に中止の可能性があることを伝えてください。プランBがあるのはツアーの常識だと思います。こうから見ると、全く素人の組織者だと思います。
しかも、事後この会社とargueしたいですけど、事前に同意した規則において「天気の原因は一切責任を負えない」のような無責任な強盗規則を見つかりました。私は追究したくないですが、最悪の体験でした。
運転手の態度が悪くなかったが、他は全然最悪体験だ。二度とツアーを参加したくなくなりました。

It was a bit cloudy, but just barely. It was a slightly cold day for Ishigaki Island. As soon as we arrived, the shuttle bus welcomed us. We took a boat through the mangroves with the water buffalo and bus plan, stopping at points to listen to explanations about various types of plants and animals. The water buffalo seemed to enjoy listening to the sanshin music. It seems that each water buffalo has its own personality, and we enjoyed hearing various stories. Yubu Island is small, but you can explore it all during your free time. We had lunch here. On Taketomi Island, we explored by bus while listening to the guide's stories, and we learned how to collect star sand. Without the tour, I might not have known how to do that. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Taketomi Island, Yubu Island, and Iriomote Island for the first time.

I participated in this tour because I wanted to visit all the places in Kyoto in one day. It was great to be able to move efficiently in an air-conditioned bus in the heat of over 30 degrees.

The weather forecast predicted rain. When I arrived at the trailhead, there was a rainbow! The sun also peeked through. It rained for about two hours on the way back. I was anxious about participating alone, but everyone in the same group was also participating solo, which made it fun. As we walked, we learned various things from the guide about Yakushima and the Yakusugi trees, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Along the way, there were multiple water points, and the taste of the water was amazing! I encountered deer and monkeys!! I fully enjoyed the great outdoors. I want to go again. I participated in a tour around the Yaeyama Islands, and at each destination, there was a guide who provided precise instructions for the next transportation, allowing us to smoothly experience a lot of activities! The mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island and the round trip water buffalo cart to Yufu Island were such precious experiences that I will never forget! The only moment I panicked was when the tour guide said the return boat was at 17:00, so I took my time writing postcards at the souvenir shop, only to find out that the departure was actually at 16:50, and I almost missed it. Thankfully, I made it in time, so it turned into a funny story. Thank you very much for such a valuable experience!

The bus tour centered around Shikotsu-Toya National Park didn't include meals, but it was great to be able to visit various places just by riding. However, Hokkaido is vast! It felt like we spent about half the time on the bus. I wish we had more time at Lake Shikotsu at the end. That said, it would be impossible to cover this itinerary by rental car, so I felt that 6,800 yen was a good price. Most of the participants were foreigners, but everyone was very well-mannered.

We had shared some spots we wanted to visit in advance, but when we met, they took the time to really listen to where we truly wanted to go and also took us to some recommended scenic spots, which was great! We learned a lot from their stories about the island's wildlife and history. Seeing the Ryukyu kingfisher and the crested serpent eagle was truly moving! It was a wonderful experience. The tour notice mentioned that "participants from overseas will be joining," but on the day of the tour, I was the only Japanese person among the 18 participants. There were attendees from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea. I was a bit worried, but everyone was well-mannered, didn't raise their voices, and adhered to the meeting times. I believe the tour company recruiting locally has a good quality of clientele. The guide, who I think was a native Chinese speaker, was also proficient in Japanese, so I had no issues at all. The destination is a bit far, so the bus ride is long, but there were two hours of free time in both Takayama and Shirakawa-go, allowing for a leisurely stroll.
