During our trip to Hokkaido as a couple, we participated in a tour. There was an audio guide, but the guide shared the charm of Sapporo in a thoughtful manner, making it a wonderful memory.

夫婦で北海道旅行の際、ツアーに参加しました。音声ガイドはありましたが、ガイドさんが札幌の魅力を丁寧に伝えていただき良い想い出になりました

I was torn between plans that included the zoo, but I decided to go with this one because I wanted to enjoy the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido. It was a shame that the sky was cloudy, but I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. Since it was a group activity, it was unavoidable to return to the bus within a limited time. If I have another opportunity, I’ve decided I want to visit some places at my own pace! Definitely during the lavender season!

Lunch was delicious and had a good portion size. Of course, drinks like wine are available for an additional charge. It might have been more enjoyable to have the dining table set for women, as it could have sparked more conversation. I was able to sit alone on the bus, which made it easy to relax and enjoy.

動物園の入ってるプランと迷いましたが、北海道の雄大な景色を堪能したいと思い、こちらに決めました。
曇り空やったのが残念でしたが、行きたいところ全て回れました
団体行動なので限られた時間でバスに戻ってくるのは仕方ない事。また機会があれば、個人でゆっくり行きたい場所も決まりました！ラベンダーの季節にも是非！
ランチも美味しくボリュームもありました。
もちろんワインなどの飲物は別料金で頼めます。
食事のテーブルは女性同士にしてもらった方が会話も弾んだかな？
バスの席は相席ではなく、1人で座れたので気楽に楽しめました。

It was a day tour in a large van instead of a bus. I was a bit anxious since there was no introduction from the travel company, but… perhaps the staff were not Japanese. Two months ago, I used Veltra for a day tour in Australia and had a good experience, so I trusted it. The five Japanese travelers quietly started and relaxed comfortably in the car. It seemed that each person spent two hours in Takayama and Shirakawa-go. If possible, even without any guidance, I think the trip would have been more fulfilling if we had received brochures or maps in advance!

バスでなく、大型のバンでの1日ツアーでした。
旅行会社の名乗りもなく、少し不安でしたが…多分スタッフの方は日本人でなかったのかな…
2ヶ月前にはオーストラリアでの1日ツアーでヴェルトラを使い、よかったので信じておりました。
静かにスタートした５人の日本人旅行者も車の中でゆったりくつろいでいました。
高山と白川郷それぞれ2時間ずつをそれぞれが過ごせた様子。
可能ならば、何の案内も無くても良いけど、
パンフとか地図を事前に配布してもらえたらより旅が充実したと思いました！！

I persuaded my daughter to participate. I wasn't confident in my physical strength, so I was considering retiring if necessary, but I still really wanted to see Jomon Sugi. The guide told us that once we reached the end of the trolley path and started climbing, if we couldn't go together, we should retire and head back. I was informed that there wouldn't be a bus after 5 PM. I couldn't keep up with everyone and dropped out at Wilson Stump, but my daughter suggested that since we were already there, we should go to Jomon Sugi together. We took photos at Jomon Sugi and then returned to the entrance of the trolley path where the guide was, and we walked back to the trailhead together, but it wasn't even 4:30 yet. I felt rushed and had a very unpleasant experience.

体力に自信がないのでリタイヤもありで
それでもやっぱり縄文杉を見てみたいと言う思いでした。
ガイドの方からちゃんトロッコ道が、終わり登りになると
一緒に行けないならリタイヤして帰るよう言われました。
帰りのバスが、５時過ぎるとないとの事、
皆さんの足についていけずウィルソン株で外れましたが、娘が、せっかくだから縄文杉に行こうと二人であとから行き
縄文杉で写真を撮ってまたトロッコ道の入り口にガイドさんがいて一緒に登山口まで帰りましたが、まだ４時３０分にもなっていませんでした。
急かされて、大変不快な思いになりました。

I found a tour that goes to Shiratani Unsuikyo for just half a day, starting in the afternoon, since my flight arrived in Yakushima before noon! Most tours start early in the morning, but this one began at noon and the trekking itself took just a little over three hours. I was able to return in the evening. I had a Jomon Sugi tour scheduled for the next day, so it was a great way to warm up my legs.

昼前に屋久島に着く飛行機だったので、午後開始で半日だけで白谷雲水峡に行けるツアーを探していて見つけました！
朝早いツアーが多いですが、昼スタートでトレッキング自体は3時間ちょっと。夕方には帰ってこれました。
翌日に縄文杉ツアーを入れていたので、いい足慣らしができました。

On the second day of my 2-night, 3-day trip to Kanazawa, I participated in a Shirakawa-go bus tour. The guide, Mr. Kuroda, provided very clear explanations, and everything he recommended, from delicious coffee to great photography spots, was spot on. Among his recommendations, the "Nama Doburoku" from Kondo Shoten was particularly delicious. There are both dry and sweet options, and if you enjoy alcohol, I recommend the dry one. The driver was also friendly, and I had a wonderful time.

2泊３日の金沢旅行の２日目に白川郷バスツアーに参加しました。添乗員さんの黒田さんの説明がとても分かりやすく、美味しいコーヒーや、お薦めの撮影スポットなど、どれもハズレなしでした。オススメしてくれた中でも今藤商店の「生どぶろく」がとても美味しかったです。辛口と甘口がありお酒好きなら辛口がオススメです。ドライバーさんも親しみ易く、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

The tour guide provided great recommendations for how to explore shrines and temples, as well as photo spots, making the experience very smooth! The easy-to-understand map was also a big help. With many international visitors, we were able to stick to the schedule and make good use of our free time.

神社やお寺のおすすめの周り方や写真スポットをツアーのガイドさんが教えてくださりとてもスムーズに周ることができました！わかりやすいマップも大活躍でした。
海外からのお客さんも多い中、時間厳守で動けて自由時間を使うことができました。

Through this tour, I was able to see various jobs at the airport.

I got to touch my favorite airplanes and had a great time.

It was a long 10-hour journey, and I had to be mindful of things like early morning starts and restroom breaks along the way. However, for those who regularly hike or trek, the path was mostly gentle with wooden planks laid out, and the pace of the trek itself was slow. As a result, there was almost no damage during or after the hike, making it an enjoyable trekking experience. Thank you very much.

10時間という長丁場で、早朝からの始動と道中のトイレなどは気をつかいますが、それ以外は日頃、登山やトレッキングをしている人であれば木を敷き詰めた優しい道中がほとんどであり、またトレッキング自体のペースもゆっくりなので、登山中や登山後もダメージがほぼない楽しいトレッキングでした。

Unfortunately, I participated in the tour in the rain. The itinerary included a mangrove tour in Iriomote Island, a bus tour around Iriomote Island, crossing to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart, and free time and lunch on Yubu Island. Although we couldn't see the beautiful ocean due to the rain, I was still able to enjoy the extraordinary scenery and environment. Personally, the water buffalo cart was the most impressive and charming part. Additionally, on Yubu Island, I was able to touch the water buffalo and take pictures. Overall, even though it was rainy, I felt that it was good to participate in this tour because, in Ishigaki, activities are limited when it rains.

あいにくの雨の中でのツアー参加となりました。コースとしては、西表島でのマングローブツアー→西表島のバス観光→由布島に水牛車で渡る→由布島でフリータイム&昼食というコースでした。雨だったので、綺麗な海などは残念ながら見れなかったのですが、非日常の景色や環境はそれなりに楽しめました。個人的には水牛車が一番印象的で風情があります。また、由布島では水牛に触れたり、写真を撮ったりすることができました。総じて、雨ではあったものの、逆に石垣では雨でやることは限られるので、雨だったからこそこのツアーに参加してよかったなと思いました。

I was looking for a day trip bus tour from Nagoya to Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and I happened to find and sign up for this one. The guide spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese. Most of the participants were inbound tourists, and I was a bit anxious at first, but everyone had good manners and was polite, so we completed the tour without any issues. There was plenty of time to explore both Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and I really enjoyed it. After all, bus tours are easy and comfortable. It was just the best. Thank you to the lovely guide and driver for taking care of us.

高山、白川郷行きの名古屋からの日帰りバスツアーを探していて、偶然見つけて申し込みました。
日本語、英語、中国語を話される外国人ガイドさん。
参加されてる方もインバウンドの方がほとんどで、最初少し不安でしたが、皆さまマナーも品もよく、全く問題なくツアーを終えました。高山、白川郷ともたっぷり散策する時間もあり、楽しめました。やはり、バスツアーはラクで快適です。
もう、最高でした。かわいいガイドさん、ドライバーさん、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

This was my first time visiting Okinawa, and I participated with my 5-year-old child. I didn't know much about Okinawa before coming, but it was great to efficiently visit many important tourist spots by bus. The "feeding of the whale shark" at the aquarium was impressive, and I learned that whale sharks are gentle creatures that don't try to eat the fish swimming right in front of their mouths. The bus guide shared some surprisingly interesting stories, and I was amazed by Okinawa. I highly recommend it!

沖縄観光初めてで5歳の子供と参加しました。沖縄のことはあまり知らずに来たのですが、バスで効率よく多くの重要な観光地をまわれてよかったです。水族館の「ジンベイザメの餌付け」は迫力あるとともに、ジンベイザメの口元でお魚が泳いでいても全然食べようとしない優しい生き物だということがわかりました。バスガイドさんの話は何気に興味深い話があり、沖縄びっくりでした。ぜひおすすめです。

They conduct the tour even for small groups, making it a compact and smooth day trip, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The guide was dedicated, and the professional driving was safe and appropriately speedy.

少人数でも実施してくれるのでコンパクトでスムーズな日帰り旅行となり、十分に楽しめました。安全かつ適度にスピーディなプロの運転でガイドさんも一生懸命。

In the morning, I got lost on the way to the group bus stop. I could see the bus stop, but I couldn't cross the road because it was for taxis, so I had to take a long detour. There were also foreign travelers on the bus, and the announcements in Japanese and English were enjoyable.

The plan was well thought out, and when we arrived at Shirakawa-go, the bus stop for the observation deck was right in front of us, so I decided to take the bus to the observation deck without hesitation. Following the guide's instructions, we finished our tour in about two hours and I was hungry. I had prepared myself for the meal based on reviews, but I was surprised at how good it was. I think it would be better if the management removed reviews that are not fair evaluations. It would be great to have menu options for vegetarians and those who don't eat beef, but I thought the portion size was fine even if you couldn't eat everything.

Next time, I would like to visit during the snowy season.

朝は団体バス乗り場までの道で迷いました。
バス乗り場は見えるけどタクシーのための道路で横断できず、ぐるっと大回りしました。
バスには外国の方もいらして日本語と英語でのアナウンス楽しかったです。

プランもよく練られていて白川郷に着くと目の前が展望台行きの停留所だったので迷わず展望台までバスに乗ることにしました。
ガイドさんに教えてもらった通りに見て回るとちょうど2時間で戻ってきてお腹も空きました。
食事は口コミを見て構えていましたが、ちゃんとしていてびっくりしました。
正当な評価でない口コミは運営で消してくれた方がいいと思います。
菜食主義や牛肉を食べない方のためにメニューの選択肢があれば最高ですが、食べれなくても問題のない量だと思いました。

今度は雪の季節に行ってみたいです。

Despite not knowing if the tour would take place due to the typhoon the day before, I was able to safely go to Mishima and had a wonderful time! The water buffalo tour to Yufu Island was especially impressive, as the water level had risen due to high tide and the typhoon, but the strong water buffalo moved forward with determination.

前日の台風で催行されるか分からないなか、無事三島に行くことができ楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！特に由布島への水牛ツアーは満潮かつ台風で水かさが増しているなか、力強く進む水牛さんに感動しました。

The guide was kind and attentive, and I was able to spend a truly meaningful time as they shared various stories. The tour was also mystical, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Last year, I participated in a tour that included popular spots like Furano. My son was disappointed that we didn't have enough time at Asahiyama Zoo, so this year I chose a tour that only goes to Asahiyama Zoo.

As a result, it was a great decision. My son was very satisfied. The animals seemed lively and we had a lot of fun, possibly because the heat had settled down.

However, unrelated to the tour content, there were two pairs of parents with children around three years old sitting together, while two adults sat behind them. That was not good. The adults were either chatting or engrossed in their smartphones, while the kids were noisy and watching a tablet without headphones, causing sound leakage. They were completely unsupervised. They were even playing with the drink holders and almost broke them. When we finally got off the bus, the area under the seats where the kids were sitting was full of trash! Yet the parents nonchalantly got off without a care, which was shocking.

To participate in such an inexpensive tour and leave the bus in such a messy state... I will take this as a lesson.

去年は一番人気の富良野等にも行くツアーに参加。息子が旭山動物園の滞在時間が足りなかったと残念がっていたので、今年は旭山動物園だけ行ければいい、とこれを選んだ。
結果、大正解。息子も大満足。
動物さん達は、暑さも落ち着いたせいか皆元気でとっても楽しめた。


ツアー内容と関係ないが参加者の親子２組さん、３歳前後？の子供を2人で座らせ後ろに大人が２人で座ってた、あれはまずい。おばさん同士のお喋り又はスマホに夢中で、子供達が騒いだりタブレットをイヤホン無しで鑑賞しおもいっきり音漏れしてたり、が完全野放し。ドリンクホルダーで遊んで折りそうだったし。最後に降りた時には子供のいた座席下がゴミだらけ！なのに親は知らん顔で堂々と降りていって驚愕。

こんなお安くツアーに参加させて頂いておいて、バスをゴミだらけにして帰るとは…反面教師とします。

The Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill was late in the day, and the sheep had already gone into their barn. It seems that there are times when athletes practice at the Okurayama Ski Jump, but there were none on this day. It was nice to have someone take us there since both places are a bit inconvenient to reach on our own.

羊ヶ丘展望台は時間が遅く羊達も小屋に入っていた。大倉山スキー場は選手たちが練習している時もあるらしいがこの日はいなかった。いずれも自分達で行くには少し不便なので連れて行ってくれるのは良かった。

I thought it would be quite difficult to visit Takachiho on my own, so I joined this tour. I felt a bit anxious about using a company for the first time, but by the time I boarded the impressive bus, my excitement took over. The tour guide was from China, and with the bus almost full of Chinese tourists, I found myself wondering which country I was in, as the Japanese presence felt quite minimal. Most of the explanations were in Chinese, which made that feeling even stronger. However, it was a unique experience that I enjoyed.

I was very satisfied with the lunch and the route, and both the tour guide and the driver were pleasant, making for a delightful tour. I would like to participate in another tour to a different location. Additionally, the tour guide speaks several languages, so there’s no need to worry about language barriers.

個人で高千穂日帰りはなかなか大変だと思い、このツアーに参加。
初めて利用する会社に少々不安を覚えたが、立派なバスに乗り込む頃にはワクワクのほうが先。
添乗員さんが中国の方ということと、中国人観光客の方々でほぼ満席の車内が、ここはどこの国？と日本人は逆に影が薄い存在。説明ほぼ中国語だったし余計にそう感じた。でもそれはそれでなかなかできない体験で楽しませてもらった。
昼食も、ルートも大満足、添乗員さんも運転手さんも感じよく、気持ちの良いツアーだった。
また別の場所のツアーも参加したいと思う。
なお添乗員さんは数カ国語を喋られるので、言葉の心配はない。

I decided to join the tour just two days prior and participated alone, but I had a great time. The duration at each sightseeing spot was just right, and I have no complaints. It was a very enjoyable experience that was worth the price.

前々日に参加することを決めて急遽1人でツアーに参加しましたがとっても楽しめました。

After arriving at Ishigaki Island, we immediately requested a four-hour private tour. We were able to meet smoothly at the airport, and the guide adjusted to my fourth-grade son's pace, allowing us to leisurely explore the sights of Ishigaki Island. Additionally, we learned a lot about the flowers and plants of Ishigaki, which became the theme for my son's summer homework.

We were able to gain a deeper understanding of Ishigaki Island than we would have on our own, and we had a very fulfilling time, for which we are grateful.

If we have the opportunity again, we would love to explore a more in-depth experience of Ishigaki Island.

石垣島到着後すぐに４時間の貸し切り観光をお願いしました。
空港でもスムーズにお会いでき、小学４年生の息子のペースに合わせていただき、ゆっくりじっくりと石垣島の観光地を巡ることができました。
また、石垣島のお花や植物についてもたくさん教えていただき、息子の夏休みの宿題のテーマになりました。
親子二人で周るよりも、より深く石垣島を知ることができ、大変充実した時間を過ごすことができ感謝しております。

また機会があれば、よりディープな石垣島をご案内いただきたいです。

I made a last-minute online reservation the night before my trip, but they handled everything without any issues. The guide was wonderful, providing explanations in three languages! The tour was packed with activities, but I was taken to places I wouldn't have been able to reach on my own, and I'm very satisfied that I chose this tour. There were only a few Japanese customers, but everyone was calm, and the bus was quiet, which was nice. Thank you very much. I look forward to your assistance when I visit Hokkaido again! 😊

弾丸旅行で前々日の夜に急遽ネット予約しましたが問題なく対応してもらえました。
ガイドさんは3カ国で説明してくれて素晴らしかったです！ツアーの内容は詰め詰めプランだけど、自分たちの足では行かれなかっただろう場所も最短ルートで連れてってもらえて、ツアーにしてよかったと大満足です。お客さんも日本人少ないけど穏やかでバス内も静かでよかったです。

The weather was different at each tourist spot. It's better to have a folding umbrella. Depending on the location, it varied between rain, clouds, and sunshine. Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan had good weather.

各観光地で天気が違った。折り畳み傘はあったほうがいいです。
場所によって、雨、曇り、晴れとまちまちでした。　洞爺湖、昭和新山は天気がよかった。

Thanks to our guide's attentiveness, we were able to take a lot of photos and enjoy a pleasant climb. However, while the group members were nice, the age differences led to a rather leisurely pace, which was a bit disappointing. (Since I don't usually hike, this might be due to the pre-trip categorization.) There were fewer detours compared to other groups, and sometimes those with more stamina were placed at the back, making it hard to hear the explanations. I think it would have been better to be with others in their 20s. That said, it was definitely better than struggling and feeling rushed while climbing, and I believe we were able to conserve our energy for sightseeing.

ガイドさんが色々と気にかけてくださったおかげで、写真もたくさん撮れ、気持ちよく登ることができました。
ただ、グループのメンバーが人柄は良かったのですが、年齢層が異なりかなりゆったり目の登山となってしまったのが少し残念でした。
(普段登山をしないので、事前申告での振り分けかもしれません。)
他のグループよりも寄り道が少なかったり、体力がある人が後ろに回されるので解説が聞こえないこともあったため、同じ20代同士が良かったなと思いました。
辛い思いをして焦りながら登るよりはずっといいですし、観光に体力を回せたと考えます。

The weather was great, and the bus guide was very attentive and made the tour in Yoichi a lot of fun. I truly enjoyed my day. I strongly want to participate in another tour!

I used this service for the first time. I thought they would just take us to the tourist spots, but the driver also got out of the car and provided various explanations. They made my trip to Kanazawa very fulfilling. Thank you very much. Especially since it was summer, it was great to be able to tour the sights comfortably in the cool weather.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my late arrival. I was worried about being late and forgot which tourist spots I requested, and I’m sorry for the trouble I caused the driver. I appreciate that the time allocation for the places I wanted to visit was good. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't much explanation, and compared to other regional sightseeing taxis, I didn't feel very satisfied. Since it was the children's first time in Okinawa, I hoped to hear stories about the museums we visited from a local perspective.

到着が遅くなってご迷惑をおかけしました。遅くなった事が気になって、何処の観光をお願いしたか忘れて、運転手さんにはご迷惑をおかけして
申し訳ありません。ほぼ希望する場所の時間配分も良かったと感謝しています。ただ、あまり説明がなくて、他の地域の観光タクシーに比較すると、満足感が得られなかったのが残念です。
子供たちにとっては、初めての沖縄だったので、訪れた資料館の話しなど、地元の人ならではのお話しが聴けたらと思いました。

Since we were with small children, we chose this tour because the travel time was not too long, and there were breaks, allowing us to spend a good amount of time at the zoo. Aside from the meeting point being a bit hard to find, it was a very good tour. The guide's explanations during the trip were very clear, and the driving was very careful. As mentioned, we were able to relax at the zoo, which made our family very satisfied. Although this isn't about the content of the tour itself, I did notice that the café space at the ranch on the way back was not very large, and some participants had to eat their gelato standing up. Additionally, there were participants who did not adhere to the meeting time, which was a bit concerning.

小さい子供連れだったため、それほど移動時間が長くなく休憩時間も設定され、かつ動物園で長く過ごせるこちらのツアーを選びました。
集合場所が少しわかりずらかった点を除けばとても良いツアーでした。
道中でのガイドの方の説明はとても分かりやすく、また運転もとても丁寧でした。
上記のとおり動物園でゆっくり過ごせたため、家族の満足度も高かったです。
ツアーの中身自体の話ではないですが、帰路の牧場のカフェスペースが大きくなく、立ったままジェラートを食べざるを得なかったツアー参加者がいたことと、ツアー参加者の中で集合時間を守らなかった方が居た点は気になりました。

I made a reservation for my mother, and she participated in the tour. Although she has visited the area several times, she said it was great to explore efficiently with the tour. The water buffalo cart ride to Yufujima seemed particularly special. She also mentioned that it was nice to relax on the island. There were various customers, from young people to regulars.

母自体は何度か訪れたことがある地ですが、ツアーで効率的に回れてよかったと申しておりました。水牛車で渡る由布島は格別のようです。島でゆっくりできたのもよかったといっていました。お客さんは若い人から恒例の人まで様々だったということです。
