I was able to see many places on the one-day tour, but I had a hard time finding a lunch spot. Since there were few restaurants, it might be easier if lunch was included.

1日のツアーで何ヶ所も観られたが、昼食場所を探すのが苦労した。店が少なかったので昼食付きの方が苦労しないかも知れない。

Since the number of participants in this tour was small, we received various explanations, including trivia, which made for a unique tour experience.

今回のツアー参加人数が少なかった事もあり、色々と雑学含め説明してもらい、一味違うツアー体験できました。

It was a Jozankei tour, but it was just a round trip from Sapporo/Susukino to Jozankei. At this rate, it might have been cheaper to just take a regular bus round trip. In fact, there were only three participants in the tour... If it's going to be called a tour, they should include meals or add sightseeing spots; otherwise, I think the price is too high for what you get.

定山渓ツアーでしたが、札幌／すすきの→定山渓を往復するだけでした。これでは、ツアーじゃなく、路線バスで往復したほうが安上がりだったかもしれません。実際、参加したメンバーも3人だけだったので…。ツアーと名乗る以上、食事付きにしたり、観光地巡りを付けないと、これでは、料金の割には高いと思います。

The young female staff at the reception was very polite and explained everything clearly. Although the wind was strong, I didn't feel seasick, and it was impressive to see about four staff members waving goodbye as we departed from Ishigaki Island. The water buffalo, Yufu Island, the bus driver, and the female staff for the mangrove tour at Nakama River were all very kind and provided thorough explanations. The lunch was delicious, and everything was great!

However, I was really looking forward to the free time on Taketomi Island at the end. I had planned to spend the entire next day on Taketomi Island, so I wanted to take 2-3 hours to scout the area. While I was wandering around trying to find a rental bicycle place within walking distance from the port, an older man shouted, "The rental bicycles are this way!" When I approached to ask, he said, "Just get in the car for now!" even though I clearly told him I hadn't made a reservation.

After getting out of the car and trying to proceed with the rental bicycle process, the female staff at the reception said, "Only renting a bicycle? You can't get in the car unless it's part of the water buffalo package." When I explained that I had told the man I was only renting a bicycle and hadn't made a reservation, she seemed reluctant. I suddenly felt uncomfortable and tried to leave, but I was prompted to write my name down, so I borrowed the bicycle for a bit. However, I was worried about the bus schedule back to the port and ended up returning it after just one hour. Renting a bicycle for a whole day would have allowed for a more relaxed experience, but 2,000 yen for just two hours felt expensive, especially during the off-season.

I had imagined Taketomi Island to be a more leisurely place, but it felt very rushed, which was disappointing, and I decided not to go back the next day. Originally, I had planned to only visit Taketomi Island, so it was a good thing I participated in the tour and was able to visit other islands as well.

受付の若い女性スタッフさんとても丁寧で分かりやすく説明してくれました。風が強かったが船に酔うこともなく、石垣島を出港する時スタッフさんが4人位でずっと手を振ってくれていたのが印象的。水牛も由布島もバスの運転手さん、仲間川のマングローブ遊覧の女性スタッフさん、とても親切丁寧に説明をしてくださり、昼食も美味しくとても良かった！ただ、一番楽しみにしていた最後の竹富島フリータイム。翌日丸一日を竹富島に行こうと計画していたので、2〜3時間かけて下見をしようと思っていたが、港から歩いていけるレンタサイクルさんがどういっていいかウロウロしていたら、おじさんが「レンタサイクルはこっちー！」と叫んでいて、聞いてみようと近くに行ったら「レンタサイクルだけ？とりあえず乗って！」と車に乗せられた。予約 もしていないとハッキリ伝えていた。車を降り、レンタサイクルの手続きをしようとしたところ、受付の女性に「レンタサイクルだけ？水牛とセットじゃないと車には乗れないんですけど？」と言われた。おじさんに予約してないし、レンタサイクルのみと伝えたと言うと、何だか渋々。一気に嫌な気分になり、出ようとしたが、ここに名前書いてーと促され、とりあえず借りたが、港までのバスの時間だとか、あれこれ気になって結局1時間で返し、港に向かった。レンタサイクル1日借りられればゆったり出来るだろうが、2時間で2000円は高い。オフシーズンなのに。竹富島のイメージがもっとゆったりとしたものと思っていたがとてもせわしなく、がっかりしてしまい翌日も行くのをやめた。元々竹富島だけに行こうと考えていたので、ツアーに参加して他の島も行くことが出来てよかったです。

The guide, Mr. Tsubone, provided very attentive support from start to finish, which made me feel truly at ease throughout the walk. Since I don't usually exercise, I was worried about whether I could walk over 20 kilometers for more than 10 hours, but the well-timed breaks and pace were extremely helpful.

There were six members in our team, and he called everyone by name, adjusted our walking pace, and even provided warm miso soup for lunch, which kept the atmosphere calm and pleasant throughout the day.

At one point, my knee pain peaked, but he taught me how to use the trekking poles and how to care for my knees afterward, which was reassuring.

He shared stories about the island's history and his childhood experiences on the island, making me feel like I was on a tour of Yakushima as a whole, which was delightful.

I also took a lot of food based on various people's advice, and that turned out to be a great decision! There were plenty of springs, and I was surprised that just one bottle of water was enough. The spring water was delicious, and I truly felt the blessings of nature.

I don't know how many more years I'll be able to see Jomon Sugi, Wilson stump, and other Yakusugi trees (due to natural changes or personal circumstances), so I'm really glad I participated in this moment! Thank you very much!

ガイドのツボネ様が最初から最後までとても丁寧にフォローしてくださり本当に安心して歩ききれました。
普段運動という運動をしていないので20数キロ10時間以上歩きつづけられるのか心配でしたが、適切なタイミングでの休憩と速度がとても助かりました。
6名のチームメンバーでしたが全員をしっかり名前で呼んでくださり、歩幅も調整してくださり、お昼には暖かいおみそ汁もくださって終始穏やかでした。
途中膝の痛みがピークに達しましたが、ストックの使い方から、終わった後の膝のケア方法なども教えてくださり、心強かったです。

島の方で、島の歴史から子供の頃の島の話までしてくださり、屋久島全体のツアーに来ているような感覚になり嬉しかったです。

また色んな方のアドバイスでたくさん食べ物を持っていきましたが、それも良かったです！
水は、湧き水がたくさんあり本当にペットボトル1本で足りてびっくりしました。
湧き水も美味しく、自然の恵みを感じられした。

あと何年縄文杉、ウィルソン株、その他の屋久杉が見られるか分からないので（自然の流れでも、自分の問題でも…）この瞬間に参加して良かったです！

I participated in the "ANA Blue Base Tour" for the first time this time. Since entry is not allowed until 20 minutes before the tour starts, I planned to explore the area until then, but a security guard kindly showed me a place to sit, allowing me to rest until entry time.

When it was time to enter and I completed the check-in, I was able to receive a locker key if needed, so I could store my belongings in the locker and participate in the tour without any burden.

The tour is small, with about 15 participants, making it easy to ask questions if you have any. The detailed introduction to ANA's safety initiatives and the roles of each staff member made it interesting enough to participate multiple times, not just once.

今回「ANA Blue Base 見学ツアー」に初参加。
ツアー開始20分前まで入場ができないので、時間までは周辺を散策しようと思っていたが、警備員さんが座れるところを教えていただき、入場まで休むことができた。
入場時間となり受付を済ませると、必要であればロッカーのカギを頂けるので、荷物をロッカーの中に入れれるので、身軽にツアーに参加できる。
少人数（15名程度）のツアーなので、何か質問があれば聞きやすい環境。
ANAの安全への取り組み、各スタッフの仕事内容等詳細に紹介されているので、一度だけではなく何度参加しても面白いと思った。

The water buffalo transfer from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was incredibly moving, with the sound of the sanshin and beautiful singing bringing me to tears. The Nakama River cruise on Iriomote Island was also very enjoyable, and the island-hopping tour with Taketomi Island was the best.

西表島から由布島の水牛移動では、三線と素敵な歌声で感動で涙腺ヤバかった。西表島の仲間川クルーズもとても良く、竹富島との三島巡りは最高でした。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but I had a wonderful experience for this price. I highly encourage everyone to participate. I joined alone, but I am grateful for the priority assistance I received.

The Kumamoto B one-day course has been changed, but the guidance from our tour conductor, Ms. Chen, was excellent in fluent Japanese 😊. During the Aso sightseeing, we were lucky to be able to visit the crater at the top! Ms. Chen's guidance was so good that all participants were able to keep to the meeting time! It was quite a speedy sightseeing bus tour, but the guide's sanshin playing and singing, along with the commentary, made the trip a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. I thought it was a bit pricey for about four hours, but I recommend the tour by To Transport.

I absolutely wanted to experience the water buffalo cart on my first visit to Taketomi Island! It was raining, but I didn't mind at all because the red brick houses and the water buffalo provided the best healing experience! The explanations from the staff and the folk songs were also wonderful. I definitely want to experience it again when I come back. I rented a bicycle and went to Nishi-Sanbashi and Kondoi Beach. I was first impressed by Nishi-Sanbashi, and then when I arrived at Kondoi Beach, I was amazed to see some clear skies, making it feel like a paradise. I didn't have enough time to go to Kaiji Beach, so I definitely want to go next time!

初めての竹富島で絶対に体験したかった水牛車♪雨が降ってましたが全然気にならないほど赤煉瓦の家並みや水牛くん達が最高の癒しをくれました！担当の方の説明や民謡も素晴らしかったです♡また、来れた時には絶対に体験したいです。自転車を借りて西桟橋とコンドイビーチに行きました。まず西桟橋に感動して次にコンドイビーチに着いたら晴れ間も見えて天国のようなビーチに感動しっぱなしでした。時間がなくてカイジ浜にいけなかったので次回絶対に行きたいです！

It's great that you can easily go to the Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour! I wish the stay at the Churaumi Aquarium had been a bit longer. Manza Beach and Kouri Island were surprisingly nice too!

美ら海水族館に楽にバスツアーで行けるのがいい！
もう少し美ら海水族館の滞在時間が長い方が良かった。

This time, I heard about the tour information from an ANA staff member and decided to participate. There was just one slot available on the suggested schedule, so I booked it without hesitation. (It seems to be a popular tour, especially on weekends, as the reservation slots fill up quickly.)

At first, I thought I would just get to see facilities like cockpit training or escape training from an airplane. However, once I participated, I was able to see not only the aircraft training facilities but also training for airport counters, aircraft maintenance, flight simulators, and escape training using actual model aircraft. It was impressive to see everything in full-scale training facilities, and I was once again overwhelmed by the size of it all.

Additionally, the tour guide was a current employee who shared interesting behind-the-scenes stories from their actual work experience, which made the content even more engaging.

今回、ANA職員の方からツアー情報を聞き、参加してみました。
紹介された日程で、ちょうど1枠だけ空きがあったので、迷わず予約しました。
（人気のツアーのようで、特に週末は、早い段階で予約枠が埋まってしまうようです。）
最初は、コックピットの訓練とか、飛行機からの脱出訓練とかの施設が見れるのかな？くらいの感覚で参加しました。
実際に参加してみると、飛行機そのものの訓練施設だけでなく、空港カウンターの訓練、航空機整備の訓練、フライトシミュレータを使った訓練、実機模型を使った脱出訓練などの施設を見られました。当たり前ではありますが、実物大の訓練施設で、その規模の大きさに改めて圧倒されました。
また、ツアーガイドは現役社員で、実務で実際にあった裏話なども交えて説明を頂けて、いろいろと興味深い内容も聞けました。

Since I was a beginner in mountain climbing and had elementary school children with me, I was a bit anxious about how things would go even though I made a reservation. However, perhaps considering our situation, the tour guide was a kind and experienced person, and we were able to safely see the Jomon Sugi and return.

The guide was knowledgeable not only about Yakushima but also about various subjects. During the hike, he shared stories about geology, biology, history, geography, and medicine with my child (who is in the fourth grade), allowing us to enjoy learning together while climbing.

Fortunately, it was a day with no rain at all, and it was even a bit hot, but the footing was good, making for a very fulfilling day. As the guide mentioned at the end, "It's a very precious opportunity to participate together as a parent and child," and I believe that sums it all up.

小学生の子ども連れ、かつ、山登り初心者だったので、予約したはいいもののはじめはどうなることかと思いました。
ですが、そのような事情も配慮いただいたのか、ツアーガイドさんがベテランで優しい方で、無事に縄文杉を見て帰ってくることができました。
ガイドさんは屋久島のことだけではなくいろいろ博識な方で、子ども（小４）にも道中、地学や生物だけではなく、歴史や地理、医学などいろいろなお話をしていただき、親子で楽しく勉強しながら登山することができました。

たまたま、まったく雨の降らない日でむしろ暑いくらいでしたが、足元も悪くなく、とても充実した一日になりました。
ガイドさんにも最後言われましたが、「親子で参加できるってとても貴重なタイミングです」という言葉がすべてかなと思います。

The tour gave you a brief insight into how the airline operates across its different departments. Nothing particularly amazed you, but it was still worth seeing what the ANA base looks like.

Depending on the mood of the cow, the ride can feel long or surprisingly short, allowing you to sense its personality. The explanations from the accompanying guide were also interesting, and I was able to have a very pleasant time.

牛の気分次第で長く乗れたり、以外に短く感じたり個性を感じられます。同乗のガイドさんの解説も面白くとても気持ちいい時間を過ごすことができました。

I was very satisfied with the content of the tour, and even though I was the only Japanese person, I was really happy with the easy-to-understand guidance from the guide, Kaku-san, and his warm consideration. It was truly a fun and meaningful tour. Thank you very much!

ツアーの内容にも大変満足していますが、日本人が私一人だったのですが、ガイドのカクさんの分かりやすいガイドと、温かい心づかいがとても嬉しくて 本当に楽しい有意義なツアーでした。本当にありがとうございました。

I think the sightseeing was good even though the weather wasn't very nice. Unfortunately, the lunch was not good. To be honest, it was disappointing.

観光は天気があまり良くない中でもよかったと思います。残念なのは昼飯｡はっきり言って美味しくなかった。正直に残念です。

The driver was very kind, and it was a fun time. The explanations in English for my family and the consideration for my elderly parents were wonderful. They even took photos for us, making it a very meaningful experience. I would like to request this again on another occasion.

I was really tired, probably due to my lack of exercise! (laughs) It felt like rock climbing. We took a lot of photos at various spots, and the explanations given throughout were very satisfying, making it a fulfilling activity!

It was my first time at Mount Fuji. Miraculously, the weather was perfect with not a single cloud in the sky. The experience was fulfilling with the 5th station, sightseeing boat, and ropeway, and the price was very reasonable. The guide provided thorough explanations, which was great. I highly recommend it.

初めての富士山でした。奇跡的に雲一つない天気で最高でした。5号目、遊覧船、ロープウェイと充実した内容でこの値段はとても良いです。ガイドさんも丁寧に説明していただきとても良かったです。オススメできます。

I have visited Furano many times, but this is my first time visiting during this season. As expected, the lavender season was over, but I was able to enjoy plenty of other colorful flowers. The lunch was delicious, and I also took a tour of the Blue Pond... I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Furano efficiently. I highly recommend it.

富良野には何度も訪れたことがありますが、この時期に訪れるのは初めて。さすがにラベンダーの季節は終わっていましたが、その他彩り鮮やかな花々で充分楽しめました。
ランチも美味しかったし、青い池まで巡ったり...効率的に富良野観光を楽しむことができました。オススメです。

A great opportunity to learn more about airlines and the aviation industry. The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent introduction, making it an enjoyable experience.

I participated in the Jomon Sugi trekking for the first time. Although I had some anxiety about the long journey, I felt secure throughout the hike because it was a guided tour. Depending on the guide, but the person in charge this time, Mr. Kiyotani, was professional and had a great sense of humor, making it a wonderful experience. If you have extra time, you can also take photos at various spots, which will serve as great memories.

As we progressed from the trolley path to the mountain trail, it became physically challenging, but thanks to the careful adjustments of rest timings and walking pace, I was able to proceed without overexerting myself. The guide's extensive knowledge about Yakushima was impressive, and the explanations along the way and guidance to photo spots were excellent. Seeing the Jomon Sugi at the end of the long journey was more powerful than I had imagined, and I truly felt it was worth participating.

⇒ I participated during a period of continuous sunny weather. The climate was similar to autumn, so during the day, wearing just a long-sleeve shirt was sufficient. However, in the morning or in shaded areas where sunlight doesn’t reach, it can get chilly, so having an easily removable outer layer or an ultra-light down jacket (from Uniqlo) is convenient.

⚠️ It seems that there are few taxis in Yakushima, so I highly recommend reserving a rental car. While the tour is fine, it is necessary for grocery shopping at the supermarket and for dinner. I had to walk about 40 minutes one way three times.

縄文杉トレッキングに初めて参加しました。
長時間の行程で不安もありましたが、ガイド付きのツアーだったので終始安心して歩けました。
担当の方によりけりですが、
今回担当いただいた清田さんがプロフェッショナルかつとても話が面白く、
とてもいい体験になりました。
時間に余裕があれば、各種スポットで写真も撮っていただけ思い出になります。

トロッコ道から山道へ進むにつれて体力的にはきつくなりますが、
休憩のタイミングや歩くペースを細かく調整してくれたおかげで無理なく進めました。
ガイドさんの屋久島に関する知識も豊富で、道中の解説や写真スポットの案内がとても良かったです。
長い道のりの先で見る縄文杉は想像以上の迫力で、本当に参加してよかったと思える体験でした。

⇒晴れが続いているタイミングで参加しました。
　秋くらいの気候だったので日中は長袖1枚で十分過ごせるくらいの温度感でした。
　ただ、朝の時間や道中陰で日光が入らないエリアだと冷えるので、
　脱ぎ着しやすいアウターやウルトラライトダウン（ユニクロ）があると便利です。

⚠️屋久島はタクシーの台数が少ないようで、必ずレンタカーを予約することをお勧めします。
　ツアーは問題ないですが、スーパーへの買い出しや夜ご飯時に必要です。
　3回ほど片道40分の距離を徒歩で移動していました。。

I started walking just before 6 AM and returned to the trailhead at 4:30 PM. Our team was relatively young, and it seemed we were moving quite fast. The weather was nice that day, and the temperature was high, so wearing a short-sleeve T-shirt and a light windbreaker was just right.

Our guide was a person named Kiyota, who provided a wealth of information throughout the tour without taking breaks, explaining the surrounding trees and sharing stories about Yakushima! He was a really nice person, and everyone seemed to be smiling and having a great time during the tour!

He also made sure to include breaks at appropriate times, so the round trip of 10 and a half hours wasn't as tough as I had expected. There were moments when we had to climb steep slopes and many stairs, but he encouraged us to go at our own pace, which made me feel safe while climbing.

I had wanted to see Jomon Sugi but was a bit anxious about it, and it turned out to be a wonderful memory! When I come back, I hope to have Kiyota as my guide again! Thank you very much!

朝6時少し前に歩き始め、16時半に登山口に帰って来ました。
私たちのチームは年齢層が比較的低めで、スピードも割と早かったようです。
当日は天気も良く、気温も高かったので、半袖Tシャツに薄手のウィンドブレーカーを着ていてちょうどよかったです。
ガイドしていただいたのは清田さんという方で、ツアー中は休むことなく、周りの木の説明や、屋久島の話など、盛りだくさんの内容を話してくださいました！！とってもいい人で、ツアー中みんなニコニコ楽しそうにしていました！
休憩も適宜入れてくださり、思っていたよりも往復10時間半は辛くなかったです。
途中、急な斜面を登ったり、階段をたくさん登る場面がありますが、ゆっくり自分のペースでいいよ、と声掛けしてくださったので、安心して登れました。
行ってみたかったけど不安だった縄文杉でしたが、とても素敵な思い出になりました！
また来る際は、清田さんにガイドしてほしいなと思いました！

On Yubu Island, the relaxed demeanor of the water buffalo is truly soothing. The staff were kind and interacted with them in a way that brought out their enthusiasm, which was lovely to see. I was moved by the beauty of nature when I saw the golden chrysalis of the Papilio butterfly in the butterfly garden! The mangrove cruise allows the boat to get quite close, providing a rare view that you can't see in Honshu. Although the tour starts early, you can enjoy a full day of activities, making it very fulfilling.

由布島では水牛たちののんびり感には癒されます。スタッフの方もやさしく彼らのやる気を引き出すように語りかけながら操作されている姿も良かった。蝶々園のオオゴマダラの黄金の蛹には自然の素晴らしさに感動！マングローブ遊覧はかなり近くまで船を近づけてくれます。当たり前ですが本州では見ることのできない貴重な景色です。ツアー開始時間は早いですが１日十分楽しめますので充実します。

The guide and driver worked together smoothly to accommodate us. Managing time well is essential for such extensive travel. Most of the group were foreigners, but everything went nicely without any delays. The guide's knowledge of the area and restaurants was top-notch and couldn't be better!

We left Sapporo, enjoyed some potatoes at a mountain pass, efficiently visited Lake Toya and Noboribetsu, and we were lucky to have some sunny moments along the way. It was also Black Friday, and the last mall was great!

ガイドさんと運転手さんの連携でスムーズに対応いただきました。あれだけの移動はタイムマネジメントがうまくないと無理でしょうね。外国の方がほとんどでしたが、特に遅れもなくナイスでした。ガイドさんの地域やレストランの知識は最高で申し分なしです♪
札幌から出て、峠でジャガイモを食べて、洞爺湖と登別を効率的にまわり、途中から晴れ間も出てついてました。ブラックフライデーでもあり最後のモールもグーでした。

The attendants are current employees. Each time, someone from a different department explains things, so you can hear various perspectives. It's enjoyable no matter how many times you go!

I was able to make a reservation here until the morning of the day, so I went ahead and booked it. Perhaps due to the rain, there were only two participants, including myself, so we could enjoy nature at our own pace. The instructor was very kind and shared a lot of information about nature. It was a wonderful experience! Also, it was great that there were clean restrooms, changing rooms, and a place to store our belongings.

雨の影響もあってか参加者は自分含めて2人だけだったので、自分たちのペースでゆったりと自然を楽しむことができました。インストラクターの方もとても親切で、たくさん自然についてお話してくれました。とても良い体験ができました！
あときれいなトイレ、更衣室、荷物置き場が完備されているのも良かったです。
