I stayed in Kanazawa for just two days on a rushed trip. Despite that, this tour perfectly fulfilled my wish to efficiently extend my visit to Shirakawa-go. The participants were a mix of Japanese and foreigners, and the tour guide's explanations in both Japanese and English during the bus ride were very rhythmic, precise, and engaging, keeping us interested throughout. The information provided was incredibly helpful during our free time at the destination.

Additionally, the seating arrangements on the bus and for lunch were well-prepared and organized, making everything run smoothly. Thanks to this, the participants, who were strangers at first, gradually started to chat, creating a warm atmosphere for a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much, Kuroda-san.

Currently, I live overseas, but knowing that there are tour guides with such high language skills and excellent hospitality, I plan to recommend this tour to my acquaintances (foreigners) who will be visiting Japan.

そんな中、効率よく、且つ欲張って白川郷まで足を延したい希望をばっちり叶えてくれるツアーでした。
参加者は日本人と外国人が半々の感じでしたが、移動中のバスの中での添乗員さんの日本語と英語による説明はとてもリズムよく的確で、そして興味を引く内容で飽きることがなく、教えていただいた情報は現地での自由行動の際にバッチリ役立ちました。

I've been wanting to visit Yakushima for a long time! I was unsure whether to join a tour, but it turned out to be a great decision!

I think it took about 10 and a half hours round trip to Jomon Sugi, including breaks and meals, but it was nice not having to manage my own pace.

The trail was somewhat monotonous since we followed the same route both ways, which made it mentally challenging at times, but thanks to the guide's explanations and conversations, I was able to enjoy the journey!

Regarding the group composition, the participants had varying levels of fitness. However, they maintained a steady pace while also taking care of those who were struggling, which provided some reassurance. That said, since it’s a long trek, I think it's essential to do some exercise beforehand to prevent injuries.

ツアーに参加するかどうか迷いましたが参加して大正解でした！

縄文杉までは休憩・食事も入れて往復10時間半程度だったかと思いますが、自身でペース配分をしなくて良い分気楽に行けました。

また往復で同じルートで登山としては単調な道が多いので、飽きがきてメンタル的に結構辛いのですが、ガイドの方の説明や会話のおかげで楽しく行程を終えられました！

編成チームについては、参加者の体力はまばらでした。ただペースを守りつつ、体力に余裕が無い方のケアもしてくれるのである程度は安心かなと思います。とはいえ長丁場ですので、怪我予防のためにも事前に運動しておくのは必須かなとおもいます。

Mount Usu was shrouded in thick fog, and while we took the ropeway to the summit, we couldn't see the crater or Lake Toya. At Lake Shikotsu, strong winds caused the sightseeing boat to be canceled. Although the tour is affected by the weather, there were many great sights to see, such as Showa Shinzan and the Shikotsu Lake Visitor Center. The foot bath at Lake Toya was very pleasant. On the bus, we could listen to various sightseeing explanations in four languages through headphones, which kept us entertained. I think it would be an amazing tour if the weather is good.

有珠山は霧が濃くロープウェイで頂上迄は行きましたが火口も洞爺湖も見られず。支笏湖では風が強くで水中観光船が欠航でした。天気に左右されるツアーではありますが、昭和新山や支笏湖ビジターセンターなどが観光出来て良かったものも沢山。洞爺湖では足湯が気持ちいい。バスの中では色々な観光説明が4ヶ国語でヘッドフォンで聞くことが出来るし退屈しなかった。天気が良ければ最高のツアーだと思います。

It was more enjoyable than I expected, and I had a fulfilling day blessed with good weather. I knew that fit individuals were participating in this course, so I was a bit nervous at the start. The initial pace was fast, and I worried about keeping up, but our guide managed the walking time and breaks well, allowing us to walk comfortably in the end.

We visited Shiratani Unsuikyo → Taiko Rock → Jomon Sugi in that order. Since we came to Yakushima with the goal of seeing Jomon Sugi, it was the perfect order for our group to see it last. Along the way, we received a lot of energy from the guide's stories, photo opportunities, and the power of nature, making it an exciting and thrilling 11-hour trek. The sense of accomplishment was incredible. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience nature in a day. Thank you, guide Shinmura.

The guide was very kind and it was great. The timing at each stop was just right, and the bear ranch was a lot of fun. I also enjoyed a delicious lunch. It was a pity that we couldn't ride the boat due to bad weather, but we still had a good time even with the clouds.

6 Hours busdrive (to event and back) and less than 5 hours event itself

First of all, the Guide does not speak english and doesn't even recognize me speaking japanese to her. Instead of talking at all to me, she just pointed to everything. She smiled and talked to the other participants, but couldn't even try to smile with me.
We drove 3 hours to pick up other participants and than had 40 minutes in the Pineapple Park. We rushed through it and had only 5 minutes left, when we arrived in the souvenir shop, i had no time to try anything or buy anything. Than we had 50 minutes in a shopping mapp in which we didn't even go inside, instead we went to the sandwich store infront, because they had coupons for it, for everybody to have one bad sandwich. We decided to have Okinawa noodles at that place and payed a bit more. Then we arrived in the aquarium, 3 hours are not enough at all for this huge place. It is so beautiful and there is a whole park around it with more museums and tropical gardens around it. Again i rushed through it. In the end we stopped at a sweet potato souvenir shop to buy stuff and then 3 hours getting everybody back.
The Pineapple Park is nice, cute and a bit bizarr, but 40 min are definitly not enough, the Aquarium is awesome, but 3 hours is not enough.
We spent more time wasting time with picking up people and eating bad sandwiches than with the main events. And the guide is only nice to japanese people. The english translator device is also bad, you don't understand anything and it has that disturbing cracking sound.
I am not satisfied with the tour.
I am satisfied with Pineapple Park and Aquarium which are definitly worth seeing it, but better go there by yourself. :(

Since there is no seat assignment, I was sitting next to strangers. The guide was efficient, but there was a lot of pressure; if anyone was even a minute late for the meeting time, they would leave without them. People in the back seats were even saying, "Is this a military operation?" The course covered all the tourist attractions, which was great.

During the ferry ride, I was on the deck, but the wind was quite strong, so it might have been better to sit inside. I was satisfied with exploring Taketomi Island freely by renting a bicycle.

I think it was a good decision to use a sightseeing bus that allows you to sleep during the journey, as attractions in the central region, like the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, take quite a bit of time to reach from Naha City. Especially since the Ocean Expo Park, where the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is located, is large and can be tiring to explore.

Additionally, it unfortunately rained on the day of our visit, but it was great that there was a course that could still be enjoyed even in the rain.

美ら海水族館など中部の観光地は、那覇市内から行くと結構時間がかかるので、移動中寝ていても大丈夫な観光バスを利用して正解だと思いました。特に、美ら海水族館がある海洋博公園は広くて疲れるので、なおさらです。

This is a great option for those who do not have cars, but still want to see the Okinawan sites. This is a great alternative to get around, although the time at each place was tight and we couldn't spend as much time at each location as we wanted, we had a lot of fun following along the tour. Everyone on the tour was also very nice and accommodating.

I was able to fully enjoy the northern part of Okinawa.

There are two trekking courses, and I chose the shorter one just in case, but it ended quickly. If you're young, the longer course should be fine.

Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant at the roadside station during lunch break was extremely crowded. The food was delicious, but the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the seating arrangements and clean-up were a bit sloppy. If you want to eat leisurely or look at souvenirs, it might be better to bring a bento or grab something from a nearby convenience store.

We had plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium, and I felt a bit restless for about an hour, but I think those who love aquariums or have children will be able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace.

トレッキングは2コースあり、時間が心配で念のため短い方にしましたがすぐ終わってしまい、普通に若い方なら長い方でも大丈夫そうです。

平日でしたが、ランチ休憩の道の駅のレストランは激混みでした。おいしかったけど店員さんがキツそうで、席への案内や片付けがずさんです。
ゆっくり食べたい、お土産も見たい方はお弁当持参か近くのコンビニで済ませても良いかもしれません。

美ら海水族館の時間がたっぷりとられていて、1時間くらい持て余しましたが、水族館が好きな方やお子様連れの方には余裕をもって楽しめると思います。

We were able to smoothly and enjoyably visit the sightseeing spots in the Shirahama area before our flight home. The guide was a local who knew the area well, making the conversation interesting, and they were very considerate. We were taken to must-see places and a delicious gelato shop, and I don't think we could have navigated everything so smoothly on our own, so I'm glad we requested this. Thank you very much for your help in the heat.

案内して下さった方が、地元の人でその土地のことをよく知っておられたので話も面白く、とても気使いのある人でした。

The view from Nishizaki Pier on Taketomi Island, which I've always dreamed of visiting, was just as wonderful as I expected, and I was very satisfied.

The Okinawa zenzai I had on Taketomi Island, with its fluffy ice and brown sugar syrup, was exquisite❣ I had a full day of fun.

The sightseeing was as I expected. The guide was the only male, but he was a nice person. However, it was a bit disappointing that his speech seemed to be memorized and delivered in a monotonous tone, making it hard to understand, and his voice wasn't very clear. The driver was also pleasant. The meals were good, but they felt like standard set meals that you could find anywhere. They were better than bento boxes. The scenery at Kabira Bay changes with the weather. It might be amazing when the weather is nice.

ガイドさんは唯一の男の方でしたが 感じいい方です。ただ喋りが 暗記されたことを 何度もしゃべっているためか、一辺倒のイントネーションで伝わりにくく 声も通らずで聞きずらいのが残念でした。

I participated with my 10-year-old son. It was almost our first time trekking, and we were a bit anxious, but thanks to our kind and reliable guide, we were able to reach Jomon Sugi safely. The guide made sure to take regular breaks, and their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly wonderful. It was a challenging journey, but we managed to get through it! The guide had extensive knowledge about the mountains, plants, insects, and birds, and taught us many things. My son seems to have completely fallen in love with Yakushima.

It became a very lovely memory. I'm glad we chose this tour. Thank you very much!
