We booked a last minute Mount Fuji tour from Tokyo with Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino Hakkai & Ninja Village. Our pick up point was at the Apple Ginza store, which is very convenient to the place we stayed. The bus was very clean and comfortable and comes with free Wi-Fi access.

Our tour guide Levin was very friendly and good sense of humor and fluent in English.

We were lucky as the trip was perfect with clear sunny weather and we made our first stop at the Lake Kawaguchi. The view is awesome and fantastic. The blueberry ice-cream was so delicious.

Lunch buffet at the Ninja restaurant was pretty decent and in fact, I chose a “halal” meals just to get an experience of the service. Really well done, as they prepared a separate utensils and meals with clear “halal” signage. To my Muslim friends, they do cater for your needs.

We made another stop at the Oshino Hakkai and the view of villages are so serene (I mean if without all the tourist ). I would consider to spending one night here to enjoying the view and spend more time in this village.

Our final moment, the majestic Mount Fuji. We were made it to the 5th station, thanks to the clear sunny weather. We wished we could spend a bit longer time here. They are so many tourists, so you need to rush to capture the good spots.

The Fuji 4D simulator ride at the theme park was something special and it was a good experience. We depart and arrived Shinjuku station about 6.00pm.

Overall assessment: 10/10 ratings and I would recommend to others as well.

It is my 3rd time in Tokyo and first time trying this tour package. Overall it is a great experience, the tour was well organized with smooth transportation, sightseeing planning, good food and a great tour guide.

Jane, our tour guide is very kind and helpful, she shared a lot of knowledge of Japan with us on the bus, helped people taking pictures, and did a great job reminding people about the time at each site. It is this kind of attention made us feel worry free and enjoyed a great day.

I was keeping an eye on the weather forecast, and sure enough, it was pouring rain from the morning. The wind was strong too. I was worried about what would happen, but the large catamaran from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island was stable with little rocking. However, I got completely soaked while switching to the cruise ship. The unique roots of the mangroves were hard to see due to the high water levels, but thanks to that, we were able to dock at a pier where we could see the massive Sakishima suou tree, which is said to be 400 to 600 years old! The glass-bottom boat tour was canceled afterward, but instead, we had a tour of Taketomi Island by ox cart, which turned out to be quite nice. The weather improved a bit in the second half, and I was able to enjoy myself.

天気予報を気にしつつ当日に至ったが、やはり朝から大雨。風も強い。どうなるのか心配だったが石垣島から西表島までは大型の双胴船で揺れも少ない。ただその後、クルーズ船に乗り換える間にずぶ濡れ。マングローブの独特の根っこは増水であまりよく見えなかったが、そのお陰で樹齢400年とも600年とも云われるサキシマスオウの大木の見られる船着場に着岸できた！その後のグラスボートは中止になったが、代わりに牛車による竹富島巡りとなりこれはこれで中々良かった。後半はお天気も少し回復し、楽しめた。

Fantastic way to see the highlights of Kyoto. Our guide Hiro was so well organized, informative and sweet. Just the right amount of time at each sight and comfortable bus ride from place to place. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately the weather was not great so we were not able to see Mt. Fuji during this trip. However, the trip was eventful overall. Our guide Shiho-san was excellent. She was attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

We decided to book for the Mount Fuji tour on New Year's Eve. Needless to say it was one of the most memoriable and spectacular New Year's Eve we had. Firstly, it was very well organised. Veltra replied promptly to our emails when we asked about pick-up information etc. On the day, the tour guide picked us up on time and was very clear about bus instructions. We were well informed throughout the whole tour, about the schedule, what to do in each location, what to eat/buy, where to best take pictures etc. Schedule wise it was very punctual. The bus was comfortable and clean and the tour guide (Mario) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had enough time for each stop. The perfect amount of time actually, there was enough time to take photos, shop and do the essential things.
Our recommendation is to definately buy the tour with lunch included (there isn't much other options around). At the Ninja village you could either just take a longer lunch or have a shorter lunch + watch the ninja show (note this is not included in the tour and you will have to buy the ticket there). Another recommendation is try to use the bathroom before the first bus ride, because it is 1.5 to 2 hours long with no breaks in between (and the same goes to the ride back). Overall it was a very good tour. Punctual, professional and well-organised. If you only have one day to explore Mt. Fuji we would definately recommend this tour, it makes it a lot easier to hit all the major sites.

During my stay in Ishigaki Island, the weather was bad, so I was planning to make a reservation for Taketomi Island while checking the weather conditions.
1️⃣ I thought the weather would hold up for tomorrow, so in the afternoon of the previous day, I tried to make a web reservation through Veltra, but for some reason, I couldn't book even though there should have been availability. I had no choice but to look at a different brochure and called a travel agency, where I was informed that I needed to make a reservation by noon the day before. I admit it was my oversight, but I think there was insufficient information about the reservation conditions on the Veltra site.
2️⃣ The next day, I visited Taketomi Island in pouring rain. The bus driver's voice was too quiet, and I couldn't hear the explanations about Taketomi Island well. I would have preferred to have something like a cassette tape to listen to properly.
3️⃣ The bus driver on the way back seemed to think it was enough just to drop us off at the terminal, and in the pouring rain, we were left stranded at the terminal, unsure of which boat to take, leaving everyone confused.

However, Taketomi Island had incredibly beautiful scenery. Despite those issues, even with the heavy rain, it didn't leave a bad memory; the wonderful views outweighed everything else, so I'm glad I went. If the weather had been good, it would have been even better!

石垣島滞在中、天気が悪かったので、天気の様子を見ながら、竹富島の予約をしようと思っていました。
1️⃣明日の天気は持ちそうだからと思い、前日午後に、ベルトラのweb予約しようと思ったら、空きがあるはずなのに何故か予約できず。仕方なく、違うパンフレット見て、旅行会社に電話したところ、前日の12時までに予約しないと行けないとの事でした。自分が確認不足だったと言えばそれまでですが、ベルトラサイトからの予約条件の情報が少なかったと思う。
2️⃣その翌日に、土砂降りの雨の中、竹富島見学。バスの運転手の声が小さくて竹富島の説明がよく聞こえない。カセットテープとかでもいいから、きちんと聞きたかった。
3️⃣帰りのバスの運転手は、ただターミナルに連れてくれば良いと思っているらしく、土砂降りの中、ターミナルに置き去りにされて、どの船に乗ればいいのか、みんな迷ってた。

でも、竹富島はとても素晴らしい景色だった。そんな事があっても、大雨でも、嫌な思い出に残らず、あの、素敵な景色の方が上回るくらいなので、行けた事が良かった。天気が良ければ、もっと最高！

The main Churaumi Aquarium is a place I visit every time I come to Okinawa, and it's great. It's really great. The sight of the large whale sharks and manta rays swimming gracefully is so soothing. You can watch them forever without getting bored. My husband, who initially thought aquariums were a bit silly (sorry), stood mesmerized in front of this tank, saying, "Wow!" I highly recommend it.

At the Okashi Goten, those who had pre-ordered were scheduled for lunch, which meant we had a longer time allocated, and there were quite a few people shopping. In the afternoon, we stopped by Pineapple Park, where shopping was also possible, but it seemed like everyone was getting tired and lacked the desire to buy. Samples were provided at various locations, and everyone was able to taste different items in an orderly manner, but this seemed to push people along without stopping to shop. Perhaps because they had already bought snacks at Okashi Goten (since we had quite a bit of time), the amount of shopping everyone did was surprisingly low despite the abundance of samples. I felt it would be nice to prioritize visiting this place first sometimes.

メインの美ら海水族館は沖縄に来るたびに足を運んだ所であるが、いい。やっぱり、いい。
大きなジンベイザメやマンタが悠々と泳ぐ姿は癒されます。いつまで見ていても飽きない。
水族館なんてとちょっと馬鹿にしていた（失礼）初めての夫は“すごいねぇ”と、この水槽の前で動かなくなりました。超オススメです。
お菓子御殿では事前注文された人は昼食をとることになっていたため、時間が長く配分されており、かなりの買い物をしている人達がいた。午後にパイナップルパークに立ち寄り買い物もできましたが、みんな疲れてきていたのか購買意欲がなかったようです。各所で試食が用意されており、全員が順に列になり試食できるよう配慮されいろいろなものを味見できていたけど、逆にそのまま次に進む感じで押し流され買い物のために途中で足を止める人が少なかった。またすでにお菓子御殿で買ってしまったためか（時間が結構あったため）比較するとあれだけ試食を出しているのにかわいそうな位みんなの買い物の量が少ない。時々こちらの方を先に立ち寄りにしてあげるといいと感じました。

I was glad to be able to visit famous tourist spots on my first trip to Okinawa! Although the lunch break was short and I couldn't take my time looking at souvenirs, the cost performance was excellent above all. Thank you!

Although it was a bit disappointing to experience the water buffalo cart ride in the rain due to bad weather, I was comforted by the cute water buffalo moving at their own pace. I also enjoyed a relaxing time listening to the stories and singing of the guide.

悪天候で雨の中での水牛車体験でちょっと残念でしたが　かわいい水牛さんのマイペースで進む水牛車に癒されました。ガイドのお兄さんの話や歌声にも癒されのんびりした時間楽しめました。

The bus picked us on time.The whole trip was comfortable. The Tour leader and the bus driver are very nice .We have enough time to do the sightseeing. I will do it again next time I come to Tokyo.

It's convenient to visit tourist spots while sitting, as you can hit them all in a targeted way. The stay at each location isn't very long, so it can feel a bit rushed, but...

The tour took the navigation issue and took you to
main highlights of major attractions. The group entrance to skytree saves a lot of time and hassle. Highly recommended and good value for money. Sign up for the lunch included option. It is tasty!

In the half-day course in the afternoon, we toured by glass-bottom boat, bus, and water buffalo cart. It rained quite a bit, but I enjoyed it thanks to the guide's explanations. I think the character of the water buffalo, Tomi, was something special. The self-driving water buffalo cart was quite advanced as well.

午後からの半日コース、グラスボート、バス観光、水牛車で回りました。雨が結構降りましたが、ガイドさんの説明で楽しめました。水牛のトミくんのなんとも言えないキャラクターが良かったと思います。それにしても自動運転水牛車は先進的でした。

Although the duration of each stay was short, thanks to our bus guide, we were able to learn about recommended souvenirs and get a grasp of the must-see spots. Since the lunch break is short, if you want to buy souvenirs as well, you need to eat quickly, so I recommend ordering your lunch in advance. I think the Churaumi Aquarium allows for enough time to see the exhibits. At Nago Pineapple Park, you can ride a cart to explore the grounds and visit the botanical garden, but since the stay was only about 30 minutes, we only had time to look at souvenirs. For those visiting Okinawa for the first time, it's a great way to quickly visit the tourist spots!

1つ1つの滞在時間が短かったですが、バスガイドさんのお陰でおススメのお土産が分かったり、おススメスポットを把握することができました。お昼ご飯の時間は短いのでお土産もかおうとなると急いで食べないといけないので事前に案内されるお昼を頼んでおくことをお勧めいたします。美ら海水族館は水族館を見るのに十分な時間かと思います。ナゴパイナップルパークではカートに乗って園内散策や植物園の見学もできますが滞在時間が30分ほどでしたので、お土産を見る時間しかありませんでした。沖縄が沖縄が初めての方には観光スポットにさくっと行けてオススメです！

We loved our tour guide, Ami. She was very informative, answered all our questions, and took good care of us throughout the tour from pickup to drop off.

On the tour itself, get the blueberry soft serve at the first stop, it was delicious! Lunch was good, however, the ninja show is for kids, not really for adults and was mostly in Japanese so don't think it's worth the extra cost. Beautiful views of mt Fuji at all stops which was great. The simulator ride was fun too.

A number of the places took cash only, so make sure you have Japanese yen on you, we missed out on some shopping because we didn't.

We got back at a very decent time to the city so we appreciated that as well.

The water buffalo walking experience was perfect for families with children. The transportation was smooth, which was great. The cost performance was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Due to the large number of participants, we split into two buses: one for Japanese and one for foreigners. At Shirakawa-go, we had plenty of free time to explore, but since the kids got bored, it would have been nice to visit another location. The lunch was delicious, and the rice cracker baking experience was also a lot of fun. The guide's insights were valuable, and I’m glad I joined the tour instead of going on my own.

参加者が多かったため日本人のバス、外国人のバスと分かれて2つのバスで出発。白川郷ではたっぷり自由時間があり散策できましたが子供が飽きてしまったので、もう一箇所別の場所を観光できると良かったかな。昼食も美味しかったですし、おせんべい焼き体験も大満喫でした。
ガイドさんのお話もためになり、個人で行くよりツアーに参加して良かったです。

I made a last-minute reservation just two days before the tour, but I was well taken care of, which made me feel at ease before departure! The timing of the tour was perfect, and we were able to enjoy the main attraction, the Churaumi Aquarium, at a leisurely pace. After visiting the aquarium, we spent time at the beach on the premises, which was quiet and allowed us to truly relax while listening to the sound of the ocean. The guide was very kind and provided information about Okinawa's history, photo spots, and driving spots at each stop! It's definitely more economical than renting a car for sightseeing! It was truly a wonderful trip to Okinawa. Thank you!

ツアー2日前でギリギリの予約でしたが、しっかりとご対応いただき出発前から安心できました！
ツアーは時間配分も完璧で、メインの美ら海水族館もゆっくりと鑑賞できました。私たちは水族館鑑賞後、敷地内にあるビーチで過ごしましたが、人も少なく海の音を感じられ本当にリラックスできました。
ガイドさんも沖縄の歴史や写真スポット、ドライブスポット等、その都度案内してくださりとても親切な方でした！
レンタカーを借りて観光するよりもかなりお得です！本当にたのしい沖縄の旅となりました。ありがとうございました！

Unfortunately the weather was not great so we were not able to see Mt. Fuji during this trip. However, the trip was eventful overall. Our guide Shiho-san was excellent. She was attentive and friendly. The lunch was delicious with chicken hotpot and buffet. You get to take a picture with a ninja during lunch. There wasn't enough time to actually explore the ninja village. We were only there for lunch, souvenirs, and washrooms. Make sure you check the weather before booking the trip.

The bus guide contacted the zoo directly to inquire about the day's situation as soon as the zoo opened. Additionally, they provided clear explanations about the local history while we were on the road, which made the scenery feel different and more engaging. I think this is one of the advantages of a bus tour.

動物園の開演時間と同時にバスガイドさんが車中から当日の状況を直接動物園へ問い合わせしてくれました。また走行中の地方の歴史をわかりやすく説明してくれたので、見る景色もひと味違って見ることができました。バスツアーの利点だと思います。

The tour was really fun with a lot of great places to visit and see along the way. I especially loved the aquarium but would’ve appreciated some more time there since it’s the biggest one out of all of the tourist attraction points. The bus tour guide was very friendly and they were also very patient as to wait for everybody to come back before departing.

I really enjoyed the places that we went to but didn’t realize that they took so much time to enjoy and walk through. Especially if you want to go and shop after the activity there wasn’t much time to shop at all. They did mention the big market as an alternative but it can be quite hard to find things you would at the attraction.

I think they could’ve been more accurate with the description of the bus as it said “blue bus with an aquarium logo” but what showed up was a beige bus with a orange and green stripe through the middle so me and other tour goers actually couldn’t find it for 20+ minutes.

If you’re looking for a fast paced tour to see a lot of things then this is probably the tour for you. But I was kind of hoping for more time to shop and be able to actually read the information about things.

If you are in Kanazawa and wish to explore Shirakawago, this tour is it.

The tour was held in both Japanese and English.
I must commend the tour guide who spoke excellent English and very informative about Kanazawa and the tour destinations.
The lunch at the Shirakawago was very tasty.
After lunch, we visited Ainokura Village, which was much smaller, less crowded but equally attractive.
I highly recommend the tour to everyone.

I was worried about taking my elderly mother on the tour, but the staff were kind and we were able to travel smoothly and enjoyably. The weather was bad, and the glass boat was canceled, but they provided an alternative plan, so we didn't have any downtime. My mother said she didn't feel any discomfort at all and had a great time.

高齢の母を連れてのツアーなので心配でしたが、スタッフの方々も親切でスムーズに楽しく旅行できました。天候が悪く、グラスボートが欠航になってしまったのですが、代案に変えてくださったので時間を持て余すこともありませんでした。

This was a truly magical experience! We had a great time visiting this amazing Japanese landmark. The staff was excellent and informative. The bus driver did a great job. The bus was spacious and roomy. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Japan

I joined the tour with the purpose of visiting the Churaumi Aquarium, but I was also taken to other scenic and interesting places. Since I’m not confident in driving, it was great to efficiently get around by bus. The guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Okinawa's history and culture, creating wonderful memories. I also received helpful information about delicious food and souvenirs. I'm glad I participated.

美ら海水族館に行くのが目的で参加したツアーでしたが、他にも景色の良い所や興味深い所に連れて行ってもらいました。車の運転は自信ないので、バスで効率よく回れてよかったです。ガイドさんの説明が上手で、沖縄の歴史や文化についてもよくわかり、いい思い出ができました。美味しいものやお土産情報も教えてもらえて参考になりました。参加してよかったと思います。

I had to stand in line with other customers just to exchange the voucher for tickets, and it would have been better to wait until the bus arrived to line up, but instead, I stood there for about 15 minutes doing nothing. The bus guide kept explaining disclaimers like "In case of bad weather, the highway may be closed and the trip could be canceled," but for some reason, he was smiling half-heartedly while doing so, which was irritating. I wanted to sleep during the journey, but the bus guide kept talking and it was noisy. Next time, I will use a different mode of transportation.

バウチャーとチケットを引き換えるだけに他の客と同じ列に並ぶ必要があったり、バスが来てから並べばいいのに来るまで15分くらいひたすら立って待つだけなどひたすら段取りが悪い。
バスガイドも「悪天候で高速道路が閉鎖されると中止する場合があります」などの免責事項をなぜかずっと半笑いで説明するのでイラッとした。
道中も寝たいのにバスガイドがひたすら話していてうるさかった。
次からは他の交通手段で行く

My first visit to Shirakawa-go was the day after the first snowfall, and there was a light dusting of snow remaining. The beautiful mountains and the stroll around Shirakawa-go became wonderful memories. I was also glad to finally try the gohei mochi that I had wanted to taste.

The souvenirs recommended by the tour guide and the sushi restaurant were all hits, making for a very satisfying trip. Although we traveled by microbus, I think it allowed us to access routes that wouldn't have been possible otherwise.

初めての白川郷。行ったのは初雪の翌日で、薄っすらと雪が残っていました。とても綺麗な山々も、白川郷散策もとてもいい思い出になりました。食べてみたかった五平餅も食べれてよかったです。
添乗員さんのお勧めのお土産もお寿司屋さんも、どれも大当たりで、大満足の旅になりました。
マイクロバスでしたが、マイクロバスだからこそ行けるコースだと思いました。

It was our first trip to Okinawa with my husband and our university student daughter. I was worried about which bus would stop where at the morning meeting point, but it arrived on time and was unexpectedly almost full. Our friendly, experienced guide provided careful guidance from morning until evening, and we were thrilled to have a performance of Okinawan folk songs and sanshin at the end. The tight schedule and heat were challenging, but we managed to visit most of the famous spots. I was a bit disappointed that our time at the Churaumi Aquarium was a little short and felt rushed.

大学生の娘と主人と家族3人での初沖縄旅行でした。朝の集合場所でどんなバスがどこに停まって乗り込むのかが心配でキョロキョロしていましたが、定刻通りに到着し、予想外にほぼ満席でした。ベテランの感じの良いガイドさんが朝から晩まで丁寧に案内して下さり、最後は沖縄民謡と三線演奏のサービスもあり感激しました。強行軍のスケジュールと暑さに参りましたが、名所はほぼ回れた感じです。美ら海水族館の滞在時間がやや短くて忙しかったのが残念でした。
