It was cloudy and rainy during the rainy season, but it was a great experience to visit famous tourist spots. The delicious food and singing on the dinner cruise, along with the night view (including the luxury cruise ship), were wonderful!

曇り、雨の梅雨空でしたが、有名な観光地を巡れて良い体験となりました。

I applied two days ago.
The next morning, I received an email confirming the arrangements.
On the bus, the guide shared information about Kanazawa and Shirakawa-go while I dozed off, gathering information.
It was a chilly day with rain. During our free time in Shirakawa-go, I warmed up by soaking in a hot spring (it was convenient since it was our lunch spot; the bathing fee was 600 yen and the towel was 150 yen).
I think the time allocation was just right.
In Gokayama, we only visited the Ainokura village, but I was able to stroll quietly through the village.
The guide also provided explanations about other villages from the bus window, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any prior research.

車内ではガイドさんが、金沢のや白川郷の情報をお話しがありうとうとしながら情報収集
雨で肌寒い日でした。白川郷での自由行動では、温泉に入り温まりました（昼食場所だったので楽でした入浴料600円タオル150円でした）
時間配分も丁度いいとおもいます
五箇山では相倉集落のみですが、静かに集落を散歩することが出来ました
車窓からほかの集落の説明もしていただき、下調べなしで楽しめました

The guided tour picks up at Ikebukuro or Shinjuku station. Our tour guide was Nobu and he was quite wonderful! The bus ran right on time. It wasn't full for the day we chose because it was an overcast day. Mount Fuji peeked out of the clouds for just a moment while we were at the top so we got to see it!! It was awesome!! The tour hits up the Mt Fuji 5th station shop, includes a lunch at a French restaurant (with special accomodations for the vegetarian in our group). You get a $3 souvenir or ice cream voucher too. The cruise on the lake was the best part! If I was making a suggestion, the top of Mt Fuji and the amusement park could be 15 minutes longer and the lake area could be 30 minutes less in exchange. Other than that it was the absolute best and I would recommend to anyone!

The tour was good. I enjoyed.
I like that during the bus the guide was talking about some interesting things about Japan.
During the Cruise in Lake Ashi, you only can see Mt. Fuji almost when you have to leave de ship. I think this is not a good lake, a better one its the lake next to the Ashi Lake.
The lunch was very tasty but too small. I could eat more.
They have no pick up and drop off service from Asakusa area.
The tour was OK.

Every thing was out standing. Six of us. Guide was also v good. Even whether was in our favour.

It was drizzling, but the rain stopped at the location and the scenery was amazing. The guidance was also very good. I would like to use this service again on another occasion.

The Churaumi Aquarium was enjoyable to explore at a leisurely pace, and we were able to take proper restroom breaks. It was truly a valuable tour. I think it's a tour that can be enjoyed whether you're alone or with a few people.

美ら海水族館もゆっくりと回れたし、トイレ休憩もちゃんと取れたし、本当に価値あるツアーでした。一人でも数人でも楽しめるツアーだと思います。

The weather was nice, so I was able to fully enjoy it. The bus guide's stories were also fun, so I didn't get bored on the bus. Since it was my first trip to Okinawa, I really enjoyed this packed tour. Next time I go, I think I would like to rent a car and take my time visiting the places I liked.

The impact of the heavy rain disaster in May and the onset of the rainy season, along with unstable weather and delays at the time of departure, filled me with anxiety as I set off for Yakushima. Arriving at Yakushima Airport was a miracle, especially since it was a connecting flight. It was also miraculous that the mountain bus service resumed on the day of trekking, and despite heavy rain the night before, the weather was clear that day—truly a miraculous start to the trekking adventure.

However, I felt a sense of reassurance from the words of our guide, Shimozono-san, who said, "It will be fine. Let's do our best to go as far as we can."

On the day of the trek, I teamed up with my friends and two young women, making a group of four. "Today is the best," said Shimozono-san. With the June sunshine filtering through the deep green foliage, even though we were sweating, the breeze was refreshing. He helped us manage our pace as trekking beginners, and we successfully reached Jomon Sugi. The miso soup he prepared for our lunch was comforting.

We also took many great photos. Although I had continuously declined invitations to trek to Jomon Sugi, the sense of accomplishment of "I did it too" was overwhelming. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

５月の豪雨災害の影響と梅雨へ突入、地元出発時の気象の不安定と大雨で遅延と条件付きと、不安材料満載の中で屋久島へ出発となりました。屋久島空港に到着も奇跡、しかも乗り継ぎで。トレッキング当日に登山バス運行が再開となったのも奇跡、前日は夜間も大雨だったのに当日は晴れたのも奇跡で、ホントに奇跡尽くしのトレッキングの始まりでした。
しかし、前日にガイドのシモゾノさんからの「大丈夫でしょう。行けるところまでがんばってき行きましょう。」というお言葉になぜか安心感がわきました。
当日は友達と、他に二人の若い女性との４人でトライしました。「今日は最高だよ」とシモゾノさん。６月の晴れ間で深緑の隙間から光がさし、汗をかいても風が涼しく、長ーい道のりをトレッキング初心者の４人のペース配分して下さり、無事に縄文杉までたどり着くことが出来ました。用意してくださった昼食のお味噌汁浸みました。
いい写真もたくさん撮れました。
誘いを拒否しつづけてきた縄文杉トレッキングでしたが、「私でも出来た」という達成感は半端なかったです。
良い思い出を本当にありがとうございました。

What I love the most about the trip is our tour guide. Kana did an awesome of explaining and lifting the spirit of everyone on the tour.

We got lucky; the weather was nice! We were able to see and admire the majestically beautiful Mt. Fuji. Our very energetic tour guide, Blair, has provided the entertainment we needed while on the bus. Hence, our trip has become more fun and memorable. We are sure to revisit!!

I participated with a friend. We chose to bike around Taketomi Island! We were able to explore very efficiently from morning until evening! If you're wondering which island tour to join from Ishigaki, I definitely recommend this tour!

Biking on Taketomi Island might be tough during the humid rainy season, haha. A bus might be better. The roads on Taketomi Island have a lot of sand, making it difficult to pedal and quite challenging.

朝から夕方まですごく効率よく、回れました！石垣でどこの離島ツアーに参加しようか迷ってる人はぜひこのツアーを！おすすめです！！

If you want to efficiently explore the central and southern parts of Okinawa Main Island, this tour is very good. I chose a plan that included dinner and dancing because I wanted to learn as much about Okinawa as possible. It was quite a good deal!

沖縄本島の中部と南部を効率よく回りたいのならば、このツアーはとても良いです。
私は出来る限り沢山の沖縄を知りたかったので、夕食と踊りがつくプランにしました。なかなかお得でした！

I think this price is cheap for a round trip ferry from Ishigaki Port to Taketomi Island and a water buffalo cart ride! I was able to fully enjoy Taketomi Island by riding the water buffalo and renting a bicycle! The water buffalo was so cute!

水牛車と、石垣港から竹富島までの往復フェリーでこの価格は安いと思います！
水牛車に乗ったり、レンタサイクルをしたり、竹富島を満喫できました！

It is highly recommended this tour of Fuji.

Mt. Fuji Fifth Station – It was cold with heavy rain in the trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide was nice and caring. She was a Japanese with good spoken in English.

Lunch at Fuji-Q Highland was very great and the food was delicious. The environment in the restaurant in Fuji-Q Highland was nice and grand.

Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi & Fuji Panoramic Ropeway 
- We spent enough time in a boat at Lake Kawaguchi and Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. I enjoyed the trip and eating delicious soft serve ice cream.

Again, it was a Great tour! it was very convenient. 
I really enjoy the trip in Mt.Fuji 5th Station and Lake Kawaguchi Panoramic Tour and I will recommend to my friends to join this tour.

My husband, our two children, and I participated in a tour. Our main goal was to visit the aquarium, so we looked for a tour that would allow us to leave late and return early.

The aquarium was larger than I expected, and I wanted to see other facilities as well, but it felt like there wasn't enough time. However, for me, who was focused on seeing the whale sharks, it was great to be able to watch them at a leisurely pace. At Kouri Island, I recommend bringing a change of clothes. My kids, one in elementary school and the other in preschool, ran straight into the beautiful sea and ended up soaking their pants (laughs).

Also, the guide introduced us to various Okinawan songs and dialects, which was fun. Although it wasn't us, I appreciated how the guide quickly made phone calls and changes for those who were stuck in traffic on the way back and were worried about missing their dinner reservations.

Next time, I definitely want to join a different tour! ♪

主人と私、子ども二人で参加。水族館に行くのが目的で、遅く出発して早めに帰ってこれるツアーをさがして申込ました。
水族館は、思ったよりも広く水族館の他の施設も見たかったけど、時間がたりない感じでした。でも、ジンベイザメを目的にしていた私にとっては、ゆっくりジンベイザメを見れてよかったです。古宇利では、着替えをもっていくことをお勧めします。うちの子は小学生と年中ですが、きれいな海に一目散に走っていってパンツまで濡れてしまいました(笑)
あと、ガイドさんが沖縄の唄や方言をいろいろ紹介してくれて楽しかったです。
私たちではなかったですが、帰りが事故渋滞で夕食の予約に間に合わない人の為に、すばやく電話や変更などをしていた姿がよかったです。
次回は、また違うツアーに是非参加したいです♪

It was nice to hear the sanshin. The bus from Taketomi Island to the base took a while to depart, and it seemed we were waiting for another boat 15 minutes later, so it was a bit cramped.

三線も聞けてよかった。
竹富島からベースへ行くバスがなかなか出発せず、１５分後の別の船を待っての出発らしく、詰め込み感は否めないが。

The weather had been bad the day before, and I was worried whether the tour would take place, but it went ahead without any issues, and I was able to experience a wonderful day filled with mangroves, a water buffalo cart ride, and cycling.

I thought the tour might be hectic due to the relatively packed schedule, but it was quite the opposite. During the water buffalo cart ride and cycling, I was able to enjoy the slow pace of the island, which made for a happy time.

Also, thank you for accommodating the sudden addition of participants on the day. I really appreciated it.

前日から天気も悪く、当日もツアーが開催されるのか不安でしたが、無事開催されて、マングローブ・水牛車・サイクリングと充実した素晴らしい１日が体験できました。

ツアーの内容が比較的多く、せわしない１日なのかなと思ったのですが特にそんなことはなく、その思いとは反対に水牛車とサイクリングでは、島のゆっくりした時間を過ごすことができて、幸せな時間でした。

また、当日の急な参加者追加にも快く対応頂きありがとうございました。とてもありがたかったです。

Although it was slightly rainy, thanks to our guide, it turned out to be an incredibly fun hike. Since it takes a long time and distance, make sure to get plenty of sleep the night before!

Okinawa might be best explored by rental car. However, I made a reservation for my parents who were hesitant about driving in an unfamiliar place. Our accommodation was in Naha City, but they found it appealing that they could visit all the places they wanted in one day. They were worried that their time at the aquarium would be short, but that wasn't the case; they were able to relax and enjoy watching the fish. They were also happy that the entrance fee and meals were included, which helped keep additional expenses down. This option might be perfect for those who want to be active but feel physically uncertain about doing it on their own.

沖縄はレンタカーで周るのがいいかもしれません。
ただ、慣れないところを運転するのは嫌だという両親のために予約しました。
宿泊が那覇市内でしたが、１日で行きたいところを周れるのが魅力だったとのこと。水族館での時間が短いかと心配していましたが、そんなことはなく、のんびり魚をみることができて癒されたそうです。入場料や食事も込みで、追加の出費も抑えられたと喜んでいました。アクティブに動きたいけど、自分たちだけでは体力的に不安な方にはぴったりなのかもしれません。

Outstanding tour of Mount Fuji and overall great experience. Mr. Koizumi did a fantastic job as our guide and I would definitely recommend him for anyone taking this tour. His knowledge and overall attitude made the trip something I know my family and I will not soon forget. Thanks to everyone that made the tour what it was.

I highly recommended this tour if you want to go to Mount Fuji. The bus was cleaned and the tour guide gave tour description for every accurately. Lunch at Fuji Q highland park was delicious and served very well. Although it was raining all day during the trip but we can enjoy it. We have enough time for cursing at Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy fantastic view during the ropeways. My children loves the free ice cream voucher.
I gave 5 stars for veltra and thank you for given us a memorable and wonderful journey in Mount Fuji.

Even though it was hard to find the meeting place since it was underground, we were pleased to know that the rest of the group were only boarding the bus. We were lucky that we were able to see the mountain since we were told that it was raining up until the day before our tour. The lunch was good and substantial, and kind of fancy because of the ambiance. The cruise was incredible since we got to see the entire mountain from the lake as well as the view from the top of the cable car ride. This was such a great experience even our parents were impressed! I definitely recommend this tour!

This was my second time on the three-island tour. Since my companion was a first-timer, we signed up during the rainy season, but the weather was nice, and we had a great experience.

However, I have one regret.

I wish I had checked the tide schedule before booking the tour... I wanted to see the Sakishima Suo no Ki again.

２度目の３島巡りでした。同行者が初めてだったので申し込み梅雨の時期でしたがお天気も良く楽しく体験できました。

ただひとつ後悔

行く前に潮の満ち引きを調べてツアーを申し込めばよかった‥
最後のサキシマスオウノキをまた見たかったです。

At first, we were hesitant to book this tour because the price was too good to be true, but we took a chance and wanted to experience it ourselves. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place and was late for a couple of minutes, but Ms. Terry, our guide, waited for us. The bus ride took 2 hours from Shinjuku to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. We were greeted with a picturesque view of the mountain as well as a lovely 40 minute tour with a pleasantly cold weather. Don't forget to try the mountain-shaped melon bread there! We had a good three course lunch at the Fuji Q Highland restaurant. It's also a great photo spot where you could see more of the mountain. We then headed to the Lake Kawaguchi boat cruise where you could have a closer look at the mountain as well as a cable car ride at Hakone rope way. As you exchange the ticket for the cable car, you also get a free pen as a souvenir. The tanuki dango with soy and matcha drink there is really good. There was also a good ice cream shop where you could choose from four flavors; peach, vanilla, lavender and grape. All in all, with the tour, food and the bus ride going back to the meeting point, the price for this full day tour is such a steal. I highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to maximize their budget. The guide was really good at explaining and was very accomodating!

In spite of very inclement weather conditions, we enjoyed the tour and appreciated the effort of our guide, Asako, to keep the tour on track.

My family and I took the private tour arranged by Tokyo Star Agency to the Mt. Fuji area, not to the Mt. Fuji itself, but rather to the surrounding areas such as Lake Saiko, Saiko Iyashino-Sato Nenba, Hanaterasu, Mt. Fuji Ropeway and also a visit to the local sake brewery, Ide Sake. Our tour guide, Mrs. Yuko Matsuka was an amazing lady and spoke good English. She lives in the Mt. Fuji area so she has extensive knowledge about this particular region. I really adored her. She also paid attention to my daughters' needs, I could tell that she's sincere and thoughtful. She took us for lunch at Maple Restaurant, the food was very good, enjoyed by my kids and also myself. It was one of the many great meals I've had during my trip in Japan.
Although what we hoped for was to see Mt. Fuji from a far unfortunately didn't come true due to the weather (it was covered with clouds), yet we weren't disappointed since Mrs. Yuko tried her best to entertain us and took us to alternative spots for us to enjoy the day. I also need to mention our driver, Mr. Kenichi Higashi, who was a good driver and also very friendly. He made sure that we're well informed about the traffic condition; also was keen to offer us to make stops at the rest station along the highway.
Overall, I do recommend everyone who's interested in taking a private tour to Mt. Fuji area, to choose the Tokyo Star Agency's service.

We were blessed with beautiful weather and were thrilled by the magnificent scenery. The cheese fondue and hamburger lunch were delicious and absolutely the best!
