You can participate with peace of mind even if you're traveling alone. The guide was very enjoyable, and there was no feeling of being rushed; we were able to take our time (＾_＾). I'm very satisfied!

Our guide in trying to be funny, came across bossy and rude, and in trying to be punctual left 4 guests behind on Mt Fuji albeit they were 10 min late. We had too little time at each destination except the 4D experience, which was the longest part of the day at a theme park! I didn't pay for a Fuji tour to be at a theme park. Most of the commentary was played on an autoguide with the exception of pointing out a few landmarks along the way. Not worth the money.

We hadn't exercised at all, and after visiting Taiko Rock by ourselves the day before, we were exhausted and faced the Jomon Sugi trekking with incredible muscle pain. Thanks to the guide's fun explanations and kind advice, we were able to see Jomon Sugi! ✨ I'm really grateful! ✨ The miso soup served for lunch was also very delicious! Thank you very much! ✨ I highly recommend it! ✨

全く運動をしておらず、前日に太鼓岩に自分達で訪れた後で、疲労困憊、ありえないほどの筋肉痛で臨んだ縄文杉トレッキングでした。　ガイドさんの楽しい説明や親切な助言で何とか縄文杉を見ることができました✨

We didn't have the courage to rent a car for our three-generation trip with my mother and daughter, so we used this service. We were able to efficiently visit the sightseeing points, and the guide kept us entertained on the bus, allowing us to have a wonderful time.

観光ポイントを効率よく回れ、バス内でもガイドさんが楽しませてくれて、とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

I was prepared for crowds during the holiday, but thanks to the planning by White Link, I’m not sure if that was the reason, but I didn’t get caught in traffic and everywhere wasn’t too crowded. I enjoyed the autumn leaves, the snow-covered Hakusan mountain range, and the waterfalls along the White Road, and everything was lucky with the clear weather. The staff were friendly and were helpful to foreign tourists. It felt really nice.

連休中日で混雑を覚悟していましたが、ホワイトリンクの計画のおかげかは分からないけれど渋滞にまきこまれることなく何処もそれ程混んでいなかった。ホワイトロードで紅葉、雪化粧の白山連峰、滝、を楽しみ、快晴ですべてラッキーでした。スタッフは気さくで外国人観光客の相談に乗っていました。とてもいい感じでした。

The explanations about mangroves and living creatures were clear and enjoyable. It was a tour with a long free time on Yubu Island, so I was able to see various plants throughout the island. The water buffaloes were cute! The ice cream, cake, and coffee at the café on the island were excellent.

マングローブや生き物の説明がわかりやすく、楽しかったです。由布島での自由時間が長いツアーだったので、島全体の植物を色々見ることができました。水牛がかわいい！島にあるカフェのアイスとケーキ、コーヒーが最高でした。

I was satisfied with how efficiently everything was organized! Since some time is spent on travel, I think it's good to get a feel for the place on the first visit and then take your time on your favorite island during your next visit!

無駄なくキッチリ周る感じで満足でした！
ちょっと移動時間に時間が取られるので、初回はこれで雰囲気を掴んで
次回訪問時には気に入った島にゆっくりするのも良いと思います！

We were very lucky that the weather cooperated and we saw Mt. Fuji!!! I really wanted that picture perfect view and I got it, together with the mountain's cone shaped peak. Our tour guide Yoshi was really good, he even thought us how to make a mountain origami during the long bus ride.

The only thing I did not like is that we were not able to go to Owakudani valley anymore because the Hakone Sky Gondola suddenly stopped its operation for maintenance purposes. It was a good thing they were able to replace it with another similar activity.

All in all it was a good trip! I will definitely book with this tour provider again.

You can efficiently visit the main tourist spots. I think it's a recommended tour for beginners in Okinawa. The timing is just right too.

Okay. A fair bit of time in the morning waiting but that's to be expected in such a big city where everyone is coming from different places. Wouldn't really recommend for solo travelers. A little bit isolating at lunch as everyone is put to sit with their groups. Other tours would be better if you're on your own, and the spots are easily accessible on your own by subway.

Please avoid tours from this company. Even if they are a bit more expensive, choose tours from other companies. I had a sad and painful experience due to the poor guide. The guide walked so fast that they left all eight participants behind. The explanations were only at the level found in a guidebook (and the voice was so quiet that more than half of the people couldn't hear), and the responses to our questions were inadequate. Without any explanation about additional fees, they lent us equipment and later asked for payment. The difference compared to other guides around us (who were engaging and provided plenty of explanations) was so stark that I became sad halfway through.

When I later communicated this to the roadside station tourism company, they said it was my fault, and there was no proper apology or even a refund for the equipment rental fees. Now I understand why they are cheaper than others. This company's tours should be avoided. I never expected that a once-in-a-lifetime experience would turn out like this.

この会社のツアーは避けてください。少し高くても、他の会社さんのツアーにしてください。とにかく、ガイドさんが悪くて悲しいつらい思いをしました。ツアー参加者8人全員を置いていくほど速く歩く。ガイドブックに載っている程度の説明しかぜず（しかも声が小さく、半分以上の人が聞こえない）、こちらの質問には適当な返事。料金がかかる等の説明なく、道具を貸して後で金払えと言ってくる。とにかく、周りの別のガイドさん（声掛けも説明もたくさんされている方々ばかりでした）との差がひどくて、途中から悲しくなってきました。
道の駅観光さんに後日上記のことを伝えると、私側が悪いそうで、適切な謝罪もなく、道具貸出の料金返金すらありませんでした。他より安い理由がわかりました。この会社のツアーは避けるべきです。一生に一度の経験が、こんな経験になるとは予想していませんでした。

Departing in a somewhat mysterious space among foreigners! Everyone was friendly, and it felt fresh, as if I were in another country. The driver and the guide were also very refreshing. The step platform for getting in and out of the car was appreciated. The explanations from Japanese to English made me feel like I understood a bit of English, which was quite an enjoyable experience.

外国人の方に混じって、ちょっと不思議な空間で出発！
皆さんフレンドリーで何処の国にいるのやら……新鮮でした。
運転手さんも、ガイドさんもとても新鮮でした。車の昇降にステップ台は有り難かったです。
日本語から英語での説明は英語がちょっと理解できた気がしてなかなか楽しい経験でした。

Since I was alone, I joined a tour, but they were attentive to everyone, and I safely reached Jomon Sugi.

This is my second trip to Okinawa, but it's my first time visiting the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. This time, I signed up specifically for the aquarium. We were able to relax in a spacious bus, and the guide was excellent. The explanations were clear, and they sang beautifully. The views of Kadena Air Base and Manza Beach were impressive and very lovely. The lunch at the aquarium was a buffet, allowing us to enjoy a variety of Okinawan dishes. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of American Village. It was a full-day bus tour, but with such a pleasant guide, I was never bored. I want to introduce this to my friends next time.

2回目の沖縄旅行ですが、美ら海水族館は初めてです。今回は美ら海水族館目的で申し込みました。大型バスでゆったり座れて、なんといっても、ガイドさんが良かった。案内もわかりやすく、歌も上手です。嘉手納基地や万座毛も迫力があり、とても素敵でした。美ら海水族館でのランチもビュッフェ形式で、様々な種類の沖縄料理を堪能できました。アメリカンビレッジの雰囲気も楽しめました。丸一日のバスツアーでしたが、感じの良いガイドさんが一緒だったので飽きずに過ごすことができました。今度は友人に紹介したいです。

On October 5th, I participated in the tour on its starting day. Since it was the first day of the tour, the guide seemed a bit nervous, but they were very kind and attentive, which was helpful. Additionally, there weren't many participants, and everyone kept to the meeting time, making it quite comfortable and almost on schedule.

At the Kadena Road Station, unfortunately, we couldn't see any military aircraft take off or land, but we were able to overlook a base that we usually don't see, which made me reflect on Okinawa's position.

The Ocean Expo Park was very crowded with school trip students and tourists from abroad, but there was enough time to see the main attractions. We were able to watch the dolphin show, but I found the show itself a bit lacking.

I visited Manzamo for the first time and was overwhelmed by the magnificent scenery.

As for American Village, I felt that the time spent there and the facilities were somewhat inadequate for me.

Overall, I think it was a convenient and enjoyable tour that allowed us to easily visit famous places in Okinawa with different attractions.

10月5日、当ツアー開始日に参加。
当日は、ツアー初日と言う事もあり、ガイドさんも少しナーバスになっていらっしゃいましたが、大変親切・丁寧にガイドして頂け助かりました。また、参加者が多くなく、皆集合時間を守り、ほぼ時間通りで快適でした。
嘉手納道の駅では残念ながら軍用機の離発着は見られませんでしたが、普段目にすることが無い基地を俯瞰でき、沖縄のおかれている位置づけを考えさせられました。
海洋博物館は、修学旅行生や海外からのツアー客で大変混んでいましたが、メインの場所を見て回るには十分な時間でした。イルカのショーも見ることが出来ましたが、ショー自体は少し物足りなかったです。
万座毛は、初めて行きましたがとても雄大な景色に圧倒されました。
アメリカンビレッジは、滞在時間と施設が自分にとっては中途半端かなと思いました。

総合的には、沖縄の趣向の違う有名な所を手軽に回ることができる、楽ちんな良いツアーだと思いました。

After looking into it, I decided to go with this option because it was cheaper than going on my own. Above all, the staff took care of all the arrangements, including tickets, so I could enjoy myself without any worries.

Taketomi Island is definitely a place you should visit if you're coming to Ishigaki Island (o^^o).

調べてみると自分で行くよりもお安くてこちらに決めました。
何よりチケットなど手配をすべてスタッフさんがしてくれるので、迷うことなく何も考えずに安心して楽しめました。

竹富島は石垣島まで来たなら絶対行くべき島です(o^^o)

As most things in Tokyo and Japan in general, it was on time, clean and quite organised. Pick up point was not hard to find even coming from Ikebukuro. English definitely available as one of the languages on the head set. The stops and collection points were all properly, clearly identified. Really, it is the best way to see Tokyo! nothing beats it.

The water buffalo cart ride lasts about 30 minutes, and it was well-organized, which was great. At first, I thought it was unnecessary, but it turned out to be surprisingly fun.

As for using a bicycle, if you want to see the Nishi-Sanbashi and the village, I think walking is better. However, if you're going to Kaiji Beach or Kondoi Beach, a bicycle is necessary.

I stayed for one night, but since bicycles need to be returned by 5 PM, I think I should have considered that.

It seems that for early morning ferries, you can take any of the Dream Tourism boats.

水牛車は30分ほどですが話がまとまっていて良かったです。
最初は要らないと思っていましたが、思いのほか楽しかったです。

自転車を利用するかですが、西桟橋や集落内を見たいなら徒歩の方がいいと思いました。
カイジ浜・コンドイビーチまで行くなら自転車等は必要です。

一泊しましたが、自転車は17時返却なので、
そこは検討すれば良かったと思いました。

船は早朝便等でも、ドリーム観光の船ならどれでも乗れるようです。

I participated in a day trip tour. I think it was a well-planned tour, and I was very pleased that the transportation went smoothly without any issues. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was amazing, and I would like to visit again. I have become a fan of Okinawa.

日帰りツアーに参加させていただきました。よく考えられたツアーになっており全く問題なく移動がができたことが大変良かったと思います。また白海水族館は顔でしたまた行きたいと思います。沖縄のファンになりました。

Были сегодня на очень хорошей экскурсии к знаменитой горе Фуджи.Хотя погода была неважная,временами шел дождь,но все равно мы получили большое удовольствие и от потрясающих видов,и от замечательного гида Артема (Ари),который скрашивал нам переезды от одного объекта к другому,и от вкусного ланча,который подавали в деревне ниндзя. А в конце мы поучаствовали в виртуальном полете над Фуджи,во время которого было полная иллюзия полета на скоростном самолете и на малой высоте, и с большой скоростью,с виражами и даже мертвой петлей.В общем мы остались очень довольны,график выполнялся неукоснительно,никто не опаздывал,Ари вел экскурсию на английском и японском и еща давал нам иногда пояснения на русском.Рекомендую всем,кто хочет познакомиться с самой знаменитой достопримечательнсотью Японии.

I usually don't exercise much, so I was worried about the 22-kilometer distance, but thanks to the guide's precise pacing, I was able to complete it successfully. The explanations along the way were clear, and at various points, we were able to take photos, making for a wonderful guide. Seeing Jomon Sugi was a great memory, but even more than that, being able to walk the full 22 kilometers became a cherished memory.

普段はあまり運動もしてなく、２２キロという距離が不安でしたがガイドさんの的確なペース配分のお陰で無事に完歩できました。
もちろん途中の説明も分かりやすく、ポイントでは写真も撮っていただき、素晴らしいガイドさんでした。
縄文杉を見られたこともいい思い出ですが、それ以上に２２キロ完歩できたことがいい思い出になりました。

My first trip to Naha, Okinawa
I chose this tour because I was traveling alone.
Veteran guide Erika Ooshiro!
She is truly a wonderful guide.
Not only was her guidance excellent, but the entertainment on the bus was fantastic, especially her voice acting during the kamishibai storytelling—she could be a professional!
I was amazed and moved by her proper greetings and the bow she gave before and after her explanations.
When returning to the bus, both the driver and the guide welcomed us each time, and I was touched by their heartfelt hospitality.
I will be going again in the spring, so I look forward to it!

案内は勿論のことバス内でのエンターテイメントが素晴らしい、特に紙芝居の声の使い方プロになっても良いくらいです

バスへ戻る時もドライバーとガイドさんがその都度お出迎えしてくれておもてなしの真心に心うたれました。

This time, I used a bus tour for my solo trip. It was great to be able to circle around Ishigaki Island, and the guide's explanations were enjoyable and easy to understand, with lovely singing as well. I was able to learn things that I wouldn't have known without the bus tour, which was very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip. Thank you very much.

I have participated in bus tours in Okinawa several times, but I don't think there is a tour that allows you to visit both Kouri Island and Manza Beach at the same time. This time, it was a pity that Manza Beach was backlit in the evening, but I was very satisfied to be able to visit the Churaumi Aquarium as well.

ここ何回か沖縄バスツアーに参加していますが、古宇利島・万座毛が同時に観光出来るツアーは無いと思います。
今回は、万座毛が夕方で逆光だったのが残念でしたが、
美ら海水族館も見学出来て大満足です。

The tour is great.
You can see mount Fuji in every angle even in 4D entertaiment.

We went on a family trip with our 2-year-old son. Both the guide and the driver were very kind, and it was the best first bus tour for my son. The day we originally booked was canceled due to a typhoon, but since we had gone all the way to Kanazawa, we decided we still wanted to go and rebooked the same tour for the next day. It was an unusually clear day in Shirakawa-go. The air and scenery were beautiful, and both my mother and son enjoyed it to the fullest. If we have another opportunity, I would like to participate in a different tour as well.

2歳の息子を連れて家族旅行をしました。ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても優しいお方で、息子にとって初めてのバスツアーは最高でした。
元々予約していた日は台風の影響で中止になりましたが、せっかく金沢まで行ったのでやっぱり行きたいと思い翌日の同じツアーを改めて予約しました。白川郷にとって珍しい快晴の日でした。空気も景色もとても綺麗で、母も息子も思い存分楽しめました。
又機会がありましたら別のツアーも参加してみたいと思っております。
