We used this service for a family trip that included my mother and my husband's mother. While our family played at the beach, the two mothers took a bus tour. They said the guide's stories were interesting and that the places they visited were very nice.

On the way there, they picked us up from the hotel, but it was a bit unclear that we would be dropped off at the bus terminal on the way back. However, they kindly explained the bus details, including where to board, so we were able to return without any issues.

私たち家族が海で遊んでいる間に、母２人がバスツアーを利用しました。ガイドさんの話が面白くて、まわったところもとてもよかったと言っていました。
行きはホテルに迎えに来てもらったのですが、帰りはバスターミナル解散というのがわかりずらかったです。
でもホテルまでのバスについて、乗り場など丁寧に教えてくれ、問題なく帰ってこれました。

The driver was very kind, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing that exceeded the charm of Kanazawa. Next time, I want to spend more time and visit places I couldn't go to this time.

ドライバーさんがとても親切で、金沢が持つ魅力以上の楽しい観光が出来ました。

The weather was favorable, and I was able to enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. The discussions about the various trees and plants of Yakushima were also fascinating.

天候にも恵まれ、リラックスした雰囲気の中で楽しめました。屋久島の様々な木や植物などの話も興味深かったです。

It was my first time visiting Taketomi Island, and I'm glad I had such a fun time. I also went into the sea, but since it was the day I was leaving, I was disappointed that I couldn't stay long. The scenery was similar everywhere, and I felt like I might get lost, so I would have appreciated a more detailed map of the island's shops and such.

竹富島に行くのは、初めてでしたがとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができてよかったです。
海にも入りましたが、当日、帰る日だったので、長居できなくて残念でした。
風景がどこもにていて、道がわからなくなりそうだったので、島の店などのもう少し詳しい地図があったらありがたかったです。

Positive points:

- They provide transportation to the hotel.
- They stop at a souvenir shop.
- The 3-hour visit to the Churaumi Aquarium was just right.
- The price is affordable.

Negative points:

- The bus was old and uncomfortable, causing a strange shaking that made my back hurt the whole time.
- There were people getting sick from motion sickness, which was unfortunate.
- It took about 10 minutes to walk from the bus stop at Churaumi Aquarium to the gate, which was tough in the heat.

I wish this information had been provided in advance.

It seems that the only course that covers Shiratani Unsuikyo, Taiko Rock, Wilson Stump, and Jomon Sugi in one day is this one from Veltra. The meeting time is at 4:30 AM, and we disband around 5 PM to 6 PM. Whether you choose just the Shiratani Unsuikyo course or just the Jomon Sugi course, you will still experience muscle soreness the next day. In that case, it might be better to do it all at once (laughs).

However, this course is for those who are physically fit and confident in their stamina, as it is designed for the chosen ones. I, who honestly underestimated it and don’t usually exercise much, ended up waiting at Wilson Stump while the other members went on to Jomon Sugi. I was satisfied that I was able to reach Taiko Rock (which was incredibly beautiful on that clear day) – it felt like a miracle.

Also, I felt it was great to have a guide because they not only know the paths well but also consider the pace. Before the tougher climbs like Taiko Rock and Jomon Sugi, they suggested leaving our backpacks behind (which is something beginners might not think of). Thank you, Mr. Shimozono. I look forward to your help again next time! ^^*

1日で白谷雲水峡～太鼓岩～ウィルソン株～縄文杉を巡るのは、ベルトラのこちらのコースだけのようです。
朝4時半集合で、解散は17時～18時くらい。
白谷雲水峡だけのコースでも、縄文杉だけのコースでも、翌日筋肉痛になるのは変わりません。でしたら、1回で済ませた方がよろしいかと(笑)
ただし、日頃から運動していたりして、体力に自信のある、選ばれし者たちのコースでもあります。
日頃大した運動もせず、正直舐めてた私は、ウィルソン株手前で他のメンバーが縄文杉まで行ってくるのを待つことに。太鼓岩(晴れ渡ってめちゃくちゃ綺麗だった)まで行けたのも奇跡だったので満足しています。
また、ガイドを頼んでよかったなぁと感じるのは、道に詳しいのはもちろんのこと、ペース配分を考えてくれることです。太鼓岩や縄文杉など厳しめの登りの前には、ザックなどの荷物を置いていくようにしてくれたり(意外と素人は考えつきません)。

Even as a family of beginner hikers, we were able to see Jomon Sugi! The encouragement from our guide and the fact that the weather improved despite the forecast of heavy rain was truly amazing. If I had to be picky, the guide's explanations were a bit lacking, and there wasn't much time for taking photos, which prevented it from being completely satisfying. However, we did encounter monkeys, making it a fun memory overall.

登山初心者の家族でも縄文杉を見る事が出来ました！ガイドさんの励ましや大雨の予報で降ってたにも関わらず天気の回復予測も当たっていて凄いの一言でした。欲を言えばガイドさんの解説が少ないのと写真を撮る時間があまり無かったことが大満足にならなかった要因です。でも猿にも遭遇したりと楽しい思い出になりました。

I participated in a tour of two World Heritage sites, Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, as part of my trip to Kanazawa. While the time allocated for sightseeing at the two World Heritage sites wasn't exactly leisurely, it was sufficient for a good visit, and we even stopped at an observation deck that offered a panoramic view of Shirakawa-go, which wasn't part of the original plan. The lunch was quite tasty, and I finished it all. In addition to visiting the World Heritage sites, the tour also took us through the three prefectures of Ishikawa, Toyama, and Gifu, allowing us to enjoy the mountains of virgin forests and rivers flowing through valleys centered around the Hakusan range, as well as waterfalls. There were no obligatory souvenir shop stops typical of bus tours, making it a highly satisfying tour and a fulfilling day.

金沢旅行のオプションに白川郷と五箇山の合掌造りの２つの世界遺産ツアーに参加しました。２つの世界遺産はゆっくりとまでは言えないものの観光に十分な時間設定がされていて、予定になかった白川郷全景が一望できる展望台にも立ち寄ってくれました。昼食もまずまず美味しくて完食。また世界遺産観光のみならず、移動では石川、富山、岐阜の三県を巡りますが、白山系を中心に原生林の山々や谷に流れる川、滝巡りも楽しめます。バスツアーに付き物の土産物屋のはしごも無くて、満足度の高いツアーで充実した１日となりました。

I was impressed by the courteous and attentive service from start to finish. The guidance on how to enjoy the Churaumi Aquarium was excellent. Thanks to this, we were able to efficiently visit the aquarium and catch the dolphin show within our limited time.

On the bus, our guide even took the time to put her hair up and wear a costume, singing with a gentle, clear voice. She was talented in playing the shamisen and also performed hula dance.

The driver also made sure to say "Have a good day" to each person every time, which showed his dedication to his work. I thought this kind of thoughtful consideration is probably the secret to making it a popular tour.

The breathtaking views of Kouri Island are still etched in my memory. I learned a lot about Okinawa's history and culture, and my whole family said they want to come back again. Thank you very much.

美ら海水族館の楽しみ方や案内がすごく上手でした。
おかげで限られた時間の中、水族館からイルカショーまで効率よく
まわることができました。
バスの中ではわざわざ髪をアップして衣装を羽織り
透き通るやさしいお声で歌ってくれました。
三味線も上手、フラダンスもやっておられる多才なガイドさんです。

運転手さんも一人ひとりにきちんと毎回”いってらっしゃい”と
声を掛けていて、仕事に対する姿勢を感じました。
こういう細やかな気遣いが、人気ツアーになる秘訣なのかな
と思いました。

古宇利島の絶景は、今でも目に焼き付いています。
沖縄の歴史・文化もたくさん教えていただいて楽しかったので、
家族皆また来たいと言っていました。

Although it took almost double time to get to the first destination because the day we attended tour was just before holiday and everyone went their hometown, the guide Hiroshi-san was entertaining us and taught us many aspects of Japan!
That was shame that at some destination we had only a half of normal time, so we had to rush seeing the places, but that's due to the traffic jam and couldn't be helped.
Thanks to guide's tip, we were able to get a good blueberry ice cream!

The taxi guide was a fun person, and despite the heavy rain, the sightseeing was enjoyable. Thank you for the playful and informative guidance.

On my first trip to Yakushima, I finally went trekking to Jomon Sugi, which I had been longing to do. I thought it was early when I had a 4:10 AM pickup, but I was so happy to be going to Jomon Sugi that I managed to wake up early.

Before departure, I had a breakfast bento and did some stretching! Walking along the tramway while watching the sunrise and surrounded by beautiful green nature, I enjoyed delicious spring water along the way. After about five and a half hours, I finally reached the long-awaited Jomon Sugi!

Trekking surrounded by many Yakusugi trees was filled with emotions that I can't fully express here. The power of Jomon Sugi is incredible! Thank you to the guide from the Yakushima Guide Association.

初めての屋久島で、念願の縄文杉トレッキングに行きました。朝、4:10のピックアップで、早い〜って思ってましたが、縄文杉に行けることが嬉しく、頑張って早起きしました。
出発前に朝のお弁当を食べ、ストレッチをして出発！
トロッコ道を歩きながら朝日を見て、キレイな緑の自然の中を歩き、途中で美味しい湧き水を飲みながら、約5時間半かけて、やっと念願の縄文杉に辿り着きました！
沢山の屋久杉に囲まれながらのトレッキングは、ここには書ききれないほどの感動がいっぱいでした。縄文杉のパワー、すごいです！

It was a really great tour where we could visit many sightseeing spots despite the longer stay (especially at the Churaumi Aquarium)! I was able to capture many beautiful views and the fish at the aquarium on camera, which created wonderful memories. I was also happy to receive the sweet potato tart as a gift! Even though it was cloudy, it was still beautiful, and I want to try again on a sunny day!

滞在時間が長め（特に美ら海水族館）なのに、たくさんの観光スポットを回れて、本当にお得なツアーでした！！キレイな景色や水族館の魚などたくさんカメラに収めることができて、本当に良い思い出になりました♡紅芋タルトのプレゼントも嬉しかったです！曇りでも十分キレイだったのですが、晴れた日にまたリベンジしたいです！！

It was great that I could efficiently visit multiple places. However, the locations I visited this time all required a good amount of stamina to walk around, and it felt a bit tough, especially on hot summer days.

複数個所を効率よく回れたので良かった。
しかし、今回回った場所はどこも歩くのに体力が必要で、特に夏場の暑い日は少しきつい感じ。

This time, since the hotel was Sankara, I wanted to prioritize my hotel stay, so I chose the half-day course. It was a casual tour where I could participate in casual clothes. The guide's explanations were precise and made me feel good.

今回場所ホテルがサンカラだったので、ホテル滞在を重視したかったから、半日コースにしました。
平服で参加できて、気軽なツアーでした。
ガイドさんの説明が的確で気持ちがよかった。

It was great for efficiently exploring Okinawa, especially since it was my first time there and I wasn't used to driving. Walking along the Fukugi tree-lined path was something I wouldn't have thought to do unless I was taken there on a tour, but thanks to that, I had a wonderful experience. If I could wish for anything, I would have liked to stroll around here a bit longer, but that's just how it is.

The aquarium exceeded my expectations; I thought I wouldn't need much time there, but I actually needed more. I really enjoyed it.

It was a packed day, and I was able to spend it meaningfully.

沖縄自体が初めてというのと、車の運転に慣れていないのとで効率よく回るにはとても良かったです。フクギ並木を歩くなんて、ツアーで連れて行ってもらわない限り行こうという気にもならなかったと思うのですが、おかげでいい体験ができました。欲を言えば、もう少しここをゆっくり散策したかったのですが、それは仕方がないですね。
水族館も予想以上で、行く前はそんなに時間は必要ないんじゃないかと思っていたのですが、足りないくらいでした。とても満喫できました。
盛りだくさんで、一日を有意義に過ごせました。

First, when I arrived at Yakushima, they came to pick me up at the port and we discussed the trekking for the next day. As a beginner in mountain climbing, I was anxious about participating right away, but listening to their explanations eased my worries. On the day of the trek, the service was very attentive, from the pick-up bus to the trekking guidance, making it a very enjoyable day. Thank you very much.

まず、屋久島に着いたら港までお迎えに来てくださり次の日のトレッキングについての打ち合わせをしました。山登り初心者からすると、いきなり参加は不安だったので、お話を聞いて気が楽になりました。当日のアテンドもお迎えのバス、トレッキングの指導等とても丁寧で、とても楽しい1日でした。ありがとうございました。

I truly appreciate all the help from start to finish.

I had requested a set including a backpack as an option, and they flexibly accommodated the delivery. They also kindly contacted me in advance. On the day of the trip, we were blessed with great weather. They shared various local knowledge and climbing techniques with us.

I highly recommend participating in the economical plan that allows you to climb all at once! Even if you're not very confident in your physical strength, if you do a little exercise regularly, I suggest visiting not only Jomon Sugi but also Shiratani Unsuikyo since you're going there anyway.

I am in my early 30s, and my mother is 60 years old; we went to experience the world heritage site that my mother had dreamed of. During the descent, my mother was even more energetic than I was. For us, it was better to do it in one day rather than splitting it into two.

The direct bus is very convenient and takes you to the Arakawa Trailhead without any stress. I was really anxious since I had no climbing experience and was out of shape, but with the help of the guide and the other members, I safely reached Jomon Sugi. I had heard that the trolley path was boring, but I enjoyed it while listening to the guide's stories and admiring the surrounding scenery. I am now filled with a sense of fulfillment; it was a wonderful experience.

直行バスはストレスなく荒川登山口まで行けてとても便利です。登山経験なし＆運動不足でとっても不安でしたが、ガイドさんやメンバーに助けられて無事に縄文杉までたどり着きました。つまらない、と聞いていたトロッコ道もガイドさんのお話や周りの景色を眺めながら楽しく進めました。今は充実感でいっぱい、素晴らしい経験でした。

On July 9th, I participated in a bus tour and water buffalo cart ride during the Diamond Princess's stop at Ishigaki Island. Riding with Yuko, each view I saw while listening to the shamisen is etched in my memory. Although it was a short time, it was a very meaningful experience. 7月9日、ダイヤモンドプリンセスの石垣島寄港の際にバス観光と水牛車に参加しました。
ゆうこさんに乗り、三味を聴きながら回って観た景色一つ一つが頭に焼き付いて、短い時間でしたがとても有意義な経験でした。
また予約時、ベルトラさんには帰りの船便のことで色々親切に対応して頂き、ありがとうございました。

I was finally able to see the Jomon Sugi, and I was blessed with good weather, a great guide, and wonderful companions, allowing me to complete the hike safely. There are a few things I didn't get to do, so I will definitely return to enjoy the Jomon Sugi and other attractions in a different season! For now, even if you don't usually exercise much, you can manage it with just a bit of pain in your legs or knees.

待望の縄文杉、天候にもガイドさんにも同行者にも恵まれ無事完走出来ました。遣り残したことがちょこちょこあるので、季節を変えての縄文杉と他諸々を楽しむべく必ず舞い戻ります！とりあえず普段あまり運動しない感じでも足なり膝なりが痛くなる程度で行けますよ。

I found this tour because I had been wanting to visit Taketomi Island, which is only about a 10-minute trip from Ishigaki Island. It was cheaper than buying the boat and water buffalo cart separately, so I decided on this option right away. You can also choose your return boat based on the day's conditions, which I recommend.

石垣島からたった10分くらいで行けるということで、以前から竹富島に行きたいと思っていたところ、こちらのツアーを見つけました。
船、水牛車を別々に買うより安かったので、すぐにこちらに決めました。
帰りの船も当日の状況によって決めることができるし、おすすめです。

This tour includes both water buffalo carts traveling through the water on Yubu Island and those moving through the town on Taketomi Island. As previous travelers have noted, upon checking in at the remote island terminal, we received all our tickets and proceeded to our respective boarding areas on time. The coordination and guidance at each location were solid, allowing us to explore freely and comfortably while ensuring a safe and efficient visit to all three islands.

The mangrove cruise took place on a day close to high tide, but there were unique sights to see during low tide, and the captain's stories were entertaining.

On Yubu Island, the water buffalo cart crosses the sea, creating a scene filled with sky, ocean, and the water buffalo cart. I had imagined it would have a more rustic charm, but it turned out to be quite touristy with a comical side, which seemed to appeal to a wide range of generations. While on land, after confirming the return time for the water buffalo cart, we were free to explore. For lunch, we went to a cafeteria where we enjoyed a bento box featuring Okinawan ingredients, including rice made from black rice from Iriomote Island. As someone visiting Okinawa for the first time, I found the unique food delicious, and I even bought some souvenirs at Ishigaki Airport on the way back, thanks to the bento from Yubu Island. We took beautiful photos of flowers and the water buffalo in the water, and while we could relax on Yubu Island, it was hot, so we took breaks in cool buildings while exploring.

On Taketomi Island, I chose the water buffalo cart and bus tour. First, we took a bus from Taketomi Port to Kaiji Beach and Kondoi Beach. Although the time at each location was short, there were cheers when we saw the beautiful shallow beaches. The water buffalo cart then leisurely moved through the streets lined with red-tiled roofs and blooming bougainvillea. (The water buffalo has a habit of stopping in the shade, which was quite charming.) With a roof overhead, we were shielded from the heat, and the 30 minutes passed quickly as the tour neared its end. The connection to the bus back to Taketomi Port was excellent, so there wasn't time to shop or have tea in town, but without this kind of tour that allows for a short visit to all three islands, I wouldn't have been able to travel to the Yaeyama Islands. The itinerary itself and the operational efficiency of the tour seemed to reflect feedback from previous travelers, showing improvements, and I thought it was a wonderfully well-organized tour. This time, I traveled alone as a reconnaissance trip, but if it’s this good, I’d like to bring my husband along next time and go again.

由布島で水の中をゆく水牛車と、竹富島の町なかをゆく水牛車の両方があるこのツアー。
先人の方が、体験談に書いておられる通り、離島ターミナルでの受付時に、すべてのチケットを受け取って、時間通りに各々乗り場へ。各場所での連携、誘導もしっかりしていて、自由で気楽
でありながら、安心で、効率良く３島を回れました。

マングローブクルーズは大潮に近い日にちでしたが、引き潮ならではの見どころがあり、
船長さんのお話も面白かった。

由布島では、海をわたってゆく水牛車。視界の中が、空と、海と、水牛車、の世界。。。
は、もうちょっといい感じに鄙びた風情かと勝手に思っておりましたが、
ツーリスティックで、コミカルな一面もあり、それはそれで、幅広い世代に受けている様子。
上陸中は、戻りの水牛車の集合時間を確認したら、自由に見学します。
お昼は、各々食堂に行き頂くのですが、
沖縄食材を散りばめたお弁当で、西表島の黒米？のごはんがついています。沖縄方面は初めての私には珍しい食べものが多くとても美味しかったので、帰りの石垣空港でお土産に買ったものもあり、由布島のお弁当のおかげと思っています。
美しい花や、水に入っている水牛さんの写真を撮ったり、由布島では結構ゆっくりできますが、
暑いので涼しい建物のなかで休憩しつつの見学という感じでした。


竹富島は、水牛車とバス観光を選びました。
まず、バスで竹富港からカイジ浜や、コンドイ浜へ。各所時間は短いですが、遠浅の美しい浜が見えた時には、歓声が上がっていました。
そして、水牛車は、ブーゲンビリアの咲く赤瓦の街並みをゆっくりと進みます。
（日陰で止まる癖のある水牛さんがご愛嬌）
屋根があるので暑さは遮られ30分は結構すぐ過ぎて、ツアーも終盤です。
帰りの竹富港までのバスへの連絡もやたら良いので、町へ出て、買い物や、お茶のみをする時間はありませんが、短い時間でも３島巡りできるこのようなツアーでなければ、八重山諸島の旅行には来られなかったでしょう。
旅程そのものも、それを実行する側の機動力もあり、以前体験談等で見かけた客の声も反映され改善されているように見えましたし、素晴らしくよくできたツアーだと思いました。
今回は、下見を兼ねての一人旅でしたが、こんなに良いなら夫も連れて、また行きたいです。

Really great tour. We got picked up on time from a hotel near to where we were staying which was very handy and well organised. Our guide, Levin, had perfect English, was very helpful and informative and made the tour extremely enjoyable. There were plenty of break stops along the way and the bus was very comfortable. Due to unforeseen traffic our itinerary changed however this was handled really well and we still got to make each stop as planned. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great but Levin still made each stop fun and interesting. The lunch provided was excellent food and we got to experience the traditional Japanese culture. We didn't have much expectations for the 4D experience but it was actually brilliant and we really enjoyed it. Overall it was a really great trip and we would highly recommend it to anyone who's thinking of doing the Mount Fuji tour.

I had only done hiking before, so I was a bit anxious about my first real trekking experience. However, we started by walking along a flat trolley path, and along the way, we encountered Japanese macaques and sika deer, which made the journey feel quite relaxed. I thought, "Oh? If it's like this, it should be easy!" But that turned out to be a big mistake.

After a while, it turned into real mountain climbing, and there were tough moments. Thankfully, our guide took breaks at just the right times and stopped to explain various things, which helped me manage to complete the trek. Looking back now, climbing the corridor to see the Jomon Sugi was really tough on my knees. But it was worth the effort, as I finally got to see the Jomon Sugi, which I had longed to see.

By the way, this tour had a direct bus to the trailhead, so I was able to rest a bit on the bus, which helped conserve my energy. If you go on your own, you would have to take a local bus, and depending on the time of year, like in July, there seemed to be quite a line at the bus stop. Not everyone waiting could get on the bus when it arrived, so there might be some waiting time. I think it's easier for first-timers to go with a tour.

今までハイキング程度しか行ったことがなく、初の本格的なトレッキングだったんで最初は不安だったんですが、まずはず～っと平坦なトロッコ道を歩きつつ、途中にはヤクザルやヤクシカも出てきて、穏やかに進んでいったので「あれ？こんな感じだったら全然余裕やん！。」って思っていたんですがこれが大きな間違いでした。。。途中から本当の[山登り]になっていき、しんどい時もありましたが、ガイドさんが絶妙のタイミングで休憩をとってくれたり、また立ち止まっていろいろな説明をしてくれたので、なんとか歩き切ることができました。今、思い返してみると最後の縄文杉を見るための回廊を上るのが膝がガクガクで本当に大変でした。でも頑張った甲斐があり、念願だった縄文杉を見ることができました。ちなみのこのツアーは登山口まで直行のバスだったので、睡眠もバスの中で若干できて体力温存にはなりました。自分達で行くとなると路線バスに乗るしかなく、７月という時期にもよるかもしれませんがバス停の前を通るとかなり並んでいてバスが来たからといって並んでる人全員が乗り切れてるわけじゃなく、待ち時間も多少あったみたいでした。初めての人は無難にツアーで行った方が楽だと思います。

Long day on bus from Tokyo. Mt Fugi socked in with fog so unable to see any of it. Guide was pretty good but sometimes hard to understand. She had a full bus and the 3 hrs to try to keep people interested. Gondola and boat ride were fun but also fog prevented much views. Ride back on bullet train was fun. Lunch was mediocre.

I participated with my family and friends. Since I don't have a regular exercise routine, I honestly found it tough at first, but with the guide's assistance, I was able to complete the journey safely. I was moved by the sight of Jomon Sugi, which is completely different from what I see on TV, and I felt a sense of awe.

This is an activity that I believe everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.

家族と友人と参加しました。
日頃運動の習慣が無いため、正直初めは辛く感じましたが、ガイドさんのアシストで無事に旅を終えることができました。
テレビで見るのとは全く違う縄文杉の姿に感動し、畏怖の感情を覚えました。

一生に一度は体験していただきたいアクティビティです。

I participated with two friends.
In other tours, there is usually a bus transfer, so we chose this tour.
You can go directly to the trailhead, allowing for an early start to the trekking.
There were many small but thoughtful gestures, such as the miso soup service during lunch and the rental of simple cushions.

他のツアーだと、一度バスの乗り換えなどがあるので、のちらのツアーに参加させていただきました。
そのまま登山口に入れるので、早めにトレッキングに臨めます。
お弁当の時のおみそしるのサービスや、簡易ザブトンのレンタルなど、小さいけれども嬉しい心遣いが沢山ありました。
