The bus guide's explanations and the sanshin performance were excellent, and the singing was amazing. There was also a café time along the way, making it a great value for the cost.

I traveled to Kanazawa for 2 nights and 3 days. The purpose of this trip was to visit the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, and Shirakawa-go. When I thought about going to Shirakawa-go from Kanazawa, I realized that it would be very difficult to use public transportation, so I searched online and found this tour.

The good points were that I didn't have to worry about the transportation schedule. Since lunch was included, I didn't waste time looking for a place to eat. The lunch was also great, featuring mountain delicacies. I visited two gassho-zukuri villages; while I read online that it was enough to see just Shirakawa-go, the Ainokura village in Gokayama was also quaint and charming, offering a different atmosphere. The experience of making rice crackers at Sasara-ya on the way back was a fun little break during the drive. I was able to buy a lot of souvenirs.

Since I traveled after the peak season, there were few people on the White Road, allowing me to stop and take photos leisurely. The driver and tour guide were both kind and pleasant.

It was a very satisfying tour. If I could wish for something, I would feel more at ease with a one-day travel insurance. It would also be nice to receive a map for each person (since I went with a friend, it would be great to have one to reminisce after returning home).

金沢に2泊3日で旅行しました。金沢21世紀美術館と白川郷が今回の目的です。ということで，金沢発着で白川郷に行こうと思ったら・・・公共交通機関を利用すると非常に難しいなと思いネットで検索していてこのツアーを見つけました。
良かった点は，乗り物の時間を気にしなくてよい。昼食が付いているので食事場所を探したりする時間のロスがない。昼食も山の幸という感じでよかった。2カ所の合掌造りを見学したが，ネットでは白川郷だけでよかったというのも見たが，五箇山の相倉集落もこじんまりとして風情がありこちらもまた違う趣でよかった。帰りのささら屋でのせんべい焼き体験もドライブの途中のちょっとしたブレイクタイムで面白かった。お土産もたくさん買えた。
ピークの時期を過ぎていたので，ホワイトロードでは人も少なく途中下車してゆっくりと記念撮影することができた。ドライバーさん，添乗員さんも親切で感じがよかった。
とても満足できるツアーでした。
欲を言えば，1日旅行保険があると安心。マップを一人に1枚ずつもらえるとありがたい。（友人と行ったので帰宅後思い出すのにあると嬉しい）

While there were points of explanation, it was disappointing that we couldn't stop to take in the surrounding scenery and had to walk in a line of eight without pause. However, I understood that if we didn't do this, we wouldn't have enough time at Jomon Sugi and wouldn't make it back in time for the bus. Our feet, which were not used to walking, were crying out, and we ended up taking too many breaks. If we had gone individually, I definitely think we would have missed the last bus!

ポイントで説明はあるものの、周辺の景色を立ち止まって見ることは叶わず黙々と8人一列で歩くのが残念でした。でも、そうしなければせっかくの縄文杉の所で時間をとれなくなったり、バスの時間に間に合うように戻って来れないんだとわかりましたが。歩く習慣がない悲鳴をあげていた足の私達は休み過ぎてしまい、個人で行ってたら絶対、最終バスに乗れなかったと思います！

Since this was my second time on Taketomi Island, I was looking for a budget-friendly plan that included bike rentals and ferry fees, and I found this plan. The staff were very helpful, and there was a free shuttle bus for the return trip, which was really convenient! I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the chance!

今回が、竹富島2回目だったのでレンタサイクルとフェリー代で安いプランをと考えていたらこのプランがありました。
スタッフの対応もよく帰りは無料の送迎バスもあり本当に助かりました‼︎
また機会があれば使用したいと思います‼︎

Since both my friend and I were beginners at trekking, we decided to join a tour this time, and it was definitely the right choice. Trekking while listening to the guide's explanations was incredibly beneficial, and although it was tough, I think I would have given up if I had gone alone (laughs). We also took a lot of photos, making it a valuable experience.

今回はツアーに参加しましたが大正解でした。

こまめに休憩など配分もしてくれてきつかったけど個人でいったらリタイアしてたかなっておもいます笑

My first solo trip. I chose a bus tour plan. The weather was perfect, and seeing the blue ocean was incredibly soothing. I had unique experiences like the mangrove cruise and the water buffalo cart ride, and it was so good that I would love to participate again, even alone. I'll definitely come back!

初めてのひとり旅。バス観光プランにしました。天気も最高に良く、青い海が見れて最高に癒されました。マングローブクルーズや水牛車の体験ここでしかできない体験させてもらい、また一人でも参加したいくらい良かったです^ ^

We just came back from Mt. Fuji tour and somehow felt disappointed that we did not get to see the mountain due to foggy weather. However, we still had a good time taking the sky gondola and cruise on Lake Ashi. Our tour guide had been very informative, I would recommend people to do this tour, but not if the weather is foggy/rainy.

I was very satisfied that I could visit the famous spots in Okinawa in just one day. The guide shared songs, dances, dialects, stories about the people of Okinawa, and little bits of information that aren't in guidebooks, which I really enjoyed! I definitely want to come back to Okinawa!

沖縄の有名どころを1日で回ることができて大満足でした。ガイドさんが歌や踊り、方言、沖縄の人や沖縄のプチ情報をお話ししてくださり、ガイドブックに書いてないことを沢山楽しめました！是非また沖縄に来たいです！

I participated in the same tour before. This time, I joined with a friend who was visiting Okinawa for the first time, and since our time was limited, we chose this tour that allows for an efficient day trip. The guide entertained us with songs, history, and quizzes, and my friend was very satisfied.

以前同じツアーに参加しました。今回は沖縄が初めての友達も同行し、なおかつ日にちが限られたため、日帰りで効率的にまわれるこのツアーにしました。ガイドさんが歌や歴史やクイズなどで楽しませてくれて、友達も大満足でした。

The weather was great, and it was a very enjoyable tour. The lunch was a bit disappointing, but... I recommend this tour as you can enjoy each of the three islands.

天気にも恵まれてとても楽しいツアーでした。昼食がいまいちだったが残念ですが…３島それぞれ楽しめるツアーでおすすめです。

A great and amazing experience of viewing the Tokyo of Japan with full horizon.

One can take a break in between stops to explore the Skytree, Tokyo tower, Shinjuk and other areas.

It was a day where I strongly felt the richness and preciousness of nature while walking endlessly. Our guide was an extremely experienced person. They didn't talk much, but they warmly and carefully guided us. I am very, very grateful.
According to the guide, it's best to visit Yakusugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day. I truly felt that this was the case. I am happy to have found this tour and to have met our guide. Thank you very much.

ひたすら歩く中で、自然の豊かさや尊さを強く実感した1日でした。ガイドさんは超ベテランの方。あまり多くを話さないけど、暖かく、丁寧に、私たちを案内してくださいました。凄く凄く、感謝しています。
ガイドさんが言うには、1日で屋久杉と白谷雲水峡を行くのが一番良いのだとか、、。本当にその通りだなぁと実感しました。このツアーを見つけることが出来て、ガイドさんと出会えて、幸せです。ありがとうございました。

It was a good way seeing Tokyo. Enjoyed the hop on hop off experience in the beautiful city of Tokyo.

I was torn about which option to choose, but this time I selected the water buffalo cart and bus tour plan on Taketomi Island. I picked up all the tickets and received an explanation at the remote island terminal, and then we set off. There were staff members at each location, and everything was well coordinated, so there was no confusion. The water buffalo cart on Iriomote Island slowly crossed the water to the island, while the cart on Taketomi Island leisurely moved through a small village. The water buffalo seem to enjoy taking breaks, as they only move slowly both in the water and on land, but I think that's part of the charm. Since I went in August, it was very hot, so I would like to visit again when it's cooler.

どのオプションにしようか悩みましたが、今回は竹富島で水牛車とバス観光プランを選びました。
離島ターミナルで全てのチケットを受取り説明を受けいざ出発 各箇所に係りの人が居て連携もバッチリ迷う事なく行けました。 西表島の水牛車は水の中をゆっくりゆっくり島に渡り竹富島の水牛車は小さな集落をのんびりのんびり進む 水牛達は、休憩が好きなようで水の中でも陸の上でも少しづつしか進みませんがそれがいいんだと思います。 今回は、8月に行ったのでとても暑かったのでまた来る時は涼しい時に行きたいと思います。

Being our first time to Japan, we obviously had to say hello to Fuji-san. Signed up via Veltra with Japan Panoramic Tour Agency. We were kinda anxious as it was also our first experience signing up with an online provider (sight-unseen) and we weren't sure what to expect. Our fears were unrealised, thankfully!

We were met at the designated pick-up point in Shinjuku and started our journey to Mount Fuji in a comfy bus. Along the way, we had opportunities to admire the vastness of Lake Kawaguchi, enjoy yummy blueberry ice-cream, collect cool spring water in Oshino Hakkai, and have filling lunch in a Ninja Village before getting in some fun being 'ninja-like'. We even had a cool photo shot with a ninja!

At the 5th station stop, Mount Fuji left us breathless and awed. We were so blessed to catch sight of it before it did a 'vanishing' trick in the mist! The fabulous 4D experience with Fuji Airways gave us wonderful sights of Fuji-san, which we otherwise would not have had.

Although it seemed a bit rushed at times, on the whole this was a day trip well worth the time and expense. For sure, we had a great day up the mountain!

I participated in a Jomon Sugi trekking tour. While it's possible to go on your own, I signed up for the tour because the guide shared various stories along the monotonous trolley path, making the trekking experience enjoyable. However, this guide, while providing explanations at key points, was clearly different from other tour guides I observed. His explanations were brief, and he remained silent while we walked. He did take some photos, but it felt somewhat casual. Other guides seemed to have much more fun tours, while ours was just a quiet walk. I regretted not going on my own. Since you can't choose your guide, I don't think I'll rely on this company again.

縄文杉トレッキングツアーに参加しました。
個人でも行けるけど、単調なトロッコ道をガイドさんがいろいろな話しをしてくれて、飽きることなくトレッキングができるということで、ツアーに申し込みました。
しかし、このガイドさん、一応要所要所で説明はしてくれたのですが、他のツアーのガイドさんを見てると明らかに違うんです。説明も短いし歩いている時はもちろん無言。写真撮影もしてはくれますが、なんとなく適当。他のガイドさんのツアーはすごく楽しそうなのに、私達のツアーは黙々と歩くだけ。
個人で行けば良かったと後悔したツアーでした。
ガイドさんは選べないので、ここに頼むことは、二度とないと思います。

This time, I participated in this tour because it was difficult to move around by rental car with three women traveling together. The meeting place was easy to find as they provided detailed information about the bus's features! There were many spots to visit, and although the schedule was a bit tight, I was able to experience a lot of the charm of Okinawa! There were many international customers, but the tour went smoothly without any delays. At the end, I wanted to head to Kokusai Street, so I requested a change in the drop-off point, and they kindly accommodated my request, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

今回は、女子３人旅で、レンタカーでの移動が難しかったので
こちらのツアーに参加させて頂きました。
集合場所は、バスの特徴など細かくご連絡下さっていたのですぐ見つけることが出来ました！
まわれるスポットが多く、代わりに時間がややタイトですが
沖縄の魅力をたくさん感じることが出来ました！
海外のお客様が多かったですが、時間の遅れなどもなくスムーズなツアーでした。
最後、国際通りに向かいたかったので、下車ポイントの変更依頼をしましたが
こちらも快く受けて下さったので助かりました。

The walk to the destination was very slow, but the return was quick. I thought, "Guide, could we have a little more break, please?" However, I was impressed that no one fell behind and we all made it back to the bus on time. Since the walk there was slow, by the time we arrived, other groups had already started descending, which was nice because it was less crowded.

I encountered deer and monkeys among the six species originally on the island. On the way back, it rained quite a bit, but the misty Jomon Sugi was very mystical and majestic.

行きがとってもゆっくり歩いてくださって、でも帰りが早くて
（ガイドさん、きゅ休憩、休憩をもう少しください～！）と思いましたが
誰一人脱落することなくバスに間に合ったのでさすがだなぁと思いました。
行きがゆっくりだったのでたどり着く頃には他のグループは下山し始めていて空いているのも良かったです。

島にもともといる６種類のうち鹿と猿に出会えました。
帰りは結構降られましたが、煙ぶる縄文杉はとても神秘的で荘厳でした。

You can get to see Mount Fuji most part of the tour. The tour guide Jack was very informative and helpful.

The view of Mt Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi was awesome. I recommend having the blueberry ice creams they sell there. It was very yummy.

The 8 ponds around Mt Fuji at Oshino had crystal clear water and it was very beautiful. From there we proceeded to the Ninja village where we had a good buffet lunch and played some Ninja games. We tried throwing some Ninja star shaped weapons on targets, went in to the maze and got lost several times. Took some cool pics with the Ninjas. From there we went to Fuji Q Highland and I must say that this was one of the highlights of the tour. The 4D show was AWSOME and I wish I experience that again. You get to fly over Mt Fuji and see it in different seasons.

Overall the tour was very good and good value for money

The guide explained, sang, danced, and even performed a paper play. I really think that's amazing.
It's much easier to take this bus tour than to drive myself.

I participated in the half-day course at Yakusugi Land in the afternoon. Since it was possible to join as a solo traveler, I attended alone this time. By late August, it seemed that the summer vacation peak had passed, so instead of a bus, we took a taxi. The driver shared a lot of detailed information about Yakushima. We visited Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Sugi, and along the way, he also pointed out some delicious spots for water. On the way back, he kindly stopped at various places to explain things, which made for wonderful memories. He even took me to a shop I wanted to visit on the way back. It was very kind of him. I would like to use this service again.

お一人様の参加可能ということで、
今回ひとり参加致しました。
8月下旬で夏休みピークを過ぎたのか
参加が数名だったためバスでなく、
タクシーだったのですが運転手さんから色々と屋久島の詳しいお話しも聞けました。
ヤクスギランドと紀元杉に行きましたが、
途中の美味しい脇水の場所とかも教えてもらったり、帰りみちは所々で下車して丁寧に説明して下さったのでとても思い出になりました。
帰りは寄りたいお店まで送っていただきました。
とても親切でした。
また利用したいです。

Thanks to our guide's humorous stories and encouragement, we were able to complete the 11-hour tour safely. Of course, I was tired, but the sense of achievement is something you can only understand by taking on the challenge. It became an unforgettable memory. We were blessed with good weather, and it was great that all team members returned safely, but I did think that having eight people in the team was a bit much. I felt the charm of Yakushima and became interested in other tours and activities, so I returned hoping to visit Yakushima again. The direct bus was very convenient, especially on the way back. Thank you!

ガイドさんのユーモアあるお話と励ましで、無事に１１時間におよぶツアーも終えることができました。もちろん疲れましたが、その達成感はチャレンジしてみないとわかりません。一生忘れられない思い出となりした。お天気にも恵まれ、チームメンバー全員無事で大変よかったのですが、ただ８人のチーム編成は多いのでは？と思います。屋久島の魅力を感じ、ほかのツアーやアクティビティにも興味があり、ぜひ再び屋久島へ行けたらと思いつつ帰ってきました。直行バスはとても便利で、特に帰りは助かりました。ありがとうございました！

The course was certainly good, but the various conversations on the bus, the Okinawan songs, and the traditional Kachashi dance really made it an enjoyable trip, including during the travel time!

コースももちろん良かったですが、バスの中での色々な話や、沖縄の歌三線、カチャーシーなど、盛り上げていただき、移動中も含めてほんと楽しい旅になりました！

The transportation to the accommodation is included, making it easy to get around. We were picked up at 4 o'clock, and I was able to sleep for about an hour until we arrived at the trailhead. The veteran guide managed our pace and time effectively.

After all, it's a round trip of about 10 hours, approximately 40,000 steps, with an elevation difference of 680 meters, in mid-August, so we need to be cautious of heatstroke, especially since we are beginners. The guide took many photos at various points, explained the history and flora and fauna of Yakushima, and kept our spirits up with plenty of humor.

We were also able to listen to the launch sound of Michibiki 3. The miso soup for lunch was delicious. Additionally, it wasn't just fun; the guide shared profound thoughts like, "Please face Jomon Sugi properly and feel and think about it," and "Being efficient doesn't mean cutting corners."

On the way back, we had a private bus, so I could sleep on the way home. The guide taught us how to care for our tired feet, and I was able to recover from muscle soreness in just two days. I'm grateful.

宿泊先までの送迎付きなので、らくらく移動。4時にピックアップしてもらい、登山口に到着するまで約1時間寝ていけます。
ベテランのガイドさんが、ペース配分、時間配分をしてくれます。
何と言っても、往復正味10時間、約4万歩、高低差680m、8月中旬、熱中症注意、こちらは初心者、ですからね。
ポイントポイントで写真をたくさん撮ってくださり、屋久島の歴史や動植物の解説してくれたり、私たちがくじけないようにユーモアたっぷりに話をしてくれたり。
みちびき3号の打ち上げ音に耳を傾けることもできました。
お昼のお味噌汁もおいしかったです。
また、ただ楽しいだけじゃなく、「縄文杉としっかり向き合って、感じたり考えたりしてくださいね」「要領良くというのは、手抜きをすることじゃないですよ」など、ぼっそと呟く言葉も深くて。
帰りも、専用バスですから、寝て帰れます。
歩き疲れた足のケアの仕方を教えてくださったので、筋肉痛も2日で取れました。
感謝です。

The guide was incredibly energetic, with singing and dancing, and provided a thorough explanation of Okinawa's history. I participated alone, but I had a great time and learned a lot. The main highlight this time was the Churaumi Aquarium, which was crowded, but the dolphin show was fantastic. When returning to the bus, the guide and the driver always welcomed us, and I thought that their attitude contributes to the popularity of this tour. They also paid attention to our seating, so I was never bored until the end. I would love to join again when I come back to Okinawa!

とにかくガイドさんがパワフル、唄あり、踊りあり、沖縄の歴史もよくよく説明していただき、一人での参加でしたが、とても楽しかったし、勉強になりました。今回のメイン、美ら海水族館、混んでいましたが、オキちゃんショーも最高でした。バスに戻る時は、いつもガイドさんとドライバーさんのお２人でお出迎え、その姿勢がこのツアーの人気につながっているのだなと思いました。座席にも気を使っていただき、最後まで飽きませんでした。また、沖縄に来たときは、参加したいです！

It was really hot, and everyone in the rental bike group looked like they were struggling with the heat. The water buffaloes also seemed to be feeling the heat... The Taketomi Island I wanted to visit was just as lovely as I imagined it would be. ♡

The trekking in Yakushima that I had longed for was truly breathtaking, with nature that far exceeded my imagination. The tour guide was incredibly kind and taught us so much, making it a very valuable and meaningful experience. I was completely captivated by the charm of Yakushima, and I hope to visit again once I've saved up some money.

念願だった屋久島のトレッキング。想像を遥かに超えるような壮大な自然に終始圧巻でした。ツアーガイドさんもすごく優しくてたくさんの事を教わり大変貴重で有意義な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。屋久島の魅力にどっぷりと魅了されまたお金が貯まったら脚を運びたいと思います。

It was very amazing and beautiful Japan is! I admire the Japanese people about there culture and mostly there attitude, generally they are nice and patient people....I didnt experienced any discrimination where ever we went, Tokyo is really a nice place to come visit...so peaceful and clean...I also recommend our tour guide yulie who is very knowledgeable about the place and very accommodating, Im sure i want to come back soon and book my trip to your company again. I was able to visit more places than I expected by entering my destination. I had enough time to enjoy myself! We wanted to leave partway through, and they accommodated us, allowing us to have a smooth and enjoyable day!
However, there were times when I was concerned about the volume of voices on the bus, and I felt that we couldn't take our time as much as we would have liked. I would appreciate it if they could address the loud voices. Also, there were times when the bus was too far away, so I felt it would be helpful if the bus could stop closer.

目的地を入れていろんな場所に思ったよりも行けました。時間も余裕があるので楽しめました！わたしたちは途中離脱を望んでいましたが、それを容認していただき、スムーズに一日中楽しめました！
ただ、バス内の声の大きさなど気になることが度々あり、ゆっくり回ることはできなかった気がする。うるさいと思う声への対処もしてほしい。また、バスが遠くて困るというときがあったので、なるべく近くにバスが止まっててくれると助かると感じた。
