I wanted to go see the Blue Pond, but it was difficult to plan using public transportation, so I joined this tour. The time spent on the bus was quite long, but thanks to the good weather, all the destinations set for us were wonderful, and I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Hokkaido. Since everywhere was spacious, I felt a bit short on time, but I think it was just right since returning too late would have been tiring as well.

青い池を見に行きたかったのですが、公共交通機関で予定をたてるのが大変だったのでこちらのツアーに参加させてもらいました。バスに揺られている時間はとても長かったですが、天気に恵まれたこともありますが設定されていた目的地はどこも素晴らしく、北海道の自然を満喫できました。どこも広かったので時間が少し足りなかったですが、これ以上帰りが遅くなるのもまた疲れてしまうのでちょうど良かったのかなと思います。

I was able to visit Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, which I had always wanted to go to. It was a full-day tour, but I’m glad I participated as it became a wonderful memory. There were tourists from overseas, and sometimes the departure times were delayed, but that too is part of the experience. The seafood lunch featured fresh sashimi as the main dish, and it was delicious. Thank you very much.

沖縄観光で一度は行きたいと思っていた北の端「辺戸岬」に行くことが出来ました。一日がかりのツアーでしたが､参加して良い思い出になりました。海外からの観光客がいて、時々出発時間が遅れたりしましたが、これも思い出です。海鮮ランチは､新鮮なお刺身がメインで美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。

A time and space where you can forget about work amidst the hustle and bustle of work fatigue. However, the humidity was tough on the body, but overall it was fantastic.

仕事疲れのバタバタとした時間から、仕事を忘れられる時間と空間。
ただ、蒸し暑いのが体には厳しく困りましてが、総じて最高でした。

In the morning, we gathered near the sightseeing bus stop in Namba at 9 AM. About 70% of the participants were foreigners, while around 30% were Japanese. It was helpful that the guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese about the places we were going to visit.

The great thing about this tour is that it takes you directly to the sightseeing spots in Kyoto by bus. I found it helpful since I had a poor sense of geography. I also thoroughly enjoyed the tofu meal in Kyoto and was very satisfied.

朝、9時になんばの観光バス乗り場近くに集合しました。外国の方が7割、日本の方は3割くらいだったかと。バス内ではこれから訪れる場所について英語と日本語で説明してくださり助かりました。
このツアーの良い点は、京都の観光名所にピンポイントでバスで連れて行ってくれることです。地理的な感覚が乏しかったので助かりました。京都の豆腐御膳も堪能して大満足でした。

The price is affordable for a tour that goes to various places. The tour guide's explanations were on par with a professional guide. The duration of stay at each location was appropriate. The total duration of the tour was also just right.

I was able to efficiently travel around various places using the expressway, and I enjoyed it. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant. The meals were delicious, and the views were great.
I thought it would have been nice to receive a simple itinerary upon boarding.

高速を利用して各地を効率良く廻ってくれてな楽しめた。運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じ良かった。食事も美味しく眺めも良かった。
　乗車の際簡単な日程表が貰えると良かったなと思う。

It was very convenient to go to the places I wanted by bus. I don't want to say too much, but it was very disappointing to see the poor manners of some Chinese tourists (talking on the phone inside the bus, eating and drinking, reclining their seats without saying anything, not keeping to the meeting time, not listening to the guide, etc.). This was the worst experience I've had among many bus tours I've participated in. The guide was very kind and tried to handle various situations, but it was unfortunate for them. It would have been nice if there were charging options for mobile phones on the bus.

行きたいところをバスで行けるのでとても楽でした。あまり言いたくはないけど、中国人の方のマナーの悪さ（社内での通話、飲食、椅子の背もたれも何も言わず倒す、集合時間を守らない、ガイドのいうことを聞かないなど）がとても残念でした。今まで多くのバスツアーに参加しましたが、一番ひどかったです。ガイドさんはいろいろと対応してくれて親切でしたが、かわいそうだった。社内で携帯の充電でできるとよかった。

There are no activities, so you can't have a memorable experience, but it's a great spot for island hopping! The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island and the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island were nice.

アクティビティが無いので、心に残る体験は味わえないが、アイランドホッピングとしてはいいとこ取り！

In the morning, when I arrived at the meeting place, there was a different atmosphere than usual. When I got on the designated bus, there were not only Japanese people but also Asians and Westerners. The guide was a 30-year-old Taiwanese who provided fluent explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. I couldn't help but applaud. There were also British, Indian, and Lithuanian people on board. Kamui Cape, Otaru, and Shiroi Koibito Park were all great, and I felt like I had an experience similar to an overseas tour within Japan.

神威岬も小樽も白い恋人パークも良かったが，国内で海外ツアーのような経験ができた

I had a great time thanks to the polite explanations and assistance from the crew.

I was happy to be able to "gear up" in the captain's seat.

If I could wish for something, I would have liked to experience the escape using the slide. It would surely be useful in an emergency.

The building and facilities were very clean. The guidance was easy to understand, and I was able to observe the trainees from above through the glass. However, I think I might enjoy the hangar tour more. I believe the tour content would resonate with those aiming for that profession. On my way back, I found myself wanting to hear the sounds of the airport, so I headed to Haneda Airport.

建物、設備はとても綺麗でした。案内もわかりやすく、ゆったりと各業務研修中の方々をガラス越しに上から見学などをさせていただきました。ただ、私には格納庫ツアーのほうが楽しめるかも。その職業を目指す方には刺さるツアー内容だと思います。帰る時には空港この音が聴きたくなり、羽田空港へ足を伸ばしました。

I have seen dramas about CA (cabin attendants) and pilots, but I was surprised to learn how much training they undergo for "safety" and how much consideration they put into their work. As a welfare worker, I sometimes have to take responsibility for lives, but I have great respect for those whose jobs require not only safety but also excellent customer service. It was clear that everyone takes pride in their work in the skies. I participated with my high school daughter, and it was a valuable social experience for her as well. Thank you very much.

CAさんやパイロットのお仕事のドラマは見たことがありますが、実際はこんなにも「安全」のために訓練を積み重ねていたり、配慮してお仕事していたりするのだということに驚きました。私も福祉従事者として時に命を預かる仕事ではありますが、安全に加えて接遇も求められるお仕事に頭が下がります。でもそれだけに誇りを持って皆さん空のお仕事をしておられるのだということが感じられました。高校生の娘と参加させていただきましたが、娘にとってもいい社会勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour blessed with the best weather, but meeting our guide, Mr. Chen, was the highlight! Even as a solo traveler over 60, I was able to create wonderful memories without feeling lonely! The next day, I had the miracle of running into someone at Dazaifu Tenmangu, making it a truly enjoyable trip.

The cruise while listening to the explanation of mangroves, riding a water buffalo to Yufuin Island, and exploring Taketomi Island by renting a bicycle were all fantastic experiences. In the second half, we had the freedom to explore, and I felt it was efficient in covering the key spots, so I think participating was the right choice. The water buffalo was very smart and cute. It was so endearing to see it pulling the cart.

マングローブの説明を聞きながらのクルーズ、水牛に乗って由布島行ったり、竹富島ではレンタサイクルでの島巡り。後半は自由にできて、効率的に要所を押さえられ、参加して正解だと思いました。
水牛がとても賢く、可愛かったです。荷車を引っ張ってる姿だとても健気でした。

Cape Kamoi, famous for its strong winds, had no wind today, with a clear blue sky and refreshing blue sea. The sunshine felt like summer, making it perfect weather for walking. The mint mix soft serve was delicious too. There were many visitors from abroad, and it must have been tough for the tour guide to explain in three languages. Thank you for your hard work!

Overall, the content was very interesting, but if possible, I would have liked to observe from a closer position. The sounds and atmosphere didn't come through well through the glass, which was disappointing. I thought it was great that the explanations were given by active flight attendants, as it provided an escort from someone actually working in the field.

全体的には興味深い内容ばかりで良かったのですが、可能であればもう少し近い位置で見学したかったです。ガラス越しでは実際の音や雰囲気などがあまり伝わらず、その点が残念でした。現役のCAの方の説明など、実際にお仕事をされている方のエスコートで行われているのはとても良かったと思いました。

I had a great time taking photos and feeding the water buffalo. By the end, the grandma cow that started last had made it to the top.

水牛と一緒に写真とエサやり、楽しかったです。
最後にスタートしたお婆ちゃん牛が、降りる頃にはトップになってました。

The travel was challenging, but it was fun. The tour guide was amazing!! They were very polite and explained everything clearly, even to us Japanese people, so we were satisfied. They also took a lot of photos, which became great memories.

移動は大変でしたが、楽しかったです。
添乗員さんがすごい！！日本人の私たちにも丁寧にわかりやすく対応してくださったので満足です。写真もいっぱいとってくださり、思い出になりました。

I surprised my husband by participating in this tour. Once we joined, an active pilot provided detailed explanations and answered all our questions. It was a very beautiful place with plenty of souvenir shops, and they also explained the in-flight meals. It's definitely worth experiencing at least once.

実際、参加してみると、現役のパイロットの方が、すべて細かく説明してくださり、一つ一つわからないことの質問に答えてくれた。
非常にきれいな場所で、お土産屋さんも豊富、機内食の説明などもしてくれた。
1度は体験してみる価値あり。

About half of the participants were from overseas, mostly from China. I was a bit anxious since there were few Japanese people, but the conductor was Chinese and strictly enforced the schedule and rules, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable ride without any delays.

The Shakotan Peninsula was unexpectedly hot with no wind, so an umbrella was necessary. There were explanations of recommended spots at various locations, and I think we were able to enjoy it efficiently in a short amount of time.

One disappointing point was that we couldn't take photos while driving past the famous warehouses in Otaru. The bus was faster than expected, and the announcement came just in time, so I couldn't get my camera out in time. It was also quite a distance from the meeting point, so I gave up on going to take photos during the free time.

参加者の半分くらいが海外の方で多くは中国の方でした。
日本人が少なかったので不安でしたが、
コンダクターの方が中国の方で、時間・ルール厳守を徹底されており、バスも遅れることなく最後まで快適に過ごせました。

積丹半島は無風で思いの外暑く、日傘が必要でした。
各所でおすすめスポットなどの説明もあり、短時間で効率よく楽しめたと思います。

残念なポイントとしては小樽で有名な倉庫の前を通る際にドライブスルーでの写真が撮れなかったことです。バスの速さが思いの外速かったことと、案内がギリギリでカメラを取り出すのが間に合いませんでした。
集合場所からも結構距離があり、自由時間で撮りに行くことは断念しました。

My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo became a wonderful memory. The one who added color to that memory was the excellent bus guide. Especially, their beautiful voice was as pleasant to listen to as a voice actor or announcer, and their clear articulation without any stumbles made the experience very comfortable. I could sense their intelligence through the content of the guidance and their humor. They were the best bus guide I have ever encountered. Please continue to guide with confidence. 初めての旭山動物園、良い思い出となりました。その思い出に彩りを添えて頂いたのが名バスガイドさんでした。特に声優、アナウンサーにも劣らない聞き心地良い美しい声、まったく噛まない滑舌の良さ、案内の内容とユーモアから知性を感じることができ、とても快適でした。これまで出会ったバスガイドさんの中で一番良かったです。これからも自信を持って案内してくださいね。ご活躍を願ってます。ありがとう😊

I am a 50-year-old man.
I spent one day of my two-night, three-day solo trip on this tour.
In Okinawa, there are no trains, and the tourist attractions are scattered, so it's typical to rent a car to visit each place. However, I felt it was a waste to rent a car alone, and I've had experiences where I ended up spending too much time relaxing at my destination and couldn't visit many places. So I thought joining a tour would solve that issue! It took a lot of courage to participate alone, but in the end, it was really great!

Since the itinerary is managed, I could think for myself about how to spend my time at each location.

I was anxious about being alone, but about 90% of the participants were inbound tourists, so I was the only foreigner in the group, which felt like being on an overseas trip, and surprisingly, I didn't feel lonely at all ^_^

I thought it might be better to change the content a bit. During the bus ride, there is a sightseeing guide using GPS from a dedicated site, and it was really well done. There were about 25 checkpoints, and every time we passed one, the guide would play, but you can't hear it without earphones...

Also, even though it supports other languages, it seemed that most people weren't using it due to a lack of explanation.

I think it would have been more enjoyable for everyone if earphones had been provided as well.

Additionally, the Okashi Goten (Snack Castle) is also on Kokusai Street, so it's not really necessary.

I had made a reservation for steak and lobster at Sam's as an option.

I was anxious because there was no explanation about what it would be like, but I'll share my experience.

Once we got off the bus, we basically dispersed, but those who had reservations at Sam's received a map and were told to go here because they had a reservation. They were just making the reservation for us.

The meal cost might be cheaper for those on the tour even if you order the same thing. It felt like you just paid for any additional orders when leaving the restaurant. Sam's offers acrobatic cooking right in front of you, which was really impressive! However, since I was alone, I couldn't make any noise, and watching the chef one-on-one might have looked a bit comical to others, haha.

Overall, I had a fantastic time! I would love to do it again! 🎵

私は50歳男性です。
二泊三日の1人旅の1日をこのツアーで過ごしました。
沖縄には電車が無く、観光名所が散らばっているのでレンタカーを借りてそれぞれの地へ行くのがセオリーですが、一人で車を借りるのももったいないし、目的地でのんびりしちゃうと意外にも時間が過ぎてしまい沢山回れないって言う経験もしてるので、ツアーだとその点が解消されて良いのでは！と思い、1人で参加するのはとても勇気がいりましたが、結果とても良かったです！

工程管理されてるので現地での時間の使い方だけを自分で考えて回れました。

そして1人で不安だったけど、9割程インバウンドの観光客で気を使うも何もこの中では私が外国人で、海外旅行にでも来る感じで、心細さは以外と無かったです^_^

内容を変えた方が良いのでは？と思ったのは、バス移動中、専用サイトからGPSを利用した観光案内があるのですが、これがまたよく出来ていて、チェックポイント25箇所くらいだったかな、そこを通るたびにちゃんと案内が流れるんですが、イヤホンが無いと聞けないんです…。

あと他の国の言葉にも対応しているのに、説明不足で他の方はほとんどそれを利用していないようでした。

イヤホンもセットで用意した方がみんなもっと楽しかったんじゃ無いかなと思いました。

あと、お菓子御殿は国際通りにもあるので、要らないですねー。

私はオプションでサムズのステーキとロブスターを予約していました。

これどう言う感じなのか説明が書かれていないので不安だったんですが、体験した事を共有しておきますね。

バスから降りたら基本的には解散ですが、サムズ予約してる方は、地図をもらって、予約してるからここへ行ってくださいとの事。
代わりに予約してくれてるだけの事ですね。

食事代は同じ物を頼んでもツアーからの方が安いかも知れません。
追加注文の分だけ支払って店を出る感じでした。
サムズはアクロバチックな調理を目の前で見せてくれるのでとてもおーー！と思ったのですが、なにせ1人なもんで声も出せずにシェフと一対一のこれを見てる姿は周りから見たら少し滑稽に写っていたかも知れませんねw

全て含めてめっちゃ楽しめました！
またお願いしたいです🎵

This is a very nice snorkeling tour in Ishigaki. The guide is so kind of leading us have a wonderful snorkelling！

It started to rain where we were riding on the low boat. I'm glad we were able to tour somehow. Thank you to the bus guide for coming to greet us with an umbrella.

The guide's stories were deep and interesting, and I found myself laughing several times during the tour. Even in tough moments, their professional encouragement was a great help!

Trekking to Jomon Sugi was quite challenging, especially since it was almost my first time climbing. I truly believe I wouldn't have been able to achieve it at my own pace or with just a tourist mindset, but thanks to the guide, I was able to reach the destination safely, and I am very grateful for that.

The way there felt like a strict boot camp with all the walking (laughs), but on the way back, we took it a bit slower and even stopped by a river, which allowed us to really enjoy nature.

ガイドさんの話が深くて面白くてツアー中、ツボにハマって何度も笑ってしまいました。
きつい中でもプロフェッショナルな声かけで助けられました！
登山もほとんど初めての中で挑んだ縄文杉トレッキング。
観光気分や自分ペースでは絶対達成できなかったと思うくらいなかなかハードでしたが、ガイドさんがついてくれて無事辿り着けることができて感謝しかありません。
行きはひたすら歩くスパルタな感じでしたが(笑)その分帰りは少しゆっくり、途中川にも立ち寄ったりと自然を感じることもできてよかったです。

The guide's instructions and explanations were very detailed and left a good impression. However, the Pineapple Garden was clearly a stop for sales purposes, and there was no opportunity to see the actual growth process of the pineapples, which made me question the purpose of the visit. It would have been better to extend our stay on Kouri Island and allocate time to go up to the high point of the island to enjoy the view.

On the other hand, the hotel we stayed at that night was along the way back, and even though it wasn't a designated drop-off point, I was very grateful to be allowed to get off near the hotel. I appreciate the flexible drop-off arrangements.

ガイドさんの案内、説明は大変細かく好印象。しかしパイナップルガーデンは完全に販売目的の立ち寄りでパイナップルが生育過程でパイナップル本体を見ることがなかく、何のための立ち寄りか疑問を感じた。その分古宇利島滞在を長くして、島の高台まで行って眺めを見る時間に当てた方がいいです。
ただ、当日泊まるホテルは帰り道沿いであったが下車ポイントではないにもかかわらず、ホテル近くで途中下車させて戴き大変助かりました。柔軟な下車対応には感謝します。

It was truly the best bus tour. We were taken to places we could never have gone to on our own, and we made many precious memories. Also, the tour guide was amazing. He was a young man from Taiwan and very kind. His funny advice still lingers in my ears. If I use Veltra again next time, I would like to request that tour guide (laughs). He was really wonderful and the best tour guide. Thank you for your help.

It was a long journey from Sapporo to Furano, but every spot we visited was wonderful, and we were able to see the magnificent scenery unique to Hokkaido from the car window. The staff included the driver and two guides, both of whom were very kind and friendly. There was a guided tour using earphones, which allowed us to gather information while enjoying a fun trip.

札幌から富良野までの旅ですので移動が長かったですが、見学したスポットはどれも素敵で車窓からも北海道ならでは壮大な景色を見ることができました。
スタッフは運転士さん、ガイドさん2名で、お二人ともとても優しく親切な方でした。
イヤホンを利用しての観光ガイドがあり、情報収集もしながら楽しい旅を過ごす事ができました。
