The mangrove cruising in Iriomote Island, bus sightseeing, round trip water buffalo cart to Yufu Island, and water buffalo cart tour in Taketomi Island were all enjoyable thanks to the guides and drivers. At the leisurely pace of the water buffalo, I was able to fully enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

I participated in the plan that included admission tickets to Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch. The bears up close were very large and impressive, but when I showed them apples, they performed many tricks and caught the apples with their mouths, which was incredibly cute! The guide spoke in three languages and mentioned, "I'll be explaining three times, so I’ll be talking a lot!" It seemed like a lot of work for them, but I thought it was amazing.

During lunch, we went to eat soup curry, but there were 3 to 4 groups ahead of us, so we ended up cutting it close to the bus meeting time, and unfortunately, we didn't have any time to see the lake up close or take a stroll. However, the weather was nice, and I was very satisfied with being able to sightsee in various places throughout the day. I definitely want to participate again!

近くで見る熊はとても大きくて迫力がありましたが、リンゴを見せると沢山芸をしたりリンゴを口でキャッチしたりとめちゃくちゃ可愛かったです！
ガイドさんが3か国語で話されていて、｢3回説明するのでずっとしゃべってると思いますよー(笑)｣と仰っていて、本当にずっと説明されていて大変そうでしたが凄いなと思いました。
昼食タイムにスープカレーを食べに行ったのですが3～4組待ちだったのでバスの集合時間ギリギリになってしまい、湖を間近で見たり散策する時間が全くなかったのが残念でした。
ですが天気も良く1日であちこち観光出来ましたので大満足です。
また是非参加したいと思いました！

The last stop on the itinerary was Lake Shikotsu, and there was a bus to New Chitose Airport from there, which was convenient.

One point of concern was that I didn't know it would be a microbus, and the ride was not very comfortable.

I was worried about the rain with the typhoon approaching, but I was able to experience the tour as planned. It was an inbound-focused tour, and I was a bit concerned, but I enjoyed it without any issues. Since it's quite difficult to visit Takachiho, I recommend this kind of bus tour.

I work as a hired driver in Tokyo. This time, I participated in a bus trip from Sapporo with my family of four. Initially, we considered renting a car, but choosing the bus trip was the right decision. We were able to fully enjoy the best spots in Furano and Biei during this time of year in just one day. I am grateful for the excellent driving by our driver, which made for a safe and enjoyable sightseeing experience. The wine at lunch was also delicious.

I had planned to go sightseeing alone, but unexpectedly my husband was able to join on the same day. When I tried to make another reservation on Veltra, it was already fully booked. I contacted the bus company just in case, thinking that if they said it was impossible, I would have to cancel my own reservation. However, they responded flexibly with, "If that's the case," and their pleasant attitude made a significant difference in my trip. The tour itself was worth more than the price and very efficient. I initially only wanted to see Dr. Clark, but I was surprisingly moved by the Okurayama Jump Stadium when I saw it in person. Despite the unfortunate weather, thanks to the wonderful guide and their vitality, I had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

I visit Sapporo every year for various reasons, but I never had the time to explore other areas. This time, I decided to participate in a bus tour for the first time. The bus took us to hard-to-access places like the ski jump and Hitsujigaoka, allowing us to experience vast landscapes that felt very much like Hokkaido in just half a day. When I participated, all the other participants were Japanese, and I appreciated that the tour was very smooth and punctual. It was also enjoyable to hear the bus guide explain information that I wouldn't have learned just by moving around on my own. Next time, I think I will join a full-day tour. Thank you!

There were 48 participants, including 9 Japanese people. Many participants were from overseas. Since I attended alone, my seat was next to someone from overseas.

On the bus, explanations were provided in Japanese, Chinese, and English, but the Japanese was somewhat unclear, and there were things I didn't understand. After getting off the bus, it seemed that explanations were given to those who got off first, but I could only get off with my neighbor, and by the time I was able to listen, it was in Chinese, so I couldn't properly understand the explanations. I participated without much prior research, which made me a bit anxious at times.

However, we were able to visit various places efficiently, and the weather was nice, making for a good experience. Inside the bus, it wasn't too noisy, and everyone generally followed the rules, allowing for a comfortable time. There was a slight delay of a few minutes.

I wanted to see Japan's highest mountain, Mount Fuji, at least once, so I planned a bus tour this time. There were various tours available, but I participated in the one from VeLTRA, which had the best content.

The weekly weather forecast showed rain all week, so I had given up on seeing Mount Fuji. However, on the day of the tour, the weather changed from rain in the morning of October 30 to clear skies when we arrived. When we reached the fifth station, we were able to see the summit of Mount Fuji. That was the first miracle!

We then moved to the ropeway from the fifth station, where we could see the entire view of Mount Fuji again. That was the second miracle! Although it was cloudy during the sightseeing boat ride and we couldn't see Mount Fuji as in the photos, it was still a very enjoyable boat ride! That was the third miracle!

The guide for this bus tour, Hiro, was very clear, kind, and thorough in his guidance, making him the best guide! Lastly, that was the fourth miracle!

I’m really glad I participated in this wonderful Mount Fuji tour! I plan to use VeLTRA again if I have the opportunity! VeLTRA is the best!

日本で1番高い山、富士山を一度は見たく
今回、バスツアーを計画しました。
色々なツアーがあったのですが内容がVeLTRAが
1番良く参加させて頂きました。
週間天気では、ずっと雨マークで富士山を見る事は諦めていました。当日、10/30朝の雨から到着時には天候が晴れ☀️に変わり五合目に着くと富士山の頂上まで見る事ができました。一つ目の奇跡！五合目からロープウェイに移動し、またそこの場所でも富士山の全景を見る事が出来ました。二つ目の奇跡！遊覧船では雲ってしまい
写真の様な富士山を見る事は出来なかったのですが、とても楽しい遊覧船でした！これが三つ目の奇跡！
今回のバスツアーのガイドさん【HIRO】さんも、わかりやすく、親切、丁寧にガイドして頂き、最高のガイドさんでした！最後に四つ目の奇跡！
いい事ばかりの富士山ツアーで本当に参加して良かったです！
また機会があれば利用しようと思ってます！

I participated with a friend.
In a tour of 28 people, we were the only Japanese, and the rest were from China.
The guide was also a young woman from China, and her Japanese was excellent and easy to understand. She also wrote down the meeting times, so there were no mistakes, which was great.
I appreciated the recommendation for a delicious ramen restaurant for dinner.
It was a bit disappointing that it rained a little in Yufuin, but we efficiently visited Dazaifu Tenmangu, Yufuin, and Beppu, and it was fun.

I participated in my first trip to an Okinawa ryokan. It was disappointing that the weather was bad and it rained due to the typhoon. The guide was very nice, which was great. The Churaumi Aquarium was very crowded with school trip students. Since we had plenty of time, we were able to look around a lot. However, everywhere was full for meals, and we could only manage to buy from a food truck.

I felt that Pineapple Park was more geared towards children, and I had expected to see a lot of pineapples, so I was a bit disappointed. At Manza Beach, the bad weather prevented us from enjoying the scenery. Also, the recent traffic situation in Okinawa is very congested, and it took a long time to get back. I think that without ample time, future sightseeing in Okinawa will be challenging.

However, overall, it was a recommended tour. Thank you very much.

はじめての沖縄旅館で参加しました。台風の影響で天気が悪く雨だったのが残念でした。
ガイドさんは非常に良い方で、とても良かったです。美ら海水族館は修学旅行の生徒さんで、とても混雑していました。時間がたっぷりあったので、色々と見て回る事ができました。ただ食事をするのにも何処もいっぱいで、キッチンカーで買うのが精一杯でした。
ただパイナップルパークは子供むけの感じがしたのと、パイナップルでもいっぱいなっていると思っていたので、少し残念でした。
　万座毛もやはり天気が悪かってので景色を楽しむ事はできませんでした。それと最近の沖縄の交通事情はとても渋滞が酷く、帰って来るまでとても時間がかかりました。時間に余裕がないと、これからの沖縄観光は大変だと思いました。
　しかし内容的には全体を通してお勧めのツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I would give it 4 stars, but I want to add half a star. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the bus ride was long. It's something that can't be helped.
At Takachiho Shrine, I heard the sound of a woodpecker pecking on a tree. The sound of the river at Takachiho Gorge is refreshing. Amano Yasugawara is truly mystical. It makes you want to bow your head in reverence.

I participated with a friend. We had two hours of free time in Takayama, and it was so much fun that the time flew by. Takayama ramen was exquisite, so I recommend it for lunch. The famous cat-shaped manju, a souvenir, had various types and was cute and delicious!

Shirakawa-go was so beautiful that I was moved. I think the view from the observation deck is something you should see if you visit Shirakawa-go!

There were mostly foreigners around, but the guide spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese, and explained everything politely, which made it really enjoyable. Thank you very much.

友達と2人で参加しました。飛騨高山では2時間の自由な時間でしたが楽しすぎてあっという間に時間がすぎてました。高山ラーメンは絶品だったのでお昼ご飯におすすめです。お土産で有名な猫子まんじゅうはいろんな種類があって&可愛くて美味しかったです！
白川郷は景色が綺麗すぎて感動しました。展望台から見る風景は白川郷に行ったなら見た方がいいと思います！

I think it's impressive that the tour guide spoke three languages since they were a foreigner, but I felt there was a lack of the detailed consideration typical of Japanese service. We visited Hell Valley, Showa Shinzan, and the Bear Ranch, but I felt it would have been better to focus only on Hell Valley and Showa Shinzan along with the ropeway. We had a 70-minute lunch at Lake Toya, but after getting off the bus, it took a long time for the lunch to be served, and we had less than 15 minutes left, which was disappointing.

添乗員が外人だったので3カ国語は凄いと思うけど、日本人の細かな配慮が足りない気がしましたが仕方ないかな。地獄谷見学、昭和新山＆クマ牧場と行きましたが、地獄谷＆クマ牧場＆ロープウェイで、昭和新山だけのほうが良い気がしました。洞爺湖でランチ込みの70分でしたが、バスを降りて直ぐにランチしたけど出てくるまでに時間がかかり、残り15分もなかったのが残念でした。

Out of the total 22 kilometers, 17 kilometers are on a gentle slope along a trolley path, and the actual mountain climbing is only 5 kilometers round trip. Personally, I found it less strenuous than I expected, but if you're not used to the mountains, the steep ascent of nearly 700 meters in elevation will definitely challenge you. I enjoyed the tour thanks to the experienced support and guidance of the guide. It's a very good tour.

I think many people might hesitate at the thought of a 10-hour walking tour, but it's a natural heritage that you should see at least once in your lifetime. You can rent full gear, but I recommend bringing your own trekking shoes. It would be best to prepare by hiking on lower mountains beforehand to get your legs accustomed. Also, I happened to have good weather on the day I went, but on days other than the Jomon Sugi tour, it rained all day, which is typical for Yakushima. Be prepared for the possibility of rain during your attempt.

全行程22キロのうち、17キロはゆるい坂のトロッコ道で、本格登山は往復5キロのみ。
個人的には思ったよりもハードではなかったが、山に慣れていないと高低差700メートル弱の急登に間違いなくやられると思います。

とても、良いツアーてす。
10時間がかりの歩きのツアーだけに尻込みする方が多いと思いますが、一生に一度は見た方が良い自然遺産です。
レンタルでフル装備できますが、靴だけはの自前のトレッキングシューズがおすすめです。
事前に低山ハイクをして脚を慣らしておけば万全でしょう。
あと、わたしが行った日はたまたま好天に恵まれましたが、縄文杉ツアー以外の日は屋久島らしく終日雨でした。
雨天でのトライも覚悟した方が良いでしょう。

I decided to participate because I was able to be taken to Takachiho Gorge, which is quite difficult to visit on my own. I understood that there would be many Chinese participants, so having four Japanese people among a nearly full group was not a problem for me (I joined alone). I thought it would be sufficient to know just the meeting place and time from the guide, but they provided very detailed and careful explanations in both Japanese and English, so I had no issues at all. There were times when they explained things in three languages for quite a long time, so I really appreciate their effort. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the tour. The driver also drove safely and was very courteous.

However, some of the Chinese participants had poor manners. For instance, the person sitting by the aisle in front reclined their seat fully and left, making it difficult to get off during breaks. There were multiple people watching videos on their smartphones with sound, and despite repeatedly coughing heavily, some did not wear masks (even though they had masks in hand), which was disappointing behavior. I did not factor the behavior of the participants into my evaluation since it was not the tour's fault.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the tour. If I have the opportunity to participate again, I would love to join the same guide's tour.

なかなか自分で行くのは大変な高千穂峡に連れて行ってもらえるので参加を決めました。中国人の方が多いと言うことは理解していたのでほぼ満席の中、日本人4人という所には問題ありませんでした。（私は一人参加です）ガイドさんの言葉も集合場所と時間だけ分かったら良いかなというぐらいに思っていましたが、とても細かく丁寧に日本語、英語でも説明してくださり何も困ることはありませんでした。3カ国語でかなり長時間説明してくださる事もあったので本当にお疲れ様です。お陰様で楽しくツアーに参加できました。運転手さんも安全運転、丁寧な対応をしてくださっていました。
ただ、一部の中国人の方のマナーが悪い。前の通路側の方がフルリクライニングにしたまま席を離れるため休憩時になかなか降りられない、車中音を出してスマホで動画を見る人が複数いる、激しく咳を繰り返しているにも関わらずマスクをしない（手にマスクを持っているのに）といった残念な行動がありました。参加者の運はツアーのせいではないので評価には入れていません。
ツアー自体は大変満足しています。また参加する機会があったら是非同じガイドさんのツアーに参加できたらなと思います。
