They responded perfectly to my request to efficiently cover everything in four hours. Despite the unfortunate cloudy and occasionally rainy weather, the driver's guidance was enjoyable, easy to understand, and excellent. I definitely want to do this again when I come back to Ishigaki.

Please arrive in front of the hotel five minutes before the start time, and the tour began smoothly.

Due to COVID-19, Shirakawa-go was sparsely populated, and our driver kindly took photos with him and made reservations at a delicious Hida beef restaurant... it was such a wonderful time!

On the way back, the driver kindly said, "If you'd like, it's okay to sleep," as I was getting sleepy!

I would love to use this service again!

開始時間5分前にはホテル前にお越しいただき、スムーズにツアーが始まりました。

コロナもあって白川郷には人がまばらだったこともあり、せっかくならと運転手さんが彼との写真を撮ってくださったり、飛騨牛の美味しいレストランを予約してくださったり…とっても素敵な時間でした！

帰りは眠くなっている私に、もしよかったら寝てしまっても大丈夫ですよーと心優しいお言葉をおかけしてくださりました！


また利用させていただきたいと思います！

Initially, I planned to explore Kanazawa by rental car, but considering the potential for traffic and the possibility of getting lost, I decided to use this guided tour. As expected, the sightseeing taxi had dedicated parking lots at the best locations for each tourist spot, allowing us to visit without the hassle of searching for parking. In terms of cost, it was only slightly more than renting a car, and I think it was definitely a good deal. We had a reservation at Sushi Mitsukawa for lunch, and we were able to enter the restaurant as planned. The guide also made reservations for Myoryuji Temple in advance, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing without any wasted time. The scheduled itinerary was packed with activities, so if you skip a few things, you can take your time and enjoy the sights. The guide was a modest woman, which made me feel at ease. (She was reserved and quiet, but she provided a thorough and rich explanation during the tour.) I would like to use this service again when I visit Kanazawa.

当初、金沢市内はレンタカーで周るつもりでしたが、渋滞対応や道順のロス等を考慮し、こちらのガイドツアーを利用させて頂きました。思った通り、観光タクシーには専用の駐車場が各観光スポットのベストな位置に完備されており、駐車場を探す手間なく周れました。料金面でもレンタカーに多少の上乗せをするレベルであり、断然お得ではないかと思います。昼食には鮨みつかわさんを予約していましたが予定通りにお店に入れましたし、妙立寺さんの予約も事前にガイドさんに入れていただけ、無駄なく観光出来ました。予定されているスケジュールは内容が盛りだくさんなので、多少端折って周ると、ゆったり観て周れます。
ガイドさんも控えめの女性だったので安心出来ました。（控えめでおとなしい方でしたが、ガイドはしっかりしていただきましたし説明の内容も充実して濃かったです）
また金沢を訪れる際には利用させて頂きたいと思います。

I was guided efficiently through the famous spots in Kanazawa in a short amount of time. Additionally, at places like Kenrokuen, I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as entering through the lord's entrance. It was a very fulfilling half-day. Thank you very much.

I was picked up at the hotel and after thoroughly exploring Shirakawa-go and Gokayama for about three hours, I was taken to Kanazawa Station. While walking through the village, the guide clearly explained the highlights, history, and local specialties, which deepened my understanding. We always wore masks, so infection control measures were in place. One thing to note is that there was an additional charge for highway and parking fees on the day of the tour, separate from the tour fee of 30,000 yen, so I would have appreciated it if those could have been included in the estimated tour cost. It was a very enjoyable tour. Thank you!

ホテルでピックアップしてもらい、白川郷と五箇山をじっくり3時間ほど見学した後、金沢駅まで送っていただきました。
村を歩きながら見どころや歴史、特産品などわかりやすく教えてくださり、理解が深まったいいツアーだったと思います。
常にお互いマスクを着用していたので、感染対策はできておりました。
一点だけ、ツアー料金の3万円とは別に高速代と駐車代の請求が当日あったので、概算でツアー代にまとめて貰えると嬉しかったなと思います。

I decided to stay in Ishigaki Island as a reward for myself after securing a new job. The driver made sure that I could enjoy sightseeing even as a solo female traveler, sharing various insights about the island's climate, vegetation, and animals, which allowed me to have a great time until the end!

Although it seemed that my initial requests for sightseeing spots weren't fully understood, I was able to spend a relaxed time with detours, and the driver took me to beautiful scenic spots known only to locals, which made for a highly satisfying experience.

There were slightly cheaper sightseeing taxi plans with set routes, but I made the right choice with this plan that allowed for flexible itinerary adjustments while considering the unpredictable winter weather. I would love to repeat this experience if I come back to Ishigaki Island! Thank you!

転職が決まり、これまでの自分へのご褒美として1人で石垣島滞在を決めました。
女性1人でも観光を楽しめるよう、ドライバーさんが観光とともに石垣島の気候や植生、動物のことなど色んなことをお話ししてくださり、最後まで楽しむことができました！
当初希望していた観光スポットがうまく伝わっていなかったのか、全てのスポットを回ることはできなかったのですが、その分寄り道もしながらゆったりした時間を過ごすことができたり、ドライバーさんのお気に入りの絶景スポットなど、現地の人しか知らない美しい景色が見られる場所に案内していただけたりしたので、却って満足度の高い観光ができました＾＾

ルートが決まっているこちらより少し安めの観光タクシープランもありましたが、変わりやすい冬の天気を読みながら自由に行程をアレンジできるこちらのプランにして正解でした。
また石垣島に来たら、リピートしたいと思います＾＾

Since my flight on the last day was in the late afternoon, I hadn't decided what to do for the day, so I used this charter taxi service. The charter taxi course offered by the travel agency was only for four hours, and I thought I would arrive at the airport too early, plus it was more expensive than I expected. So, I searched on VELTRA, which I sometimes used for overseas travel, and found this service.

I chose the five-hour course and picked some attractions in Ishigaki Island that I hadn't visited yet. After making a reservation, I received a reply saying it might be difficult, so I exchanged messages through VELTRA a few times to refine the plan.

When I actually used the service, the female driver was very kind and had experience as a bus guide, so she was very knowledgeable and kept the conversation going, making it not only enjoyable but also she worked hard to take us around. I thought it would be impossible to go to the northernmost point of Ishigaki Island, the Hirakubo Lighthouse, which I hadn't requested, but she made it possible, and I was very satisfied.

We arrived at the airport right on time, without any excess or shortage. I recommend this service for those who want to efficiently explore the island without renting a car.

最終日の飛行機が午後遅い時間だったので1日何をするか決まっていなかったところ、この貸し切りタクシーを利用しました。
旅行社のオプションで示された貸し切りタクシーのコースが四時間までしかなく、空港に早く着きすぎるのと思ったより高かったので、海外旅行で時々使っていたVELTRAで検索してみたところ、このサービスを見つけました。
５時間コースを選択し、それまでに行っていなかった石垣島の見どころをピックアップして予約したら、すぐにここは難しいかも知れないという返信が来たのでVELTRA経由で何回かやりとりしてプランを練りました。
実際に利用してみると親切な女性ドライバーでバスガイドの経験もあってとっても知識豊富で話が途切れずとても楽しいだけでなく、一所懸命回ってくれて、とても行けないだろうと思ってリクエストしなかった石垣島最北端の平久保崎灯台まで頑張ればいけるかもしれないと実際に行ってくれて、大満足でした。
時間にも過不足なくぴったり空港に着きました。
レンタカー借りたりしない方で効率よく島を巡りたい方にはお勧めです。

The driver was very accommodating to the whims of my 8-year-old and 4-year-old grandchildren, and both the kids and their parents had a truly enjoyable experience. Despite the extended emergency measures during the COVID-19 pandemic leading to many places being closed, we were able to see turtles, which is rare on the glass boat, and we also enjoyed the wonderful scenery at places like Mikazuki. Thank you very much.

ドライバーさんには、8歳と4歳の孫達の我儘なペースにも色々対応いただいて、子供夫婦も孫達も本当に楽しい体験ができました。コロナ禍の緊急事態延長であちこち閉館にも関わらず、グラスボートでは珍しく亀にも会えたし、御神崎など素晴らしい景色も堪能できました。ありがとうございました。

It was a bit disappointing that the course allocation did not take traffic into account, but the driver was very kind and attentive, and the service was great.

渋滞を加味したコース配分が出来ていなかったようで、少々残念でしたが、とても親切丁寧なドライバーさん&サービスでした。

We had booked this 5 hour tour for when our ship was docked in Kanazawa in April 2017. Our taxi driver was Mai.
It rained the entire day but Mai proved to be a very good driver and guide. She arrived at the port promptly and had umbrellas for those who did not have their own. We were a group of 4 who included a 90 year old and she was very considerate of all our needs. She stopped/ parked close by the sights we wanted to see and returned promptly when we phoned her and wanted to be picked up. This tour was conducted at our own pace - how long we spent at each stop was up to us.
We also requested a stop at a supermarket to buy a few items and Mai happily obliged.

Mai had good English and was delightful.

We would like to do this tour with Mai again one day, hopefully when it is not raining! However the sights we saw were beautiful and the cherry blossom could not have been better.
