I was able to see the stunning views of Cape Earth, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. The weather was great, and the tour guide provided service that exceeded expectations, which was very impressive. They recommended souvenirs and food at each sightseeing spot, as well as suggestions for Sapporo city and the airport. I would like to participate in another bus tour via a different route.

地球岬・洞爺湖・支笏湖の絶景を見る事ができました。天気も良く添乗員さんがガイドさん以上の対応で非常に良かったです。
各観光地でのお土産・食べ物などお薦めを教えてくれたり、札幌市内のお薦め・空港のお薦めまで教えて頂きました。
また別ルートのバスツアーに参加したいと思います。

The three boatmen took turns entertaining us in a fun and amusing way. The fresh greenery was beautiful, but I want to go during the autumn foliage season next time.

As expected from the tourist city of Sapporo, even though day trip sightseeing buses are being discontinued in various places due to a shortage of drivers, I was impressed by the variety of courses available. It was efficient to visit various locations that are difficult to access with the limited JR services. Even on weekdays, the buses were full, with about 80% of the passengers being foreigners. There is a guide, but since they are busy with Japanese, English, and Chinese, it's difficult to provide sufficient information. I recommend checking sightseeing information on your mobile phone.

Among the various bus tours available, this one matched my needs perfectly. Since I understand English, I thought it would be fine to participate in this tour. There were six Japanese participants, including myself. I joined alone, but there were also foreign participants who came alone.

The guide was considerate and communicated necessary information in Japanese as well (though they humbly mentioned their Japanese wasn't very good, it was actually fine).

The bus was spacious, equipped with Wi-Fi and charging ports. The stops at service areas along the way were appropriate.

The guide not only announced recommended lunch options but also provided explanations from the perspective of Japanese religious views for the foreign participants. I felt a sense of respect in that. Even if you don't understand English, you can still join, but the English guidance is definitely worth listening to.

色々あるバスツアーの中で自分のニーズにマッチしていたのがこちらでした。
私は英語はわかるので、こちらの参加でも大丈夫かと思い参加しました。
日本人参加者は私を含めて6人でした。私は1人で参加でしたが、外国の方も1人で参加の方もいらっしゃいました。

ガイドさんは気を遣ってくれて日本語でも必要なことは伝えてくれました（本人は上手ではない日本語でと恐縮されていましたが、そんなことはなかったです）。

バスは広く、wi-fiや充電も完備でした。
途中のサービスエリアでの停車も適切でした。

ガイドさんは、おすすめのランチのアナウンスだけではなく、外国人に対して、日本人の宗教観に立った説明をされていました。リスペクトを感じました。
英語がわからなくても参加できますが、英語でのガイドも拝聴の価値ありです。

It was almost a full-day tour, but I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and I was able to buy souvenirs at the Mushroom Kingdom, and the mushroom soup was also tasty. If you're looking for a tour to fully enjoy nature, this is definitely the one! 😊

ほぼ丸一日のツアーでしたが、とても満喫できました。食事も美味しく、きのこ王国ではお土産も買うことができ、きのこ汁も美味しかった☺️自然を満喫したいツアーなら間違いないです。

As a one-day tour, it seems to be quite cost-effective and is likely the most popular. I was lucky to be able to buy souvenirs with an 8% discount coupon.

Thank you, Mr. Yagyu, for all your thoughtful care and attention during the tour. It was a fun trip, and I don't think I could have visited so many places on my own. The 8% discount on souvenirs at the sightseeing spots and the silo observation deck was greatly appreciated. ☆ five stars. The only downside was the small 20-passenger jumping vehicle, but aside from that, it was a perfect score!

About half of the participants were foreigners, but the female tour guide (who was Chinese) provided bilingual guidance that satisfied both Japanese and foreign guests, which was very good.

外国の方が半分くらいいらっしゃいましたが、添乗員の女性（中国の方）がバイリンガルで日本人、外国人が満足するような案内をしていただきとてもよかったです。

It was a tour that fulfilled my desire to do a lot of sightseeing, even though I was traveling alone. It was a full tour, and I sat next to the tour guide, Mr. Yagyu, who was very kind and made it enjoyable.

I'm glad I was able to see tourist spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Cape Earth all in one day. I think having a guide's explanation makes it cheaper than renting a car.

洞爺湖、支笏湖に地球岬など観光地を1日で見られて良かったです。ガイドさんの説明があってレンタカーより格安だと思います。

The view of Jigokudani was refreshing. If I had a little more time, I would have liked to go deeper into Jigokudani. Also, I was a bit disappointed that I had limited time for the Shikotsuko Ice Festival in winter.

地獄谷の景色は爽快でした。もう少し、時間があれば、地獄谷の奥まで、行ってみたかったです。また、冬の支笏湖氷濤まつりも、時間が少なく、ちょっと、残念でした

Since we visited various scenic spots, spending about 40 minutes at each, it was great to be able to see many places even on a day trip. More than half of the participants were foreigners, but it was quiet, and the schedule was well-kept, making it enjoyable. The tour guide provided explanations in two languages, which made it easy to understand. Our guide, Mr. Yanagyu, was friendly and a nice person.

景勝地を各所だいたい滞在時間40分程度で回るので、日帰りでもたくさんの場所に回れて良いです。
参加者の半分以上が外国人でしたが、静かで、時間も守られていて楽しめました。
添乗員さんが、2カ国語で説明をしてくれていて、聞き取りもスムーズでした。
今回、担当いただいた柳生さんは気さくで良い人でした。

I participated in a day trip tour of Kyoto's cultural heritage sites, including Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, Sanjusangendo, and Kiyomizu-dera. I joined the English tour for my Canadian husband. It was a small group with two Japanese families, two Chinese families, and just us, which made for a cohesive experience.

The bus had comfortable seating, and even though it was a holiday and we expected it to be crowded, the driving was safe and there were no issues at all.

The tour guide started with a Chinese explanation, then guided us in English, and finished with a Japanese explanation, which was excellent. They were friendly, approachable, and I was impressed. They made an effort to engage with everyone in turn, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.

The shabu-shabu lunch was a bit disappointing; it felt more like a meal for foreigners who have never tried Japanese food. Since all the bus tour guests started eating at the same time, we had to wait for small plates to arrive, and the rice came only after the pot was bubbling, which was a bit unfortunate. But I guess that's how it goes with tours.

However, since the tour guide was so good, overall, I think it was a great value for the price, allowing us to efficiently visit the temples.

京都の文化財巡り　金閣寺、嵐山、三十三間堂、清水寺　日帰りツアーに参加しました。カナダ人の夫の為に英語ツアーに参加。日本人家族が２組、中国人の家族２組、私達夫婦だけの小規模な人数だったのもまとまりがよく良かったかと思います。

バスもゆったりとした席で連休だった為に混雑は予想を超えるものであったにもかかわらず、運転も安心できるもので全く問題はありませんでした。

ツアーガイドさんは最初中国語でガイド始めたのち、英語で私達のガイド、日本語で最後説明と素晴らしい出来でした。感じよく、親しみやすく、感心しました。順番に偏りが無いよう常に皆とお話ししていてとても感じがよかったです。

ランチのしゃぶしゃぶは、ちょっと期待外れでこれは日本食を食べたことのない外人の為のランチでした。他のバスツアーの客と一斉に食事が始まったため、大人数で小皿は来ないわ、ごはんは鍋がぐつぐつ煮えてから来るわ、ちょっと残念でしたが、ツアーならこんなもんなのか、という感じでした。

でもツアーガイドさんがとてもよかったので、総合的に見てこの値段で効率的にお寺を回れてとても良いと思います。

We used it as a family of three. Since there were three of us, I thought 5,000 yen per person was a bit expensive, but we were able to stretch our legs and relax! The boatman's explanations were great, and we enjoyed a leisurely and elegant time. Personally, I liked it more than the trolley train ❤️.

The weather was unfortunately bad, but it was a very fulfilling tour. Our guide, Shu, was very knowledgeable and provided detailed and careful guidance. We followed his recommendations at each destination, which led to a wonderful experience. The driver was also kind and drove safely. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it!

It was a tour with wonderful scenery. The guide was kind and provided a detailed explanation. There were many foreign walkers, so the guide offered explanations in two languages. The guide provided a fluent narration.

This time, we used a yakatabune (a traditional Japanese houseboat) with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We were able to see the boatman skillfully maneuvering the boat up close, which excited the kids greatly. The view of Arashiyama from the water was exceptional, and we had a very luxurious time. It was also nice that we could bring our own drinks, allowing us to relax and enjoy at our leisure. The staff were friendly, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this activity.

今回、家族で屋形船を利用しましたが、本当に素晴らしい体験でした。船頭さんが巧みに舟を操る姿を間近で見ることができ、子供たちも大興奮でした。水面から眺める嵐山の景色は格別で、とても贅沢な時間を過ごせました。持ち込みが可能なので、好きな飲み物を片手にゆったりと楽しめたのも良かったです。スタッフの方々も親切で、心からおすすめできるアクティビティです。

It was during a time when heavy snow was falling, so I was worried about going by my car and decided to join a tour. Most of the participants were from overseas.

The guide provided information in both Japanese and English, which helped us understand the key points to see and the best photo spots, allowing us to tour efficiently. The bus stop for Shirakawa-go at the station had a long line, so it was great to have made a reservation in advance and be able to board right away. The tour that allowed us to visit two locations was excellent. Additionally, since we stayed on the same bus, we could leave our luggage on the bus and enjoy sightseeing without being weighed down, which I thought was another advantage of the tour.

I had always wanted to see Shirakawa-go in the snow at least once in my life, and I was very satisfied.

大雪が降った時期だったので、マイカーで行くのが心配でツアーに参加しました。
参加者は海外の方がほとんどでした。

ガイドさんは日本語と英語、両方で案内してくださり、見るべきポイントや写真スポットなどが分かり効率的に周ることができました。
駅の白川郷行きのバス停は長く列ができていたので、事前に予約してすぐに乗れ、二箇所まわれるツアーは良かったです。
また、同じバスに乗り続けるのでバスに荷物を置いて身軽に観光できるのもツアーのメリットだと思いました。

人生一度は雪の中の白川郷を見てみたかったので、大満足でした。

The reservation made the day before was fine. Shirakawa-go and Ainokura had different atmospheres, which was nice. The guide explained the highlights, so we were able to tour efficiently. I think the time from 8:30 to 15:50 was just right.

I was able to enjoy many places efficiently in just one day. The great outdoors was wonderful, and I was also happy to see the bear ranch. The meals were substantial, much more than I expected from a tour.

1日で効率よくたくさんの場所を満喫できました。大自然も素晴らしかったですがクマ牧場も見れて嬉しかったです。食事もツアーとは思えないくらいしっかりした内容でした。

I visited Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu, and each place was incredibly beautiful and moving. I enjoyed a delicious lunch while taking in the scenery at Lake Toya. The guide was very kind and attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We were able to get off in Susukino on the way back, so I could also enjoy Susukino. Thank you to the driver and the guide!

支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を回りましたが、どこもとても美しく感動的でした。洞爺湖でのランチは景色を見ながら美味しいランチを頂きました。ガイドさんがとても親切丁寧な対応をしてくださったので、より楽しいツアーになりました。帰りにすすきので下車出来たので、すすきのも楽しむ事ができました。運転手さんガイドさんありがとうございました。

I like bus tours because they allow me to efficiently visit attractions. The information provided through the earphones was detailed, and both the guide and the driver were friendly and very good. There are still spots I want to visit, so I will use this service again.

Everyone except us was from abroad, so I was initially anxious, but thanks to our guide, ASUKA, my son and I had a very enjoyable trip. The guide knew many delicious places, so we were able to visit restaurants that we wouldn't have been able to go to on our own, such as for sweet potato fries and scallop fried rice. Feeding the bears at the bear ranch was also fun. Thank you for the wonderful trip!

私たち以外は全員外国の方とのことで、初めは不安でしたが、ガイドのASUKAさんのおかげで息子共々とても楽しい旅になりました。ガイドさんが美味しい店をたくさんご存知でしたので、あげいもやホタテチャーハンなど個人旅では行けないようなお店に行くことが出来ました。熊牧場でのエヤやりも楽しかったです。楽しい旅をありがとうございました！

During our experience in October, it was cold, and the day we went was a bit cloudy, but we were still able to enjoy nature enough. The water was clearer and more beautiful than we imagined, with such transparency that we could see fish and the grass and trees submerged in the water. We were torn between various tours, but choosing this experience was definitely a great decision!

10月の体験で寒く、私たちが行った日は少し曇りでしたが、十分自然を楽しむことはできました。水は想像以上に透き通っていてキレイで、お魚や水の中に沈んでいる草や木も目視でみれちゃうくらいの透明度でした。いろんなツアーと迷いましたが、この体験にしてとっても良かったです！

I think it's great for those who want to explore a lot. I was very satisfied that we could tour multiple places over a long distance in the snow. We were on the same bus with Chinese and Japanese people, and the guide (who was Chinese) repeatedly emphasized the importance of being on time, so everyone adhered to the schedule and we were able to return comfortably.

沢山周りたい人には良いと思う。
雪の中を長距離、複数箇所を観光出来てとても満足です。中国人と日本人と同じバスでしたが、ガイドさん(中国人)が集合時間の厳守を何度もおっしゃってて皆さん時間を守って気持ち良く帰って来れました。

I participated on December 31st. There were many foreigners, but people of all ages were present, from young individuals to families and seniors. My elementary school-aged sons were surprised by the bear's voice since they had been watching bear news every day. They were very impressed by the bear feeding and the bear's gestures of asking for food, and they even imitated the bear at home. Lake Toya and the Blue Pond were also great.

12/31に参加しました。外国人の方も多かったですが、若い方からファミリー、ご年配の方までいらっしゃいました。小学生の息子たちは、毎日熊のニュースを見ていたので、熊の声に驚きつつ、熊の餌やり、熊のお願いする仕草がとても印象に残り、自宅でも熊の真似をしていました。
洞爺湖、青い池も良かったです。
