Had a nice trip with a very kind and helpful guide. Our concerns that the lunch would be very "touristy" were unfounded, it tasted great and of high quality!
In early spring stations 2 to 5 of Mt. Fuji were still closed, so we visited Oshino Hakkai instead, which was an acceptable alternative. Luckily the weather was great and we could see Mt. Fuji very clearly with a beautiful snow cap on top.
Unfortunately, we felt a little bit rushed and did not have a lot of time to explore the destinations, but I doubt that this would have been better with a different tour.

集合場所に着いた時は参加者のほとんどが外国人観光客でしたので、外国人用ツアーに間違えて申し込んだのかと思いましたが、ガイドの方も手慣れたもので日本語の他に英語、中国語でも説明されていてスムーズに観光できました。
札幌からは少し足を伸ばさなければならない登別温泉や洞爺湖とバスに乗って移動でき効率よく見て回れたのは大満足です。

The guide provided detailed information on when to take the shuttle bus to ensure we could reach the observation deck in time for the return bus, which allowed us to tour efficiently.
In February, Shirakawa-go is very crowded, and those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal inside may not have enough time to visit the observation deck. I bought food that I could eat while waiting in line for the shuttle bus.
It was also nice that the bus seats were assigned. On tours without assigned seating, the auxiliary seats are often overflowing with foreign tourists, making it quite cramped.

五箇山相倉は我々以外の観光客が殆どおらず、静かに観光できてとても感動的でした。是非行ってみて頂きたいです。
白川郷の展望台に向かうシャトルバスの通路が午前中に雪崩が起き運行中止となり、再開時刻や帰りのバスに間に合うように展望台へ向かうには何時までのシャトルバスに乗ったら良いか等、細かい情報をガイドさんがお知らせしてくれたので効率良く観光できました。
2月白川郷は大変混んでおりゆっくり店内で食事したい方は展望台に行く時間は足りない可能性があります。私は食べ歩きできる物を買って食べながらシャトルバスの列に並びました。
バスの席が決まってるのも良かっです。決まってないツアーのバスだと補助席まで外国人観光客で溢れかえっててかなりキツイです。

I was a bit scared to rent a car for a winter trip to Hokkaido with my aunt, so I decided to sign up for this tour. It was a great decision! Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, thinking it would just take us to tourist spots and that I would be surrounded by Chinese tourists. However, the atmosphere on the bus was nice, with 20% Taiwanese and 80% Japanese participants, and our tour guide, Mr. Onodera, was wonderful and very attentive, which made for a fun experience. 叔母と2人旅で冬の北海道にレンタカー借りるのは怖かったのでこのツアーの申込みをしました。大正解でした！正直、ただ観光名所に連れて行ってくれるだけで中国人の中に入るのかなとあまり期待はしていなかったけど、台湾人が2割日本人8割とバスの中の雰囲気も良く、添乗員の小野寺さんがとても素晴らしく細かな配慮のおかげで楽しい想い出になりました。ありがとうございました♡
