I traveled at a time when there were just a few Chinese tourists, and about 80% of the group was from English-speaking countries. Everyone acted on time and had very good manners.

We visited Gujo Hachiman, Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go in that order. The bus rides between each location took about an hour and a half, and we moved along at a good pace, stopping for breaks. The foreign guide was fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and provided the same explanations in each language. The speed, volume, and tone of their voice were very easy to understand, which was great. My Chinese partner, who has been living in Japan since this year and understands Japanese, found it challenging to grasp difficult Japanese, so they appreciated the Chinese announcements.

The guide also provided detailed information about recommended souvenirs, the Gujo Odori dance in Gujo Hachiman, and the closing times of the pudding shop. After getting off the bus, they used a local map to explain the route, making for a wonderful guiding experience. The bus was parked in an easy-to-find location, and the driver also made efforts to drive safely. When the sun set, they dimmed the lights inside the bus, which was a nice touch.

Since it was during the middle of a three-day weekend, Takayama was crowded with people, but Gujo Hachiman and Shirakawa-go were quieter than I expected, allowing us to experience the peaceful countryside. Although our sightseeing was a bit rushed, it left me wanting to return, so I definitely hope to visit again.

ちょうど中国旅行者が少ないタイミングで、8割英語圏の方でしたが、皆さん時間通りに行動しマナーもとてもよかったです。

郡上八幡、飛騨高山、白川郷の順に行きました。それぞれの箇所のバス移動は1時間半くらいで、休憩をしたら着くという感じでテンポよく進みました。外国人のガイドさんは日本語、中国語、英語が堪能で、それぞれの言語で同じ説明を繰り返しアナウンスしてくださいました。とても聞き取りやすい速さ・音量・声質ですごく良かったです。一緒に行った中国人のパートナーは今年から日本に住んでおり日本語もわかりますが、難しい日本語は理解するのに大変なので、中国語アナウンスがあって良かったとの事でした。

ガイドさんはおすすめのお土産や、郡上八幡の郡上おどりのこと、プリンのお店が閉まる時間など細かくいろいろアナウンスしてくださいました。降りてからも、現地の地図を使いルートの説明もあり、素晴らしいガイドでした。
バスの駐車場もわかりやすい所に停めてくださり、また、運転手さんも安全運転に努めてくださいました。日が落ちると、車内の照明を暗くしてくださり気配りが良かったです。

三連休の中日の昼時ということもあり、高山の街並みは人で混雑していましたが、郡上八幡や白川郷は思ったより人が少なく静かな田舎を体験できました。
各箇所は急足での観光になりましたが、また行きたいなという余韻を残す程度に観光できたので、またぜひ観光したいなと思いました。

We had two hours of free time in both Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, but it felt a bit tight. Given the travel time, it might have been unavoidable, but I think having two and a half hours would have given us a little more leeway. Most of the tour participants were foreign tourists, and the tour guide was also from China (I found it a bit difficult to understand their Japanese). We were blessed with good weather, and it turned out to be a great trip. Thank you very much.

飛騨高山、白川郷それぞれ二時間の自由時間でしたが、ややタイトでした。
移動時間の関係で仕方がないのかもしれませんが、2時間半あれば少し余裕があったかなと思いました。
殆どが外国人のツアー客で、添乗員さんも中国の方でした。（日本語が少し聞き取りづらかったです）
天気にも恵まれて、いい旅行となりました。ありがとうございました。

The guide was cheerful and had a pleasant demeanor. I think it must have been challenging for them to speak in three languages continuously, but they didn't seem overwhelmed and spoke earnestly until the end, for which I am grateful. They were likely a native Chinese speaker, but they spoke beautiful Japanese and English. Although I don't understand Chinese, they repeated the exact same content in both Japanese and English. It was great that they presented two options that could be completed within the time frame and asked us to choose one.

There were participants who arrived about five minutes late to the meeting point, but there were no significant delays, and we were able to efficiently visit three locations. However, it was indeed a bit rushed, so I felt it was more of a trial this time, and I would like to take my time on the next visit.

ガイドの方がにこにこして感じがよかった。３か国語をしゃべり通しだったので、大変だったと思うが、大変そうにせず、最後まで一生懸命話してくれて感謝でした。恐らく中国語が母国語の方と思いますが、きれいな日本語と英語を話していました。中国語はわかりませんが、日本語と英語は、全く同じ内容を繰り返してくれていました。時間内で回れる２つのオプションを提示してくれ、どちらか一つに行くように言ってくれたのはよかった。
５分くらい集合場所に遅れてくる参加者もいましたが、大幅な遅延はなく、３か所能率よく回ることができました。が、やはり駆け足だったので、今回はお試しという感じで、次回はもっとじっくり回りたいと思いました。

I couldn't make a reservation last year due to hospitalization, so it was a three-year wait for this experience! My wife counted down the days, and we finally participated. It was even more beautiful than we expected, and it was surprising to see traffic lights and signs so close, almost within reach! The view from the highway and the tour guide's commentary were also enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful time!

入院等あり去年は予約が取れず3年越しの体験でした！妻は指折り数えていざ参加。期待以上に綺麗で、普段の目線と違うので信号機や標識が手が届きそうな所にあるのにびっくり‼️高速道路からの眺めと添乗員さんのしゃべりも楽しいですよ。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, so we couldn't relax, but the scenery of the gassho-zukuri in Shirakawa-go was beautiful. Above all, I was surprised that most of the tourists were foreigners.

あいにくの雨模様の天気で、ゆったりとは、いきませんでしたが、白川郷の合掌造りの景色は、良かったです。
なにより、ほとんどの観光客が外人だらけで、びっくりでした。

Eighty percent of the participants on the bus tour were tourists from overseas, and the guide spoke both English and Japanese. I was worried about time management, but there were no issues at all, and we had a great time on the bus. The guide explained various things very well in both languages.

Shirakawa-go: There were reports of bear sightings, but when we visited, the bus was running as usual, and we could also walk to the observation deck. If you're confident in your walking abilities, I highly recommend taking a walk. The village was unfortunately crowded with tourists, and I couldn't help but wonder if the residents were inconvenienced by it. Although general vehicles are not allowed, I think they should charge an entrance fee to the village. The "Shiso Monaka" recommended by the guide was incredibly delicious!

Hida Takayama: There were many unique items such as sake, miso, soy sauce, woodworking crafts, and furniture. This place also attracts a lot of Asian tourists.

For lunch, all participants of the bus tour ate together in Shirakawa-go. The seating was assigned, creating a relaxed atmosphere where solo travelers could easily chat with other participants. Additionally, it was possible to converse in English with foreign participants.

バスツアーの80％が海外からの観光客で、ガイドは英語と日本語でした。時間のルーズさなどを心配しましたが、そのようなことは全くなく車内でも楽しい時間を過ごせました。ガイドさんは２か国語で色んなことをとても上手に説明してくれます。

白川郷：クマ出没の件がありましたが、私達が行った時はバスも通常運行な上、徒歩でも展望台に行けました。足に自信がある方はぜひ歩きがお勧めです。村の中は気の毒なくらい観光客がわらわらしており、住民の方々の暮らしは不便ではないのかと気になってしょうがなかったです。一般車は入れないようになっているものの、村への入場料を取るべきじゃないでしょうか。
ガイドさんにお勧めされた【紫蘇もなか】がとても美味しまったです！

飛騨高山：酒、味噌、醤油、木工細工、家具など珍しい物がたくさんありました。ここもアジア系の観光客がたくさん来ています。

お昼ご飯は白川郷でバスツアーの参加者全員で食べました。席が決まっており、1人旅の方も他の参加者と気軽に話せる雰囲気でした。また外国人の参加者と英語で話すこともできます。

The tour itself was good, but the tour guide was clearly coughing from a cold on the bus without wearing a mask. A few days later, I developed cold symptoms and couldn't enjoy my trip.

ツアー自体は良かったのですが、添乗員がバス内で明らかに風邪で咳き込んでいるのにマスクなしでした。　私は数日後から風邪の症状が現れ楽しい旅行ができませんでした。

I went on my first trip to the Hokuriku region. The stories from our bus guide, Mr. Goto, were interesting, and the height of the surrounding mountains along with the autumn leaves were breathtaking.

The food in Shirakawa-go, especially the sweet grilled ayu (sweetfish), was delicious, and even I, who have many dislikes, was able to enjoy everything.

If I have another opportunity, I would like to see Shirakawa-go during a different season as well.

初めての北陸旅行で行きました。
バスガイドの後藤さんの話も面白く、周りの山の高さと紅葉が圧巻でした。

白川郷のご飯は鮎の甘露煮が美味しく、好き嫌いが多い私も全部いただけました。

またの機会があれば別の時期の白川郷も見てみたいです。

I participated in the tour on November 13th. Since my daughter, who lives overseas, was with me, there was an English-speaking guide, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The guide's explanations were very clear, and they also used a number board to show the meeting times, which helped us remember visually. Overall, the tour was very well organized. The free time for exploring Shirakawa-go and Takayama was just right. And above all, the lunch, especially the Hida beef, was incredibly delicious! If anyone is considering this tour, I highly recommend it.

11/13のツアーに参加しました。海外に住む娘も一緒でしたので、英語の通訳ガイドの方もいらっしゃり、よりツアーが楽しめました。ガイドさんのお話、説明もとてもわかりやすく、また集合時間も数字のボードを使って見せてくださったので目でも覚えられて、全体的にとてもオーガナイズされていました。白川郷、高山での自由散策の時間もちょうど良かったです。そして何より飛騨牛を始めとしたランチがとても美味しかったです！

Inbound tour mainly for Chinese tourists
There were also a few Japanese participants.
The guide was fluent in Japanese.

Due to a road closure from an accident, we couldn't go to the main Shirakawa-go.
Instead, we went to Gujo Hachiman.
No one complained about the cancellation of Shirakawa-go; everyone quietly listened to the explanation, so I felt that all the participants were reasonable people.
The bus company and the guide did everything they could, so while it was disappointing not to visit Shirakawa-go, I was pleased with the experience.
People often say that foreigners lack manners, but everyone was very well-mannered.

中国人メインのインバウンドツアー
日本人も何組かおりました。
ガイドさんは日本語堪能

道路が事故で封鎖になりメインの白川郷には行けませんでした。
代わりに郡上八幡に行きました。
白川郷中止に誰一人、文句言わず静かに説明聞いていたので参加者は皆、常識人だなと
バス会社、ガイドさんも出来る限りのことはしてくれたので白川郷は残念ですが嬉しく思いました。
世間では外国人のマナーが・・・
とか言いますか皆、マナー良かったです。

It was our first trip to Okinawa, and we were all really looking forward to the snorkeling tour as a family. However, the weather was bad on the day of the tour, and the boat was rocking quite a bit, making it a tough environment for small children. I ended up feeling seasick, and my son started crying, which made it very disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the ocean together for his first time.

I was also anxious because they only asked for our shoe sizes and provided almost no explanation on how to use the equipment or swim. Although they advertised that it was suitable for children from 3 years old and that even those who are not good at swimming would be fine, I felt that the content was a bit challenging for small children and beginners.

Additionally, the transparent floatation device mentioned in the rental section was not available. Instead, we received a regular black float. I regretted not preparing something for my son to see underwater.

There was a staff member who was very kind and attentive to my son, and I am truly grateful to them. However, I was shocked and frightened when another staff member shouted, "Don't just focus on one family! The parents are here, so leave it to them!" This was very surprising and disheartening, especially since it was our first time participating and there were many things we didn’t understand.

Furthermore, there was a slightly scary moment while changing. I was changing in the only place where the door could close, and another woman was being urged by a staff member to "hurry up and change" and "change inside." If she had opened the door, I would have been exposed, but thankfully, that woman refused and said "NO," which saved me. I am truly grateful for her courage at that moment.

I understand that there are aspects like the weather and sea conditions that cannot be helped. However, I believe that if there had been a bit more consideration for beginners and families with children, along with better explanations and support regarding safety and privacy, the overall impression would have been significantly different.

I wrote this review with the hope that others who are participating for the first time with small children will be able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I sincerely thank the staff who treated us kindly, the captain, and all the participants who were on board with us.

初めての沖縄旅行で、家族みんなでとても楽しみにしていたシュノーケリングツアーでした。
当日は天候が悪く、船の揺れがとても強くて、小さな子どもにはかなり厳しい環境でした。私自身も船酔いしてしまい、息子は泣いてしまって、初めての海を楽しませてあげられなかったのがとても残念でした。

足のサイズを聞かれただけで、器具の使い方や泳ぎ方の説明がほとんどなかったのも不安でした。
「3歳からOK」「泳ぎが苦手な方も安心」とありましたが、実際は小さな子どもや初心者には少し難しい内容に感じました。

また、貸し出し欄に書いてあった透明な浮き袋というものもありませんでした。普通の真っ黒な浮き輪です。
こんな事なら息子が海の中を見れるように
何かしら用意したのになと残念でした。

スタッフの中には息子を気遣って優しくついてくださった方もいて、その方には心から感謝しています。
ですが、別のスタッフの方が「ひと家族だけにつくな！親がいるんだから親に任せろ！」と大声で言った時は、とても驚き、怖さを感じました。初めての参加で分からないことも多かったので、その一言がとてもショックでした。

さらに、着替えの際にも少し怖い場面がありました。私が唯一扉が閉まる場所で着替えていた時、他の女性がスタッフの方から「早く着替えて」「中で着替えろ」と促されていました。もしその方が扉を開けていたら、私は全裸を晒してしまうところでしたが、その女性が「NO」と拒否してくれたおかげで助かりました。あの時の勇気に本当に感謝しています。

天候や海の状況など、どうにもならない部分もあると思います。
ですが、もう少し初心者や子ども連れへの配慮、説明や安全・プライバシー面のサポートがあれば、印象は大きく変わっていたと思います。

このレビューは、同じように小さな子どもを連れて初めて参加する方が、安心して楽しめるようになってほしいという思いで書いています。
優しく接してくださったスタッフの方、船長さん、そして一緒に乗船されていた参加者の皆さんには心から感謝しています。

The explanations were polite and precise, allowing us to enjoy all the sights without missing anything. The guide was truly wonderful, recommending great places to eat.

The bus was about 80% full, and I was on a tour with Chinese speakers. Everyone except me was a foreigner, but aside from one person who arrived late at departure, everyone was punctual during the tour, and the bus was quiet. The guide provided detailed explanations about Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and I felt very well taken care of as they also gave us a hand-drawn map with marked meeting points and highlights. The driver was Japanese and greeted us with phrases like "Welcome back," which made me feel safe and happy. We arrived in Takayama at 10:30 and Shirakawa-go at 13:00. Time flew by, so I recommend narrowing down the places you want to visit in advance.

中国語ツアーと乗り合わせになり、全体でバスの8割ほど埋まっていました。
私以外全員外国人でしたが、出発時に1人遅れてきた以外はツアー中は皆さん時間厳守で、バス内も静かでした。
ガイドの方は高山と白川郷についてかなり詳しく説明してくださり、また集合場所や見どころを手書きで印をつけたマップをいただいたり、とても親切に感じました。運転手さんは日本人の方で、おかえりなさい等声掛けをしてくださり、安心かつ嬉しかったです。
10:30に高山着、13:00に白川郷着のスケジュールでした。あっという間に時間が過ぎたので、行きたい所は事前に絞って行くのがおすすめです。

It was quite a busy tour since we stayed in three places, but I think it's perfect for those who are greedy for experiences. The guide provided detailed explanations on the bus and suggested several recommended spots and efficient ways to get around, allowing us to choose according to our interests, which was great! The guide spoke all the content fluently in three languages, and they were wonderful!

3箇所に滞在ということで、かなり忙しいツアーではありましたが、欲張りな人にはピッタリのツアーだと思います。
バスの中でガイドさんが丁寧に説明をしてくださり、またお薦めスポットや効率的な周り方をいくつか提案してくれたので自分の興味に合わせて選択できてとても良かったです！

The illumination was at eye level and very close, which was amazing. The bus also drove slowly, and it was great to be running through the tunnel of lights the whole time. The guide explained various things, making it easy to understand.

イルミネーションが、目の高さにあり凄く近くて最高でした。バスもゆっくり走ってくれて、ずっと光のトンネルの中を走っていて良かったです。ガイドさんが色々説明してくれて分かりやすかったですよ。

I'm from Osaka, and I made a reservation because I wanted to experience this. Usually, I enjoy the illuminations while walking along Midosuji, but it was refreshing to see it from a different height this time. The guide's explanations were also great.

What surprised me was the fact that we were driving on the highway in that condition. The ladies were squealing with excitement (laughs). It felt a bit like a small attraction too.

大阪人ですが、体験したくて予約しました。普段は御堂筋を歩きながらイルミネーションを楽しむのですが、いつもより違った高さで新鮮でした。ガイドさんの説明も良かったです。
驚いたのは、あの状態で高速道路を走るという点。おばちゃんたちはキャーキャー言っていました（笑）ちょっとしたアトラクション気分も味わえます。

The bus seats were spacious, allowing us to enjoy the trip without getting tired. The tour guide communicated the necessary information clearly without talking too much, which was great. It would have been better if lunch had a bit more volume; perhaps they were expecting us to snack while walking around?

The course was two hours in Takayama and two hours in Shirakawa-go. It was a good decision to have lunch in Takayama as per the guide's explanation, and we were on schedule. The autumn leaves were just beginning to change, and I could feel the season. In Shirakawa-go, I experienced the quiet lifestyle of the snow country from long ago. It was unfortunate that the Wada House, a national cultural asset, was closing early and we couldn't go inside. The bus was comfortable, the guide provided clear explanations, and everyone else on board was quiet, making for an enjoyable time.

高山２時間、白川郷２時間のコースでした。
時間通りの日程で、ガイドさんからの説明どおり高山で昼食をとり正解でした。紅葉になり始めており、秋を感じました。白川郷では、騒音のない雪国の昔からの暮らしを感じ取れました。国の文化財の和田家が、早く閉館する日で中に入れず残念でした。
バスも快適、ガイドさんからも分かりやすい説明があり、また同乗の他の方々もみなさん静かで、楽しいひとときでした。

I was able to visit spots that are quite difficult to go to individually, and I had a great time. In particular, Shirakawa-go had beautiful scenery, and I would like to go again.

中々、個人では行きにくいスポットに行くことができ、とても楽しかったです。
特に、白川郷は風景もよく、また行きたいと思いました。

The humorous explanations from the tour guide were incredibly enjoyable. Shirakawa-go had nice weather. The Kanda family house was not crowded, but it was definitely worth seeing. The inbound visitors were captivated by the rice harvesting with the combine. We were able to capture great scenes with the remaining rice stalks and the trees starting to turn red.

On the other hand, it started to rain in Ainokura, but at Yusuke, we could vividly imagine the silk farming from that time. Additionally, the washi paper-making experience was a great memory for the family from Germany who were also delighted.

　白川郷はいい天気。神田家は空いていたけど見ごたえ十分。
　インバウンドの皆さんはコンバインでの稲刈りの様子に見入っていました。稲穂が残っているところ、赤く色づいてきた木など、良いシーンが撮れました。
　一転、相倉は雨になってしまいましたが、勇助では当時の養蚕業の様子を具体的にイメージできました。また、和紙漉き体験はドイツから来た親子も喜んでいていい記念になりました。
　

I was able to see the festival in Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go had great weather, making it the best day ever. When we gathered in the morning, there were mostly foreigners and only four Japanese people, which made me a bit anxious. However, our guide KAKU was very attentive and communicated in Japanese, which was great. He also recommended shops and food, allowing us to move around efficiently. However, the two hours of free time felt a bit short, and I wished I could have enjoyed sightseeing a little longer.

飛騨高山のお祭りも見られて、白川郷もお天気が良くて最高の一日でした。
朝集合した時、外国人の方達ばかりで日本人は4人のみで、不安でしたガイドのKAKUさんが丁寧に日本語で対応してくださりとても良かったです。お勧めのお店や食べ物も教えて頂き、効率よく回れました。
ただ自由行動の2時間はちょっと短く、もう少しゆっくり観光したかったです。

The crew's response was wonderful. Their broken Japanese was amusing and nice. Their smiles were impressive and left a good impression.

This was my first time participating in the tour, and I really enjoyed it. The weather improved compared to the forecast, making it great for a walk.

The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and the driver was very pleasant.

The reception at the initial meeting point was crowded, and I was seated in a completely different spot than what was initially indicated for the bus seats, which left me feeling disappointed right from the start. However, the tour guide was very proficient in Japanese, and despite my initial disappointment, they provided thorough explanations, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time during the tour.

最初の集合場所での受付から混み合っていたのもあるのですが、バスの座席場所案内が最初に案内された所とは全然違う所に座らされ、初っ端から残念な気持ちでの出発でした。でも、添乗員の方はとても日本語が上手で残念な気持ちで出発したものの、丁寧に説明してくださったのでツアーの旅は楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, and it was an unforgettable, amazing experience. The plan included a delicious lunch with Hida beef and sweet grilled ayu, as well as ample time for leisurely exploration. Every aspect of the tour experience was wonderful, from the friendly tour guide to the beautiful interpreter who spoke English well.

人生初の白川郷でしたが、忘れられない最高の体験でした。
飛騨牛や鮎の甘露煮が美味なランチやじっくりと散策出来る時間を取ったプラン、親切な添乗員さんや美人で英語の上手な通訳さんなどどれをとっても素晴らしいツアー体験でした。

Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so I focused on the food. The Hida beef, gohei mochi, ramen, doburoku, and firm tofu were all delicious. While dining, I felt like there wasn't enough time in Takayama, so I think 2.5 hours in Takayama and 1.5 hours in Shirakawa-go would be better.

Also, the driver was speeding quite a bit, so it was nice to get back about an hour earlier than planned, but personally, I would prefer safer driving.

あいにくの天気だったので、気持ち的に食事メインにしましたが、
飛騨牛、五平餅、ラーメン、どぶろく、硬い豆腐・・・何を食べてもおいしい旅でした。
食事してたら、高山では時間が足らない感じだったので、
高山2.5時間、白川郷1.5時間でもよいと思いました。

なお、運転手さんが飛ばしまくったので、予定より１時間くらい早く帰れたのはよかったのですが、個人的には安全運転をお願いしたいです。

This bus tour visiting two World Heritage sites allowed for plenty of time to relax and enjoy sightseeing, and I was very satisfied. The lunch, which had received somewhat critical reviews, was actually very delicious, and I would like to use this service again. The gelato I had in Shirakawa-go is highly recommended.

2箇所の世界遺産を巡る今回のバスツアーは時間に余裕があってのんびり観光が出来て大満足でした。
クチコミでやや辛口評価だった昼食もすごく美味しくて又利用したいと思えた
白川郷で食べたジェラートはオススメです

Yesterday was a scorching day at 33℃, but today it unfortunately rained. It was nice and cool, but by the time we arrived at Shirakawa-go, we were caught in quite a heavy downpour, and it was raining the hardest when we reached the observation deck.

As we walked down, the path turned into a river, and when the thunder started, we took shelter for 30 minutes under the eaves of the Wada House. With only 30 minutes left of our free time, the rain lightened, so we hurried to take a quick round, capturing the recommended photo spots, and somehow made it in time for our lunch gathering. We enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Since we were on a tour with guests from France, Germany, Australia, and Canada, we had an interpreter guide. After the Japanese guide, there was an English guide, which helped me learn how to express things in English. Both guides were very considerate of all the passengers, which was great.

昨日は33℃の猛暑日でしたが、今日は生憎の雨。涼しくて良かったのですが、白川郷に着く頃はかなりの雨に振られ、展望台に着く頃が一番強く降っていました。
歩いて下る時は道が川になり、雷も鳴り始めたのて和田家の軒先で雨宿りする事30分。
自由時間もあと30分という所で小雨になったので急いで ひと回り、紹介された撮影ポイントを撮って何とか昼食の集合に間に合いました。お昼ご飯は美味しく頂きました。
フランス、ドイツ、オーストラリア、カナダのお客さんと一緒のツアーだったので通訳ガイドさんが付きました。日本語のガイドのあとに英語のガイドが付いて「英語ではそういう風に言うんだ」と英語の勉強にもなりました。
ガイドさんは二人とも乗客の皆さんに気を使ってくれてとても良かったです。
