The weather was perfect, and the sea in Shakotan was truly clear, allowing us to see all the way to the bottom. When viewed from a clear kayak, we could see sea urchins scattered on the seabed, and it felt like we could reach down and grab them. The color of the sea was an indescribable blue (Shakotan Blue), and gliding smoothly over it in the kayak was the best feeling, melting away all the stress of daily life. Additionally, entering a cave formed by the cliffs, the dark cave was illuminated by light coming from the entrance, making the sea shine a beautiful blue! It was truly the "Blue Cave." We also had the incredible experience of being taken to places that could only be accessed by kayak, such as observing seabirds on the steep cliffs by the sea.

お天気にも恵まれ、積丹の海はホントに透明度が高く底までくっきりと見えます。クリアカヤックで見ると底にはウニがゴロゴロしていて、手を伸ばせば取れそうな感じ。海の色もなんとも言えない青い色（積丹ブルー）をしていて、その上をカヤックでスーッと滑るように移動していくのは、最高の気分で、日頃のストレスがすべて溶けてなくなりました。また、崖にできた洞窟の中に入って行くと、真っ暗な洞窟の中は入り口から差し込む光で、海が青く輝いていてホントにキレイ！まさに「青の洞窟」です。他にも、海から切り立った崖にある海鳥を見物したりとカヤックで無ければいけない場所に連れていってもらい最高に素敵な体験が出来ました。

The instructor was very kind and it was incredibly fun, making it easy for beginners and anyone to enjoy! The sea was really beautiful, and the caves were breathtaking!

This experience became such a wonderful memory that only those who have experienced it can truly understand, so I definitely want everyone to try it!

I heard that bringing a phone can be risky because it might fall into the sea, so I think it's a good idea to prepare a waterproof case that you can hang around your neck to take photos freely! I used a GoPro during the experience and was able to take many amazing pictures!

初心者でも誰でも簡単に楽しめるように、インストラクターさんがとっても優しくてすごい楽しかったです！とにかく海がすごい綺麗で洞窟も感動もんでした！

この感動は体験した人にしかわからないくらいすごいいい思い出になったので、ぜひみなさんにも体験して欲しいです！

携帯を持っての体験は海に落とす危険があるそうなので、首からさげれる防水ケースなどを用意すると自由に写真が撮れていいと思います！
私はGoProを持って体験しましたが、すごい素敵な写真が沢山撮れました！

On July 1, after the request for self-restraint was lifted, my family of four participated in kayaking. It was everyone's first experience, and since my mother, who is over 60, was with us, we had some concerns. However, after calling in advance and receiving detailed explanations, we applied without hesitation.

On the morning of the event, we first received a lecture on how to hold the oars, paddle, turn, and safety precautions on land, and then we set off for the cave exploration at sea level 0m! The sea around the Shakotan Peninsula was more beautiful than I had imagined, shining in a mystical blue. It was so clear that you could see to the bottom, and the sea urchins scattered around seemed within reach. As we progressed deeper into the cave, it became pitch dark, but gradually our eyes adjusted. When we splashed the surface with the oars, the water sparkled brightly, allowing us to see the stunning Shakotan blue even more beautifully.

Thank you to our instructor, Mr. Aizawa, and the two staff members who were very friendly and took care of us from start to finish. It was a fun experience. I heard that there will be filming for EXILE on the 7th. I'm looking forward to watching the broadcast.

外出自粛後の７月1日家族4人でカヤックに参加しました。
全員初めての経験で、60歳越えの母も一緒だったので不安もあり事前に電話でお聞きしますと、詳しく説明頂き迷いもなく申し込みました。
当日の朝、最初は陸でオールの持ち方.こぎ方.回転の仕方.注意点等レクチャーを受けて、いざ海抜0mの洞窟探検に出発へ❗
積丹半島の海は、想像以上に神秘的なブルーに輝く美しさでした。海の底まで透き通り、あちこちに点在する雲丹が手を伸ばせばつかめるようでした。洞窟の奥へと進んで行くと真っ暗やみになりますが、徐々に目が慣れてきてオールで水面を叩くと不思議にぱぁーっと水面が明るく輝き一段と美しい積丹ブルーを見る事が出来ました。
インストラクターの相澤様、はじめ２名のスタッフの方は、とても気さくで最初から最期までお世話になり有り難うございました。楽しい体験でした。
7日には、EXILEの撮影もあるとお聞きしてます。放映を見るのが楽しみです。

On March 29, the weather was nice, and the lake was calm and very beautiful. The guide was pleasant, and we had a great time. We participated as a pair, and although they said we could each take a kayak individually, it was easier on our bodies to work together.

当日3月29日は天気が良く、湖の波もなく、とってもキレイでした。
ガイドの方も感じ良く、楽しめました。
二人で参加し、一人ずつでもカヤックに乗せてくれるとの事でしたが、二人で協力した方が体は楽です。

The instructor was very kind and explained everything in detail, which allowed me to successfully ride the kayak. Due to strong winds from the typhoon, we couldn't go to Lake Shikotsu and instead paddled up the Chitose River. The Chitose River... the water was so clear. I was thrilled when I saw fish and shrimp. During the kayaking, the instructor took many photos, and I received them immediately after the experience via AirDrop. It was a fun and fulfilling experience.

　インストラクターさんがとても親切で丁寧に説明をしてくださったので，うまくカヤックに乗ることができました。
　台風からの強風で波が高く，支笏湖には行くことができず，千歳川をのぼっていきました。千歳川・・・とても水がきれいでした。魚やスジエビが見れた時にはテンションがあがりました。
　カヤック中はインストラクターさんが何枚も写真を撮ってくれ，写真は体験終了後にair dropを通じてすぐいただけます。
　楽しく充実した体験でした。
　

The weather was unfortunately bad on the day, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would like to participate.

当日はあいにくの天候でしたが非常に楽しめました。
また北海道に遊びに行く機会があれば参加したいです。

I participated during a very cold period when even the water was freezing, but with the rental of dry suits and knit caps, I was able to fully enjoy the activities without worrying about the cold. The guide (a former ranger!) provided insights about the nature of the lake and took photos, allowing us to leisurely cruise around Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River. Even as a beginner, I was able to paddle the kayak easily and without much effort. I definitely want to join again with my family (the kids) during summer vacation! Thank you to all the staff.

水も凍るとても寒い時期に参加しましたが、ドライスーツやニット帽のレンタルもあってアクティビティ中は寒さも気にならずに満喫しました。ガイドさん（元レンジャー！）が湖の自然をガイドしてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりと終始のんびりと支笏湖&千歳川をクルージング。初心者でも簡単に、そしてそんなに力も要らずにカヤックが漕げました。次は夏休みに是非家族（子どもたち）と参加したいです！スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

I was anxious about my first canoe trip in the Kushiro Wetlands, but the guide was very kind and explained the tour in detail, teaching us about the animals as well. It was so much fun!

The clear kayak experience was amazing! I thought I might have to give up because of the strong winds at Lake Shikotsu, but surprisingly, they said, "You can do it!" We spent two hours on the Chitose River. There were various missions, and I might have enjoyed this more than the lake itself! The fun conversations with the guides and taking commemorative photos were great. I did have a little mishap getting out and ended up with one foot soaking wet, but that became a good memory! If you're going kayaking, I recommend Shikotsukamui!

クリアカヤック体験、支笏湖の風が強くて断念かと思いましたが、まさかの「できますよー」千歳川で2時間。色々ミッションもあって、ひょっとして湖よりこっちが楽しかったかも？と思いました。ガイドさん達との楽しい会話や記念撮影。下りるのにちょっと失敗して片足ずぶ濡れになったけどそれもいい思い出になりました！カヤックならシコツカムイ！おすすめです♬

Despite the heavy rain, it was still enjoyable. Lake Shikotsu was beautiful even in the rain, and kayaking on the lake made for great memories.

大雨の中でしたが、それでも楽しかったです。
支笏湖は、雨でも綺麗でしたし、カヤックで湖を散策できて、いい思い出になりました。

It was raining on and off, but when we tried to go out to Lake Shikotsu, it started to rain quite heavily. We were able to observe river fish closely under the bridge. Although we ended up doing a tour on the river instead of the lake, my daughter seemed to enjoy catching shrimp. I hope we can experience the lake course next time.

雨が降ったりやんだりでしたが、支笏湖に出ようとしたら結構強い雨が降り、橋の下で川魚をじっくり観察できました。湖に出ないで川でのツアーになりましたが、娘はエビ捕りが楽しかった様です。次回は湖コースが体験出来ると良いなぁと思いました。

Friendly staff, although the guide did not speak English. The lake is very beautiful! The kayak trip was rather short, not more than hour, with many stops for pictures (we would have liked to kayak a bit more).

The morning of midsummer at Lake Shikotsu was sparkling and very beautiful. I was lucky to see the Chitose plum blossom algae as well. You do get a bit wet from the water, but I highly recommend it.

真夏の朝の支笏湖はキラキラとして、とても綺麗でした。千歳梅花藻も見ることが出来てラッキーでした。まあまあ水はかかって濡れますが、おススメです。

I did some research hoping to see the red-crowned cranes while canoeing in the Kushiro Wetlands, and I ended up on this website. It takes less than an hour to get there by rental car from Kushiro Airport. While many other plans start at 1 PM, this one allows you to start at 12 PM, so we could head to our accommodation in the evening without rushing.

It was a chilly day with many clouds, but they provided ponchos to keep us warm, and the canoes were spacious and stable with backrests, making it very comfortable for my 72-year-old mother. Since it was the first day of our 3-night, 4-day trip, I was a bit worried about my shoes getting wet and considered bringing a spare pair, but the canoes were clean despite the rain the day before, so that worry was unnecessary!

Since we had a private canoe rather than sharing with others, it was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about being considerate. They also encouraged us not to paddle too much and to take photos, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience. Our guide, Mr. Ichinose, was a calm and experienced professional with over 20 years in the field and was very knowledgeable about the wildlife. He pointed out the white-tailed eagle calling nearby and helped us spot animals even from a distance. We were able to see many animals, including black kites, a mother and baby deer, and even the red-crowned cranes, which I thought we wouldn't see.

The Norokko train stops at a nearby station just after 2 PM, so we were able to catch it and return to the meeting point on time. At just 230 yen, it was a great experience.

The next day, we enjoyed the blooming lavender in Furano, the beautiful flower carpets in Biei, the stunning blue pond on a clear day, and Otaru after more than 20 years. Although we had a satisfying daily itinerary, my mother said the canoeing in the Kushiro Wetlands was the most enjoyable part.

If anyone is looking to experience canoeing, I confidently recommend this option.

釧路湿原でカヌーをしながら丹頂鶴が見れたら最高だなーと色々調べてこちらのHPに辿り着きました。
釧路空港からレンタカーで1時間かからず行けます。他の所のプランでは13時スタートが多い中、こちらは12時からスタートできるので夕方には泊まる宿に焦ることなく行けました。

雲の多い肌寒い日だったけど、寒さをしのげるようにポンチョを用意してくれたり、背もたれ付きのカヌーで広々として安定しているので72歳の母でも全然楽に過ごせました。
3泊4日の旅の初日だったので靴が濡れてしまうのではないか？予備を持っていこうかと少し心配していましたが、前日の雨にもかかわらずキレイなカヌーなのでその心配はご無用でした！

他の方と一緒に乗るのではなく貸し切りになるので気を使うこともなく最高です。
またあまり漕がなくても大丈夫ですよ、写真とか撮ってくださいと言ってくださり、ゆったりした気分で過ごせます。
担当してくださった一戸さんは20年以上のベテランの落ち着いた方で本当に動物にも詳しい方です。
オジロワシが鳴いてるから近くにいるよ！と発見してくださったり遠くにいても発見して教えてくれます。
その他にトンビ、親子の鹿、見れないだろうなーと諦めていた丹頂鶴など沢山の動物に会うことができました。
カヌーを降りた場所から近い駅に14時ちょっと過ぎにノロッコ号がとまるのでちょうど時間が合い乗ることが出来て集合場所に戻ることも出来ました。230円と安いしこれも良い体験になりました。

その次の日からは富良野の満開ラベンダー、美瑛の見事なお花のじゅうたん、晴れた日の見事
な真っ青になった青い池、20年以上振りの小樽など満足な毎日を過ごせたけど母いわく釧路湿原のカヌーが1番楽しかったとしみじみと言ってました。

カヌー体験したい方がいたら、私はこちらを選ぶことを自信をもってオススメします。

It was an amazing kayaking experience guide by our guide, Risa. The weather was a little gloomy but it created a beautiful mountain view shrouded by the mist. We also kayak along the River Chitose that was quiet and calm, allowing us to be close to nature. The highlight was when we spotted 4 huge blue carps in the river swimming under our kayaks. Most importantly, the tour was perfect because of our guide, Risa. Risa was friendly, relaxed, and was adept at striking good, pleasant conversations. Overall, I highly recommend anyone who is dropping by this lake to take this tour.

My first trip to Eastern Hokkaido with my mother. To fulfill our wish of "wanting to ride a canoe in the Kushiro Wetlands," we deliberately planned an individual trip instead of a group tour with a travel agency.

The conditions for the canoe tour were twofold: "to be able to ride the canoe for as long as possible on a basic tour course" and "to have pick-up available near Kushiro Station since we wouldn't be driving." Based on these conditions, we applied to Healing Canoe Kushiro.

On the day of the tour, it was an unusually hot day for Hokkaido, but it was sunny with light winds, which I think were good conditions for canoeing. The refreshing sound of the water, the breeze crossing the surface, and the various bird calls from afar and nearby were all very pleasant.

I felt so relaxed and healed that I wanted to just drift along... Our guide, Mr. Ichinose, a local from Kushiro, was very attentive and fun, allowing us to feel safe and comfortable. I definitely want to visit again during this beautiful fresh green season and experience the different expressions of other seasons.

母と訪れる初めての道東。
「釧路湿原でカヌーに乗りたい！」という希望を叶えるため、旅行会社の団体旅行ではなく敢えて個人旅行を計画しました。
カヌーツアーの条件は「ベーシックなツアーコースで出来るだけ長時間カヌーに乗っていられること」と「車を運転しないので釧路駅近辺の送迎が可能なこと」の2点。
この条件にかなって今回ヒーリングカヌー釧路さんに申し込みました。
当日は北海道にはあり得ないほどの暑い日でしたが晴れて風も弱く、カヌーには良い条件だったと思います。涼やかな水の音、水面を渡ってくる風、遠くから近くから聞こえる様々な鳥の声など、とても心地良かったです。
このまま漂っていたい…と思うくらいリラックスして癒されました。
釧路っ子のガイド、一戸さんのアテンドはとても丁寧で楽しく、安心してお任せすることができました。
ぜひまた新緑の美しいこの時期、そして表情を変えた他の季節も訪れたいと思います。

We participated in an early morning canoe trip as a couple. When we stayed in Kushiro before, we only admired the view from the observation deck, so I thought we definitely had to try the canoe tour next time!

It was a beautiful sunny day, and we enjoyed a cherry blossom canoe experience with the Ezo Yamazakura in full bloom. We left the operation to Mr. Ichinose. It's also nice to paddle by yourself, as he will follow you. You can leisurely observe the untouched nature of the Kushiro Wetlands and the wildlife.

We love birds, and we were thrilled to encounter species like the Japanese crane, white-tailed eagle, and great spotted woodpecker.

If you come to Kushiro, I highly recommend participating in a canoe tour. There are so many attractions. I also plan to join a winter canoe tour next time. Thank you very much!

早朝カヌーに夫婦で参加しました。以前に釧路滞在した時は、展望台から眺めるのみだったので次回は絶対にカヌーツアーをやろう！と思っていました。
この日は快晴でちょうどエゾヤマザクラが満開のお花見カヌーとなりました。操作は一戸さんにおまかせです。自分で漕いでみるのも良いですよ、フォローしてくれます。釧路湿原の手付かずの自然と、野性動物たちをゆったりと観察することができます。
私たちは鳥が好きで、タンチョウ・オジロワシ・アカゲラなどに出会えることができ、感動しました。
釧路に来られる方は是非カヌーツアーに参加してみてください。魅力がいっぱいあります。
また次回は冬のカヌーツアーに参加しようと思います。どうもありがとうございました。

Our guide Mr. Jumbo was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was our first time to have kayak in Hokkaido. We learned a lot from Mr. Jumbo. He taught us how to appreciate the beauty of nature, and he even let us have a taste of the green onion leaves near the river side. It’s a wonderful experience that I’ll recommend for people going to 支芴湖！

Since the starting point is a shallow river with a depth of only up to my knees, I was able to enjoy canoeing with my child without any worries.

膝までの深さしかない浅い川からのスタートですので、子どもと一緒でも安心してカヌーを楽しむことが出来ました。

A friend from outside the area came to visit, so I joined in.
It's a shame that the autumn leaves season has passed...
Still, I was able to refresh myself, which felt great.
Since I had some canoeing experience, I would say the time was a bit too short for my liking.
For those who are trying it for the first time, it might be just the right amount of time.
The guide was also very good at Japanese, so I could participate without any worries.

それでも、リフレッシュはできたので気持ちがよかったです。
カヌー経験があった為、贅沢を言うと、時間が短すぎました。

After the three-day weekend in October, I participated alone starting at 6 AM. I was picked up from my hotel in Kushiro city just after 5 AM and headed to Lake Tōro. It was just me and our guide, Mr. Ichinoto, as we quietly paddled through the Kushiro Wetlands. We encountered many wild animals, including deer, white-tailed eagles, falcons, cormorants, herons, and ducks. In the distance, we heard the calls of deer and cranes, creating an indescribable atmosphere. While listening to Mr. Ichinoto's stories, I enjoyed a leisurely canoe ride (leaving the paddling to him).

The view from the observation deck and walking along the wooden paths in the Kushiro Wetlands are nice, but entering the wetlands by canoe is the best experience. I heard that the winter Kushiro Wetlands are also beautiful, so I would like to participate again. Thank you very much.

　10月の三連休の後、早朝6時から一人参加しました。
朝、5時過ぎに釧路市街のホテルへ迎えに来ていただいて塘路湖へ。
ガイドの一戸さんと私しかいない静かな釧路湿原の中をカヌーで進んでいきました。シカ・オジロワシ・ハヤブサ・鵜・アオサギ・カモ。遠くにタンチョウのつがいなどたくさんの野生動物に出会いました。シカやタンチョウの声が遠くから響き、何とも言えない時間が流れていきました。一戸さんのお話を聞きながら、のんびり川下り(カヌーの操作は一戸さん任せ)を楽しみました。
　釧路湿原は展望台からの眺めや木道歩きもいいですが、カヌーで湿原の中へ入っていくのが一番です。冬の釧路湿原もいいと伺ったので、また参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

During the Obon holiday in August, I decided to travel to Hokkaido with my husband. Since it was my third time in Sapporo, I felt that just visiting the usual tourist spots wouldn't be enough, so I joined this tour.

To put it simply, "it requires quite a bit of physical stamina"! But it was so much fun that I couldn't stop laughing. One piece of advice: you should really wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. It mentioned jeans, but I actually wore jeans and it turned out to be fine. If you and your paddling partner aren't in sync, you'll end up crashing into the bushes multiple times. I even fell on my backside in the canoe! It's better to avoid short sleeves, as they can get caught on branches (it's not too painful, but there are some risky moments for kids).

There was a thrill that photos just can't capture, and I was very satisfied! I will definitely go again! ⭐︎

8月のお盆休みに北海道旅行へ旦那さんと行くことになり、私自身は3度目の札幌だったため、定番の観光所巡りじゃ物足りない〜！とのことで、今回このツアーに参加しました。
簡単にいえば、「結構体力を使う」！でも、それ以上に楽し過ぎて笑いっぱなし。一言アドバイスすると、本当に汚れてもいい格好で行くべきです。ジーパンは〜と書いてありましたが私はジーパンで行って逆に良かったです。共に漕ぐパートナーとの息が合わないと何度も草木に突っ込みます。カヌーの中で尻餅つきます)^o^(半袖はやめた方がいいです。枝に刺さります。(そこまで痛くはないですが子供は危ない場面があります)
写真だけじゃ伝わらないスリルがあり、とっても満足でした⭐︎また行きます！！

Feeling the pleasant breeze on my body while rowing was refreshing. It seems that the weather can affect the event, but I had a great time.

気持ちいい風を体に受けて、オ―ルを漕ぐのは清々しかった。天候にも開催が左右されるようですが、楽しかったです。

On the day of the visit, I was surprised by the unusual heat for Hokkaido, but the coldness of the water in Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River was actually refreshing.

What amazed me the most was the clarity of the water! It was a completely fresh experience compared to the view from land.

We floated down the Chitose River for about 200 to 300 meters, enjoying a leisurely time while learning about the plants on the shore and underwater.

After that, we paddled to Lake Shikotsu, which was also a great workout. Time flew by, and I found myself wanting to do it again.

当日は北海道らしからぬ暑さでどうなることかと思いましたが、支笏湖と千歳川の水の冷たさが逆に心地よかったです。
何より驚いたのが水の透明度！
陸上から見る景色とはまた違い、新鮮な感覚でした。
千歳川を200～300メートル下り、岸や水中の植物等の説明をしてもらいつつ、のんびりした時間を過ごせました。
その後は支笏湖までパドルを漕ぎ、いい運動にもなりました。
時間があっという間に過ぎてしまい、またやってみたいと思いました。

The staff were very accommodating and kindly taught us, making our first kayaking experience very enjoyable. I was surprised by the high transparency of Lake Shikotsu! Since we used clear kayaks, we could see beautifully underwater. We were also blessed with good weather, making it a wonderful experience.

スタッフの方々の対応も良く、親切に教えていただき、初めてのカヤックもとても順調に楽しむことができました。
支笏湖の透明度の高さにはびっくり！クリアカヤックなので、水の中もきれいに見えました。天候にも恵まれ、とてもいい体験ができました。

I was really worried about whether beginners could paddle smoothly to the lake, but thanks to the careful instruction, we were able to paddle much better than we expected! Paddling on the bright blue lake while watching the fish was refreshing and amazing!!! I want to go again.

素人が湖まですいすいこげるのか、とても心配でしたが、丁寧に教えてくれたこともあって自分たちが思っている以上に上手にこぐことができました！

On the day, the wind was calm, and I was able to ride the kayak without any swaying. The bottom of the kayak was transparent, allowing us to see the riverbed and lakebed through the clear water. The guide was kind and taught us with great care, making it the best experience. It was a pity that it was drizzling, but I want to try again!

I was able to enjoy kayaking with peace of mind on a tour by a professional diving shop. Our family of four split into two kayaks. We leisurely paddled along the river and lake, seeing fish along the way and listening to our guide's stories. I was moved by how such a blissful and relaxing time could exist. The guide took photos at various points, and I was very happy to receive them later for free via AirDrop. I think this is a tour that people of all ages can enjoy, as there were small children participating as well. I have come to love kayaking.

本格的なダイビングショップによるツアーで、安心してカヤックを楽しむことができました。家族4人で２つの艇に分かれて乗りました。のんびりと川そして湖を船で進み、途中魚を見たりガイドの人の話を聞いたり、こんなにゆったりとした至福の時間があるんだ、と感動しました。ガイドの方が随所で写真を撮ってくださり、後でair dropで無料でいただけてとても嬉しかったです。小さいお子さんも参加されており、老若問わず楽しむことができるツアーだと思いました。カヤックが大好きになりました。

I visited during the Obon period in the third week of August. Unfortunately, due to continuous rain, I had to change my schedule over the phone, but the system was not processing properly, and there was no handover between the staff, resulting in duplicate communications from the administrative staff, which was disappointing.

On the day of the event, there were delays and troubles at the accommodation, and I realized I would arrive 10 minutes late at 9:40 for the 9:30 meeting at Lake Shikotsu. I called to inform them, but I was met with an intimidating response from the female staff member, who insisted that I hurry through the rainy mountain roads with unbelievable remarks. While I acknowledge that the lateness was my fault, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way I was treated. (What would they do if I had an accident while rushing through the rain?)

I expressed my concerns about the intimidating response at the reception on the day of the event, and a young woman apologized. Although I did not expect it, they offered a discount on the tour fee (they said they would confirm with the representative and get back to me). The representative was present after the activity, but I did not receive any communication from them. There was no greeting either.

I enjoyed the activity, so I do not require any financial compensation, but the staff's poor response tarnished the opportunity to create precious memories with Hokkaido's beautiful nature. I urge the operating company to make improvements so that no one else feels like we did.

8月３週目のお盆時期に伺いました。
あいにくの降雨が続き、電話対応で日程を変更してもらいましたが、システムが処理が出来ていなかったり、担当者で引継ぎがされておりませんで事務担当の方から重複した連絡がありまして残念でした。
また当日、宿泊先で混雑とトラブルが重なり、9：30 支笏湖集合に対し9：40着の10分遅れになってしまうことが道中途中で判明したので連絡を入れたのですが、事務担当の女性から威圧的な対応を取られ、かつ雨天の山あいレンタカー道中を急いで来て下さいと信じられない言動があり、遅刻はこちらに非があるので強いことを言うべきでは無いのですが、対応に非常に不快な思いをしました。（降雨山中を急ぎスリップ事故でも起こしたらどう責任を取るのでしょうか。）

また当日の受付で上記の威圧的な対応に対しこちらの意見を申し、若い女性より謝罪を頂きました。
こちらは望んではいませんでしたが、ツアー代金のディスカウントの話が先方からありました（代表に確認して連絡するとのこと）アクティビティ終了後も代表の方もいらっしゃいましたが、お話も頂けておりません。※挨拶もありません。

アクティビティは楽しんだので金銭などの対応はいりませんが、あまりにもスタッフの対応が悪く、せっかくの北海道の貴重な自然との思い出を作る機会を汚しています。
二度と私達の様な気持ちにならない様にに催行会社の改善を求めます。
