The weather was gloomy, but I was able to see Lake Mashu beautifully. After leaving Lake Mashu, we departed by bus, and soon the fog rolled in, turning everything completely white—what a lucky experience!

どんよりした天候でしたが、摩周湖綺麗に見ることができました。摩周湖を後にバスで出発どうでしょう、すぐ霧がかかり一面真っ白にラッキーでした

The view of the larch trees changing color from the train window, a family of red-crowned cranes searching for food in a vast field, and three cranes that seemed to be getting along right by the road were truly captivating. I was thrilled to see my first red-crowned cranes. I appreciated the driver's consideration for the animals, as he slowed down to avoid startling the cranes. I was able to see 14 red-crowned cranes and 4 deer, which made my heart feel youthful again.

When we departed in the morning, the temperature was indeed low, so I put on a jacket, but as the bus moved along, both the temperature and my spirits warmed up. The bus guide's memorable explanations of historical sites and the wonders of nature made for a fun and homely sightseeing experience on the bus.

車窓からの落葉松紅葉、広大な畑で餌を探す丹頂鶴の親子、そのような鶴が道路のすぐそばに、仲が良さそうに３羽の鶴いました。初丹頂で感激しました。運転手さんも丹頂鶴が驚かないようにスピードを減速するなど動物への配慮が嬉しかった。丹頂鶴14羽、鹿も4頭も見ることができて心は少年に戻っていました。
朝出発の時は、さすがに気温が低く上着を羽織りましたが、バスが進むにつれて気温も心も温かくなってきました。
バスガイドさんの心に残る旧跡説明、大自然の営み等　話を交えた楽しいバス車内でアットホームな楽しい観光でした。

I participated alone as a woman in my 50s. On the day of the tour, there were two buses, and my bus had 35 passengers. All the sightseeing information was provided through headphones. The tour was available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, so about 70-80% of the guests were foreigners.

Being a bit greedy, I joined many of the optional activities, and it was helpful that many of them were discounted on this tour. First, we took a sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu. The boat had glass walls, allowing us to see into the lake, but unfortunately, the water was murky due to a recent typhoon. However, it was the season for autumn leaves, so the surrounding scenery was stunning.

We spent 85 minutes at Lake Toya. The chicken soup hot pot was very delicious. The dining area had tables arranged by group, so as a solo traveler, I could enjoy my meal without feeling awkward. There were four other solo participants from the two buses, but everyone had separate tables. After finishing my meal early, I strolled around Lake Toya and took a bath. The newly renovated eighth-floor bath was a stylish infinity pool that felt integrated with the lake, and I was very satisfied. There was also a bath on the first floor, which seemed to alternate between men and women at different times, so the men might have been on the first floor at that time. I only had about 30 minutes for the bath due to time constraints, but my body felt warm for a while afterward.

After visiting the crater at Mount Usu via the ropeway, we went to the bear ranch. It was on a smaller scale, so we could feed the bears and enjoy our time within the allotted time.

After visiting the Silo Observation Deck, we had a relaxing break on the way back. I participated in many optional activities, but many people took their time sightseeing, enjoying soft serve ice cream, and spending their time as they pleased.

Perhaps due to cultural differences, there were some guests who were a bit loose with time, but the guide repeatedly reminded us to "go back a little," so everyone kept to the schedule in the latter half (laughs).

It was a tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the nature around Sapporo in just one day.

５０代のおばさん ひとり参加です。
当日はバス2台。私のバスは３５人の乗客でした。観光案内は全てヘッドホンで聞きます。
日、英、中、韓に対応しているので 外国人のお客さんが7〜8割くらいでした。

欲張りな性格なので オプションにもたくさん参加しましたが このツアーだと割引きになるものが多く助かりました。
まず支笏湖では観光船に乗りました。船内がガラス張りになっていて 湖の中が見られるようですが、少し前の台風の影響で湖が濁っていて そこは残念でした。
ちょうど紅葉の季節だったので 周りの景色は最高でした。

洞爺湖は８５分。
食事は鳥スープ鍋がとても美味しいかったです。
食事会場では テーブルがグループごとになっているので ひとりの私は周りに気兼ねなく食事できました。私の他にもひとり参加の方が2台のバスで４人いましたが みなさん別々のひとりテーブルでした。
食事を早めに済ませ 洞爺湖散策をし、入浴もしました。
リニューアルしたての8階のお風呂は湖と一体化したような おしゃれなインフィニティになっていて大満足。 1階にも風呂があり、時間で男女入れ替えになっているようなので、男性はこの時間は1階かもしれません。時間がなくお風呂滞在は30分くらい。大急ぎとなりましたが しばらく身体はポカポカでした。

有珠山ロープウェイで火口を見学した後にクマ牧場へ行きました。
規模が小さめなので クマさんにエサをあげたりして 時間内で楽しめます。

サイロ展望台ので後はまったりおやすみタイムで 帰路。
私はオプションにもたくさん参加しましたが、
各所をゆっくり観光している方も多く、ソフトクリームを食べたり 思い思いの時間の過ごし方が出来ます。

お国柄なのか? 時間に少しルーズなお客さんがいましたが、ガイドさんが何度も ［少し前に戻って］と声かけてしていたので 後半は時間を守っていました(笑)

1日で札幌近郊の自然を満喫出来たツアーでした。

I participated with my university student son. A typhoon was approaching, but we were lucky to have good weather. There were many places we wanted to visit, and we were unsure whether to rent a car for sightseeing, but choosing this tour was the right decision. The in-car guidance is through headphones, but since there is a guide for the full day tour, we felt reassured. It's a recommended course where you can enjoy beautiful lakes and vast nature.

大学生の息子と２人で参加しました。
台風が近づいていましたが、好天に恵まれてラッキーでした。
行きたいところがたくさんあり、レンタカーで観光するか迷いましたが、このツアーを選んで正解でした。
車内の案内はヘッドホンですが、丸１日のツアーもガイドさんがおられるので安心でした。
美しい湖、広大な自然を満喫できおススメコースです。

I was worried about whether the service would operate due to the typhoon, but I was glad that our reserved cruise was able to go ahead. It was also nice to check the operational status on the website.
We passed under bridges, saw seagulls and pigeons, and even got to see a rainbow.
There was also an explanation about the Otaru Canal, which made for an enjoyable time.
Next time, I would like to try a night cruise.

台風の後だったので運行されるかどうか不安でしたが、私たちが予約していた便から運行されることとなりクルーズすることができてよかったです。HPで運行状況がアップされていたのも確認できてよかったです。
橋の下をくぐったりカモメやハトがいたり、虹を見る事も出来ました。
小樽運河の説明もあり楽しい時間過ごすことができました。
次回はナイトクルーズをしたいです。

I rode in a rickshaw in the rain, which had just turned from a typhoon to a tropical depression. They provided a fun guided tour without getting wet, taking us to areas that would be difficult to explore on foot. They also took photos at the scenic spots, creating wonderful memories. It was definitely the right choice to ride in the rickshaw.

台風から熱帯低気圧に変わったばかりの雨の中で人力車に乗りました。
雨に濡れずに、徒歩では散策しきれない範囲まで楽しいガイド付きで案内してくれました。
また、撮影スポットでは写真も撮ってくれてとてもよい思い出になりました。
人力車に乗って正解でした。

The weather was cloudy, and it was a bit disappointing that the scenery wasn't very clear, but it was nice to efficiently visit two lakes and Mount Usu. The meal felt like something you would eat after being awake for a long time and wasn't very tasty, so I thought it would have been better to eat whatever we liked at the Mushroom Kingdom. The view of Lake Toya from the Silo Observation Deck was beautiful.

お天気が曇りで、あまり景色がきれいに見えなかったのが少し残念でしたが、効率よく2つの湖と有珠山へまわれたのは良かったです。食事は、長時間起きっ放しのような感じのもので美味しくはなかったので、これなら、きのこ王国で各自好きなものを食べられたほうがよかったなと思いました。サイロ展望台から見た洞爺湖は綺麗でした。

Akan Lake had a two-hour free time, so it was necessary to move efficiently. We were able to reserve a motorboat in advance for a private use. We could take our time to thoroughly explore the Marimo Center. It was great that we could fully enjoy Akan Lake. Although it was pouring rain at Lake Mashu, it cleared up afterward. It turned out to be a fulfilling sightseeing experience.

阿寒湖は２時間のフリータイムですので効率よく回る必要がありました。モーターボートを事前予約して貸切で利用できました。マリモセンターをじっくり見ることができました。阿寒湖もしっかり回れたのでとても良かったです。摩周湖は雨がザーザーでしたがその後はよく晴れました。充実した観光になりました。

I recommend visiting Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan together efficiently for those who do not rent a car. The guide's stories were also enjoyable.

レンタカーを借りない人には摩周湖と屈斜路湖と阿寒湖をまとめて効率的に回ることができるのでお勧めです。ガイドさんのお話も楽しかったです。

This is a beautiful bus equipped with free Wi-Fi. The driver and guide were both very nice, making for a comfortable experience. I participated on a Saturday, and fortunately, there was no major traffic congestion.

I was able to fully enjoy the summer flowers of Hokkaido, which was the highlight of this trip. Shikisai no Oka is very vast, and the ground can be uneven, so I recommend using a cart. Even within the time allotted for the bus tour, you can reach distant areas of the grounds and see a variety of flower fields.

FreeWifi搭載の綺麗なバスです。運転手の方、ガイドの方もとても良い方で快適に過ごすことができました。土曜日の参加でしたが、幸い大きな渋滞もありませんでした。
今回の北海道旅行のメインである夏の北海道の花々を満喫することができました。
四季彩の丘はとても広大で、足元も悪いのでカート利用することをお勧めします。バスツアーの滞在時間内でも敷地の遠方まで行け、多くの種類の花畑を見ることができます。

Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I requested a sightseeing taxi. The driver, Mr. Maeda, was very kind; he prepared a step stool for my mother and checked in on my eldest son, who had an upset stomach.

He also had a solid knowledge of the sightseeing spots. Even though I specified a drop-off location that wasn't a tourist site, he thoroughly researched it and even introduced us to nearby places where we could eat.

I'm really glad I requested the charter. The reservation through Veltra was easy, and it was helpful to be able to arrange everything from where we were. Thank you very much!

高齢の母を連れての観光だったため、観光タクシーをお願いしました。
ドライバーの前田さんは母のために踏み台を用意してくれたり、お腹をこわした長男のことを気遣って声をかけてくれたり、大変親切な方でした。

また、観光地の知識もしっかりなさっていて、最終降車地は観光地でないところを指定したにもかかわらず、しっかり調べ、またその近くで食事もできる場所までご紹介くださいました。

やっぱりチャーターをお願いしてよかったです。ベルトラの予約も簡単で、いながらでお願いできて助かりました。ありがとうございました！

Although we ended up sharing seats since it was a popular tour, the seats were spacious enough that it didn't bother us. The mini fondue cheese with bread at Furano Wine House for lunch was delicious. At Farm Tomita, the pleasant scent of lavender and other flowers made for a lovely view. By the time we arrived at the Blue Pond, it started to rain, but the water remained clear, allowing us to enjoy the mystical scenery.

人気のツアーだけに相席になってしまいましたが、座席が多少広く気にはならなかった。昼食のふらのワインハウスでのパンのプチフォンドュチーズが美味しかったです。
ファーム富田ではラベンダー等のいい匂いがしていて景観共に良かったです。
青い池に着いた頃には雨が降って来てしまいましたが、水が濁る事も無く神秘的な景観を楽しむ事が出来ました。

I was able to visit various places as time allowed, and it turned out to be a sightseeing experience that exceeded my expectations. The driver created a very friendly atmosphere in the car, and I had a wonderful time. Their knowledge about the locations was very detailed, and there were plenty of interesting facts that made me nod in agreement.

I'm really glad I requested the taxi from Veltra for my first visit to Shiretoko. I want to go again.

時間の許す限り、いろいろな場所を回って下さり、金額以上に満足のいく観光となりました。
車内でも話しやすい雰囲気を作って下さり、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
場所についての知識がとても詳しく、「ほお～」と思わず頷くような内容も盛りだくさんでした。

初めての知床観光、ベルトラさんのタクシーを依頼して本当に良かったです。

I participated with my sister.
It was a very attractive course, and I signed up immediately.
I was worried about the rain on the day, but I only used the umbrella for sun protection. It was cloudy, but there was just a brief shower while we were on the bus, so it turned out well.
I was captivated by the colors at "Farm Tomita," "Shikisai no Oka," and "Aoi Ike."
The meals were served quickly, and the cheese fondue and hamburgers were delicious.
However, the highlight for me was the bus driver and the bus guide.
Both of them kindly greeted us with phrases like "Have a good trip" and "Welcome back" every time we got on and off the bus.
Thanks to the bus guide's excellent storytelling, all the passengers were well-mannered, making for a comfortable bus journey.
I thought we would return later than scheduled since it was a Saturday before the Obon holiday, but thanks to the driver's quick thinking, we arrived a bit earlier.

姉と２人で参加しました。
とても魅力のあるコースで即申し込みしました。
当日雨を心配しましたが、傘は日傘用に利用するだけで、曇っては
いましたが、バス内で通り雨があった程度でよかったです。
「ファーム富田」「四季彩の丘」「青い池」どれも色彩に魅了されました。
食事もすぐに提供されチーズフォンデュやハンバーグなど美味しかったです。
しかし、１番推したいところは、バスの運転手さんとバスガイドさんでした。
「いってらっしゃい」「おかえりなさい」などお二人ともバスの乗降の度、声を優しくかけてくださいました。
バスガイドさんの上手なお話しのかいもあってか、乗客の皆さんもマナー
がよく快適なバス旅でした。
また、お盆前の土曜日で予定時間より帰りが遅くなるかと思いましたが、
運転手さんの機転の利く運転で少し早めに帰れました。

Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond were all full of Instagram-worthy spots. The Blue Pond, in particular, is very mystical and definitely worth seeing. Since my wife is Chinese, the multilingual guidance was also good. It was a very meaningful bus tour.

ファーム富田+四季彩の丘+青い池とインスタ映えスポットだらけでした。特に青い池は、とても神秘的で見る価値MAXです。妻が中国人なので、多言語案内対応もGoodでした。とても有意義なバスツアーでした。

After refreshing myself in the hot springs, I wanted to go see the night view, so I was picked up at Yachigashira Onsen and went up Mount Hakodate.

From a distance, the clouds completely covering the mountain looked like a hat. The driver said, "I wonder how it will be since there are a lot of clouds?" and drove us to a spot where we could still see, but he mentioned, "If it's no good here, I don't think it will be good up top either," as we headed to the summit. Unfortunately, it was indeed not good.

He informed me that "Autumn or March and April are good times, so it should be fine then." I definitely want to visit again during a time when the night view is beautiful.

温泉でさっぱりと汗を流してから夜景を見に行きたかったので、谷地頭温泉にお迎えに来ていただき、函館山に上りました。

雲があっても見える場所へと案内してくださいましたが
「ここでダメなら上に行ってもダメだと思うよ」
とおっしゃりながら頂上へ。
やっぱりダメでした。

「秋か3月4月が良い時期なので、その時なら大丈夫ですよ」
と教えてくださいました。
ぜひ次回は夜景がきれいに見える時期に伺いたいと思います。

They said it was a very enjoyable bus tour. We got off at Lake Akan. The stops at Lake Mashu, Iwozan, and Sunayu were nostalgic and nice. We were able to relax at the Ainu Folk Arts Museum.

大変楽しいバスツアーだったと言っていました。阿寒湖で下車しました。途中の摩周湖、硫黄山、砂湯も懐かしく良かったです。アイヌ民芸間ではゆっくりできました。

Feeling the pleasant breeze on my body while rowing was refreshing. It seems that the weather can affect the event, but I had a great time.

気持ちいい風を体に受けて、オ―ルを漕ぐのは清々しかった。天候にも開催が左右されるようですが、楽しかったです。

I'm a local, but... during this season in Furano, the roads can get congested, and even when you finally arrive, it can be difficult to find parking. So, I joined the tour along with the tourists. On the day of the tour, about half of the participants were from overseas. The bus was very quiet, and we four sitting in the back might have been the loudest.

At the first stop, Rokkattei, I wished we had a bit more time. The Furano mochi here is definitely recommended. For lunch, I didn't have high expectations since it was a tour meal, but it was very delicious. Since it was a bus tour, we also enjoyed some wine during lunch. The lavender in Furano was beautiful, and the Blue Pond was lovely as well.

I wished we had a bit more time at Shikisai no Oka. After riding the trolley around, we didn't have time to enter the alpaca farm, which was disappointing. It was a packed tour, so having less time was unavoidable. Overall, though, I was satisfied.

道民ですが…この時期の富良野は道路が混んだりやっとついても駐車場がなかなか入れなかったり…
なので、観光客に混じり参加しました。当日は、海外からの方が半数くらい…
バス車内は、とても静かでもしかしたら後ろに座ってた私達4人が一番うるさかったかもしれません
最初のスポット、六花亭さんはもうちょっと時間が欲しかったですね。
ここの富良野餅は、絶対におススメです。
その後のお昼ごはん、ツアーの食事だし…とあまり期待をしていなかったのですが、とても美味しかったです。バスツアーなので、お昼からワインも楽しめました。
富良野のラベンダーも綺麗で、青い池も素敵でした。
四季彩の丘は、もう少し時間が欲しかったです。
トロッコに乗り一周したらアルパカ牧場に入る時間が無く残念でした。
欲張りツアーでしたので、時間が少ないのはしょうがないですね。
ただ、総合的には満足できました。

I traveled during a time when disasters occurred both in Hokkaido and nationwide.

I originally wanted to go to Lake Mashu and researched various train and bus schedules, but considering the frequency, connections, and duration of stay, I decided to take this bus. It was a great decision! I had given up hope of seeing the "Misty Lake Mashu" due to the weather, but miraculously, the rain stopped by the time we arrived, and I was able to see the long-awaited Lake Mashu.

This alone made me satisfied, but I also experienced the unique smells and scenery of Iouzan, Sunayu, and Lake Akan, which you can only appreciate by visiting the area.

The view from the bus, while listening to explanations, and being able to visit a tourist spot that isn't particularly well-connected without getting tired is truly appreciated for solo travelers. I highly recommend it for those who do not have a rental car.

However, there were also international travelers on the bus that day. There were two new bus guides, but I felt there was no English announcement on board. It might just be that I didn't hear it, but I hope there will be some kind of support in the future.

北海道も全国的にも災害が出た時期に乗車しました。

もともと摩周湖に行きたくて電車やバスの時間を色々と調べたのですが本数や接続、滞在時間を考えこちらのバスに乗車しました。
乗車して大正解！
天候でで「霧の摩周湖」になるだろうと諦めていましたが奇跡的に到着時には雨が上がり、念願の摩周湖に出会えました。
これだけで私的には満足だったのですが、その後訪れた硫黄山や砂湯、阿寒湖は現地に伺ないと分からない匂いや景色が体験できました。

説明を聞きつつバスの高さから見る景色、何より疲れずに交通の便が決して良いとは言えない観光地へ行けるのは、一人旅には本当に有難いです。
レンタカーでない方にはおすすめします。

ただ当日は海外の方も乗車されていました。
新人のバスガイドさんがお二人いらっしゃいましたが、英語でのアナウンスは車内では無かったように思います。
私が見聞きしていなかっただけかもしれませんが、何らかの対応があれば良いなと思いました。

This trip was to fulfill my grandmother's wish to visit Hakodate, a place filled with memories, as it may be her last journey due to her illness. In areas with slopes, the driver helped push my grandmother's wheelchair, which was a great help to us as her companions, and my grandmother said she had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

今回の旅は、病気の発覚のため恐らく最後となってしまうであろう祖母の「最期に思い出の地・函館へ行きたい」という願いを叶える為の旅でした。坂などがある場所ではドライバーさんが祖母の車いすを押して下さったりして、付き添いとして同行してきた私達もとても助かりましたし、祖母もとても楽しかったと申しております！本当にありがとうございました‼

The itinerary was good, but lack of information as language is the major barrier. Effort should be made at least to hang out information in English.

The tour guide is quite pleasant and has a very good voice. She sang beautifully

I used this for a family trip. Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka were as beautiful as postcards. Riding the trolley at Shikisai no Oka was very fun and became a great memory. Thank you to the driver and the tour guide.

親子旅行で利用しました。ファーム富田、色彩の丘は絵はがきのように綺麗でした。色彩の丘でトロッコに乗ったのがとても楽しく良い思い出になりました。運転手さん、添乗員さんありがとうございました。

The tour course and locations were great, but due to bad weather, I couldn't see the scenery I was looking forward to very well.

ツアーのコースやロケーションは良かったのですが悪天候で楽しみにしていた景色があまり見えませんでした。

On the day of the visit, I was surprised by the unusual heat for Hokkaido, but the coldness of the water in Lake Shikotsu and the Chitose River was actually refreshing.

What amazed me the most was the clarity of the water! It was a completely fresh experience compared to the view from land.

We floated down the Chitose River for about 200 to 300 meters, enjoying a leisurely time while learning about the plants on the shore and underwater.

After that, we paddled to Lake Shikotsu, which was also a great workout. Time flew by, and I found myself wanting to do it again.

当日は北海道らしからぬ暑さでどうなることかと思いましたが、支笏湖と千歳川の水の冷たさが逆に心地よかったです。
何より驚いたのが水の透明度！
陸上から見る景色とはまた違い、新鮮な感覚でした。
千歳川を200～300メートル下り、岸や水中の植物等の説明をしてもらいつつ、のんびりした時間を過ごせました。
その後は支笏湖までパドルを漕ぎ、いい運動にもなりました。
時間があっという間に過ぎてしまい、またやってみたいと思いました。

The lady tour guide is professional and gave very detailed and interesting account of the places we went. She also sang two Japanese songs and everyone thoroughly enjoyed her singing. (Note: commentary is in Japanese)

I'm glad I was able to visit the tourist attractions in Kushiro in one day. I think it was sufficient for those who just want to see the highlights. Thank you to the guide and the driver for their hard work throughout the long day.

釧路の観光名所を1日で回れて良かったです。とりあえず名所を回りたい人には十分かと思いました。ガイドさんも運転手さんも長い間おつかれさまでした。

The staff were very accommodating and kindly taught us, making our first kayaking experience very enjoyable. I was surprised by the high transparency of Lake Shikotsu! Since we used clear kayaks, we could see beautifully underwater. We were also blessed with good weather, making it a wonderful experience.

スタッフの方々の対応も良く、親切に教えていただき、初めてのカヤックもとても順調に楽しむことができました。
支笏湖の透明度の高さにはびっくり！クリアカヤックなので、水の中もきれいに見えました。天候にも恵まれ、とてもいい体験ができました。

The multilingual guidance system made it easy for many foreigners to participate, and there were no issues as the meeting times and other details were clearly communicated. The day I participated was sunny, and I enjoyed the wonderful views of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu. For lunch, I used the hotel restaurant, which offered a variety of dishes that were quite tasty. I had a great time throughout the day!

多言語案内システム利用バスとあって外国人の参加も多かったですが、集合時間等もわかりやすく案内していたので問題はありませんでした。
参加した日は快晴で、支笏湖・洞爺湖・有珠山等では素晴らしい景色を堪能しました。
昼食はホテルのレストランを利用していて、品数も多く味もなかなかでした。
１日を楽しく過ごすことができました！！

This time, I departed from Kushiro to stay at Lake Akan. We visited the sightseeing points of Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, and Lake Akan in a short time, getting off at each point to enjoy the scenery, eat snacks at souvenir shops, and shop. During the ride, we were given explanations about each point and stories about Hokkaido's history, which made the trip enjoyable and never boring. I felt safe traveling alone as a woman, and I could use the restroom at each point without any worries. It was very convenient that we stopped right in front of the hotel at Lake Akan. I hope they will create a course from Lake Akan to the airport for the return trip as well.

短い時間に摩周湖・屈斜路湖・阿寒湖の観光ポイントを周り、各ポイントでは降車し景色を楽しんだり、お土産屋さんでおやつを食べたり買い物を楽しむことができました。車内では各ポイントの説明や北海道の歴史に至るまでのお話をしていただき飽きなく楽しむことができました。女性一人でも安全に充分に楽しめ、トイレもポイントごとに利用できるので心配なく過ごせました。
阿寒湖ではホテルの前に停車していただけたのでとても便利でした。
帰りの阿寒湖から空港までのコースもぜひ作って欲しいと思いました。
