At the time of our departure, there was some really bad weather in Hakodate, so Mount Hakodate was so foggy that we couldn't see anything. Even when we arrived at the summit, we couldn't see any of the night view. There were also a lot of people at the summit as well,so the picture spots were crowded.

But! While I was taking out my camera to take a picture, the wind started blowing and I saw the night view!!
Don't give up on this tour in bad weather. Even if you think you won't see anything, you've got to go up the mountain! The fog didn't completely disappear, but I'm glad I didn't completely give up.

If you visit Hakodate, don't miss the night view! The scenery was so beautiful and the view will leave you speechless. I would like to see the scenery again and go on this tour again.

Lastly, to everyone going to Hakodate, I recommend going to the top of the mountain even if the weather is bad!

We got on the bus in front of Hakodate Station and headed straight to the summit of Mount Hakodate from there. Since I thought it would be a round-trip ropeway, I was a little bit disappointed, but along the way, in order to help us see the night scenery, the lights on the bus were turned down. Our guide was great and we had fun on the way to the summit. The scenery from the bus was beautiful and everyone commented on it, but when we got off the bus and saw the night view from the observatory, it was even more beautiful.

The day that I went was very cold but I forgot about that and felt like I could look at the scenery forever. The 30 minutes passed by so quickly. I couldn't see any of the heart-shaped lights, so that was a little unlucky. On the way back we got on the ropeway and went down the mountain. There were a lot of students on their school trips, so it took about an hour and a half before we could get on the ropeway and that was kind of tough. The line was out the door, so I wish I'd worn even warmer clothes. Since the night view was so beautiful, I still had a really nice time. The guide was so nice and attentive. If I have the chance, I'd like to take this tour again.

It was rainy and bad weather throughout the eastern part of Hokkaido, but it was comfortable because we traveled by bus. We couldn't see Lake Mashu at all. It's said that the area around Lake Mashu has a low rate of clear weather, so autumn is recommended.

It's my first time using private taxi tour. The driver was Homa san who is very efficient in managing time to bring me sightsee at the different attractions. I requested for two on the spot additional sightseeing spots and Home san fulfilled my wish. What is more is that he even waited for me to take-away my dinner from the fastfood restaurant before sending me back to my apartment. Veltra is prompt and efficient in answering my queries for this tour. Despite it was raining on that day, I still had an overall pleasant tour experience. Thank you for making my trip hassle-free!

Thoroughly enjoyed this day trip. Our driver arrived at our hotel early to pick us up and was utterly charming and helpful throughout the trip. He had a translation phone app which allowed him to communicate what we would be doing, i.e which places to visit, and when we would be having lunch etc. He suggested changing the schedule slightly which was fine with us, as the weather wasn't very good. We squeezed lots of activities into the day and it was a great opportunity to get out into the beautiful Hokkaido countryside. We particularly enjoyed the visit to the crane centre. I participated alone in early June. It was a tour around Lake Mashu, Lake Kussharo, Lake Akan, and Mount Io. Since I was alone, it was more convenient than renting a car. Lake Mashu was indeed shrouded in mist and not visible, but even in the rain, the greenery along the walking path at Lake Akan was beautiful, and it was very nice. I was picked up from the hotel just after 8 AM and returned to Kushiro Station around 4 PM, but the guide talked non-stop on the bus. It was interesting because they shared a lot of knowledge, but I was impressed by how they never seemed to get tired.
*I only passed through Kushiro Marsh on the bus, so I went there on another day by myself.*

6月初旬にひとりで参加しました。摩周湖、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖、硫黄山をめぐるツアーです。ひとりなのでレンタカーを借りたりするより便利です。摩周湖はやはり霧で見えませんでしたが、阿寒湖は雨降りでも遊歩道の緑が美しく、とても良かったです。朝8時過ぎにホテルでピックアップしてもらって、夕方16時くらいに釧路駅に戻ってきましたが、バスの中ではガイドさんがずーーーーーーーっとしゃべりっぱなし。いろんな知識を教えてくれるので面白いのですが、いや、よく疲れないなと感心しました。
※釧路湿原はバスで通過するだけなので、別の日に自分で行きました。

It was drizzling from the time we left Sapporo, and when we arrived at Lake Shikotsu, it was rainy and a bit chilly. However, the rain falling on the lake added to its charm, and I was glad we could ride the glass boat without any issues. By the time we reached Lake Toya, the rain had stopped, and I was able to take beautiful photos of the lake and the blooming wisteria. I was worried about having time to enjoy the hot springs, but I managed to soak in the outdoor bath and enjoy the view of the lake from there. We also included other attractions like the cable car, and we made stops at Mushroom Kingdom, observation decks, and service areas, making for a packed day. The bus guide was great, and it turned out to be a fun day. If you go to Hokkaido and find yourself wondering, "What should we do today?" I recommend this tour.

札幌を出発時から霧雨で、支笏湖に着いた時は雨降り＆肌寒かったですが、雨がポツポツと降り注ぐ湖も味があり、グラスボートには問題なく乗れたので良かったです。洞爺湖に着いた頃には雨も止み、湖や咲き誇る藤の写真も綺麗に撮れました。温泉に入る時間があるか心配でしたが、何とか露天に浸かり、そこからも湖を眺めることが出来ました。ケーブルカーなど他の乗り物も入り、途中立ち寄ったきのこ王国や展望台やサービスエリアなど盛り沢山で、またバスガイドさんの案内もよく、楽しい一日となりました。北海道に行き、「今日はどうしよう」と迷ったらこのツアーをお勧めします。

First, I communicated several places that I definitely wanted to visit to the driver. After that, I left the course planning up to them within the time limit. My husband, who previously lived in Hakodate for a short period, was able to include his "memorable Leopalace (laughs)" in the itinerary. We also visited places like Trappistine Monastery, Cape Tachimachi, the Foreign Cemetery, and the classic Goryokaku Tower, smoothly traveling by car to famous spots in Hakodate within three hours.

I initially thought it was a tour that followed the spots listed on the Veltra introduction page, but we could skip places we weren't interested in or include spots that weren't tourist attractions, just like we did. This flexibility allowed us to enjoy a customized tour.

Thank you to our driver, K, for being considerate of my mother, who has difficulty walking, and for providing us with a fulfilling experience.

以前短期間函館に住んでいたことがある夫の「思い出のレオパレス（苦笑）」を
コースに入れてもらうことも出来、
また市街から離れたトラピスチヌや立待岬、外人墓地、定番の五稜郭タワーや
ベイエリア方面まで車でサクサク行けて３時間で函館の有名スポットを巡ることが出来ました。

veltraの紹介ページにあるスポットを巡るツアーだと思っていたのですが、
興味のない場所はパスしたり、私達のように全く観光地でないスポットを
入れたりと時間内で色々リクエスト出来ますので自分達仕様のツアーを楽しむことが出来ます。

足の悪い母にも色々お気遣いいただいたドライバーのＫさん、
充実した時間をありがとうございました。

I chose a cruise just before sunset, so I was able to see the scenery illuminated by lights in the evening! I was lucky to take some great photos of the illuminated views.

However, there were a few parts where the voice of the female guide was a bit hard to hear from my seat at the front, which was a little disappointing.

The weather was wonderful, warm, and with little wind, making it very enjoyable!

My 4-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter skillfully used their children's paddles and paddled along!

We started paddling from the Chitose River, so we were able to see fish, and the kids were very satisfied.

Ido, who taught us how to paddle and guided us, was very kind, took many photos, and was great with the kids. Plus, he recommended a delicious pork bowl restaurant! It was really tasty♡

The only thing I found disappointing was that the weather was too nice, and the glare on the lake's surface was strong, so we couldn't see the scenery reflected on the water. Still, since we were in a clear kayak, I could see well through the bottom, even though the reflections and waves made it hard to see outside!

If I have the chance again, I hope to see the scenery as if floating in the sky!

(For reference, I think the kids were fine in long-sleeved, long-pants rash guards. I put a windbreaker over them. Their sleeves and pants got a little wet. The kids felt cold after getting back to shore, so I think it would have been better to bring their shoes and outerwear in waterproof bags.)

天気に恵まれ暖かく、風も少なく、とても楽しめました！

4歳の息子と6歳の娘も子供用のパドルを上手に使い、漕いでいました！

千歳川から漕ぎ始めたので、魚も見れて子供達は大満足でした。

漕ぎ方を教えてくれ、案内してくれるイドさんは、とても親切で、たくさん写真も撮ってくれ、子供の扱いも上手でした。
それに、美味しい豚丼のお店も教えてくれました！とっても美味しかったです♡

私が唯一残念だったのは、天気が良すぎて湖面の照り返しが強く、湖面に景色が映る感じではなかったことです。
それでもクリアカヤックだったので、カヤックの外だと光の反射や波でよく見えない湖の中も、股の間からよく見えて楽しめました！

また、機会があれば、空に浮いているかのような景色が見れればと思います！

(参考までに、服装は子供も長袖長ズボンのラッシュガードにして問題なかったと思います。子供にはその上にウィンドブレーカーを着せました。

袖やズボンが少し濡れた程度でした。子供たちは、岸に上がってから寒がったので、靴と羽織り物は防水袋(防水袋)に入れて持って行けばよかったかも、と思います。

We took this tour, only one available on the internet to see the Japanese cranes in winter, when they do their courtship and dance. We had a very polite, kind driver, who took us to 3 different spots to view the cranes. It was just after a blizzard but the roads had been cleaned, fortunately. We would recommend this tour to anyone who likes birds in a beautiful scenery. Only slight problem is that the driver is not fluent in English but he definitely tries hard and is very nice. We still give the tour 5 stars.

From February 16 to February 18, we stayed for two nights in winter Kushiro as an elderly couple. On February 17, we took the White Pirika train and toured around Lake Akan, Lake Mashu, Kushiro Wetlands, and observed the Japanese cranes. On February 18, we boarded the Winter Tancho train with the Shitsugen 55 PASS. We observed the cranes at Kushiro City Tancho Crane Nature Park and the Akan International Crane Center, where we saw many Japanese cranes against the pristine white snowfields, which was just as wonderful as we had expected. We were surprised by the number of visitors and photographers.

2/16-2/18まで2泊で、年寄夫婦で、冬の釧路に行ってきました。
2/17は ホワイトピリカ号で、阿寒湖、摩周湖、釧路湿原、タンチョウヅルの観察など周遊しました。
2/18は、しつげん55PASSで巡る　冬のたんちょう号に乗車しました。
釧路市丹頂鶴 自然公園と阿寒国際ツルセンターで丹頂を観察しましたが、真っ白の雪原に沢山の丹頂が見られ、思った通り素晴らしいものでした。
見学者と、カメラマンの多さには驚きました。

We stayed for two nights from February 16 to February 18, as an elderly couple, in winter Kushiro. 釧路市内のホテルに泊まり、2/17は ホワイトピリカ号で、阿寒湖、摩周湖、釧路湿原、タンチョウヅルの観察など周遊しました。
天気に恵まれて、さほど寒く無く快適なコースでした。
冬の北海道は、札幌の雪まつりや知床の流氷など何回か行きましたが、特に摩周湖は素晴らしく感激しました。
2/18はしつげん55PASSで巡る　冬のたんちょう号に乗車しました、。

In the afternoon it was rainy, so I was worried about not being able to see the view, but luckily it cleared up an hour before the tour started. This was really convenient, as I got picked up from the Bus Station in front of Hakodate Station (you check in at the counter and they give you your ticket), go taken to the bus stop, and then a guide helped us to the ropeway. We had 30 minutes to enjoy the view, which was really spectacular, then got dropped of again, all in just over an hour. Although it is run in Japanese, the guide was really sweet, making sure I understood the meeting time. Since the ropeway ticket itself is like 1300 yen, this is a total bargain.

It was our first time in Hakodate, and our flight was really early. We wanted to drop off our luggage at the hotel and go directly to Goryokaku, so booked this service.
The driver was waiting for us with a name board, and was very nice.
We got lucky with the weather, and got to see a surprising amount of the city in 1 hour

The course was good and affordable, and the tour guide was kind. However, the hotel lunch felt like just a pre-prepared meal, which is understandable given the low price, but I left most of it. I think it would be better to have individual items that show more care, like delicious miso ramen or katsu don.

問い合わせしたらメールで３日ぐらいかかりました、毎日不安でした、電話なら直ぐにすむと思います、そちらだけでなく、客の都合も考えて下さい、
コースは良かったです、安いです、添乗員の方も優しいでした、ただホテルの昼ごはん安いから仕方ないですが出来合い並べただけにかんじました、ほとんど残しました、美味しい味噌ラーメンとかカツ丼誠意感じる単品の方が良いと思います。

The tour was conducted with multilingual guidance, primarily through recorded messages on a receiver, without a live guide. I signed up without much expectation, but it was fully booked with many foreign participants, and the tour conductor joined us, making it easy to understand the meeting times.

We visited Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and had lunch at a hotel by Lake Toya, which was quite tasty. I thought the sightseeing content, including the ropeway fee, was a good value.

However, it was disappointing that even with a printed voucher, we had to stand in a long line at the "Regular Sightseeing Bus Center" to exchange it for a seat assignment ticket.

If the system doesn't improve, there is a high possibility that arriving at the meeting place on time won't guarantee making it to the bus departure. I recommend lining up at the "Regular Sightseeing Bus Center" a bit earlier.

多言語案内対応で、基本的に肉声のガイドはなく、テープに録音された多言語の案内をレシーバーで聞くタイプのツアーでした。
余り期待しないで申し込みしましたが、満席で外国人の参加が多く、添乗員さんも同乗したので、集合時間等はわかりやすかったです。

支笏湖・洞爺湖を周り、洞爺湖湖畔のホテルでランチでしたが、そこそこ美味しかったですし、観光の内容もロープーウェイの料金も込みでお値打ちだと思いました。
残念だったのは、バウチャーを印刷していっても、座席指定券と交換する為に長蛇の列の「定期観光バスセンター」に並ばなくてはならないこと。

もう少し、合理的にバウチャーを観光バスの乗務員が座席指定券と交換する等にしないと、座席交換に２０分位時間のロスがあります。
このシステムが改善しない場合、集合場所に集合時間に行ったのでは、バスの出発時間に間に合わない可能性が高いです。
早めに、「定期観光バスセンター」に並ぶことをおススメします。

I joined this tour because renting a car alone felt lonely. With about 20 people on a large bus, I was able to enjoy the places I wanted to visit: Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu. While the foreign guests only received guidance through earphones, our tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, which helped me understand a bit more about Hokkaido.

ひとりでレンタカーも寂しいので、このツアーに参加しました。
20数名で大型バスで、訪れたかった支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を楽しめました。
外国の方々はイヤホンでの案内のみですが、添乗員さんが日本語で観光案内もしてくださったので、北海道のことも少し理解が進みました。

I was wondering if the autumn leaves season was over, but I went to Hokkaido. This year, the timing was just right, although the colors weren't very good except for the mountain maple. The sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu was interesting as I could see the columnar jointing from the hold, and although I walked a bit too much at Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan and got tired, I was satisfied. On the way back, I got off in Susukino and enjoyed the flavors of Hokkaido for the day. My wife left something on the bus, but when I contacted them right away, they kindly delivered the luggage to the hotel. I was so moved!!!

紅葉時期は終わっているかなあと思いつつ、北海道へ。
今年は少し時期が遅くて、ジャストなタイミングでした。
でも、ななかまど以外はあまり色的にはよくなかったけど･･･。
支笏湖の遊覧船も船倉から柱状節理等を見て興味深かったし、洞爺湖、昭和新山もちょっと歩きすぎて疲れたけど、満足。帰りはすすき野で降ろしてもらい、北海道の味覚を堪能した一日でした。
WIFEがバスに忘れ物をしたのですが、すぐ連絡を取ってみたら、わざわざバスがホテルまで荷物を届けてくれました。感激!!!

I wanted to stop by Lake Shikotsu before heading to the airport, so it was great that there was a plan to disband at Lake Shikotsu. I was also able to use my accumulated points, making it a good deal.
