It was my first trip to Okinawa in 20 years.
I was able to efficiently visit the places I wanted in a short amount of time, and I had a very fulfilling experience.
The guide was cheerful and provided excellent service, which was wonderful.
I would love to have more tours planned.
Personally, I would also like to visit the underwater road.

Thanks to our guide, Hamachan, it was a very enjoyable tour!!! They were very considerate, checking if I was feeling okay since I get motion sickness, and it made it easy to talk and enjoy myself, for which I am grateful! I had repeatedly tried to book the Blue Cave snorkeling tour during my trip to Okinawa, but it was canceled due to pumice stones and waves. Finally, I was able to go!

Thanks to the change to an earlier time, I was able to park smoothly, and I was very satisfied with snorkeling at the Blue Cave and a nearby spot with lots of fish. Although there were still some pumice stones on the surface, the cave was beautiful that day, resembling a Tiffany Blue!

軽石とか波とかで、青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーを申し込むも、催行できませんというのを沖縄旅行の旅に繰り返しましたがやっと行けました。

ちょっと早めの時間に変更して頂いたことで駐車場も、スムーズに止めれて、青の洞窟＋魚の多いちょっと離れたとこをシュノーケリングさせてもらい大満足でした。
水面には少しまだ軽石がある状態でしたが、行った日はティファニーブルー的な青の洞窟で綺麗でしたっ！！

I had a great time being taken to places that are difficult to reach on my own. This tour is perfect for those who don't have a rental car.

自分では行きにくいような場所にも連れてもらえてとても楽しかったです。レンタカーが無い方にぴったりのツアーです。

My impression after finishing the tour is that it would be difficult to cover such a course in one day on my own. I didn't have to drive, I could listen to the guide's announcements at various points, there were appropriate bathroom breaks, I could eat a delicious lunch without needing a reservation, and I could sleep if I felt drowsy. It was a very fulfilling tour. Thanks to the guide's thoughtfulness, I had a great time. I also felt comfortable due to the driver's safe driving. It was a very good tour. I highly recommend it.

ツアーを終えての感想は、個人でこれだけのコースを一日で回るのは困難だと思いました。
運転する必要がなく、随所でアナウンスガイドが聞けて、適切なトイレ休憩もあり、美味しい昼食を予約せずにすぐに食べられて、眠くなったら寝られる。とても充実したツアーでした。ガイドさんの心配りで大変楽しく過ごすことができました。また運転手さんの安全運転のおかげで気分よく過ごせました。とてもよいツアーです。オススメします。

I was unsure about touring the northern area by rental car since I'm not good at driving, but I found a bus tour to the area I wanted to visit and decided to sign up. It turned out to be a great decision as it was very comfortable.

We were able to visit various places, and the admission fee to the Churaumi Aquarium was included in the price, making it a great deal. I enjoyed the scenery much more than I would have while nervously driving a rental car. The guide and the driver were both kind, and I'm glad I signed up!

運転が苦手なので、レンタカーで北部方面を巡るか迷っていたのですが、ちょうど巡りたい方面のバスツアーを見つけて申込してみたら、とても快適で参加しさて大正解でした。
いろんな場所にも行けたし代金の中に美ら海水族館の入場料が込みだったので、とてもお得でした。
レンタカーで緊張しながら走るより、ずっとケシキも堪能して楽しめました。
ガイドさんもドライバーさんも親切で申込して良かったです！

On a Sunday morning with two participants, we were lucky to have the rain stop and enjoy clear skies, and we were guided by the refreshing Hamajun for our first visit to the Blue Cave. He provided detailed and careful instruction, making for a satisfying experience. Even for someone who struggles with swimming, it was manageable! It's easy to join, so I will definitely reach out again when I'm staying nearby. Thank you very much!

ふたり参加の日曜日の昼前。雨があがって晴天になる運の良さと、爽やかなハマジュンさんに連れられて初めての青の洞窟。丁寧で詳しく教えてくださり、満足いく経験が出来ました。

Great staff! very fun and relaxing! I felt very safe the whole time and learned a lot about Dolphins. I wish the staff would take at least a couple of pictures.... I wanted some pictures.

It had been decades since I last used a snorkel, but if you have no resistance to putting your face in the water or diving, I think there’s no problem at all. They also provide life jackets. They carefully taught me how to use the snorkeling equipment. It was raining, but I thought it was the same since I would get wet anyway, and the underwater scenery was beautiful; I was even able to feed the fish. They were very eager, and I got nibbled on my fingers (laughs)—the competition for food is fierce. Thank you for lending me a thick jacket to wear when returning by boat to warm up my chilled body.

シュノーケル自体が何十年ぶり？でしたが、
顔を水につけたり潜ったりすることに抵抗がないのなら、全く問題ないと思います。
ライフジャケットも装置します。
シュノーケルの装置の仕方も丁寧に教えていだきました。
雨でしたが濡れるのだから同じと思ってましたし、水中はキレイで魚に餌やりも出来ました。すごい食い付きで指も噛まれ(笑)生存競争激しいです。
ボートで戻る時に冷えた身体に羽織る分厚いジャケットも貸して頂き、ありがとうございました。

In the northern part of Yanbaru, I participated in my first solo bus tour. On the day of the tour, it was cloudy with occasional rain, and I was a bit anxious, but the cheerful greeting from the tour guide immediately put me at ease. The information I heard through the earphones was also educational. Thanks to the guide's flexible responses, I was able to visit the mangrove walkway, see the stunning view of Route 58 and Daishi Forest, enjoy lunch (which was a heavy downpour at that moment), visit Cape Hedo (a breathtaking view), and at Daishi Forest, I could admire the strange rocks, forest, and sea, managing to complete all the courses even though I wasn't very confident on my feet.

I was able to see the Yanbaru Kuina, and I realized that it was great to efficiently explore and learn through this tour rather than going without any knowledge. By the way, I had a great time chatting at the local sweets shop at the roadside station we stopped at (the tart and cream puffs were the best).

Next time, I want to stay in the northern area and take my time to revisit the places on my own. I must mention the tour guide, YK! Even though she must have been more tired than I was after two consecutive tours, she kept the atmosphere bright and lively throughout. What a professional! Her parting words, "Let's meet again someday!" really touched me.

やんばる北部、初の独りバスツアーで、当日は曇り空ぽつぽつ雨の中不安ながらの参加でしたが、最初の添乗員さんの底抜けに明るいご挨拶に心も解れ、イヤホンで所々聞く案内も勉強になりました。添乗員さんの臨機応変なご対応で、マングローブの遊歩道、ルート58と大石林山のツーショット、お昼ごはん(ここだけ大雨)、辺戸岬(絶景)、そして大石林山では奇岩、森林、海を眺めながら、足に自信がない私でも全てのコースを廻ることができました。
ヤンバルクイナも見られたし、何も知らないで行くより先ずこちらのツアーで効率よく廻って学べたのは良いなと。
そうそう、最後立ち寄った道の駅の地元のスイーツ屋さんでお話も出来て(タルト、シュークリーム最高)楽しかったです。
次回は北部に宿をとり、ゆっくり自分の足で復習に廻りたいと思いました。
特筆は、添乗員さんのYKさん！2連続の添乗で私よりも疲れていらっしゃるでしょうに、通して明るく元気に盛り上げてくださり、なんてprofessional！最後降車時の『またいつか会いましょうね～！』の一言は染みました。

The dolphin show was great, and I saw a lot of sea turtles, and the seahorses and dugongs were adorable! The pineapple-flavored chocolate I bought at Nago Pineapple Park was very delicious and became my favorite. The sea at Kouri Island was beautiful too!

イルカショーも良かったし、ウミガメもたくさん見れたし、タツノオトシゴ、ジュゴンの寝顔も可愛かった♪
ナゴパイナップルパークで買ったパイン味のチョコがとても美味しくって大のお気に入りになりました。

The rainy season has begun in Okinawa. I was worried about the rain, but the mountains drenched in rain looked beautiful, and the plants appeared vibrant. Since there are slippery areas, I recommend wearing sneakers or other athletic shoes.

梅雨入りした沖縄。雨が心配でしたが、雨に濡れた山々が美しく、植物が生き生きして見えました。滑りやすい所もあるので、スニーカーなどの運動靴がおすすめです。

From Naha, the Churaumi Aquarium is far away, and you have the option to either rent a car or join a bus tour to get there. Since we had a larger group this time, we opted for the bus tour.
The Churaumi Aquarium is located within a marine park, and the time allocated for visiting is not very long. Moreover, we were instructed to have lunch in the park and return to the bus. However, while there are a café inside the aquarium and a food court in the park, all the options are overpriced, unappetizing, and lack local flavor, making them not worth eating. When we returned to the bus parking lot, we found several diverse local restaurants around the parking area that looked very delicious. In other words, after the bus arrives and you visit the Churaumi Aquarium (which is located near the coast, down a slope from the bus parking lot), it’s recommended to skip lunch in the park, quickly head back up the slope to the parking lot, enjoy lunch at one of the diverse local restaurants nearby, and wait for the bus departure time. However, this recommended pattern of behavior is not mentioned by the guide, so be cautious.
After the aquarium, Kouri Island and Manzamo are good natural sightseeing spots, but places like the Okashi Goten and American Village are just souvenir shops, and I don't see the point in spending more time than necessary there.

那覇から美ら海水族館は遠く、水族館に行くにはレンタカーで行くかパスツアーに入るかの選択肢となる。今回は人数も多かったのでバスツアーにした。
美ら海水族館は海洋公園の中にあり、見学に与えられた時間はそれほど長くない。しかも、公園内で昼食を取ってバスに戻る様に指示あり。しかし公園内には水族館内のカフェ、公園内のフードコート、などがあるもののどこも不味くて高くてローカル色もなく、全く食べる価値がない。ところがバス駐車場に戻ってみれば、駐車場周辺に多彩な地元のレストランがいくつもあり、とてもおいしそう。つまり、バスが着いて美ら海水族館を見たら（バス駐車場からずっと降りて行った海岸近くにある）公園内で昼食を取らずに、サッサとスロープを上って駐車場に戻って来て、周辺の多彩なレストランで昼食を楽しんで、バスの出発時間を待つ、と言うのがお勧めの行動パターンと言える。但し、決してこの行動パターンはガイドさんからは語られないので注意、
水族館以降の古宇利島や万座毛は自然の観光スポットとして良いが、お菓子御殿やアメリカンビレッジは単なる土産物屋であり、ここに必要以上の滞在時間を掛ける意味を感じない。

Unfortunately, it was rainy, but the weather doesn't affect the tour content, so I won't comment on that. This time, we participated as a large group and ordered three types: Coral, Emerald, and Diamond. The dinner options differ only in the main course, while everything else is served buffet-style for everyone to help themselves. The buffet offerings are as shown in the photos on the website, and there are no notable shortcomings; there were no shortages or items running out over time. As for whether the difference in main courses justifies the price, I would say it's about what you would expect. Since the portion sizes are the same, you can expect a reasonable level of satisfaction with any of the courses.

The cruise features live music, which isn't particularly famous, but it's not bad, so it serves well as background music. It's not excessively loud, which is often the case. Drinks and alcohol are charged separately, but since we always drink, that's to be expected. I don't think the prices are particularly high, so I believe you can order normally.

今回は大人数で参加したので、コーラル、エメラルド、ダイヤモンドと3種を注文したが、ディナー内容はメインコースが違うだけで、その他はビュッフェ形式で各自が取ってくる形になっている。　ビュッフェ内容はWebの写真にある通りで、特に遜色なし、時間経過による不足/品切れもない。メインコースが違うだけで、値段に見合った差があるかと言えば、まあそんなものかなあという程度。量に差はないので、どのコースでもそれなりの満足感は得られる。
クルーズには生演奏がついており、それほど有名どころではないが、下手ではないので、ＢＧＭとしては良いのではないか。良くあるような音量が大きすぎてうるさ過ぎることはない。飲み物・酒類は別料金だが、まあ我々はいつも飲むのでこれはしょうがない。特に高い印象はないので、普通に注文すれば良いと思う。

I participated with my elderly mother, aunt, and husband. Originally, we had planned for five people, but one person had to cancel due to health issues, and I appreciate the courteous handling of that situation.

Additionally, since part of the meal was buffet-style, I was helped by the staff while I was serving myself, which was a great assistance. It was also a birthday celebration, and we received photos taken during the event, along with a surprise tropical fruit juice, creating wonderful memories with my family. Most importantly, my mother was very happy that the food was delicious, and she mentioned that although she has visited Naha many times, this was the most enjoyable experience she has ever had. Thank you very much.

高齢の母と叔母、夫の4人で参加しました。元々5名参加予定でしたが、1名体調不良のため、キャンセルとなり、丁寧に対応いただき感謝しています。
また、お料理は一部ブッフェスタイルだったので、私一人でとりわけしているところをスタッフの方に手伝っていいただき、大変助かりました。誕生日のお祝いも重なり、写真を撮影したものをいただいたり、サプライズでトロピカルフルーツジュースをいただき、家族とのよい思い出ができました。何より母がお食事がおいしかったことと、那覇には何度も来ているけれどこんなに楽しいのは初めてととても喜んでくれたのがうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。

I was very satisfied with the sightseeing experience I had in a limited amount of time. I don't think I could have had this experience on my own in such a short time. Also, the lunch was very delicious and excellent. The tour guide was very efficient and did a great job.

I would love to go again.

I was very satisfied with the packed tour. Unfortunately, lunch was set to be eaten individually at the aquarium, but since my visit was right in the middle of Golden Week, both the restaurant and snack stands were extremely crowded, and I couldn't eat anything. I wish they had told us, "Please bring your own lunch."

盛りだくさんのツアーで大変満足しました。
残念だったのは、昼食は水族館で各自が食べる設定でしたが、参加日がゴールデンウィーク真っただ中だったためレストラン、軽食売店ともに大混雑で何も食べることができませんでした。
こんなことなら、「昼食は持参してください」と言ってくれたらよかったのに、と思います。

The course and fees were reasonable. However, the tour guide from Saitama had a low, fast-paced voice and was not good at explaining things, which was the worst part. Also, using the audio guide on the bus was unnecessary, and it was only used for that purpose. There was no explanation of what it was for, and when I filed a complaint, I was met with anger, claiming they had explained it!

コースも料金もまとも。ただ、埼玉から移住の添乗員が、低音早口、説明下手で、最悪でした。また、バス内で、音声ガイド使用は不用だし、しかもそれに使用するだけ。何に使うか？の説明無いから、クレーム入れたら、説明した❗️と、逆ギレされました。

I was prepared for the rainy season, but the guide explained various things and helped distract me. It was lucky that the rain stopped just where we were walking.

First, the final confirmation email only mentioned that the meeting place was the Hilton in Chatan, and when I called to confirm, I was told it was a location with parking. It would be better to provide more details since there are several parking areas. I was quite anxious in the morning. Everything else was very good! The stories explained by the guide along the way were also educational!

まず、最後の確認のメールに集合場所が北谷ヒルトンとしか記載がなく電話で確認すると駐車場がある場所と言われましたが駐車場も何箇所があるので詳しく書いた方がいいです。朝から焦りました。それ以外はとてもよかったです！途中でガイドさんが説明してくれる話も勉強になりました！

The shop is clean and well-equipped with amenities. Women can enjoy activities with peace of mind. The activity spots also offer stunning views and were very pleasant. Even I, who can't swim, was able to enjoy snorkeling without any worries!

ショップは綺麗でアメニティも充実。女性は安心してアクティビティを楽しめます。アクティビティのスポットも絶景で気持ちよかった。シュノーケルは泳げない私も不安なく楽しめました！

I have participated in similar tours several times, but this was my first experience visiting the Churaumi Aquarium first. However, this course is more efficient. It's a classic, but seeing the whale shark always brings a sense of calm. For lunch, I had yakisoba at the aquarium, but it was almost like "yakiudon." Manza Beach had a nice parking lot, but the old cluttered souvenir shops are gone, and it feels like the Okinawan charm that reminded me of Asia has disappeared, which made me a bit sad. Like everywhere else, it's unfortunate that due to COVID-19, we can't sample products at the souvenir shops. American Village is geared towards young people, so I found myself with too much free time. Overall, I think the cost performance of the tour is good.

I boarded from in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office, but since there was no staff, it seems that the meeting place is difficult to find for first-timers.

これまで何度か同様のツアーに参加していますが、最初に美ら海水族館を訪れるパターンは初めてでした。でもこのコースのほうが効率的です。定番ですがジンベイザメはいつ見ても気持ちがおだやかになります。昼食は水族館内で焼きそばをいただきましたが、ほとんど「焼うどん」でした。万座毛は駐車場がきれいになっていましたが、昔のごちゃごちゃした土産物店がなくなり、アジアを連想させる沖縄らしさが消えてしまったようで、少し寂しく感じました。どこでもそうですが、コロナの影響で、土産物売り場で試食ができないのはやはり残念です。アメリカンビレッジは若者向けですので、じいさんは時間を持て余しました。ツアー全体としてはコスパはよいと思います。
なお沖縄県庁前から乗車しましたが、係員がいないため、初めての人には集合場所がわかりにくいようです。

I was picked up at the airport by a cute Hello Kitty taxi (there are only a few of them), which really boosted my spirits (^o^).

The five-hour course included the airport → Kyoda Road Station → Kouri Island → supermarket → hotel in Motobu. The kind female driver was very accommodating, even responding politely to my request to take a picture of the white flowers I saw earlier. She took me to a large local supermarket where I was able to buy unique Okinawan ingredients, allowing me to enjoy Okinawan cuisine every day (since it was a self-catering accommodation).

Why didn't I give it the highest rating? It was because of the downpour during the rainy season, which forced us to give up on visiting Nakijin Castle ruins ^^; I will definitely ask for this service again next time and seek a do-over!

かわいいキティちゃんのタクシー(数台しかない)で空港に迎えに来てくれて、テンションアップ(^o^)

５時間コースで、空港→許田道の駅→古宇利島→スーパー→本部のホテル。
親切な女性ドライバーさんで、「さっき見た白い花の写真を撮りたい」なんていう要望にも丁寧に対応してくれました。
スーパーも地元の大きな店に連れて行ってくれて、沖縄独特の食材を買うことができたので、毎日沖縄料理を楽しめました(基本自炊の宿なので)。

なぜ最高の評価にならなかったか?
それは梅雨のスコールのような雨で、今帰仁城跡観光を断念したから^^;
次の機会にはまたお願いして、リベンジします❢

The day we had planned for the sunset kayak was forecasted to rain... On a whim, I asked to change the date, and although it was cloudy with occasional rain that day, it cleared up beautifully in the evening. We were able to take photos with a stunning sunset in the background. It was a bit chilly, but we had a great time. My middle school son was also moved by the beautiful sunset. Thank you very much. I would love to request your services again when I come back to Okinawa.

せっかくのサンセットカヤックの予定日が雨予報…。いちかばちかの私のワガママで、当日に変更のお願いに聞いて頂き、その日も曇り時々雨でしたが、夕方は、パァーっと晴れてくれて、キレイな夕日をバックに写真が取れ、少し寒かったけど、楽しかったです。
中学生の息子もキレイな夕日に感動。

On the day of the event, the weather changed rapidly; just when I thought it was pouring rain, shortly after, there was strong sunshine that could dry wet clothes in no time. However, I was told that this is not particularly unusual for the area, so I think it's better for participants to prepare rain gear even if it's sunny in Naha.

When traveling in Okinawa, especially on the main island, tourists who cannot drive have a very limited range of activities, so tours that take you to distant places are very appreciated. It would be helpful if more options could be added.

参加当日はとにかくお天気がころころ変わり、強い雨に降られたと思ったら、その少し後には、濡れた衣服もあっという間に乾いてしまいそうな強い日差しが…
でも、この地域では特に珍しいことではないと言われましたので、参加される方は那覇では晴れていても雨具の用意はしていったほうがいいかと思います。
沖縄旅行、特に本島では、車を運転できない観光客は行動範囲がかなり狭くなってしまうので、このような遠方まで連れて行ってくれるツアーはとてもありがたいものでした。
さらに種類を増やしていただけると助かります。

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but that's why it was great to easily visit the sightseeing spots on the bus tour. Listening to the shamisen live performance while enjoying Ryukyu cuisine was the highlight. I highly recommend it!

あいにく天気は悪かったですが、だからこそバスツアーで楽に観光名所を巡れてよかったです。
あんがまでの三味線ライブを聴きながらの琉球料理はハイライトでした。

At the first destination, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we were able to spend about two and a half hours exploring, including lunch. Since we had brought our own bento, we didn't need to spend time waiting in line at the shops or restaurants for lunch, which gave us some extra time. If it were crowded, it might be a bit tight to see everything.

After that, we visited Kouri Island, Manzamo, and Okashi Goten, but the stay at each location was about 20 minutes, so it felt a bit rushed, and we were busy getting on and off the bus.

The veteran bus guide had prepared various stories to keep us entertained during the journey, which was enjoyable. That said, it wasn't too lively, so if you're not interested, it's perfectly fine to relax and doze off during the ride.

Considering that the aquarium admission fee is included, I think it's a very good value tour.

最初の訪問地である美ら海水族館では、お昼を挟んで2時間半ほど見学することができました。予め、お弁当を持参していたので、昼飯のために売店やレストランに並ぶ時間が不要だったため、時間的には余裕がありました。混在時だと、全部を観るにはギリギリかも知れません。

その後、古宇利島・万座毛・御菓子御殿と続けての訪問になったのですが、各所の滞在時間が20分程度なのでやや駆け足なのと、バスに乗ったり降りたりと忙しい感じでした。

ベテランのバスガイドさんが、道中を飽きさせないようにいろいろとネタを用意してくれていて、楽しめました。とは言え、それほど賑やかでもないので、興味が無ければゆっくり居眠りしながらの移動も大丈夫だと思います。

水族館の入場料も込みということで、大変お得なツアーだと思います。
