- One infant (ages 0-5) travels for free on the JR with an adult. The VR scope is not included for infants.
- 1 VR Scope per person (adults and children) will be provided at Himeji Castle. You will need to install a free app on your smartphone in advance.
Please be aware that the VR technology may not work with some smartphone models. Unfortunately, even if your phone is not compatible with the VR, a refund for the fee is not available. - If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please bring a printout or digital copy of the tour confirmation e-mail sent by the tour operator. Participants can also inform their reservation and tour number to the staff upon boarding.
Additional notes
- At Himeji Castle, you cannot specify the time you want the tour to start. You will be notified once you booking has been confirmed.
- Please note that the a tour conductor will not be accompanying participants in this trip. Please head to the location on your own.
- The tour operator will not be responsible for any delays or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond anyone's control.
- If the tour operator has to cancel the tour due to typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances, we will inform you about the cancellation by e-mail by 15:00 of the day before the tour is set to depart.
- All necessary documents will be delivered to your hotel at least one day before the departure date of your tour.
