Please visit the reception desk of The Museum of Hanshin Koshien Stadium on your reserved date and present your QR code voucher and passport. You will receive the following four items: game ticket, museum admission ticket, original souvenir, and jet balloon.
The ticket exchange hours at the museum are as follows:
For games starting at 14:00: 9:00–17:30 on the game day
For games starting at 18:00: 10:00–17:30 on the game day
*Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged after the above times.
*A passport will be required for identity verification at the time of ticket exchange.

The museum consists of two areas, both of which can be visited freely. The estimated visit time is approximately 1 hour. Each area may be entered once only. Re-entry is not permitted.
Opening hours are 10:00–18:00 (on days with a 14:00 game start: 9:00–18:00).
