- Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
- An additional tea room usage fee (JPY 1,000–2,000 per person) will be required. Please pay on-site on the day of participation.

- The experience will proceed even in case of rain; however, it may be canceled due to severe weather or equipment issues. Please note that transportation costs to the site in case of cancellation will not be reimbursed. If cancellation is deemed necessary, the organizing company will notify participants by the day of the event.
