I had a very bright and enjoyable day with our guide, Maria. She was a bilingual guide in English and Japanese, which also helped me with my English studies. There was a course for Amanohashidate, and I would like to request it if the opportunity arises.

I was able to efficiently sightsee in Kyoto, and it was very good. The guide was also a pleasant person, and the explanations in both English and Japanese were easy to understand. I would like to use this service again.

I struggled to find the tour bus at the crowded meeting point filled with sightseeing buses. There was no display of the tour name, so every time a bus arrived, I had to confirm with the driver, only to be told it was the wrong one, which increased my anxiety. Finally, when I received a call on my mobile, it turned out to be the bus I had checked once before. The guide mentioned that there was a Chinese participant on the list, which led to the mix-up. I began to lose trust in the service.

However, the Chinese guide repeatedly apologized and showed genuine concern, which helped ease my feelings of distrust. I believe that if the tour name were displayed on the bus, it would go much more smoothly. Other Chinese tours also lacked this display, while Japanese companies had clear signage. I hope for improvements in this area.

観光バスでごった返す集合場所でツアーバスを探すのに苦労した。
ツアー名の表示がないのでバスが到着する度に運転手に確認するも、違うと言われ不安ばかりが増す。やっと携帯電話に連絡が入ると一度確認したバス。ガイドが名簿に中国人の参加者とあったので間違えたとのこと。業務に不信を持つ。
中国人ガイドがひたすら謝罪してくれたことや声かけ、心遣いが感じられ不信感は薄らいだ。
バスにツアー名の表記があればスムーズにいくと思われる。他の中国系のツアーは同じように表記なし。日本の会社はきちんと表記あり。改善求む。

It was not cold after the rain, and the guide's explanations were enjoyable. Above all, the view from the double-decker bus was amazing. I had so much fun that I would love to participate again.

雨上がりで寒くなくてガイドさんの説明も楽しくて、何より2階建バスからの景色が最高でした。また参加したいと思う位楽しかったです。

This is my third year revisiting.
It feels like a gentle roller coaster.
The view overlooking the streets of Midosuji is breathtaking.
The bus guide provides interesting information about the buildings, which is quite enjoyable.
Even though I live in Osaka, I'm amazed by how much I don't know.
The highway takes you around for about one and a half laps.
It's full of thrills.

ゆるやかなジェットコースターのようなかんじ。
御堂筋の街並みを見下ろすのは絶景です。
バスガイドさんが建物を案内してくれます、これがまた面白い。
大阪に住んでいるのに知らないことだらけでたまげます。
高速道路は1周半ほどしてくれます。
スリル満点です。

I participated in the 17:10 course, and the sky was a night color with no rain, making for a comfortable time. Since it's an open double-decker bus, you can enjoy the illuminations from a panoramic and unique angle that you absolutely can't see from the ground or a regular car. The guide kindly pointed out the viewing spots, and depending on the traffic conditions, you can leisurely enjoy the light-up while chatting. We also passed by hotels, shops, and cafes decorated for Christmas, which makes me want to check it out again next time. Thank you for the wonderful tour!

空は夜色で雨もなく快適な時間でした。
オープンの二階建てバスなので
徒歩や乗用車からは絶対見る事が出来ないパノラマかつ角度からイルミネーションを満喫出来ます。ガイドさんが丁寧に観覧スポットを教えてくださり、道路の混み具合にもよりますが、ゆっくりライトアップをお喋りしながら過ごせます。クリスマスのデコレーションが施されているホテルやショップ、カフェなども通りますのでまた次回覗いて見たくなりました。

I participated with two friends. I heard that there were many foreigners, so the entire tour guide was in English, but they also mixed in fast-paced Japanese explanations, which was very pleasant! Thank you! There was plenty of free time, but we adhered strictly to the schedule, and all the participants were great, allowing us to enjoy the sightseeing smoothly. It became a wonderful memory!

外国の方が多いとの事で、観光案内は全編英語と言う事でしたが、早口での日本語説明も織り混ぜてくれてとても好感持てる対応でした!ありがとうございます!
自由時間もたっぷりありましたが、時間厳守の行動で、参加者皆さんが良い方ばかりでスムーズに観光をする事が出来きとても良い想い出になりました!

Since I live in the countryside, I traveled to Osaka. I only visited tourist spots, but I rode the bus around the city to see the beautiful illuminations and even got on the highway for a bit... It was a valuable experience! I had a great time! The experience lasted only an hour, so it was easy to fit into my travel plans. 😊

I participated with a friend. Thank you to our bus guide, Maria! She is amazing, fluent in both Japanese and English, and can speak four languages! She was kind, polite, and I became a fan of hers! Most of the people on the bus were foreigners, but we adhered to the meeting time and moved on time. She provided detailed explanations of each landmark in English! I was staying at a hotel in Osaka, but I was moved by how much I enjoyed the trip to Kyoto starting from Namba! I definitely want to use this service again! (^O^)

This time, the temperature was just right, not too cold. Living in Osaka, I was satisfied with the little sightseeing I could do. I want to go again. The illumination was wonderful.

The guide, Mr. Zheng, was modest about his Japanese skills, but there was no need for that; he explained everything clearly and covered all the important points, so there were no issues at all. I was very satisfied.

I joined with three friends, and we made great memories.

The illumination on Midosuji and the buildings at night make you exclaim "Wow!" It's a bit cold on the way back as we took the highway, but it was an experience that you don't usually get. They also lend you blankets.

御堂筋のイルミネーション、夜のビル、思わずワーッと言う声がでます。帰りは高速に乗り、少し寒いですが普段できない経験でした。ひざ掛けも貸してもらえます。

It was disappointing that the weather was mostly rainy. Although the tour was primarily for foreigners, I experienced a different sensation than usual. I thought it was impressive that we managed to stick to the schedule and finish on time. It was nice that the guide offered a photo service at the end.

天気がほぼ雨で残念だった。外国人中心の観光だったが、いつもと違う感覚を味わった。良くあのスケジュールで時間通りに予定を終えられたなと思いました。
ガイドさんが最後、写真撮影のサービスしてくれて良かった。

The course with lunch included had options for a Kyoto cuisine set and a Kyoto tofu set, and since I was there, I chose the Kyoto cuisine course. However, the restaurant specializes in tofu dishes, and naturally, the meal consisted entirely of tofu dishes. I couldn't help but ask the person I was dining with which tour course they had chosen. They seemed to be worried too, wondering if this was not the Kyoto tofu course.

There were many delicious-looking restaurants near Kiyomizu-dera, so I thought I should have skipped the lunch option given this meal.

I was satisfied with the tour itself as we visited the main four locations. However, the schedule was tight, so I don't think it's suitable for those who want to take their time exploring. The tour guide was accommodating in both English and Japanese, and their service was good. It was just the meal that was disappointing.

昼食付きのコースは、京料理御膳と京豆腐御膳があり、せっかくだからと京料理御膳のコースを選択しました。
しかし、お店は豆腐料理のお店で、食事内容ももちろん豆腐料理ばかり。
思わず、一緒に食事をした方にどのツアーコースを選択したか確認しました。その方も、これは京豆腐コースじゃないのか？と不安に思っていたようです。
清水寺には美味しそうなお店がたくさんあったので、この内容なら昼食付きにしなければ良かったなと思いました。

ツアー自体は主要な4箇所を回れたので満足しています。ただ、スケジュールがタイトなので、ゆっくり見て回りたい方は向いていないかと思います。
添乗員さんは、英語と日本語で対応しており対応も良かったです。
本当に、お食事だけが残念でした。

A family trip to Osaka. Blessed with good weather, we enjoyed a quick tour of Osaka under the clear blue sky while admiring the buildings. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and before we knew it, an hour had passed, making for a delightful experience.

大阪での家族旅行。
天候にも恵まれ、快晴の青空のもと、ビルを眺めなながら大阪をサクッと見学。
ガイドさんのお話も楽しく、あっという間に1時間が過ぎ、楽しい時間を過ごしました。

I was able to fully enjoy the sightseeing spots in Kyoto in one day. The guide provided information in both English and Japanese. Once we arrived at each landmark, we had free time to explore on our own. Since I didn't opt for lunch, I had quite a bit of time to spare at Kiyomizu-dera. Those who chose the lunch option mentioned that their visit to Kiyomizu-dera was a bit rushed (the plan included lunch near Kiyomizu-dera).

We traveled by bus between the landmarks, so if you got tired, you could relax and sleep until the next destination. It was convenient to buy souvenirs at each location and leave them in our seats while heading to the next sightseeing spot. However, any loss of belongings left in the vehicle is your own responsibility.

I was glad I checked the boarding location the day before, as it was a bit hard to find. Also, the drop-off point on the way back is Hachijo-guchi.

京都の観光名所を一日で堪能できました。ガイドさんは英語と日本語の案内付き。名所に着いたら各自、自由行動。昼食付きにしなかった為、清水寺ではかなり時間を持て余した。昼食付きにした方は清水寺の観光が慌ただしかったとの事。(清水寺の近くで昼食をとるプラン)
名所をバス移動するので疲れたら次の目的地までゆっくり眠れる。各地でお土産を買っても座席に置いて次の観光名所に行けたので楽でした。しかしながら車中に置いていった荷物の紛失等は自己責任です。
説明にあった朝の乗車場所は前日に下見をしておいて良かった。分かりづらいです。あと、帰りの降車場所は八条口です。

Even though it was November, it was warm, so I didn't need much in terms of cold weather gear. The view from the double-decker bus was enjoyable, as I could see things I don't usually see and the perspective was different. I also learned for the first time that the colors of the illuminations on Midosuji are different. The Hanshin Expressway was congested, and I think the driver had a tough time, but I was able to take my time enjoying the scenery and got some great photos. I want to ride again!

11月なのに暖かく寒さ対策は、そんなに必要なかったです
２階建てバスから見る景色は普段見れない物が見えたり見方も違うので楽しかったし、御堂筋のイルミネーションの色が違う事も初めて知りました。
阪神高速、混んでて運転手さんは大変だったと思いますが、ゆっくりと景色見れたし写真もバッチリ撮れて良かったです。
又、乗りたい！

On the last day of the three-day weekend in October, I participated with my cousin from Osaka.

We thoroughly enjoyed an hour of bus sightseeing while listening to the guide's detailed and entertaining announcements, starting from the beautiful evening weather.

The two-story open-deck sightseeing bus offered a view where the traffic lights on the main road were just above our seats! That day, the clear sky and skyscrapers flowed by from the front, sides, and even above us, creating a refreshing experience! Additionally, while we moved dynamically on the highway, we could comfortably sit and admire many famous sights throughout the tour.

Since I had never properly toured Osaka, I was thrilled to see so many landmarks. The guide's live commentary covered a wide range of topics in detail, making it enjoyable and never boring until the end.

The first two rows of seats were empty, and we were in the third row, which allowed us to have a clear view of the front, sides, and above without any obstructions.

We departed from Osaka Station and the highway bus terminal, touring the major attractions in the south, and returned to Osaka Station via the highway. The speed increased, and since the road was elevated, we enjoyed an even higher vantage point. It was just around dusk, and the buildings were lit up, creating a beautiful scene.

I was told that when the days get shorter, we can enjoy the illuminated scenery at that time. (This was mentioned during the farewell greetings after the tour by the driver and guide.) That sounds like it would be fun as well, making me want to ride again during that season. It was a truly memorable activity filled with a live experience.

My cousin from Osaka also seemed very satisfied with this long-awaited hometown tour.

10月の3連休最終日に、大阪出身の従姉と参加。
天気も良い夕暮れ前からの１時間を、ガイドさんのそれは詳しく楽しいアナウンスに耳を傾けつつ、バス観光を存分に楽しみました。

2階建オープンデッキの周遊バス観光とは…
大通りの信号機が、座席からスレスレ上に見える眺望！　
当日は、雲の無い空と高層ビルが、前・横の窓から、また、天井の無い上方から、サーッと流れていく爽快さ！
また、高速道路に乗ったりするダイナミックな移動をしつつも、終始、座席に座ったまま多くの名所を眺めて巡るという究極の楽チン観光！

大阪をきちんと観光したことが無かったので、名所の目白押しは嬉しかったです。
ガイドさんのライブ解説も話題が多岐に渡って詳しく、それでいて楽しい、最後まで聞き飽きない内容でした。

前から２列の座席は空席で、3列目が私たちだったので、前方も横も、天井無しの上方もすっきり見渡せて良い眺めでした。

大阪駅・高速バスターミナルを出発前して、南の主要な観光名所を巡り、大阪駅への帰りは高速道路に乗ります。スピードは早くなるし、道路自体が高架なので、一般道から更に高い視点の眺めを楽しむことができました。
この頃はちょうど夕暮れ時で、ビルにも灯りが点いて綺麗な景色でした。

日暮れが早くなったら、その時はライトアップされた風景を楽しめるとのこと。(観光終了し降車後のご挨拶時、運転手さん・ガイドさん談)
それはそれでまた楽しそう…ということで、またその時期にも乗りたくなるくらい、一期一会なライブ感満載のアクティビティでした。

大阪出身の従姉も、久しぶりの出身地観光で、大満足な内容だったようです。

運転手さん、ガイドさん、バスに乗る前からお別れの時まで、にこやかで、ありがとうございました。主催の近鉄バスさんもありがとう。そして、ネットでぷちっと申込させてくださったベルトラさん、どうもありがとう！！！

It was a three-day weekend, so there were a lot of people! Also, the highway was congested, which made travel time longer. There weren't many restroom breaks, so I thought it might be tough for the elderly. Additionally, there were many people from China.

三連休だったので、とりあえず人がいっぱいでした！そして、高速が渋滞で移動に時間がかかってました。
トイレ休憩が少なかったので、お年寄りは大変なのではないかと。
あと、中国の方が多かったです。

In the morning, we took this route, and in the afternoon, we joined a different route. The weather was nice, so it was fantastic to tour the city on an open-deck bus. It was an hour that flew by while listening to the guide's enjoyable explanations about interesting districts. I highly recommend it.

午前中はこのルート、午後は別ルートで参加。天気が良かったので、オープンデッキバスで市内を回るのは最高でした。興味深い地区をガイドさんの楽しい説明を聞きながら、あっという間の1時間でした。お勧めです。

I have been to Osaka several times, and traveling by bus made it easy to understand the geography. The guide's explanations were very enjoyable, the weather was great, and it was the best experience. In the morning, we also took a different route.

何度か大阪に行っていますが、バスで回ることで地理的にも分かりやすかったです。ガイドさんの説明もとても楽しく、天気も良くて、最高でした。午前中も違うルートで回ってきました。

The guide is primarily in English for foreign visitors, but there is also a Japanese guide available. The meeting place and time are definitely provided in Japanese. It's a classic course, so you can't go wrong. The lunch was delicious, and it was convenient not having to pay the admission fees one by one.

外国人向けのためガイドは英語メインですが、日本語ガイドもあります。
集合場所、時間は必ず日本語あり。
王道コースなのでハズレなし。昼食も美味しく拝観料をいちいち払わなくても良くて楽でした。

I've been there many times, but I often moved around by subway and didn't really understand the connections between the stations. The roads were also one-way with four lanes, and I found myself nodding along to the guide's explanations.

As it was getting to the time when the city lights were coming on, it was nice to experience the different atmosphere at the beginning and the end of the ride. However, I regretted not dressing warmer since the wind was quite cold for the season.

何度も行ったことはあるけど、地下鉄での移動が多く駅と駅のつながりがよくわかっていなかったのです。道路も4車線の一方通行だったこととか、ガイドさんの話にいちいちうなづきながらでした。
だんだん街の灯りが灯る時間だったので、乗り始めと終わる頃で違う街の感じも良かったです。
ただ、季節的に風が冷たくてもっと防寒対策をしていったら良かったと後悔しました。

The tour guide provided serious explanations throughout the journey, filling our trip with wonderful memories. Due to traffic congestion, our return to Osaka was delayed, and we couldn't arrive at the restaurant we had originally booked on time. Thanks to our guide, Choi Haehwa, for contacting the restaurant to change the time. She is a very professional and helpful guide.

導遊一路認真的解說，讓我們的這次旅行充滿了美好的回憶。因為道路擁塞，導致返回大阪的時間delay，我們原本預訂的餐廳無法準時到達，感謝崔海花導遊幫我們聯絡餐廳變更時間，她是一位非常專業和helpful的導遊。

I used the service with foreign guests. They were very happy to have a guide who spoke their native language. The best part was the wonderful weather!!!

The view of the building was impressive and magnificent against the sky. The breeze was pleasant and enjoyable. It was as fun as a ride at an amusement park! ☺️
