Tokyo
Like my titel already says. I‘m glad to have the amazing opportunity to book such a great trip with an amazing organisation :) the weather was great and the food was delicious. I loved to japanese lessons on the way there. thank you very much for this:)
I loved it, the JR Sunshine and local tour operator were just perfect and very well organized, we got to cover amazing sights and I would recommend this trip to anyone.
Great day out! Fantastic experience. Tour guides Mario and Catherine were very professional and helpful. The stops were appropriately planned and interesting. Would do it again!
Thank you for giving us such a wonderful review with 5 stars!
We are glad to hear that you could enjoy our tour with them.
I hope all your journey in Japan was wonderful.
See you someday again!
Japan Panoramic Tours
We are 9 persons with grandparents & children; Mr Phang is speaking mandarin, as we requested 6 hours private tour to visit some places:
1. Shimokitazawa Area
2. Ameyoko Market
3. Harujuku- Kiddy land
4. Rikuen Garden
Mr Phang is very good tour leader, he guides us how to walk around Ameyoko Market.
My families feel very comfortable to have a tour arranged, with very reasonable price compared with other website. Recommended to all travelers!
the guide was nice and friendly the only draw is in each spot we only have a little time to spend
Being a solo traveller it's great to be able to participate in tours like this awesome day tour to Nikko from Tokyo.. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
i bought the vouchers on line, and was told to exchange for tickets at the office at skytree or mitsubishi building. we walked for 3 miles to get to the skytree office and it was closed. we went to the skytree station as the map told us, but that was not the stop. the bus was good once we finally got on it
The tour itself was amazing, the lunch at the hotel was great as well. The tour guide was really really good cannot fault the tour at all
Though the weather was not good, it was ☔ and ☁, and we could see only the foot of Fuji, the tour itself was organized on a high level. The guide told many interesting legends, gave a lot of useful information, tought us to sing a song and to make origami. At the end of tour she presented every tourist her self-made origami, and this was so touching and pleasant.
Easy to find, great help from everyone, the sites and the tour guide (Mikita I think) were excellent.
I really enjoyed it! I had a great time. I got a good overveiw of the whole city and saw parts of it I wanted to explore more:))
Everything went like clockwork. We were lucky enough to get wonderful views from both Stations 4 and 5. The lunch was beautiful in a marvellous setting. Staff very attentive, right down to taking us to the train we needed to catch to return to our hotel at the end of the day. Worth every cent and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
The activities were awesome, our tour guide Toshi was very friendly and the coach driver also managed to drive us back to our final destination on time. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visiting Mount Fuji and Hakone!
Although, it rained our ENTIRE tour, we still had a good time. They provided plastic rain jackets which were great and we just stayed in the bus the entire trip around the city. Because the tickets are 24 hours, we were able to hop back on the next morning and actually see some sites OFF the bus. I forgot to print out my online ticket, but the ladies were able to work with the screenshot I showed on my phone. overall great experience.
The tour guides from the morning to afternoon tour were great. Though the weather wasnt good yet the tour conducted so well. Grayline company is highly recommended.
Excellent guide when on the bus, but very confusing situation when getting back on the bus.
Terrible weather, but very happy to see Mt Fuji Capped with snow.
Interestering and flavorful lunch, but we were too rushed with not enough time for shopping.
With total fog the cable ride was absurd.
Very enjoyable, a lot to see and do. Some beautiful sights to see, I proposed to my partner at the 5th station which was really memorable. A long day which is well worth it.
Great experience and lovely place to visit but the time was very limited to explore each location.
Tour was great. Our guide Harumi was very helpful and entertained us during the slower parts of the trip. Just happened to have great weather for viewing Mt. Fuji as well. All in All, would travel again.
Our guide in trying to be funny, came across bossy and rude, and in trying to be punctual left 4 guests behind on Mt Fuji albeit they were 10 min late. We had too little time at each destination except the 4D experience, which was the longest part of the day at a theme park! I didn't pay for a Fuji tour to be at a theme park. Most of the commentary was played on an autoguide with the exception of pointing out a few landmarks along the way. Not worth the money.
Thanks for a beautiful day with nice guides and a delicius meal .
Thank you for joining our tour .
We hope you have a lot of memories in Japan.

Japan Panoramic Tours.
The hotel pick up option worked well even though, when arriving at the main Bus Station it was a little chaotic. Waiting to check in and being allocated our coach was not so long and soon the tour was under way. The journey to the mountain takes you through interesting countryside, their new wine region being one part. But where was Mt Fuji? Where it so often is, nestled in cloud. From the 5th station you did quite well to see your hand at full stretch but there were teasing hints of a bright spell approaching.
As we stopped for lunch in an intriguing choice of a fairground restaurant the sky kept on teasing. The meal was quite typical of Japanese and nothing wrong with that. Orders phoned through meant that there was really no waiting, quite essential on such a full day.
En route to the lake and the short passenger ferry trip to the aerial cableway we did enjoy quite a spectacular view with the mountain wearing a white cap. Once on top of the cableway the vision was pretty much zero and quite cold so most people returned to the bottom to wander around the shops. Transfer to the station for the short but interesting bullet train ride went well with the train journey just long enough to appreciate the acceleration and have a taste of the top speed.
An eventful and fun day and certainly bone I wouldn't have missed.
we are extended family with 5 adults and 2 kids. booking through veltra was convenient, confirmation was fast. near the day, veltra staff called us to reconfirm pick up point & time. there was a bit of mistake for the tour destination, but it was corrected quickly. the hiace van was really convenient and spacious for our group, and driver was really professional. the highlights of our tour were the autumn foliage along the way, the view from fuji 5th station, and lake kawaguchi. we brought our own lunch and had a picnic on the bench along lake kawaguchi. unfortunately we visited during cultural day weekend so there was traffic everywhere. our driver asked us which sites were our priorities, so we decided to drop visit to gotemba outlet. we had a fantastic day.
We were very lucky that the weather cooperated and we saw Mt. Fuji!!! I really wanted that picture perfect view and I got it, together with the mountain's cone shaped peak. Our tour guide Yoshi was really good, he even thought us how to make a mountain origami during the long bus ride.
The only thing I did not like is that we were not able to go to Owakudani valley anymore because the Hakone Sky Gondola suddenly stopped its operation for maintenance purposes. It was a good thing they were able to replace it with another similar activity.
All in all it was a good trip! I will definitely book with this tour provider again.
We enjoyed it very much --had a great time --the tour guide was --plan to come back soon
Absolutely loved all the places and sites we visited!!!
Okay. A fair bit of time in the morning waiting but that's to be expected in such a big city where everyone is coming from different places. Wouldn't really recommend for solo travelers. A little bit isolating at lunch as everyone is put to sit with their groups. Other tours would be better if you're on your own, and the spots are easily accessible on your own by subway.
It was really good time to learn about Japan’s ancient life & culture.
The temple in Nikko is such beautiful and the Edo Village has all kinds of life in the ancient
Japan. The guide was very kind & courtesy. However, there were too many peoples in the temple, so moving slow & time was really limited.
As most things in Tokyo and Japan in general, it was on time, clean and quite organised. Pick up point was not hard to find even coming from Ikebukuro. English definitely available as one of the languages on the head set. The stops and collection points were all properly, clearly identified. Really, it is the best way to see Tokyo! nothing beats it.
too much bus riding...glad to return on train. too much rushing. not much to see if my fuji only partially vusible.
