Compared to other companies' open-top buses, the brown glass windows create a sense of poor visibility (perhaps due to UV protection?), making it particularly not recommended to ride after it gets dark. Unfortunately, there are hardly any illuminated spots, so you need to strain your eyes to see the cherry blossoms.

While I enjoyed the pleasant drive with a gentle breeze (though this depends on the weather and seating), the cherry blossom viewing was disappointing. There is only one location where it becomes a tunnel of cherry blossoms (the total passing time is only about ten seconds), so it felt like the open-top experience didn't have much meaning.

I appreciate the effort of the guide in trying to make it exciting, but I won't be returning.

Had a nice trip with a very kind and helpful guide. Our concerns that the lunch would be very "touristy" were unfounded, it tasted great and of high quality!
In early spring stations 2 to 5 of Mt. Fuji were still closed, so we visited Oshino Hakkai instead, which was an acceptable alternative. Luckily the weather was great and we could see Mt. Fuji very clearly with a beautiful snow cap on top.
Unfortunately, we felt a little bit rushed and did not have a lot of time to explore the destinations, but I doubt that this would have been better with a different tour.

Even before passing through the airport-like gate, there were so many attractions and experiences (like AR dress-up) that I felt like there wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. The attending staff were very warm and attentive. It wasn't just a tour of the training facility; there were various display materials along the tour route, each accompanied by detailed explanations. I also got to see staff who were actually training (ground staff in lectures, pilots studying on their own, cabin crew training with AED, pilots and cabin crew undergoing escape training, and maintenance staff listening intently while looking at the wings) during my visit on a weekday afternoon. I was extremely satisfied with the time spent, as I could truly feel the staff's sincere attitude towards safety and their hospitality.

The tour guide provided very little information throughout the tour and did not fulfill the role of a guide. She was a Chinese woman, and while her attitude was not bad, it was quite disappointing. Regarding the destinations, she only mentioned the meeting times, and that was it.

When another guest tried to engage in conversation by asking questions, the responses were completely off-target, leading to awkward laughter among everyone.

I don't intend to make comments based on nationality, but foreigners likely can't distinguish between Japanese and Chinese people, so as a Japanese person, it felt uncomfortable. For a tour in Japan, I would prefer a guide who is either Japanese or has knowledge at a similar level. Even just sharing small anecdotes that a Japanese person would naturally know (like about the Fuji Five Lakes or the differences between the Shizuoka and Yamanashi sides, or about the Aokigahara Forest) would have made a significant difference in the overall impression.

ツアーを通してガイドさんからの情報があまりにもなく、ガイドとしての仕事をしていない。中国人の女性で、態度が悪いとかではないのだがあれではかなりガッカリ。目的地についても集合時間を言うだけで、それだけ。

I was surprised by the height of the emergency evacuation slide. I had seen it in dramas, but I thought the height from the aircraft would be even more impressive. I believe that emergency evacuation training can sometimes be accompanied by fear. However, thinking about how the training of the crew can save the lives of hundreds of people fills me with gratitude and a warm feeling of being able to fly safely.
