If you are lucky, you are gonna see the most beautiful scenery including lakes, Flower farm with Mount Fuji at the backdrop. The grape farm was so nice experience with sweet grapes.

Please check the weather before going. For vegetarians, veltra arranged special food for me.

The tour guide Akreti-Aki was really helpful and very nice The foods was good. Overall very much satisfied.

After finishing the morning Hato Bus Tour, I joined the second bus tour in the afternoon. The building where the reception was held was a bit hard to find, but I noticed that there were many foreign participants, which made it feel international. The bus was spacious and comfortable. The guide's stories were enjoyable, and although the first Hato Bus Tour overlapped with the Imperial Palace visit, it was a blessing. It was great to see various attractions compactly, including Odaiba, Fuji Television, the National Diet Building, Kasumigaseki, Ginza, and Marunouchi. On the way back, we passed by La Maison du Chocolat, and after finishing lunch in the basement of the reception building, I expressed my gratitude to those who helped us explore. I was able to stop by without any issues. The iced chocolate drink and the limited-time chocolate were delicious, creating wonderful memories. (^ - ^)/

朝のはとバスツアーを終えてお昼より二回目のバスツアーでした。受付があるビルが少し分かりにくかったですが外国人の方々も参加していらしてインターナショナルだな、と思いました。バスはゆったりしていて居心地が良かったです。ガイドさんのお話も楽しくて一回目のはとバスツアーと皇居見学が被ってしまいましたがありがたいことですね。お台場、フジテレビ、国会議事堂、霞ヶ関、銀座、丸の内などコンパクトにいろいろ見て回れるのが良かったです、帰り道にラ・メゾン・デュ・ショコラの前を通ったので終わってお昼を受付のあるビルの地下でいただいたあといろいろ探してくださった方々に感謝しまして、無事に寄れました。アイスチョコレートドリンクと期間限定のチョコが美味しくて素敵な思い出が出来ました。(^-^)/

The trip went very smoothly. Levin our tour guide was a knowledgable , professional and excellent communicator. He is a great asset.

The driver and guide were both excellent. We got to see My Fuji despite cloud cover. Levin and the driver saw an opportunity to view the mount and took it. If we waited for the "normal" stop we would have missed the view ( like the majority of other tours).

The lunch that was provided at the Ninja village was great. There was plenty of local food and the service was very good.

The trips to the 5 lakes was excellent. The flight simulator was also a real hoot.

Overall the organisation and events were excellent. A great experience.

An efficient and good way to see the Tokyo highlights.

It was bad raining day.
Did not get chance to go on the Ropeway and to see Mt Fuji, because of rain, fog and windy
The tour guide was good to explain things to us.
The bus driver is very excellent driver, no hiccups on the way she drives on the wet, fog winding road.
I did enjoy the tour.

We've enjoyed hop-on hop-off busses in other cities and decided to give it a try in Tokyo. There are two loops so we decided to do the longer loop (90m) and cone back the next morning for the shorter loop (60m). Your pass is good for 24 hours which is very nice. The bus we were on was not a double decker, but it has a see through roof. Unfortunately it is weathered and dull so you can see ok but it is not good for taking photos. You are given headphones and you plug into a soundtrack that narrates the trip. There are several languages to choose from. This is efficient but not very interesting. The narration directed us to look at things that were not always in our direct line of site, but rather tucked behind other buildings. We really just wanted to go for a ride and not hop off. If we'd gotten off we could see more so basically it is just a bus ride, not really a great tour. We opted not to come back the next day for the second loop.

We knew that it was a bus tour, but it was a little cramped compared to other bus tours that we have been part of in Sapporo. I think that is due to that this tour is in Tokyo so more people were on the bus. The tour guide, Irene was very nice and accommodating, despite some rude tour people on the tour bus. As a bit of advice, when you are given a time frame in Japan, you better be punctual or you will be left behind! As we were going to various places, we were on a challenging schedule, so the tour guide let everyone know this at the beginning of the tour, and everyone needs to be respectful of each other's time. Two people did not respect this rule and ended up being left behind at one stop, but made it back to the bus at the next stop, fortunately for them the distance was reachable, but I'm sure had a bit of a walk to catch up. The weather that day did not allow for us to see Mt. Fuji, which was a bummer, but not the fault of the tour guide or the tour experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the all day tour. What attracted us in the beginning, was that it would be in English. Both the morning tour guide, and the afternoon tour guide, were very good, professional, and shared lots of information about the various areas the bus drove, as well as information on Japanese culture and customs. We saw such a wide variety of sights. Some were just driving by, and quite a few places you stopped for 45 minutes or so. It even included a river cruise. . I recommend paying to have your lunch included. It was ready for us when we got there, and was delicious. By doing that, we didnt have to rush around to figure out where we were going to eat. I enjoyed the scenery that I don't usually see while mingling with foreign tourists. I had fun getting off at various stops along the Blue and Red lines.

I can recommend the hop on/off bus. Gives a heap way to see the city and sites.

The guided tour picks up at Ikebukuro or Shinjuku station. Our tour guide was Nobu and he was quite wonderful! The bus ran right on time. It wasn't full for the day we chose because it was an overcast day. Mount Fuji peeked out of the clouds for just a moment while we were at the top so we got to see it!! It was awesome!! The tour hits up the Mt Fuji 5th station shop, includes a lunch at a French restaurant (with special accomodations for the vegetarian in our group). You get a $3 souvenir or ice cream voucher too. The cruise on the lake was the best part! If I was making a suggestion, the top of Mt Fuji and the amusement park could be 15 minutes longer and the lake area could be 30 minutes less in exchange. Other than that it was the absolute best and I would recommend to anyone!

We got lucky; the weather was nice! We were able to see and admire the majestically beautiful Mt. Fuji. Our very energetic tour guide, Blair, has provided the entertainment we needed while on the bus. Hence, our trip has become more fun and memorable. We are sure to revisit!!

Mt. Fuji Fifth Station – It was cold with heavy rain in the trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide was nice and caring. She was a Japanese with good spoken in English.

Lunch at Fuji-Q Highland was very great and the food was delicious. The environment in the restaurant in Fuji-Q Highland was nice and grand.

Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi & Fuji Panoramic Ropeway 
- We spent enough time in a boat at Lake Kawaguchi and Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. I enjoyed the trip and eating delicious soft serve ice cream.

Again, it was a Great tour! it was very convenient. 
I really enjoy the trip in Mt.Fuji 5th Station and Lake Kawaguchi Panoramic Tour and I will recommend to my friends to join this tour.

I highly recommended this tour if you want to go to Mount Fuji. The bus was cleaned and the tour guide gave tour description for every accurately. Lunch at Fuji Q highland park was delicious and served very well. Although it was raining all day during the trip but we can enjoy it. We have enough time for cursing at Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy fantastic view during the ropeways. My children loves the free ice cream voucher.

Even though it was hard to find the meeting place since it was underground, we were pleased to know that the rest of the group were only boarding the bus. We were lucky that we were able to see the mountain since we were told that it was raining up until the day before our tour. The lunch was good and substantial, and kind of fancy because of the ambiance. The cruise was incredible since we got to see the entire mountain from the lake as well as the view from the top of the cable car ride. This was such a great experience even our parents were impressed! I definitely recommend this tour!

At first, we were hesitant to book this tour because the price was too good to be true, but we took a chance and wanted to experience it ourselves. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place and was late for a couple of minutes, but Ms. Terry, our guide, waited for us. The bus ride took 2 hours from Shinjuku to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. We were greeted with a picturesque view of the mountain as well as a lovely 40 minute tour with a pleasantly cold weather. Don't forget to try the mountain-shaped melon bread there! We had a good three course lunch at the Fuji Q Highland restaurant. It's also a great photo spot where you could see more of the mountain. We then headed to the Lake Kawaguchi boat cruise where you could have a closer look at the mountain as well as a cable car ride at Hakone rope way. As you exchange the ticket for the cable car, you also get a free pen as a souvenir. The tanuki dango with soy and matcha drink there is really good. There was also a good ice cream shop where you could choose from four flavors; peach, vanilla, lavender and grape. All in all, with the tour, food and the bus ride going back to the meeting point, the price for this full day tour is such a steal. I highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to maximize their budget. The guide was really good at explaining and was very accomodating!

We loved the trip to Mount Fuji, it was very cold and rainy. We only had about 30 min to look around, would have loved more time! The included lunch was excellent! The boat ride was nice with great views. We didn't get to do the ropeway due to wind but was refunded the cost which was great customer service. The free ice cream was a bonus that I forgot about! Overall I would take the trip again if I ever make it back to Tokyo!

It is really weird when the weather is not good (rain and windy ) and your guide instead of making your day better, nice and interesting in each stop he was reminding and highlighting our bad luck because of the weather and we will not be able of see nothing

If we had a knowledgeable guide during the 5/6 hours bus ride, the trip maybe become much better instead of dropping us in each stop telling have a round and see you in 30/45 min.

I believe it is not good idea to join the trip when
sky is not clear if you can check the weather forecast before

For those who booking before like in our case it would be fair from the VELTRA to cancel the trip and refund it or exchange with another trip

We have enough experience with hop on hop off buses in many cities around the world and I believe that the info given during Tokyo tour could become more interesting if they talk about Japanese culture, tradition and the county it self instead of just taking when there is interesting city seen place !

The trip was great. Apart from a bit hurry at each stop. We visit the ninja village and expect that we will see the ninja show but nothing except only one ninja for photograph.

We booked this tour to cap our Japan visit based on several reviews. Overall the experience was great because it went to several places which had it's good and bad points. Blessed with good, clear skies, our group was lucky to see Mount Fuji on our way to the lake and when we reached the 5th stop. That in itself made the trip worthwhile-be forewarned that when the weather does not cooperate, you may not have a chance to see Mount Fuji. As for the rest of the day, our tour guide was Liza who was super sweet and entertaining. She gave information about each area and about Japan in general which was fascinating. There was an automated guide who spoke a little about the area as well but honestly, we preferred listening to Liza. I've been to other tours in the past where you listened to a recorded guide but it was a human voice. The tour was packed with several destinations which made us feel a bit rushed. Our 3rd stop was at the ninja village which was also our buffet lunch. The park itself was so fun but because we were only given an hour there, we didn't enjoy the entire village. Wished we could've spent more time eating and exploring the village. We also enjoyed the 5th stop but were only given 30 minutes there. Again, would've loved to have hiked up and enjoy the area but we had a final stop to get to. The final stop was a virtual ride in a theme park which is similar to one of the Disney California adventure ride. In my opinion, we could've skipped this activity entirely so we can spend more time at the Ninja Village and 5th stop. Overall, the tour was good not outstanding due to the time constraints. Liza kept everyone on track and on time and did a wonderful job explaining the sites and history. I would recommend this tour with the lunch option because it was very good for what you get.

Best way to keep awake after trip from Europe and see as much as possible from Tokyo in short time

The quality and arrangement of this one-day Mount Fuji trip were up to standard. With appropriate pricing, the trip included several tourist attractions and an unexpectedly decent meal. The Japanese staff members were generally nice and professional, and were capable of accommodating to English-speaking customers.

It was a great overall tour of Tokyo BUT too many customers on the tour were VERY late arriving back at the tour bus again and again. This totally inconvenienced all the other people on the tour, cut into the time spent at tour sites including lunch and made the itinerary more rushed then should have been necessary. Customers waiting on the bus wanted the tour guide to leave these people behind so we could have the designated time at tour sites but instead, we waited an average of 15-30 minutes on the bus waiting for people who could care less about keeping us all waiting. The tour guide was great but went out looking for these late people, then jammed us through the rest of the program. Customers who were either slow, older or physically challenged such as using a cane for walking couldn’t keep up.
Grey Line needs to adhere to the rule of “make it back to the bus on time or we leave you behind” instead of making others angry at the tour guide, Greyline and the late customers. NOT what I paid for.

A well-organised tour which was also good value for money. We were on board a very clean tour bus and had an excellent guide called Nao. He communicated very well in English and Japanese and his enthusiasm definitely added to our positive experience. We were very lucky to have perfect weather to see Mt Fuji - time at the 5th station was limited to 30 minutes, but there was more that adequate time for the lunch stop and then more time was spent at Lake Kawaguchi for the boat cruise and panoramic ropeway (which also included time for ice cream and souvenir shopping). We also found no issues with bringing our children along (5yr11mo and 28mo boys). The only negative part of the day was that we did have some difficulty finding the exact meeting point for the bus - signs pointing the way from the main street would have helped us a lot!
I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends!

The tour experience was delightful. The tour bus that I travelled in was spotless and Nao (the allocated tour guide on the day) was exceptional and made the day even better. The experience was well structured from Mount Fuji to the cable cars and ending with the lake tour. 5 stars from me.

This was a well organised tour with appropriate time spent at each venue. The various photograph points on the road, at the lunch restaurant and from the lake provide a variety of different angles and scenery around Mt Fuji.

A lot of time is spent on the bus but this is unavoidable due to the distance. Thankfully there are rest stops on the way there and back so the maximum bus time is approximately 1 hour between stops.

Our tour guide Nao was funny and very knowledgeable about the mountain and the various locations we visited.
