This wheelchair is lightweight and agile, but it may not be suitable for those with severe disabilities. However, it can be used by those with minor injuries or discomfort. Both rental and return processes are very convenient.

この車椅子は軽快で軽快ですが、重度の機能障害がある方にはあまり適さないかもしれませんが、軽傷や不快感がある方でもご使用いただけます。レンタルと返却はどちらもとても便利です。

I was able to board immediately with just the reserved QR code, which was very convenient. The bus driver's announcements inside the vehicle were also polite, making for a comfortable ride.

The mobility scooter was very helpful and made getting around much easier. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take much time. There is a slight soft spot in its performance, but overall it worked well for my Dad's needs.

The only downside is that it would be much more convenient if there were a delivery and pick-up option directly to and from the hotel.

I rented a self-propelled wheelchair from Narita Airport and used it during my stay in Sendai. The staff who assisted us were very kind and guided us clearly through the entire process. The wheelchair was convenient and made my daily activities at the university much easier.

When I needed help with returning the wheelchair, the team responded quickly and supported me in extending the return deadline. They also kindly allowed me to send it back via delivery service instead of returning it in person, which was very helpful.

I truly appreciate their thoughtful and reliable service.

I had a lot of luggage, so I made a request. Since there were three of us, we opted for a private hire instead of sharing with three people. It was raining, so I really appreciated that they came right to my house. I think it would have been tough to go to the meeting point with a lot of luggage in that rain. I got a little lost, and the description shown at the time of booking made it seem like it was a shared ride, which worried me a bit, so I’m giving it four stars instead of five. However, I would like to use this service again when I have a lot of luggage.

荷物が多かったので、お願いしました。3人だったので、乗り合いの3人分ではなく貸切にしました。雨が降っていたので、家の前まで来て頂き、本当に助かりました。あの雨の中、たくさんの荷物で待ち合わせ場所に行って待つのは、大変だったと思います。ちょっと道に迷ったのと、予約時に表示される記述が乗り合いみたいで少し心配になったので、星−１ですが、また荷物の多い時は利用したいです。

This is an amazing machine that enabled my mother to navigate the streets of Japan major cities during 2026 cherry blossoms season. We were able to travel in the metros, trains and Shinkansen through out Japan. It folds into a carried on suitcase size which can be pulled by its retractable handle. Convenient and lightweight, I would buy one if it is not so expensive. Rental at Narita Airport, pad in 9one hour extra time for pick up and return, must have reservation prior to pick up. Since it was a newly started service, it took a little time to rent the scooter. Still, I thought the plan of renting in Narita and returning at Kansai Airport is a very convenient service for tourists traveling within the country.

The delivery is handled by a company called Airpoter, but on their site, pickups are only available at Terminal 3. It was a good decision to ask Beltora, which allows pickups at Terminal 1. This saved me travel time between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1, giving me more time to spare.

配送はAirpoterという会社がしているのですが、Airpoterのサイトでは受取りは第3ターミナルのみなので、第1ターミナルで受け取れるベルトラさんに頼んで正解でした。
第3ターミナルと第1ターミナル間の移動時間が省けて、時間に余裕が持てました。

Just before returning home, I injured my foot and ended up needing crutches, which meant I had to use a wheelchair for visiting the grave. Since it was sudden, even though there was wheelchair rental available, it required a reservation a few days in advance and delivery, so I couldn't use it right away. However, with Beltora, I was able to rent one at the airport and use it anywhere, which was very helpful for me since I couldn't walk due to the injury. I wish there were photos of the different colors available, as I wasn't sure which one to choose. They also explained how to use it carefully and checked for any issues together with me, so I felt secure borrowing it. Thank you very much. Since it was a self-propelled wheelchair, the handle on the wheels was light, making it easy for me to move around by myself.

帰省直前になり足を怪我して松葉杖になり、車椅子での墓参りになりました。
急だったので車椅子のレンタルがあっても数日前の予約が必要で配送になる為すぐに使えない感じでした。
ベルトラさんは空港で借りられてどこでも使えるので急な怪我で歩けない私にとってはとても有り難かったです。
カラーが分からないので、それぞれの写真があればいいなと思いました。
使い方も丁寧に説明してくれたのと、一緒に不具合がないか確認してくれたので安心して借りれました。ありがとうございました。
自走式なので車輪についてるハンドルが軽くて自分でも動きやすかったです。

I was worried about the meeting point, but when I got close to the designated area, I was able to meet the driver, which was a relief. The driver was very kind and attentive, providing an airport transfer service that helped ease the fatigue from the long flight. We had a bit of trouble finding our accommodation due to our lack of information, and we wandered around for a while, but the driver didn't show any unpleasant attitude at all and was very helpful in searching for it together with us. I regret not requesting the same company through VELTRA for the return trip. I definitely won't make that mistake again in the future.

集合場所が心配でしたが、指定の場所近辺まで行くとドライバーさんと会え一安心。とても親切で気配りのきくドライバーさんで飛行機の長旅の疲れを癒してくれる空港送迎サービスでした。行先の宿泊施設が私達の情報不足でなかなか見つからず、ちょっとうろうろしてしまいましたが、嫌な態度をこれぽっちも見せずとても親切にいっしょに探してくれ、助かりました。帰りも何故VELTRAさんで同じ会社をお願いしなかったのかと後悔しています。今後は絶対ミスしません。

전동 휠체어를 빌려는데 시간이 조금 걸렸어요.. 예약까지 하고 갔는데, 한 20분은 기다린 거 같아요. 충전도 30%밖에 되어있지 않아서 하루는 거의 날렸어요. 하루에 5만엔으로 싸지 않은 가격인데에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 직원들은 친절했습니다.

Despite informing them of the arrival flight number, there was no communication regarding the meeting location. As a result, it took time and effort to arrange the meeting, and the meeting point ended up being in an inconvenient location for me.

I requested delivery from the hotel in Maihama to Tokyo Station. By leaving my luggage at the hotel, I avoided the hassle of searching for an available locker, allowing me to enjoy my time at Disney without dragging around large bags on my way to Tokyo Station. It was really convenient, and I would like to use this service again.

ホテルで荷物を預ければ空いているロッカーを探す手間もなく、そのままディズニーで遊んで、大きな荷物をゴロゴロ引っ張っていかずに東京駅に向かえるのはすごく楽でした。また利用したいと思います。

I booked a round-trip express bus to the airport. They guided me on time, which was very good. I hope they will increase the routes.

I was really grateful that I could borrow a stroller at the airport, so I arrived hands-free. The pickup was smooth, and I was able to start using it right away, which was a plus.

The expo venue is very large, but thanks to the lightweight and easy-to-push stroller, moving around was comfortable, and my child was in a good mood. I highly recommend renting a stroller for anyone visiting the Kansai Expo with small children.

This time, my father rented this mobility device. At first, I was worried that it might be difficult to operate in a crowded area, but the speed can be adjusted, and the operation method is simple, so he was able to master it quickly. He was happy that it was easy to move around and operate, and he felt it was a good decision to rent it. If the opportunity arises again, he would like to rent it again.

My mother, who uses a wheelchair, was able to take advantage of the service. She was happy that with the use of an airplane and a rental service at the airport, she could go sightseeing in a wheelchair. However, there was no seatbelt on the rented wheelchair, which made me a bit anxious. I believe that having a seatbelt would have made sightseeing safer.

If you are tourist in Japan will lost the way after getting off from the train.
Because no direction at all to the boat. Many review talking about this but seem doesn`t have any improvement.
