Our experience of the Mt. Fuji tour exceeded our expectations. At the 5th Station all was clear sky and sun for the summit and a spectacular sea of clouds below; quite stunning! Our family group of five enjoyed the schedule's pace, the various stops neither too long nor too short. The lunch, very good. The motor coach, comfortable. The most outstanding part of the tour was our guide who provided helpful information, often with humor; thank you, Haruko san!

At the office, I was mocked with questions like, "What is this company? Which company is this?" In the end, I had to fill out paperwork again, and it took about 10 minutes to issue my seat. Since I arrived early, I managed to avoid any major issues, but I was disappointed that the email from your company, which I received a few days prior to my trip, did not mention the procedures to follow on-site. Since I live in Tokyo, I had never done any sightseeing in the city. Even in places I usually pass by, I was amazed at how different the scenery looks from a different height. Experiencing the proximity of the signs on the highway was a first for me! The breeze was pleasant, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Had a nice trip with a very kind and helpful guide. Our concerns that the lunch would be very "touristy" were unfounded, it tasted great and of high quality!
In early spring stations 2 to 5 of Mt. Fuji were still closed, so we visited Oshino Hakkai instead, which was an acceptable alternative. Luckily the weather was great and we could see Mt. Fuji very clearly with a beautiful snow cap on top.
Unfortunately, we felt a little bit rushed and did not have a lot of time to explore the destinations, but I doubt that this would have been better with a different tour.

The tour guide provided very little information throughout the tour and did not fulfill the role of a guide. She was a Chinese woman, and while her attitude was not bad, it was quite disappointing. Regarding the destinations, she only mentioned the meeting times, and that was it.

When another guest tried to engage in conversation by asking questions, the responses were completely off-target, leading to awkward laughter among everyone.

I don't intend to make comments based on nationality, but foreigners likely can't distinguish between Japanese and Chinese people, so as a Japanese person, it felt uncomfortable. For a tour in Japan, I would prefer a guide who is either Japanese or has knowledge at a similar level. Even just sharing small anecdotes that a Japanese person would naturally know (like about the Fuji Five Lakes or the differences between the Shizuoka and Yamanashi sides, or about the Aokigahara Forest) would have made a significant difference in the overall impression.

ツアーを通してガイドさんからの情報があまりにもなく、ガイドとしての仕事をしていない。中国人の女性で、態度が悪いとかではないのだがあれではかなりガッカリ。目的地についても集合時間を言うだけで、それだけ。

We enjoyed the tour thoroughly. We were lucky enough to be able to go up to the 5th level. It was -8 degrees up there but the views were breathtaking. And we got a close view of Mt. Fuji too.
The souvenir shop offered us complimentary tea on arrival which was lovely and very welcoming. We were each given a little complimentary bell too which is supposed to bring good luck and long life to the owner.
The lunch at Lake Kawaguchiko was really nice too. The food great and the experience of eating out of the bowl while the food was cooking was amazing!

We participated as sisters aged 75 and 73. During the day, we took this course, and at night, we went to Tokyo Mega Illumination and stayed at a business hotel. Although we live in Saitama Prefecture and are not very confident in our mobility, it was difficult to return home at night after participating all day, so we stayed overnight. It became a wonderful memory, and we really enjoyed it. The Sky Transportation was excellent.

I think the only participants from Japan were the bus driver and myself. Thank you for providing a Japanese guide after the English one.
I see Mount Fuji from Gotemba every day, but unfortunately, I couldn't see it from the Yamanashi side due to the fog. However, the autumn leaves were beautiful.
