The charging facilities on the bus were very nice.
The lunch at the Highland Resort Hotel at the 5th Station of Mount Fuji and the sightseeing boat on Lake Kawaguchi were also great.
The disappointing part was that there wasn't enough time to ride the cable car at Lake Kawaguchi.

During our free time, I rode the Ferris wheel for the first time in a while. By the way, unlike what was mentioned in the tour description, the bus to and from the location was the same. Ultimately, it was a bit disappointing that I sent unnecessary luggage via courier, as I didn't have my suitcase the next day, and when I bought souvenirs, my bags became really heavy...

I was frustrated because I couldn't find out whether the tour would proceed or be canceled until the last minute due to the typhoon. We decided to go anyway, but as expected, we couldn't see Mount Fuji, and the foreigners were disappointed. I thought it would have been better to cancel earlier. As for souvenirs, it would be nicer to give each participant something small instead of just one item for the whole group. I also used Veltra in Okinawa, and I feel like there were many disappointing things during that time as well.

I was worried about whether we would be able to see Mount Fuji since it was cloudy in the morning, but we were able to see the summit of Mount Fuji as well as the Southern and Northern Alps beautifully, which was fantastic. At Lake Kawaguchi, we could freely explore with options like the cable car and sightseeing boat.

I think it would be easier to find the boarding location if there was a sign with the name "Veltra" at the Toranomon Bus Terminal.

I had a great time interacting in English with foreign friends who love Japan. It was wonderful to engage in cultural exchange with people from Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. I was glad to explain the matcha experience. Although Mount Fuji was obscured by clouds, I was happy to take photos by Lake Yamanaka. Overall, I was about 70% satisfied. I am a bilingual Japanese person. I participated in the tour because it was conducted in English and Chinese. Even though I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the planned duration of the stay and explore various places. The highlight was that the guide (Christy) provided information in advance and answered questions, which was satisfying. This tour may not be suitable for those who only understand Japanese, but for those studying English, I think it’s a great opportunity to talk with people from different countries and have fun. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing sneakers. At Oshino Hakkai, there is spring water from Mount Fuji, so if you bring a plastic bottle, you can fill it up for free.

It was a great trip. Hiro was a lovely guide, very helpful and friendly. Sadly the weather was very poor due to bad luck and we couldn’t see Mt Fuji but she bought us all a lovely postcard instead which was really sweet of her. The locations were still beautiful, the small villages were so peaceful and relaxing compared to the madness of Tokyo and the trip well organised.
We took the options to not include the meal and trips and just paid upfront for the cablecar which is all we wanted to do. We also bought our own lunch instead of having the western style meal as it didn’t appeal as much. The fact that this trip has options is one of the main reasons we chose it and I’m very glad we did so!
I would highly recommend this company for any tours!

Our guide was very sweet and accommodating! This tour is weather-dependent. Unfortunately our tour was affected by bad weather so the scenic views were compromised. A lot of time was spent on the bus because it was cold and wet. That’s when you make the best of it with the people you are with!

Had a great time with Tour Guide Levin and Angela! English was very good with lots of good insight on all the stops along the way. Plenty of time to take photos and explore each stop with some breathtaking views! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience Mt. Fuji close up.

Monut Fuji Experience

Very well organised and a good trip to see Mt Fuji from different perspectives. This was from going onto Fuji, we went to the 4th station because the winter snow prevented us from going to the 5th station. It didnt matter that we couldnt go further as it was a great view out. Then we moved on to lunch at the theme park and although this was an option it was worth it to have been served very well with good food. We sat in a lovely French decorated dining room with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Then on to a boat trip on the lake to see Fuji from this viewpoint and we were lucky to have a cold but very clear day to see its beauty. After the lake we moved on to the cable car which took us up to another viewpoint to see Fuji and and town below. All great photo opportunities and a great experience for a tourist to capture Mt Fuji at its best.
