Temperature checks and disinfection, spaced reception, and small groups make it possible to participate with peace of mind. This is my fourth time, and I enjoy seeing different training sessions each time. It's clear that many people are receiving various training to operate the aircraft. The guides are flight attendants, and their approachable demeanor and clear explanations make them easy to connect with. At the end, there is an opportunity to shop. I would be happy if more original goods were offered. I had a great time. Thank you very much.

It was great to be able to talk closely with the staff from the reception. The guide was a current cabin attendant, and I was able to discuss questions I had about flying, which was very nice. The explanations about the work in each department were easy to understand, and I realized the vast amount of manuals one must go through to become a cabin attendant, as well as the years of training required to become a pilot. It was a much more educational experience than a typical factory tour! The tour was well organized, and the 90 minutes felt very short. There were places to take photos, and I took many pictures, even having the cabin attendant take some for me.

Last month I visited the ground staff, and this month I visited the training facility. I feel a deeper connection to ANA and appreciate their commitment to safety and security. I will continue to support the blue team.

With the travel support program starting this month, I believe there will be more opportunities to fly domestically, and I will board with gratitude for the work of all the staff. Thank you for a wonderful time!

受付からスタッフの皆さんと親しくお話し出来て案内役が現役のCAさんで日頃飛行機搭乗時に疑問に思っていた事など お話し出来て大変良かったです。各部門のお仕事内容の案内も分かりやすくCAさんになるまでのマニュアルの膨大さやパイロットになるまでの養成経過年数なども伺えて大変さを痛感しました。企業工場見学などとは比べ物にならないくらい大変勉強になりました！見学工程も工夫されていて 90分間が大変短く感じました。写真も撮れる所で一杯撮ってCAさんにもシャッター押して頂きました

I really enjoyed the comfortable storytelling from the active flight attendants and the valuable experiences unique to the field. It was also nice to feel as if I were on an airplane. The exhibits were precious and all very interesting. I hope to show them to my nieces and nephews as a reference for their future.

I participated in the ANA BLUE BASE tour for the first time. Since I was attending alone, I was a bit anxious at first, but there were several others who came alone as well. Upon entering the lobby, it was filled with the pleasant scent of ANA.

After checking in, I stored my luggage in a locker. There was a little time before the tour started, so I spent some time exploring the entrance. Once the tour began, a flight attendant guided us. There were so many different job roles, the qualifications needed for those roles, and training that I was unaware of, leading to many new discoveries. I was fortunate to observe a training session, and it made me deeply appreciate the rigorous training that ensures our safety when flying.

When I asked questions to the flight attendants, they patiently explained until I understood, and they even reached out for clarification on things I didn't understand, responding to our needs. It was a fulfilling and meaningful time filled with insights and discoveries. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises! Thank you very much!

The flight attendant guided us. I thought, "As expected of a flight attendant!" as they explained in a voice and speed that were easy to understand. Although I was at a distance, I was lucky to see the flight attendant's fire drill and the simulator that seemed to be shaking during the pilot (trainee?) training, which was enjoyable. It seemed that there were more women among the participants, possibly because it was a weekday, but I believe both men and women, whether in groups or alone, can enjoy this experience. However, there was quite a bit of walking, which was a bit tough for me since I have back pain. That said, it was a very enjoyable time.

I participated in the Blue Base Tour, which has been said to be quite a selective experience. With a maximum of 12 participants per tour, it was easy to hear the guide's explanations, and moving from one area to another was very smooth. The children who participated with us seemed to enjoy themselves throughout. 参加者の写真撮影等がひととおり終わると最初の受付ロビーに戻り解散となります。ここまでおおよそ９０分のツアーとなります。
少人数で回るのでそれぞれの施設をしっかりと見ることもできますし、案内スタッフの方といろいろなお話をすることもできます。スタッフの方も積極的に話しかけてきてくださって、気楽にお話しできます。
参加費1,000円でこの内容なら大満足です。

施設は京急線の穴守稲荷駅から環八通りを渡りクロネコヤマトの大きな物流センターの横を通ったすぐ奥にあります。駅からは徒歩１０分弱です。施設が分かれば、受付はその正面部分なのでわかりやすいです。

It was a wonderful tour (with excellent facilities and guides). The boarding announcements felt just like at an airport, with digital visuals and detailed explanations about various jobs related to airplanes. The hospitality of the guide, who was a flight attendant, was overflowing, and my son was eagerly taking notes with his eyes shining. The behind-the-scenes stories about the job seemed to capture his interest. I think it's also very beneficial for career education for middle school and upper elementary school children. We were able to view historical uniforms on a touch panel, and as part of the infection control measures, we were each given a touch pen, which turned out to be a nice souvenir.
