As soon as I entered the building, the interior had an airport feel, and the lockers had stylish key tags. I managed to get products that can only be purchased here. There were easy-to-understand videos and monitors introducing the history of ANA and its roles and jobs within the airport. The monitors provided a vision where I felt like I could easily try on costumes. The pilot costume was particularly nice. Since I understand the feelings of those behind the scenes, the mechanic costume was the best for me. There was an announcement at the entrance, and an introduction during the pre-show. Inside the training center, I was able to see the real items related to each job role, and it was great to see rare pilot hats and badges. I also witnessed a boat training exercise for a crash at sea, which was conducted by a flight attendant. The tour lasted over an hour and flew by. I got to hear firsthand accounts from current flight attendants about the challenges they face and unique shops and places at various destinations. The aviation industry has had a tough time due to COVID-19, but there is a glimmer of hope, especially with the reopening of the A380 flights to Hawaii. I definitely want to visit Hawaii and Seoul before that. Participating in this Blue Base event helped me understand the challenges faced by everyone working in aviation. I would love to travel by plane for my next trip. I look forward to everyone's continued success, and this project was fantastic.

建屋に入ってからすぐに空港って感じの内装仕上げ、ロッカーも鍵のタグがオシャレでした。ここでしか買えないショップでの商品はやはりゲットしました。ANAの歴史や空港内での仕事や役割が分かりやすいビデオやモニターで紹介されてました。モニターによる簡単にコスチュームが着れた気になれたビジョンが有りました。やはりパイロットコスチュームが良かったです。私は縁の下の気持ちがわかるので、整備士コスチュームが最高です。入場ではアナウンスがありプレショーでの紹介があり、いよいよトレーニングセンター内では、全ての仕事毎の役割や所持品の本物が見れてまたパイロットのレアな帽子やバッチが見れて良かったです。CAさんによる海での墜落が想定されたボート訓練が見れました。あっという間に１時間以上のツアーが楽しめました。説明頂いた普段CAをやられている生の声が聴けてまた大変な事やCAならではの行先によるレアなお店や場所が聴けました。コロナで航空業界は大変でしたが、少し日差しも見えてきて特にA380ホヌのハワイ再開がこの先光が見えました。ぜひハワイとその前にソウルに行きたいです。このブルーベースに参加できまた飛行機で働く皆様の大変さが分かりました。是非旅行には飛行機を利用して出発したいです。皆様の益々の発展を期待していますと共に、この企画最高でした。

The flight attendant who explained everything was earnest and likable, but the content was disappointing. It felt like a rip-off to charge 1,000 yen for this. I participated in a guided tour that started at 9:30 AM by myself. I walked from Anamori Inari Station to ANA Blue Base and arrived at the entrance by 9:00 AM. The guide for the day was an active international flight attendant from ANA, who was very approachable and answered my questions easily. At the photo spots along the tour route, since I was participating alone, they also helped me take pictures. With training facilities for six different job roles and a wealth of exhibits, the 90 minutes flew by. After the tour, I had a commemorative photo taken with the flight attendant.

I purchased a Blue Base original ring notebook and a pair of gloves labeled with "pointing and calling" and "confirmation" (with the back of the hand and index finger) as souvenirs before heading home.

当日の案内役は、ANA現役の国際線CAの方で質問にも気軽に応じてくれました。また見学コース内にある撮影スポットでは、1人での参加だったので写真撮影の手助けもしていただきました。6つの職種ごとに訓練設備が観れて展示物も充実しているので、あっという間の90分でした。ツアー後にCAの方と2人で記念撮影もさせていただきました。

I love airplanes, so it was great to learn about various job types. There were also some children around the age of elementary school, and I thought that unless they are really into airplanes, a 90-minute explanation of the job types might be a bit long for them. 初めて見学ツアー参加してきました。ANAのスタッフの訓練の様子が間近で見れてよかったです。ツアーコンダクターの方も現役のＡＮＡ社員の方がやってくださり、現場の方の生の声を聞けたのは感銘を受けました。質問もいろいろとどうですか？と聞いてくださったのですが、いろいろと勉強不足で何を質問してもいいかわからずじまいでした。今度申し込んだときにはいろいろと質問を準備していきたいと思っています。今回はありがとうございました。

We participated in a popular tour with our family. It was very enjoyable to see the training scenes of various professions. Since my child is a bit sensitive to loud noises and dark enclosed spaces, I mentioned this in the special notes when booking. This was my first participation since retirement. I had injured my back just before the event and was considering giving up, but I contacted them the day before and they arranged a wheelchair for me. The staff's response was excellent, and I was able to enjoy my first visit smoothly. I also got to see the efforts of the crew and ground staff towards safety. I have always liked airplanes, but I like them even more now. I want to plan again and travel by airplane.

参加直前に腰を痛めてしまい参加を諦めていたのですが、急遽前日に連絡して車いすを用意して頂きました。
スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、初めての見学もスムーズに出来ました。
そして、日頃から乗務員の皆さんや地上職の皆さんの安全に対する努力が垣間見れて知る事が出来ました。

A current flight attendant introduced the training session while sharing some behind-the-scenes stories. Depending on the timing, it was also possible to see the actual training up close, which was wonderful. However, I can't help but feel disappointed by an incident that marred the experience.

Although I don't know the exact relationship, it seemed that two individuals, likely important guests or stakeholders, were being welcomed by staff members who appeared to be in higher positions. While this kind of general response from the company is perfectly fine, the problem was that their conversation was excessively loud. The staff wasn't speaking in a loud voice, but they continued their conversation in a location that obstructed passage without any reprimand. Other participants also mentioned to their companions that it was "too noisy," so I doubt I'm the only one who felt dissatisfied. I strongly hope for reflection and improvement in this area.

スタッフ側は大声ではないのですが、咎めることもなく、しかも通行に妨げになる場所で会話を延々続けていました。
他の参加者も同行者に「うるさかった」と漏らしていましたので、不満があるのは私だけではないでしょう。
この部分だけは反省と改善を強く望みます。
