The service spirit of our guide, Harasaki, was amazing, and the talk was enjoyable. The snorkeling was fun, and the two hours flew by. Perhaps attracted by our smiles, a sea turtle that hadn't appeared for two or three days showed up. I'm very grateful for all the photos taken.

You can take a lot of underwater photos during the experience! You can also see cute green sea turtles eating and get quite close to them. It was a very satisfying snorkeling tour!

I really appreciate the effort you put in for the two of us, who are over 60 and inexperienced with snorkeling (laughs). Thanks to you, we had a truly valuable experience. Instructor Harazaki provided explanations that made us savor each moment, and while I thought I understood well, my actual sensations and lack of core strength made it difficult at first, and I felt flustered. However, beyond a little fear and anticipation, there was a world beyond our imagination.

Due to the sea conditions this time, we couldn't go to the sea turtle point, but I definitely want to next time! I would love to ask for Harazaki again. Thank you very much.

I was able to see both sea turtles and sharks! Thanks to participating in this snorkeling experience, I had an incredibly fun time in Yakushima.

This was my second time snorkeling, while it was my partner's first. We received a lot of helpful advice, such as how to wear the goggles and tips on photo angles—things I honestly didn't know before—which allowed us to enter the water fully prepared.

The sea was a bit murky after the rain, but it was still beautiful enough to see the seabed clearly at about 10 meters away, and it felt really nice.

After the tour, those who gathered at the meeting point could change at the beach's changing room and disperse, but since it was before the season, the changing room was locked. Fortunately, there were restrooms available, so we could change there.

If you have time, I think it would be nice to head to a shop together and borrow a shower!

*In general, I believe it's best to expect that activities won't end on time, not just for this tour. If other participants have tight schedules for their next plans, it might affect your enjoyment, so it's good to keep that in mind.

It takes time for equipment and cleanup. The level of mobility varies among participants. If you think you might struggle with that, it might be better to book a private tour! In Yakushima, time flows differently, so it's important to relax and enjoy at your own pace, and during activities (in the mountains or the sea), following the guide's instructions is essential for safety and enjoyment. For those reading this review, please make sure to have fun!

ウミガメにもサメにも会えました！
間違いなくこちらのシュノーケリングに参加したおかげで最高に楽しい屋久島を過ごすことができました。

私は2度目、パートナーは初めてのシュノーケリングだったのですが、事前にゴーグルの付け方や写真の画角の説明など、正直知らなかったよ…みたいなアドバイスもたくさんいただけて、万全の状態で海に入ることが出来ました。

雨上がりで海は少し濁っていましたが、それでも10m先の海底がよく見えるくらい綺麗な海で、本当に気持ちよかったです。

終了後、現地集合の方は海水浴場の更衣室で着替えて解散でも良いのですが、シーズン前だったので更衣室に鍵がかかっていました。幸い御手洗もあるのでそちらでお着替えは可能でした。

お時間がある方は一緒にお店に向かってシャワーを借りられると良いかと思います！


※このツアーに限らず、アクティビティは時間通りに終わらないのが基本だと思っていた方が余裕を持って楽しめます(他の参加者で次の予定キツキツだったりするとそちらに引っ張られて満喫できずしょんぼりするかもしれない)

装備にも後片付けにも、時間がかかるものです。参加者により、動けるレベルも異なります。もしそういうのに合わせるのが苦手だなと思う方は、貸切にするのがいいと思います！
屋久島では屋久島の時間が流れているので、心の余裕をもってのんびり過ごす、アクティビティ中(山や海の中)はガイドさんの指示にちゃんと従う、ことが安全にそして楽しく過ごすために何よりも大切です。

The lecture was very thorough, and I think even beginners can feel at ease when it comes to snorkeling. Although it wasn't our first time snorkeling, I wished we had taken this lecture earlier. The beautiful sea that awaited us after such a comprehensive lecture was surrounded by many fish, and it was wonderful! After finishing snorkeling, the showers and changing facilities were smooth, and the warm tea service was a nice touch. From the moment we were picked up until we left, it was a truly fulfilling experience. Thank you very much!

I had various concerns during my first snorkeling experience, but the explanations were very clear, allowing me to enter the sea with confidence. I received a lot of helpful lectures, which was great. Once in the water, they made sure to point out where the fish were and how to take good photos, creating wonderful memories. We all felt moved when we finally spotted a sea turtle after searching hard for it. Afterward, they were very considerate, providing showers and warm tea, making it a truly great experience.

初めてのシュノーケリングで、いろいろ不安な事がありましたが
とても分かりやすい説明をしてくださり安心して海に入る事が出来ました。
たくさんレクチャーしてもらいとても良かったです。
海に入ると魚がいる場所や

I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea of Yakushima. I thought I might be lucky enough to see sea turtles, and I was able to swim with them almost the entire time, which made for a truly wonderful experience.

In March, the water temperature was cold, but we were able to see cute sea turtles and many fish, which made the children very happy! If there’s another opportunity, I would definitely like to do it again.

On the day of the tour, I was picked up at the hotel, and after an enjoyable preparation briefing, we entered the sea. The strong winds from Typhoon No. 21 were a concern, but once I entered the sea, a calm world unfolded where fish swam gracefully. I quickly encountered a school of silver-scaled fish, which I learned were called "kibinago." They can only be seen in beautiful seas, and it felt almost surreal, like a snowstorm.

Before long, I was able to meet several sea turtles! Perhaps it was lunchtime, as each turtle was blissfully munching on the rocks. They were truly adorable and brought me so much joy. I was incredibly lucky to swim alongside them as they moved from rock to rock. I was also thrilled to have beautiful videos taken during the experience.

In addition to clownfish wrapped in pure white sea anemones and colorful tropical fish, I was able to see pufferfish and mantis shrimp, which I might have missed if not for the guidance of our knowledgeable guide.

Even a week later, I can still relive these wonderful moments thanks to the guide's expertise and the beautiful recording service. Thank you!

台風21号の影響で風が強かったのですが、海に入ると一転、魚たちが悠々と泳ぐ穏やかな世界が広がっていました。
すぐに銀鱗の群れに出会い、キビナゴだと教えてもらいました。
きれいな海でしか見ることができないそうですね。
吹雪のようで幻想的でした。

ほどなく次々とウミガメに出会うことができました！
昼食タイムだったのかどのカメも岩に向かって無心にハムハム♡本当に愛らしくて癒されました♡♡
岩から岩へ移動する後を追って一緒に泳ぐこともでき本当に幸運でした。
動画もキレイに撮っていただき感激です。

真っ白なイソギンチャクに包まれるクマノミや色鮮やかな熱帯魚の他、ガイドさんに教えてもらわなければ見落としてしまうようなフグやシャコガイなども見ることができました。

1週間経った今でもこうして感動を重ねて味わうことができるのも現地を熟知しているガイドさんの案内と美しい録画サービスがあったからこそです。

Due to the weather, we couldn't enter the area where the sea turtles were, but we were able to go snorkeling in a spot with high visibility and lots of fish. It was incredibly moving to see a scene that you often see in aquariums right in front of us. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and even as first-timers, we enjoyed snorkeling without any troubles.

お天気の関係でウミガメがいる場所には入れませんでしたが、透明度が高く魚がたくさんいる場所でシュノーケリングができました。
水族館でよくみる光景が目の前に広がっていて、とっても感動しました。
ガイドさんのレクチャーも分かりやすく、初めてでもトラブルなくシュノーケリングを楽しめました。

Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cloudy, and the sea was somewhat murky, but I was able to meet my long-awaited turtle and swim together.

For those who are prone to car or sea sickness, I recommend taking motion sickness medication.

They also took photos and videos, creating wonderful memories.

I had very little snorkeling experience and was worried about whether I could do it, but thanks to the instructor's careful guidance, I was able to enjoy it without any worries! I didn't get to see any sea turtles, but I encountered various types of fish and took a lot of photos, which made me very satisfied.

シュノーケリング経験がほとんどなく、できるか心配でしたが、インストラクターさんがとても丁寧に指導してくださったおかげで、心配なく楽しめました！ウミガメには会えませんでしたが、いろんな種類のお魚に出会えましたし、たくさん写真も撮っていただいて、大満足でした。

A couple in their 40s from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, requested a private tour because they wanted to see sea turtles. The day before, we received a call to discuss the meeting place and time.

On the day of the tour, after meeting with our guide, we went over the schedule, learned how to use the equipment, and did some warm-up exercises before heading into the sea. We were told there was about a 50% chance of encountering a sea turtle, but we were fortunate enough to see one fairly quickly after entering the water.

We enjoyed swimming with the sea turtle for a while, and afterwards, we admired colorful small fish and tropical fish. On our way back, we encountered another sea turtle. Throughout the swim, we were able to take many photos and videos.

Despite warnings of a large typhoon approaching, we were blessed with good weather and sea turtles, making for a wonderful day. If I have the opportunity to visit Yakushima again, I would definitely like to request this tour once more. Thank you very much!

40代男女、神奈川県横浜市より参加、ウミガメに会いたくて貸切ツアーをお願いしました
前日電話いただき、集合場所と時間の打ち合わせを行いました
当日ガイドさんと合流後、タイムスケジュール、装備品の使い方、準備運動を行い海へ
出会える確率は50%くらいかなぁと言われてましたが、海に入って割とすぐにウミガメに出会える事が出来ました。
しばらくウミガメとの泳ぎを堪能し、その後はカラフルな小魚や南国の魚を堪能し、帰りがけにまたウミガメに出会えました
また遊泳中はたくさん写真や動画を撮っていただきました
大型台風が来ると言われていた中、天候にもウミガメにも恵まれ、素敵な1日となりました
また屋久島へ行く機会がありましたら、是非ともお願いしたいと思った1日でした

I participated with my daughter, who is in the upper grades of elementary school. Our guide, Harazaki, explained how to use the snorkel in a detailed and entertaining way, which helped ease our nerves and made us feel comfortable, even though it had been a while since we last went snorkeling.

They mentioned that the visibility that day wasn't very high, but once we swam a little further out, the water was beautiful enough to see a stingray blending in with the sandy bottom. Just when we were about to give up on seeing a sea turtle, we spotted one on the rocks! We were able to watch the turtle while it was eating and even swim alongside it as it started to move.

The guide took a lot of photos, and I was thrilled to have pictures of us with the sea turtle. We made wonderful memories in Yakushima, and I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises!

小学校高学年の娘と2人で参加しました。
ガイドの原崎さんがシュノーケルの使い方を丁寧に、面白おかしく説明してくださったので、シュノーケリングが久しぶりだった私たちも緊張がほぐれ安心することができました。
当日の透明度はあまり高くない方だと言ってましたが、少し沖に出ると海底の砂と同化したエイが見られるくらいにキレイでした。
なかなかウミガメに会えず、ちょっと諦めかけた時岩場にウミガメを発見！食事中のウミガメをじっくり見ることができました。泳ぎ出したウミガメを追いかけて一緒に泳ぐこともできました。
ガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮っていてくれて、ウミガメと一緒に写った写真があったのも嬉しかったです。
屋久島での良い思い出ができました。また機会があったらぜひ参加したいと思います！

It had been several decades since I last went snorkeling, but the instructions were clear and engaging, allowing me to participate joyfully. A sea turtle came up to the surface, and I was able to see it up close and even swim alongside it. It was truly a wonderful experience.

シュノーケリングは数十年ぶりでしたが、わかりやすくおもしろく教えていただいて、楽しく参加できました。ウミガメが水面にあがって来てくれたので、とても近くで見れて並んで泳ぐような事もできて、本当に良い経験ができました。

The snorkeling itself was good, but due to poor conditions at the original snorkeling site, we ended up snorkeling at a different location. It was disappointing that we couldn't see any sea turtles. The diver in charge was friendly and engaging, which left a very positive impression. Thank you very much.

I believe my daughter enjoyed it thanks to Mr. Harazaki's fun lecture before we entered the water. It seems her anxiety about breathing through the snorkel disappeared.

This time, we were also able to see a sea turtle. We observed it from a distance to avoid startling it, and it came closer to us, which was moving.

Recently, I heard from the guide that there are people who are scared and don't want to touch sea turtles, so there are days when we can't see them...

However!
I was fortunate enough to encounter a sea turtle leisurely munching on seaweed at a comfortable distance from the shore. Although I’m not a strong swimmer, I managed to keep up with the snorkeling, and it was reassuring to know that I could just hold onto the board when I got tired.
I was also grateful for all the underwater photos taken with the camera.

最近ウミガメを触ったりと怖がることをする人がいるみたいで、会えない日もあるんです…と
ガイドさんに聞いていました。

しかし！
岸から程よい距離に海藻をむしゃむしゃ食べてまったりしているウミガメに遭遇することが叶いました。
泳ぎが不得意な私でしたが、シュノーケルではなんとかついていくことができて、疲れたらボードにつかまっていれば良いのがホッとするところでした。
写真も水中カメラでたくさん撮ってくださりありがたかったです。
楽しくリードしてくださり、とても貴重で素敵な経験をすることができました。

I was a bit anxious about snorkeling after a long time, but the detailed responses to my inquiries via email and the thorough briefing before we started made me feel at ease. Once we began, I was captivated by the beauty of the underwater world. The schools of mackerel, the groups of squid, and the family of clownfish around the white sea anemones were all sparkling in the sunlight in the clear water, and it was truly moving.

And then, we encountered a sea turtle! I had heard that the encounter rate was 50%, so I am grateful for the luck of meeting one. I also want to thank our instructor, who, while keeping an eye on us, spotted the turtle in the distance and guided us towards it. Thank you so much!

久々のシュノーケリングで少し不安がありましたが、事前のメール照会への詳細な回答、また開始前の丁寧なレクチャーに、安心して開始できました。開始後は海の中の美しさに魅入るばかり。キビナゴの群れ、イカの群れ、白いイソギンチャクの周りのクマノミの家族、全てが透明度の高い海の中で日差しを浴びキラキラしていて感動しました。
そしてウミガメとの遭遇！遭遇率5割と聞いていたのに、出会えた幸運に感謝ですし、背後の私達に気を配りながらも遠くのウミガメを見つけ、私達を誘導してくださったインストラクターにも感謝しかありません。本当にありがとうございました！

This was our family's first experience, and although none of us are good swimmers, the instructor explained everything very carefully, checking to ensure each of us understood. We were able to safely enter the sea and enjoyed meeting sea turtles, Nemo, Dory, and many other colorful fish. 家族4人共初の経験で、泳ぎも得意でない中参加しましたが、とても丁寧に一人ずつ理解してるか確認しながら説明してくれ、無事海に入ることができ、うみがめ、ニモ、ドリー他色とりどりの魚に会えて海を堪能できました。翌日には、沢山の海中の写真を送って頂き、最高の海の想い出を残す事が出来ました！ありがとうございました。

① The Korean participant who joined us didn't listen to the guide's instructions at all and was not a good swimmer, which disrupted the pace throughout the activity.

- During the equipment briefing, it was mentioned, "Please fix your hair later," but they kept fiddling with their hair, leading to the same explanation being repeated multiple times.

- Even after being told to "swim while looking ahead" before entering the water and again after entering, they swam while looking down and got separated from the group. (The interpreter was present, so it wasn't a language issue.)

② The guide's photos weren't very good.

- I was told, "I'll take many photos with an underwater camera, so you don't need your smartphones," so I relied on that, but the photos I received weren't great, and I thought we should have taken our own.

- There was a briefing on how to take nice photos when encountering sea turtles, but there was no guidance on taking photos with fish as the background. As a result, I often couldn't tell if I was photographing the fish or if I was in the photo with the fish, which made me unsure whether to pose.

それは運もあるので想定はしていました。

①一緒に参加となった韓国人の方がガイドさんの話を全然聞かず、泳ぎも下手だったため終始ペースが乱れる形になりました。

・装備品着用レクチャーでは「髪の毛を直すのはあとにしてください」と言っているのに、髪の毛をいじっていたため何度も同じ説明が繰り返されることに。

・「前を見て泳いで」と海に入る前、入った後に説明しても下を見て泳ぎ、はぐれてしまう。
(通訳の方はつけていたので言語の問題ではないです)

②そんなにガイドさんの写真がきれいじゃなかった/うまくなかった

・「水中カメラで何枚も写真を撮るからスマホはなくても大丈夫」と話されていたのでお任せしたのですが、いただいたものはあまりいい写真がなかったので、これなら自分たちで撮ればよかった苦笑

・ウミガメ遭遇時のきれいな写真の撮られ方のレクチャーはあったが、魚を背景にした写真のレクチャーがなかったため、今魚を撮っているのか、魚と一緒に人を撮っているのかわからないときが多くポーズすべきかどうか迷った

It was my first time swimming in the ocean, but thanks to the thorough briefing I received at the beginning, I was able to enjoy it safely without feeling rushed. Although I couldn't see any sea turtles up close this time, the ocean was very beautiful, and I was very satisfied to swim alongside many fish!

私は海で泳ぐこと自体が初めてでしたが、最初にしっかりとレクチャーしていただいたおかげで焦ることなく安全に楽しむことができました。今回ウミガメを間近で見ることはできませんでしたが、海がとても綺麗で、たくさんのお魚と一緒に泳げてとても満足でした！！
