After getting off the bus, walk through the on-site souvenir shop and continue toward the check-in counter. Friendly staff will provide a quick orientation and give you your helmet and locker key. Once you're set, you're free to explore and enjoy all the park’s activities at your own pace.
Lockers are assigned using color-coded key straps: Red (Rojo), Brown (Café), Blue (Azul), Pink (Rosa), and Green (Verde). After receiving your key, follow the clearly marked signs to locate your designated locker area. Staff are available nearby if you need assistance finding your section.
Once you arrive at the locker room, locate your locker number and store your belongings, especially valuables and electronics. Since nearly all activities involve water, it’s best to wear quick-drying or water-safe clothing. Changing rooms are labeled “Vestidores,” and restrooms may also be used.
Plunge into excitement on a one-of-a-kind 5-in-1 waterslide that starts from a 41-meter-high tower. Ride in a four-person raft as you spiral, swing, drop, and twist through multiple slides before finishing with a splash in a giant wave pool. This high-thrill ride is a must for adventure lovers.
Soar over the jungle on two thrilling zip-line circuits with a total length of 2.4 miles, including the tallest zip-lines in the Riviera Maya. Climb high towers, cross suspension bridges, and fly between treetops as you take in sweeping views of the lush Yucatán landscape on this aerial adventure.
Hop into an amphibious vehicle and explore two jungle circuits filled with hanging bridges, narrow caves, and muddy trails. These all-terrain rides are built for both land and water adventure. Guests must be at least 18 years old with valid ID to drive, but all riders can enjoy the ride!
Paddle through an underground river surrounded by ancient stalactites and dramatic rock formations. Ride solo or with a partner using special hand paddles to guide your raft through the winding cave system. Helmets are required, and guests must stay on the raft at all times.
Swim through a prehistoric underground river formed by the meteor impact that reshaped the Yucatán Peninsula. Surrounded by stalactites and crystal-clear freshwater, this scenic adventure lets you explore part of the world’s largest underground river system. Life jackets and helmets are required.
Take a fun break between adventures with Hammock Splash, a short zip-line that lets you glide while seated in a hammock before landing in a cenote pool. It’s a lighthearted, quick thrill that’s perfect for cooling off and recharging before your next big activity. Helmets are required for safety.
Take a break and enjoy unlimited snacks, drinks, and a full buffet lunch included with your visit. Snack stations throughout the park offer smoothies, cookies, fruit, and flavored water. The buffet serves a wide selection of hot dishes, salads, local specialties, and desserts.
Capture every moment with over 50 automated photo stations throughout the park, triggered by your helmet chip or hand sensors. Download all your images using a code on your receipt. Personal cameras are welcome, but we recommend using a waterproof case for safety during water-based activities.
After a full day of non-stop adventure, return shuttles begin boarding around 4:45 PM as the park closes at 5:00 PM. Guests are dropped off at their original pickup point or hotel, with drop-off times varying by location in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Riviera Maya.

Restrictions
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children 5 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- A safety harness is required for certain activities inside Xplor. Participants must weigh between 88 to 300 lbs (40 to 136 kg). The harness must fit properly, with a maximum waist circumference of 51 in (130 cm) and leg circumference of 27.5 in (70 cm). Guests who cannot be safely secured in the harness will not be allowed to participate.
- Participation in park activities is not recommended for pregnant guests. Individuals with heart conditions, fear of heights, back problems, recent surgeries, or those experiencing dizziness or other health issues on the day of the tour should not participate.
- Only guests aged 18 and older may drive the amphibious vehicles. A valid photo ID is required to operate the vehicle.
- Guests must be at least 43 in (110 cm) tall and weigh a minimum of 88 lbs (40 kg) to participate in the zip-line activity. The maximum weight limit is 298 lbs (135 kg) for the A9 zip-line circuit.
Other requirements
- Most hotels in Cancun are eligible for pickup, but in rare cases, guests may be asked to meet at the nearest designated hotel if their accommodation is outside the service area. Please check your voucher for your confirmed pickup location.
- At pickup, please present your voucher and a valid photo ID, such as a passport, before boarding the bus. You will receive a wristband required for park entry at that time.
- If your accommodation is not a hotel, please provide the full and accurate address, including street name, building number, room number, postal code, and city name.
- If your hotel is not yet decided at the time of booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your activity date to arrange pickup.

- The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
- Gratuity for the guide and driver are not included. A suggested amount is $5.00 USD per person.
- Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all times inside Xplor Park.
- An English-speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel. While there is no English guide inside the park, Xplor staff provide brief instructions at each activity station.
- If your pickup time changes, the tour operator will notify you after 5:00PM the day before. The shuttle may arrive up to 30 minutes early or late due to traffic. Please be at your meeting point at least 10 minutes early. If you miss the pickup, the shuttle will not wait.
- Swimsuits and water shoes are available for purchase inside Xplor Park.
- To request a date change, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Changes made within 24 hours may incur an additional fee.
- Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in designated smoking areas.
- Your guide will be wearing a T-shirt with the Xcaret logo on the back and will call out the tour name clearly upon arrival. In some cases, multiple buses may arrive at once, so please confirm the name of the park you are visiting when boarding.
- For security reasons, your drop-off location must be the same as your pickup location.
- Your exact pickup time and meeting location will be provided via message after your booking is confirmed.
