Once you exit your vehicle at Xcaret Park, make your way to the entrance to get a brief orientation from your guide before enjoying free time to explore. Choose from over 50 included attractions or enhance your visit with optional experiences like the Dolphin Swim, available for an additional fee.
Float through crystal-clear underground rivers while wearing a life jacket, one of Xcaret Park’s most iconic experiences. Choose from three scenic routes: Blue River, Maya River or Manatee River and enjoy a relaxing journey through caves, lush vegetation and ancient rock formations.

- Wheelchair users are welcome at Xcaret Park. Please indicate your request during booking. Wheelchair rentals are available for 399 MXN and require a valid photo ID or a refundable deposit of $40 USD. Prices are subject to change.

- Most hotels in Cancun are eligible for pickup, but in rare cases, guests may be asked to meet at the nearest designated hotel if their accommodation is outside the service area. Please check your voucher for your confirmed pickup location.
- At pickup, please present your voucher and a valid photo ID, such as a passport, before boarding the bus. You will receive a wristband required for park entry at that time.
- If your accommodation is not a hotel, please provide the full and accurate address, including street name, building number, room number, postal code, and city name.
- If your hotel is not yet decided at the time of booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your activity date to arrange pickup.
