However, since the airport was crowded, arriving early turned out to be a good decision. The pick-up arrived at the scheduled time, so I highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a name board, so it was easy to find. I was told to wait for a while, and after about 15 minutes, I was guided to the car, where everyone was already inside. I don't understand why I had to wait outside, but we boarded and departed with a full car. That said, it's inexpensive and convenient, so I recommend it.

As before, it was reassuring. It's rare overseas... As mentioned in other reviews, they arrived quite early and waited for us. I don't speak much English, but they were very polite in their response. It seems that ADO buses are cheaper, but since they pick you up at your accommodation, it was safe and convenient. I especially recommend it for those taking the early morning route via Dallas.

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a counter with the Expedia logo, where I checked in and was guided to the car. Luckily, I was the only passenger. The car was new and clean, and the driver was cheerful, which was nice, but they kept a comfortable distance, so I didn't have to feel pressured to talk. The driving was also careful. A bit of English is necessary, but even if you can't speak it, you can manage by showing the voucher. I felt that the cost performance was significantly better compared to other shuttle services. I'm glad I booked it for the return trip as well.

This was my third time in Cancun, and it was the most affordable and smoothest arrival at the hotel I've experienced. I definitely want to request this service again next time.

Upon arriving in Cancun on the flight that landed at 14:00 on July 3rd, I was supposed to meet at the airport exit at 14:10. However, due to the overseas summer vacation season, it took an hour to get through immigration. I was worried about the shuttle, but there were no issues at all. We departed safely once the other two groups arrived, with only about a 10-minute wait.

Four years ago, I used a shuttle that cost around $20 one way, but this option is definitely more economical and comfortable.

7/3　14：00着の便でカンクン到着後、14：10に空港出口でとのことでしたが、なんと海外の夏休みシーズンということもあり入国に1時間費やすことに。シャトルは大丈夫かと不安でしたが、全く問題なく、乗り合いの他２組がそろったところで無事出発。10分程度の待ち時間でした。
4年前は片道20ドルほどのシャトルを利用しましたが、こちらのほうが断然お得で快適です。

This is my third time in Cancun. Including both the arrival and departure, this is my fifth time booking the transfer between the airport and the hotel. Every time, they greet us without any delays. My spouse and I have four large suitcases and one carry-on, making a total of five suitcases. It’s a great help that they carry all of them from the airport entrance to the transfer vehicle.

I used the service for a round trip, but I think the claim that the driver can communicate in English is a bit exaggerated. I can speak some Spanish, so it wasn't too much of an issue for me, but the driver could only speak a little English.
