My flight arrived about 30 minutes late, but it was nice that the guide was waiting. However, it seemed that the guide and the driver were separate, and since I had to contact the driver from there, I ended up waiting about an hour until the driver arrived, which was tiring. I used this service for my departure and also for my return, so I would like to share my review.

They picked me up from the hotel about three hours before my flight. They arrived right on time for the meeting. The van was spacious and clean. We also picked up another foreign family before departing.

They drive quite fast, so I recommend wearing your seatbelt. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the airport.

I waited for about 30 minutes after arriving.

I was exhausted after an 18-hour journey via Mexico, so it would have been nice to have a place to sit.

I thought the driver's driving was rough, but everyone in Cancun drove that way, so there weren't any polite drivers, haha.

It was a shared ride, but we were lucky enough to be the only ones left after dropping off others, so the driver arranged for us to take photos of the monument. (Since it was night, the people were illuminated by the lights and looked ghostly, so it's better to just take photos of the monument.) Also, everyone was giving tips.

I had a great experience on the way to my destination, so I booked the shuttle for my return trip as well. However, they did not come to pick me up at the scheduled time, and I couldn't reach either the regular contact number or the emergency contact number. It was the worst experience. If my host at the accommodation hadn't been kind, I might have missed my flight, and since it was late at night, I could have been in a dangerous situation. I heard that the airport in Cancun doesn't have Wi-Fi (or it's hard to connect?), so I made a reservation in advance here. I'm a bit scared of encountering a scam taxi, but I was able to head to the hotel without that kind of anxiety! I think the price is about the same as local taxis!

I missed my scheduled flight at Mexico City Airport and contacted them by phone. I arrived at 8 PM on a flight that was an hour and a half later. The waiting area is located outside the Cancun Terminal 4 building, which is a bit confusing as it's several meters away (I think the security guard is preventing entry into the building). Right after exiting, I called again from inside the building (I had used the second terminal at Mexico City Airport before, where the waiting area was inside the building, just outside the exit). It was difficult to see the area where many people were waiting from the exit. Although the phone call connected, I was wearing a black jumper because it was cold at night in January, making it hard to identify me in my yellow-green and white T-shirt.

I also booked a transfer from the Cancun airport to the hotel. I arrived about 5 minutes later than the scheduled time, but it was within an acceptable range. It was great that they specified the hotel transfer time when I provided my flight details. Making a reservation in advance gives you peace of mind, so I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The pickup was from a location where the vendors were gathered, and it wasn't too far away, but it took quite a long time. We didn't depart until enough people had gathered, and since we were sharing with others who were getting off at a hotel along the way to Playa del Carmen, it ultimately took 3 hours. I think it would have been better to just take a regular bus to downtown. However, they did drop us off right in front of our hotel, which was helpful.

The immigration process in Cancun took quite a long time. I'm not sure if it was because it was the peak season at the end of the year or if it's always like that, but first, there was a long line at immigration that took over an hour. To avoid keeping others waiting, I recommend going to the front desk at least ten minutes early. That said, the road to the airport is usually clear at that time, so you arrive quickly, and since the business lounge opens at 7:00, you might end up waiting for a long time in the cold airport on hard seats (laughs). Still, it's much better than rushing at the last minute, so I can recommend this service.
