A few days ago, I received a notification from the airline about a schedule change and contacted them immediately, but the change in pickup time was only communicated the day before. If I had received the information a bit earlier, it would have been easier to make plans.

On the day of the pickup, I was waiting five minutes before the scheduled time, but the driver arrived 25 minutes late. There was no communication or apology, and when I asked for a reason, I was told there was heavy traffic. I did give a tip for handling my heavy suitcase, but I would have appreciated a heads-up. I was quite anxious due to the flight schedule as well.

As soon as I exited the airport, they greeted me. We departed in about 4 or 5 minutes and went straight to the hotel without stopping once. It's cheaper than a taxi, and I felt safe, so it was all good things. I definitely recommend it!

They arrived to pick me up 5 minutes late. After that, we stopped at several hotels before arriving at the airport. At the hotels we stopped at, no guests ended up getting on, and the driver seemed to be in a bit of a bind. In the end, we arrived at the airport just a little under 2 hours and 30 minutes before the flight. The driver apologized for the delay in arrival.

I was worried because it was the cheapest mixed transport plan, but there were no problems at all. For a 5:05 PM flight, we gathered in the lobby of Live Aqua at 1:45 PM, and they picked us up at 1:40 PM. After stopping at one other hotel, we arrived at the airport around 2:15 PM. However, the voucher stated the meeting place as 'Lobby Hotel,' so I was anxious until the end about whether they would really come to Live Aqua. It would be reassuring if they could properly mention the hotel name.

I used the service from the airport to the hotel on December 29. I was able to meet the staff for the pickup right away at the airport, but we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the pickup area and in the car before departing. Since it was a shared ride, I understand that waiting for other customers is unavoidable, but there was hardly any explanation in English from the staff about the situation, and it felt like time was just passing by without purpose. I used this service to catch an early morning flight while staying at a certain Japanese guesthouse in the downtown area of Cancun. Although the scheduled departure time was 4:45, the car arrived around 4:52. As expected, it was a delayed arrival, but I was just glad that they showed up properly. I made it to the flight with plenty of time to spare, so there were no issues.

After arriving at the airport, I went to the designated area and told the taxi company staff my name. The staff member said, "The driver will arrive in 15 minutes, so please wait," but there was no sign of the driver at all. When I asked the staff, "What time will we leave?" I was told, "We can't get in touch with the driver." In the end, I was left waiting for an hour without any response, right in front of the staff, so I said, "I'm canceling the reservation and taking another taxi!!" After that, I was put into a taxi from a different company 10 minutes later and headed to the hotel. Why couldn't they have handled this sooner?

On that day, I had a sunset dinner reservation at a seaside restaurant, but by the time we arrived at the restaurant, it was already dark, and the sea was pitch black, so we missed the sunset. It was the worst memory of Mexico City. The price wasn't particularly cheap either, and I would advise against using this service. I made the reservation because I wanted to use my limited two-night stay in Cancun efficiently, but it ended up being a loss instead. There was no apology from anyone. This service should not be used.

I used this service for a round trip between the hotel and the airport. I made the reservation in advance from Japan.

Our flight to Cancun was delayed, but when we exited the airport, a staff member was waiting for us with a sign that had our names on it. They guided us to the car, and after waiting in the air-conditioned vehicle for about 10 minutes, we departed once everyone had arrived. It took about 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel.

On the return trip, there was a delay of about 10 minutes, but they came to pick us up at the hotel as scheduled. There was a note saying to contact them if they didn't arrive within 5 minutes, but considering the possibility of traffic issues, the delay was within an acceptable range and I wasn't too concerned. Moreover, we had a private ride to the airport.

Cancun's airport has a lot of taxi solicitors, but it's reassuring to have a shuttle booked in advance. I would like to use this service again when I go to Cancun. I highly recommend it.
